I made an order tonight in support of a school fundraiser. I called a couple of minutes later since I realized I made a mistake, but they had already started making my order. The person over the phone was so kind and offered to remake it, and gave me the original pizza still. Exceptional customer service and great pizza! Thank you so much for your kindness and great customer service.

Great shop, super nice owner. Owner saw me waiting and gave me a cold Pacifico on the house. Made the wait nice and says a lot about how he treats his customers. We will be back. The McKinney was a great pizza.

I had such a great experience at here....the pizzas are absolutely delicious,crispy,fresh toppings and too chessee🍕🍕🍕🤤...they really care about the quality of food. The staff were super friendly and the welcoming and environment is too good ,its always nice when you feel genuinely appreciated as a customer.. The all you can eat salad bar is awesome compared to other Mountain Mike’s. Salami, olive, chopped lettuce for a good price also. The wall television with sports is great for football games. Good place to bring friends or family. Owner and the workers are nice.

Best Deal in town for Football fans and sports in general; 2 big screen and sports on all day ! Buffet’s 11.99 and all you can eat pizza and salad! This place does not hold back on the variety of pizza and salad toppings; always fresh!! Service?? There’s an assistant mgr. named Sam (awesome) and she has a beautiful smile and eyes that says “thank you” and “I am ready to provide you an excellent experience here at “mountain mike’s”. Seriously, the beer variety is great. But, not to be give too much hype, the flat screens are a nice touch for “football” !! 🙌 I don’t do this much but 5 🙌s for “Mountain Mike’s” Pinole !! SUCH a good Pizza place around here! there is no other pizza place that makes Pizza THIS GOOD! The workers were SUPER nice, making sure you get the best experience at their pizza place. I got some garlic sticks with cheese, some buffalo wings and a large sized pizza. SUPER warm, delicious, and a crispy taste! It is also really clean, and well maintained. Also, the pizza comes really fast! If you're looking for a good Pizza place, come here! 👌🍕

Pizza was ok, I ordered calzone and they didn't want to make it? I had a better experience at the concord one. More variety of beers and they make call zones. I ordered beer here and she asked me if I wanted it to go? 😂 last time at this one . Gotten better, still M.Mike theme.

Lunch buffet is fine, salad bar could be way better! Their chicken club pizza is the best, though... went today for lunch and the soda machine wasn't working, but that's fixable.

This is a nice location. You can order pick up or sit in eat. The inside is always clean and have a lot of seats. There is a lot of parking outside so that’s not a problem.

Pizza was good. Customer services phone orders pick ups employees do a wonderful job. Place is a little small but still a decent size. Never had a pizza delivered do cannot comment on delivering thr pizza or anything that goes along with delivering Pizza

Now I wanna say that I personally love Mountain Mike's Pizza and think you guys are a god send when it comes to places like Round Table who try to rob you Everytime you come. But sadly I won't be coming back to this location until they start doing it with a little more love... My pizza had burnt black dust on the bottom, and that just leads me to think that you guys aren't cleaning your oven very often. I've had this issue before and it's sad to see that it has been resolved yet.

Pizza not fully cooked . Hada a half pep half combo my pizza was still raw. Doughy checked the whole pizza only two slice were fully cooked. Tlmoved the oppings all dough no bread.combo had no toppings hardly disappointed threw it away $35 down the drain and no dinner fo the family. Don't be cheap other Mountain Mikes pizza way better get some tips from them please cook the pizza all the way and give people what they pay for Little Ceasers does better than this and loaded fries never have hardly no bacon never no green onion come on y'all

Well the girl at the counter wasn't very helpful when I asked about the grilled chicken on the pizza. She said they don't have grilled chicken so she wasn't sure why the menu says that. So that's not a good sign false advertising is not what I expect from a pizza place. Employees not really knowing their menus also is bad customer service

I used to be a fan. But last Friday, I called at 8:58 PM for a delivery across the street from their location.(my foot was swollen, so I couldn't pick it up) The guy who answered was polite, but said we don't deliver after 9. I said I'm just across from you. Told him I'd pick it up myself but my foot was messed up. He politely said,"sorry but we don't deliver after 9". Very disappointed with their customer service. Called Roundtable and got my order in 30 minutes.

We ordered a pizza an hour and a half ago, said it should be delivered half an hour ago. We finally called the restaurant and were told they misplaced the order and it would be here in another 40-45 minutes. Don’t bother ordering here if you want your food timely, very disappointing.

This place is great on the arcade but the pizza is giving old sausage I don’t know mystery meat don’t look like the picture red and greasy pepperoni it was more like dried age sausage but the salad bar was awesome I mean it’s a 5.9 out of ten

Had one of their gluten-free pizzas it was a chicken barbecue and pineapple man that thing was cold taste like rubber cardboard and I got some chicken wings honey BBQ worst Wings I've ever had in my life I will never go to this place ever again I will never have them deliver anything first of all they came to the wrong address went back to the place called me 5 times before my pizza got there and it was cold the wings were cold

I can't give this restaurant stars because it's not worth any stars but if I don't this review won't post the soda machine didn't work they didn't have any ice the lettuce and vegetables in the salad bar were old and brown and wilted they kept making excuses for every I don't even see why they were open if they couldn't support being a restaurant

Terrible pizza. They skimp on all the toppings, even the sauce and cheese. Place must be under new ownership or management. I won't go there again, complete joke!

The service I received was very rude. They kept watching me and my family like we were going to steal. What can we possibly steal from a pizza shop. They put your money down on the counter or they don't want to touch your hand. Rudest pizza place I've ever been to ever.

Seems like everytime I order less and less and less and less and less and less pretty soon just crust and pepperoni is going to show up one day. And instead of mozzarella sticks they gave me Jalapeños poppers!!! Do you want to kill me?! Thank god my uncle ate first and told me to not eat! Otherwise, I would be in hospital now!
