Ottimo ristorante in centro, raggiungibile a circa 8 Min a piedi, lasciando la macchina nel parcheggio sotterraneo appena fuori dalla ZTL. Eravamo in 2 adulti e 2 bambini, abbiamo ordinato un antipasto "mi garba a bestia" e 2 tartar, direi tutto molto abbondante. Di secondo 1,3 kg di fiorentina, veramente buonissima. Servizio ECCELLENTE!Siamo stati benissimo, prezzi onesti, davvero consigliato.

Carne buonissima abbiamo mangiato una fiorentina ed era speciale, come antipasto abbiamo preso una bruschetta con tartare e burrata ed era veramente buonissima, in più mentre aspettavamo ci hanno offerto pane e salame e da ultimo le loro brioches appena sfornate con panna e Nutella. Il tutto servito da un cameriere simpaticissimo e molto accogliente. Ho mangiato veramente bene! Prezzo nella media visto la portata della fiorentina ma ci sta!

One of the best meals I’ve had in over 50 years of eating out. Right from the start we were welcomed by a very young, very charming young man who made us feel welcome. He recommended a local craft beer which was lovely. I really fancied one of the “specials” the venison ragu. It was a stater, but I wanted it as a main. No problem. Anyway, when our food arrived… I struggle here to tell you just how good both dishes were. My wife has a pork and truffle dish. Which I think took the podium, just. But my venison was just divine as well. It’s been a very, very long time since I’ve had such a great meal. The last I can remember that was even close was jugged hare in a country hotel in the Cotswolds 20+ years ago! And the whole meal, including a great bottle of local wine came to €64. Also, my meal as a starter was €16. They only charged me an extra €4 to make it a main. If you’re in Pisa. Trust me, go here.

A 100% recommend!! I got this place recommended from locals and then asked the server to bring me anything local or whatever he would recommend! Especially for me who hates reading menu's!! Amazing food, lovely staff, and the atmosphere is cool as well. Currently under construction but I will not let this influence the general atmosphere 🫶🏻🫶🏻

Meat lovers…. No visit to the area would be complete without sampling a Steak Florentine. Capodimonte served up a real treat! Modern dining room but very reasonably priced. Let’s talk steak… T.Bone from local cattle cut to order ours weighed in at 1.2kg. It was brought to the table before cooking which added some drama and anticipation. Once cooked it was served rare and sliced with the bone on a sizzling skillet which allowed further cooking if required. For side dishes we had Rosemary Potatoes, Truffle Mash & Wilted Spinach which were all cooked well. Paired with a bottle of local Red Wine we were very satisfied. After a look at the dessert menu we couldn’t leave the meal there, so many sounded so so good. The Tartaletta and Torta Raggio were a delightful way to round off the meal. When the bill is presented they also present a tower of sweets and lollipops which we really liked. Some pictures include a few menu choices but there is a lot more choice.

Our hotel recommended this restaurant, it was around 10pm on a Saturday evening and it was extremely busy with locals and their families dining. We had to wait for a table but it was worth it. We were given a complimentary taster starter. My friends main was a vegetarian pasta dish and I had fish mixed with a nutty black rice. Everyone in the restaurant was given a complimentary dessert of croissant with ricotta cheese and chocolate sauce. Will definitely be going back. Their steaks looked fantastic so I will be trying one of those next.

Finally got to try the gigantic Italian cow Chianina. All the steaks they served had been dry-aged for over 25 days. Wanted to try the regional dish bistecca alla fiorentina at first but at the end we ordered costata and filet. Filet was tender and sweet. Costata had a more significant dry-aged taste with rich umami and an intense beefy flavor with a hint of blue cheese

I was here in the first day of my trip in Tuscany. After a week travelling around, I decided to come back to here again. Everything is so nice, the food is really amazing. It is a little difficult to get a table on Saturday night, but it is worth to wait for a while. I will definitely come again if i have chance.

This restaurant was a quite a surprise. Went here during lunch time and were treated amazingly by our waiter. Service was amazing and food served in a timely manner. The starter was incredible and set already quite a high standard for the price. When it comes to the pizza there cannot be said much more than that it was super tasty and very affordable for the quality presented. Definitely recommend going here when you are visiting and give it a shot.

Ristornate principalmente di carne molto particolare, molto conviviale, dai toni neomelodici, a tratti forse un po' caotico e rumoroso. Luci soffuse e musica alta. Purtroppo la porta del bagno (unico) non si chiudeva bene e ho avuto due spiacevoli inconvenienti mentre facevo pipì, ovvero che sono entrate altre persone. Servizio un po' lento, ma il cibo era davvero molto buono; qualità della carne molto alta, saporitissima e ben condita. Prezzi un po' alti, ma forse giustificati dalla qualità della materia prima.

In pieno centro, adiacente alla via dei negozi in zona tranquilla. Ambiente da taverna moderna elegante, non rumoroso. Ampio menù dall'antipasto al dessert, anche con tagli di carne particolari. Non hanno la pizza ma la pinsa, molto buona.

Posto ben arredato con un mix rustico e moderno. La specie di panchina a muro sui primi tavoli sulla sinistra danno originalità ma sono un po' scomodi, poco larghi. Il cibo è molto buono. La qualità/prezzo onesta, dipende cosa uno ordina. La cena è iniziata con due crostini di fegatini di benvenuto, poi abbiamo ordinato un antipasto e due hamburger, tutti e 3 con opzione senza glutine. Il servizio adeguato, inizialmente caloroso poi un po' più distaccato a fine serata ma va bene così. Consiglio per occasioni speciali.

Prezzi decisamente elevati per il tipo di servizio e anche la qualità di tutto ciò che non era prettamente carne (le patate erano molto unte, i dolci 7 euro l'uno super zuccherati ma non sapevano di altro, per quel prezzo uno si aspetta un livello non dico da pasticceria ma quasi). Il servizio ha avuto qualche problema la carne richiesta al sangue è arrivata a cottura media. Comunque due tagliate, due antipasti, un contorno e due dolci, acqua 110 euro, considerato tutto troppo. Le quattro stelle se le merita perché comunque le tagliare erano di ottima qualità e anche gli antipasti molto buoni però insomma da rivedere tutto il resto.

We visited this establishment twice during our seven night stay in Pisa. A nice restaurant on the south bank of the Arno. Comprehensive menu with good selection of Italian food at a reasonable price as was the wine.. Always busy but closed on a Monday. Friendly & helpful staff. Recommended. I suggest booking a table at weekends.

Siamo stati in questo locale di sabato sera, forse la serata sbagliata. Ambiente caratteristico molto curato e piacevole con possibilità di cenare all'esterno sulla strada in cui affaccia il locale. Servizio pessimo: abbiamo ordinato alle 21.30 e i piatti ci sono arrivati poco prima delle 23.00 e soprattutto tavoli arrivati dopo hanno cenato e sono andati via prima di noi. Dalle lamentele provenientinda una tavolata di 10 persone devo dire che il problema non era solo nostro e purtroppo non è un problema di personale lento ma di un eccessiva richiesta rispetto a quello che la cucina riesce a soddisfare considerando anche i tavoli esterni. In più nonostante l'attesa quello che abbiamo ordinato non era nulla di eccezionale: pinsa, panini e carne! Unica nota positiva: la cornettata post cena! Il prezzo considerata l'attesa e la qualità direi eccessivo.

siamo stati per san Valentino, abbiamo mangiato malissimo, appena entrati c’è stato detto che non potevamo ordinare un antipasto perché non c’era tempo essendo che alle 21.30 dovevamo andare via, la ragazza che ci ha servito aveva detto che la tagliata bastava per due invece erano 6 fette di carne con un costo molto alto, patate al forno crude immangiabili, abbiamo mangiato di corsa perché sennò l’altro turno non poteva iniziare a cenare, almeno ditelo al telefono quando prenotiamo che ci sono i turni, non consiglio a nessuno questo posto. Prezzi inaccettabili e coperto 5€… Eravamo tutti stretti a mangiare con un tavolo accanto solo perché non c’era spazio,non aggiungo altro.

The personal was nice at the beginning. We orderered salad for us, pizza for me and tagliatelle for her. But then the waitress brought everything together because they „have to close“. This was more than one hour before closing time and she started to clean our tables with an aggressive spray that mixed with our food while we were still eating. Esperienza negativa! Volevamo una fiorentina di un peso importante che bastasse per 4 persone. Il titolare ci ha consigliato di fare almeno 2,6kg di carne, accettiamo anche alla sua condizione di non fare un taglio unico ma di prenderne due da 1,3 kg. Ci è bastato poco per sentire la differenza sostanziale della carne, nonché la forma, il taglio e la quantità stessa della carne. Erano una Fiorentina (78€ 1,3kg) e una Costata (36€/kg) A differenza di qualche tavolo che il taglio è stato mostrato, come in genere fanno nei ristoranti VERI, da noi sono venuti orami a carne cotta. Ovviamente è stato fatto presente al titolare, che di tanto in tanto passava per far togliere i piatti e “cancellare le prove” del differente tipo di taglio. Ma noi le abbiamo fatte lasciare fino alla fine. La sua giustificazione è stata quella di incolpare la cameriera di essersi sbagliata tavolo. Cosa assolutamente falsa perché la Costata è stata portata da lui. Vi lascio le foto.

Per gli scorsi due anni a Natale ci eravamo trovati bene, pertanto avevamo prenotato un tavolo per 6 persone anche per quest'anno, col menù fisso a 60 euro. Il giorno stesso una persona rimane impossibilitata a venire e avvisiamo il personale appena arriviamo al ristorante. A FINE pranzo ci viene chiesto di pagare comunque per 6 menù, nonostante ce ne siano stati serviti 5 e il tavolo che occupavamo sarebbe stato il medesimo anche con una persona in meno. Alla richiesta di spiegazioni ci viene detto che "il titolare vuole così", col sorriso sulle labbra. E avevamo anche appena lasciato la mancia per i camerieri. Siamo rimasti così male e ci siam sentiti così presi in giro, che per quel che ci riguarda hanno perso definitivamente due famiglie di clienti. Tuttavia abbiamo pagato comunque i 60€ in più perché mio padre è un signore e non voleva rovinare ulteriormente il giorno di Natale passando il tempo coi Carabinieri invece che coi familiari. Anche se per il nervoso ha rimesso il pranzo poco dopo.
