This location is the closest to my house, and the service has always been great; they didn't have the promotional Beyond Spicy BBQ anymore, but still accommodated my request. The food was tasty and decently prepared. It was very clean, Covid safe, and employees were masked.

If you like less people in dining exp. During lunch hours this is your place, service is nice customer service is amazing, food is well made. The pictures below is of the Diablo burger if you love spicy, then this is your burger laoded with 4 jalapeños and jalapeño poppers and 1/3 of meat it's worth the price!

Carl's is always a good idea. The food is always good. I ordered the double cheese burger for the first time. So good!! I mean it's like a little Famous Star with cheese. I love the charbeoiled taste of their burgers. The Zucchini is always on point as well. Yeah, I'll be back.

Unfortunately had to return some Sante Fe chicken sandwiches to here and Cassie at the front was able to give me a lot of feedback on why they weren’t as appetizing as they were a few years back. She was very helpful, informative and nice. Really glad I didn’t go in there and come off arrogant from the start because she had mentioned that they have been getting a lot of complaints on those sandwiches as they have changed their chicken breast provider. Hope Carls Jr changes who they get their chicken breast from as my family used to love those sandwiches but have noticed that they’re just not right anymore. Likesaid, I really appreciate how knowledgeable she was about the subject. Me myself have never tried those sandwiches but everything else from carls is absolutely amazing to me. Will definitely return!!

Cassandra was awesome! Her customer service was really good and she made sure that our food was fresh and delicious! It was also made really fast so we didn’t have to wait forever! This location on Rose Dr in Placentia had the freshest and best tasting cheeseburger that I have ever had from Carl's Jr. Lunch time, and the tables in side were clean and ready for dine in guests. Good job. Friendly staff. Friday 11/16/23

Came today around 1:30pm got a classic #5 combo and both cashiers that helped me (Soraida and Yonathan) were very friendly and courteous especially Yonathan as he finished out my order. This is my usual spot for Carl’s and it’s nice to never really have a bad service here

Love the food! Staff is very friendly & quick in getting your order to you. Fries always warm, large soda is alwAys refreshing. Clean restaurant! I also love to order their 3 taquitos from their Green Burrito menu. Yes! They sell Mexican food too. Kudos to all the workers. Close to home & open late.

I come in everyday, and Alajadra cook on Sat thru Weds is so very friendly, and meals prepared by her are amazing. She is the best employee I have encountered. On the negative side the male cook in early mornings on Thursdays, and Fridays is the worst cook. I ordered steak, egg burrito, and I ask for Xtra meat, and tomatoes. I was disappointed there was hardly any meat or tomatoes. And for $11 dollars. Wow I've never been treated so poorly in all my life. I will be contacting corporate with pictures. He is also rude, and does not respond well with others except the other workers. Thankyou

I DO NOT like the automated voice at the drive through. I want a real person who can understand the order and take the order appropriately. The manager had to retake our whole order. Carls Jr corporation needs to fix this!

I ordered a big hamburger cause I’m lactose intolerant and got a big cheese burger. All dairy makes me throw up. That burger went straight to my dog.

This place makes me throw up. Way too much sauce, cheese, and buns are mushy. Lettuce is soggy and taste like wet paper. The food doesn't look good and it doesn't taste good either. Not to mention that the prices are also ridiculous. If you want to eat something slimy and expensive then go here. Workers/staff are nice but food is appalling. I'm not kidding when I say go anywhere else but here...seriously...unless you're buying some coffee or cheesecake. I'm hoping that by writing this review I can save some people from the suffering I experienced or the food poisoning my brother got from this place. Stay safe y'all.

I was trying to get the managers attention at 1045pm it was some heavy set female, she wouldn't even acknowledge me and just did a stupid steering wheel gesture with her hands, I guess to say that its only drive thru... what I was trying to tell her was I was in an 18 wheeler. didn't even give me the time, respect or common courtesy to explain myself. this happened on 11/14/2023 @2245. yes heavy set female manager...this review is because of you.. p.s I even tried calling several times to this location with no answer....screw this location and particular franchise
