I eat there frequently and always find great food and even better service. Their lady manager is the best there is! Would like to see the salad bar expanded a bit and maybe make it more accessible and easy to use. Waiters could be better trained in personal skills and the soft ice cream keeps me coming back!

This is by far one of my favorite sandwich places. The sandwiches are extremely aesthetic and made fresh. This is a vegetarian sandwich called the Zucchini Grillini. I asked for muenster and pepper jack cheese, radishes, cucumber, onions, bell pepper, on French bread. They toast it in such a way the vegetables are perfectly steamed yet still firm integrity wise. The manager on duty was named Jayden. I told him that this chain was one of my favorite places to eat and his face lit up. He told me he was happy to hear it and I'm always thrilled to meet people that take pride in their jobs. Great energy. I'm a huge sandwich burrito kind of guy and this place is great. Everything was like 11 bucks. Super affordable.

This was going to be a bad review because of a forgotten bag of chips… I ordered a to-go order (sandwich with chips and chicken Alfredo with added chips), drove there, picked up my order, got back to work and only one bag of chips. I wasn’t stoked so I called and told them they forgot a bag of chips for my order. The person on the phone asked “what’s your address so we can deliver it to you?”. Wait what?… I have never ever had a restaurant offer to deliver a forgotten item, not once. They even brought a cookie with the chips. Thank you for showing exceptional customer service in a society where that is disappearing.

Nice place for fresh soups , salad and sandwiches . We usually get these things from here and our another favourite is baked potato it’s awesomely creamy. This time tried French onion soup which was something new for us apart from that Irish potato soup and cheese cake. Nice fresh served pretty quick.

This is the first time I've been to this Jason Deli, the selection was great. They had a salad bar that reminded me of Soup or Salad before Covid came and knocked Soup or Salad out. I've been looking for a good salad bar and I found this one. Anyone that loves salads needs to check Jason's Deli out, you won't be disappointed.

Was craving me a loaded potato and decided to go to Jason’s Deli. Ordered the Texas Style Spud with Chopped-pit bbq beef it was delicious. . We also ordered a kid’s meatball it was good it came with a drink . They have free ice cream 🍦 cones . The place was clean the employees were very nice, especially the lady who was cleaning the tables, didn’t get her name though. I will definitely be back 👍

Jason’s never fails! I love their Deli Club sandwich, it’s a healthy alternative when eating out! They are quick, friendly and helpful. All of their food seems to be fresh including the salad bar. This location was clean and large for anyone with big groups!

Overall it was good. I haven't been to a Jason's Deli in a while and the menu has changed. In general I like the build your own sandwich option and they still have the manager's special which gives variety by having a half sandwich and sides (I got a turkey sandwich, fruit, and chips).

I really enjoy Jason's deli I've tried a number of the different locations in DFW and they're all consistently great salad bar is amazing their BLTs are fantastic I really like the consistency of this restaurant

I ordered the Reuben the Great (pastrami) with Lays Jalapeno kettle chips via a food delivery app through my work. The time slot they said they would deliver was between 12pm and 12:30pm. All of our orders came at 12:15pm. The sandwich is my go to, but this time the bread was dry dry dry. Normally, the sauce helps, but this time it was bone dry. Weird. Either way, I had no issues and I will eat here again.

The Caprese sandwich here is my absolute favorite and a delicious option for vegetarians. Also their cheese pizza is delicious in a good different way. Great location and great food. There’s a lot of place for inside dining. We love eating here.

We come here often. Ordered the Ultimate BLT bowl and didn't realize until we got to the bottom that they forgot the chicken breast, the most important protein. We will come back, I'm sure it was an oversight but disappointing that we paid $11 for a 1 Slice Bacon / 1 egg salad.

Ordered on Doordash… terrible. I get jason's deli often from a different location and this one was disgusting. The Plain Jane Potato was very small and honestly not very good. previously it was a potato and a half of another. now it's like they picked just 1 of the smallest potato's, disappointing. Mac n Mac & Cheese was inedible, burnt, like they microwaved it for 5 minutes and didn't care to look at what they were sending home to someone. I also ordered a Strawberry Shortcake but got a cheesecake. & on top the of everything, I am missing 2 bags of chips. Worst experiences i've had with a store. Go to a different location for better luck (I recommend ordering from the one at Stonebriar Center).
