Bloody Mary? Ohhhhh yeah. Turn in any direction theres a game. All the College, NFL , NBA, MWA, and the list goes on games are lable under the big screen tvs are labeled so easy to find what your intrest. This place is a sports fans paradise. I sat at the bar and could watch three collage football teams play for the win. The bartender was very accommodating. We went in just for Bloody Marys. I asked for Tito's and it was full of this and that. Delicious. We also had the fried pickles. Came out hot. It was around 12 on game day and the place was busy. Most tables were taken. We did find seats at the bar. Lots of hollering and shouting. I did say football was on. Very Enjoyable.

My server Melo was incredible. My guy was attendant, engaging and funny. Pluckers, as usual, came with it as far as quality on the wings. Everything was great and I will be returning!

Pluckers is my go to place for wings. They’re just better than all the other places I’ve tried. They’re also better than the ones I can make it home in my air fryer. I’m usually flying solo, so I sit at the bar. And the bartenders here (Erin & Darian today) are always so friendly and attentive. Can’t do better than great food and great service in a fun atmosphere.

I had the pleasure of being served by Mallory during my visit to Plucker’s, and I can confidently say that she provided exceptional customer service! From the moment we sat down, she greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel right at home. We were to craving some chicken wings , went to this establishment and they did not disappoint us, the food was very good, the employees were awesome ( even gave me a toy 🐥 chicken) the atmosphere was great. I will definitely be back to eat and maybe try to spicy wings and enter the contest to have my pic on the wall . 👍

We had a pretty decent experience at the Allen location but decided to change it up and visit the Plano location today. What an amazing experience it was too. Joey greeted the table immediately and had the best positive attitude and energy. She was so quick to get all of our drinks and food orders. She came back with alternatives and was just amazing! I highly recommend asking for her if you visit, I don’t think you’ll regret it.

My husband and I are regulars at this location and today was great service. The waiter (Brandon) made sure to adhere to my request after I expressed that in previous visits, when my husband asked for all flats they tend to give me all drums when I prefer a mix. He made sure that did not happen today by telling the cook ahead of time.

We go out of our way to visit the Plano location. We always sit at the bar and the service is 10/10; bartenders are very friendly and do a great job at checking in. The food is great, beers are cold, and they're very helpful in swapping screens if you're there to see a specific game that's on.

I had an amazing time at pluckers thanks to the amazing staff including Yaniss. We had a very large party and they sat us and accommodated our large group even though it was about 1 hour until close. I will definitely be returning.

This place is excellent. Consistency with their jumbo bone-in wings and variety of sauces, along with great service, keep us craving Pluckers!! You can't get wings like these anywhere else. Spicy Garlic Parmesan and Vampire Killer are my two faves. Served hot, with just the right amount of heat for me! Oh, and if you like fried pickles, they've got those as well. So good. And the ranch dressing is perfection. On a weekend night, I recommend getting a table online before you go. The place is pretty much always packed - and for good reason.

First time coming here about two weeks ago and the service was awesome. My sister and I ordered wings and we got them within about 5 to 7 minutes or so. We were truly amazed how fast the service was and our waiter was very friendly. We were only in that part of town due to holiday shopping as we live all the way in Arlington. Food was soooo good! A lot of wing places bulk cook their wings where they don’t taste fresh by the time you get yours, but these wings were fresh and hot! The beers were ice cold and the fried cheese was crazy huge, great deal for $9. Our bartender Ashley was so helpful and patient helping us decide on wing sauces. I’ve been a Pluckers club member since 2014 and I love coming to eat here as often as I possibly can. I will say, the service has fallen off a little since I first started coming here, but I can tell management is trying to keep the place staffed with the adequate amount of servers, and are training them properly. Overall, I wouldn’t say that takes away from the experience. Another critique I have is the temperature of the food. On occasion, by the time the wings get to the table they aren’t as hot as you would expect. Besides that, what more can I say than great wings and ice cold beer! They have an abundance of TVs and are very willing to change the channel to whatever game you’re trying to watch. It’s a very family friendly environment. One of my favorite restaurants, and in my opinion some of the best wings you can get in town.

Favorite location! I’ve had a good experience dining at this pluckers every time. The only thing I would say isn’t awesome is how their fries aren’t seasoned but the wings make up for it. Service has always been great also!

The good: Place is nice, the food tastes good and service is ok. The not-so-good: Food arrived little late and cold to our table. The lady asked if we wanted the check before finished our dinner, so we had pressure on us to eat fast and leave. And restrooms need to be cleaned. UPDATE: Management team replied to my review, and will pass my feedback to upper management team, which means that THEY LISTEN. I believe them, and I know that they will improve. Great follow up by customer care service! It's all good, thank you. One more star!

I typically visit the Arlington location but this one wasn’t bad. Amazing food as usual,chill atmosphere and so many selections you can choose from. I love the open seating at the bar,it reduces the wait time.

Sports bar atmosphere but more family oriented. If not a game night the food is awesome when it's a game night it still comes out fast but not as great. For instance our chicken was dry as though they didnt add enough sauce. However in the past it has been perfect. The wait staff does a great job and even though we came at a rush hour our waitress did a great job checking in and got our order perfect. She even made sure we had a drink to go. Oh and they have great fried pickles is half plate is 3 so for the 2 of us it was just the right size. The thing that seals the 4 stat review is the lack of parking. For the size and number of tables in the building there is not enough parking. Maybe 30 slots while I would assume the building at least fits 50 tables. Which really was disappointing.

Having been to a couple of 'wings' and 'chicken' places, I was a bit sceptical about Pluckers. But it turned out to be a good experience. We ordered the Buffalo Wings and the Lemon Pepper Wings Combo. Combo means you get fries along with the wings. The wings tasted good and I liked the Lemon Pepper flavour more than the Buffalo one. I wasn't quite happy with the fries though. Service was ok but I wish it could have been faster.

Pluckers is always a hit for sports. We went with a friend who’s a big basketball fan to watch March Madness. He always has the $5 wing coupons from Mavs games for Pluckers - smart partnership! I got the boneless basket, I wish they just had 5 boneless instead of a whole basket like the bone-in wings. I got the spicy ranch flavor - I love dry rubs. I got the sweet potato fries and my friend got regular and they accidentally put the spicy ranch seasoning on it which I didn’t know you could do. We also got the mozzarella sticks - which were HUGE.

So, I was recently told about Pluckers...I have to say, it lives up to the hype! I got the 15 bone-in wings...these bad boys were no joke...should've went w/ 10 piece...maybe even 5 piece...the wings were big...how wings should be! Also had the fried mozzarella sticks & the fried mac'n'cheese...chef's kiss! The place was packed, but only had a 10min wait...I really enjoyed it!

Sweet tea wasn’t sweet enough, fries came out a little bit cold, and the service didn’t seem to care about our table. The TVs are extremely loud and they ran out of tortilla chips AND Oreos. However the food was alright just another typical wing spot.

Their mix and match option with wings is pretty good and also the dry rub ranch fries are generally good but are bit expensive. Great place to hang out with friends and watch football and other sports. Quite some variety they bring when it comes to drinks and which i found bit different from other wings places i have been to.

I told myself I was done paying exorbitant amounts of money for wings and french fries, yet here I am, again. Just out of the gate I would like to say it’s time to end the community paper towel roll, as a napkin dispenser. We are still in the midst of a worldwide pandemic and Pluckers is like, here; touch this thing that everyone else just touched after they wipe their mouths. Then, use it wipe your mouth! And remember, Social Distancing is the key to saving lives!!! But anyway, Pluckers wings are large and meaty. This usually means undercooked and gnarly. Not the case, somehow the fat is rendered on their wings. They are well prepared, even for large wings which most place just cannot do. The waffle fries, terrible. Worst I have ever had. The service was fine for being busy and the overall atmosphere is comfortable. 35.00 for wings, fries, 3 pickles and tip. That’s 7 meals at Wendy’s.

Used to be a huge fan of this location but it seems to have gone downhill. The past few times we have gone the wings have been drenched in grease to the point where we had to dab them with napkins and put them on a fresh plate so they don’t continue to drown. The cocktails are usually very sweet (not really my favorite) but the beer is cold and the location is comparable to other pluckers. The service here is really hit or miss. Our favorite employee was blessed to move up within the company but noteworthy is Loreana (she was top notch at this location for years). Overall if we are nearby we may stop in, but have started to prefer the Addison location over this one.

Came in yesterday and they served me a cold, dry chicken basket. Waitressdidn't refill our drinks. When I asked for a to go cup the sodas were off/flat. This is the second time I've had issues at this location. Waitress was sitting at the bar talking the majority of the time on a Saturday afternoon.

Would have given more stars but the amount they pulled out of my bank account is not the same amount on my receipt. Not cool.

The loaded waffle fries were cold and stale. The Server didn't bring extra plates for 3 of us to share them. The burger didn't have tomatoes onions or pickle when I asked if it did and she said yes. Also the tator tots were cold and not fully cooked. The bone in wings were ok. Chicken cheese steak not that good.

Quality of food and service has been on decline. Wings used to be massive and beers were also. They raised price on wings and shortly after the quality went down. They made beer glasses smaller and kept price the same. I dont mind paying for good food and used to be my go to after a hard week of work. Was a frequent flyer in Allen until it lost the appeal and started to make the longer trip to Plano. I was in there Saturday and ordered my food to go as I only had 30 minutes. Gonna start by saying we have high expectations as a prior management member of Pluckers myself, however last nights visit was tragic. We drove from Little Elm to enjoy a meal for my Veterans Day night out with family. We stood inside the front door for a bit until we finally had a manager seat us. Once greeted by our server, we could tell he was newer putting in our drink order which is fine, however we quickly noticed he had a few tables, double sat and part of a big party. Took a bit to be able to get our food order in. We waited for refills, which we don’t blame him but sucked for us. When our food came out, my daughter’s mac and cheese was burnt and we were missing five wings. My daughter refused to eat her mac and ended up sharing her sisters grilled cheese. We had to ask three separate servers for the wings which still didn’t come until we stopped a male manager and then a female manager came out and asked if we still wanted them…. (Obviously, that’s why we’re still asking for them). We dealt with a few servers this visit. We couldn’t get the check from anyone, I got up at one point and went to the in door to try and get management to close us out but the female manager was helping servers. Definitely not the visit we thought we would have. I appreciate our sever being very communicative that he was behind. Staff did let me know things were crazy due to an upper being fired earlier that day (while I appreciate, I don’t really need that information). As a final cherry on top with the area manager in the building at the time, I’m not sure why service simply wasn’t there. We didn’t have one table touch. Table 43 6-7:20pm Approx.

Unfortunately this review comes after a few visits and a few too many opportunities. The service was dismal from the hosts, the mistakes made on the wait time were outrageous. Our server today was friendly and the most competent we’ve had. However, a warning about the beer would’ve been appreciated before waiting about 20 minutes to just be told we can’t order a pint. The food also left much to be desired. The honey barbecue burger was flavorless. The Cajun wings also lacked flavor. The beer was the best thing we’ve ordered; we enjoyed the local blood & honey revolver as well as a Dos Equis.

I’ve noticed a consistent problem with their to-go orders. Every time we order pick-up, the food tastes like it’s been sitting for hours. Just yesterday, our order was so stale it was almost inedible. It makes me wonder if they’re giving out food from orders that weren’t picked up, or if the to-go process just isn’t managed well. Either way, it feels unsanitary, unhealthy, and really disappointing. It was only minutes after placing my order when I picked it up which just makes this feel ridiculous. I would really like to report this to whoever manages their cleanliness and food safety standards, because this feels beyond irresponsible.

I love pluckers I really do. So much that I DoorDash it every Friday. I get the same thing every Friday. 10 wings & their chips & queso. Out of the last 8 Fridays. It’s literally 50/50 that they include my chips & queso. In my order. I tell the dashers to check but The dashers can’t really do anything because the bag is sealed by the time they get it. So today, they put the chips but no queso. I’m in Aubrey so twice last month I drove up there because I really want this meal…I literally meal prep all week & look forward to an cheat meal from pluckers on Friday night but they keep forgetting. I don’t have the energy to drive up there since it’s 11pm….im just bummed. DoorDash isn’t at fault here, they usually refund me $8 but I’d rather get my full meal. I’ll probably start a weekly series. If you don’t see my post next Friday that means it’s good news.

Don't come here OR order on game day. The app is awesome. I place an order and it says pickup at 7:09pm (20 mins after my order time). I show up and all they say is "yeah, few more minutes". Cool no big deal. Go back in 7:19pm. "Still waiting for orders". Cool. Now I've waited 30 minutes for food and 10 mins past your promise time. 1. Give an accurate pickup time to manage expectations, 2. At least pretend to be apologetic about it and 3. If I was sitting at a table, 30 mins for wings is ridiculous. Update. Got my food at 7:35pm with them saying "oh I was wondering where you were. REALLY?" Got home to great wings, soggy cold friends and soupy pickle sticks that didn't even have breading. Update: I already sent an email to the address they spam you with. They never responded. At least they respond for looks on Reviews. Oh, well, on to another spot. See ya never.

Whatever you do, do not let Luke be your server. He charged us for a full basket of fries when we only received half a basket, charged us for two flavors when he only served us one, and despite our requests for a refill twice, we never received it. The wings and fries were cold, too. Overall, 0/5 experience.

This is my second time being here and they are out of all the flavors once again. Also the second time the fries have come out cold. Don’t waste your time ordering the fries. Ordered the holy Mac as an appetizer to which it never came out and the server told us a second time he was going to check on it. Went to pay and there wasn’t even an itemized receipt. Won’t be back here

I'm visiting the area and heard great things about this place, but I left disappointed. As a huge fan of wings, I was really saddened to find the waffle fries were cold and most of my wings had feathers on them... also sauce was cold to the touch. Did not eat any of it. I don't know if this is typical or because I came at 10 p.m. on a Friday night. The front house waiter was nice.

I don’t think they know what well done is here..I asked for extra crispy and the chicken was horrible. If my wings were extra crispy then your regular cooked wings are still running around laying eggs. I wasn’t even going to leave a review about it but the price is so high I had to… go to another wing spot if you like your chicken well done..do not waste your money

Service sucked today. We waited over over several minutes and still no water and iced tea. It was not busy at all. It was not busy, less then 5 tables. So we were just sitting there, waited a few more minutes for server and still nothing. So we left. Try another location. I don't know if there was a GM there to ensure service is going at least good. This place don't care, so why eat their food. Nah. Hoping this place improves with better service.

I’m not sure if it’s my luck or just this location alone but I always have the worst experiences when it comes to service. Tonight, we were a party of three. Our waitress was training and announced that when she came to greet us. That was no issue at all. We got our drinks which one was wrong but we got it quickly corrected. We had our fried pickle appetizer come shortly after and then put in our main entrees order. It was after this that the service was terrible. It was about 35-40 minutes or more that we waited for our food to come out. Not the waitress nor the individual training came by to check in if we needed refills or at least give an update on the status of our food. We received our wings first then fries and our salad. The salad unfortunately was wrong (ordered southwest salad with grilled chicken and they brought out a regular Cesar). The waitress went to change it but unfortunately my grandma decided after waiting almost an hour that she didn’t want it anymore. The whole situation was beyond frustrating and I sincerely hope no one else has to deal with it. Our waitress didn’t even come out after all this as we never saw here again. We had another individual close us out and I am yet again reminded on why I never visit this location….

Ordered through doordash & had a terrible experience, the only thing they got right were my wing flavors. I did not receive my order of fried pickles or the extra ranches I paid for! On top of all of that, everything was cold & my order of fries looked like somebody's leftovers. I expect a refund for the items I paid for & did not receive.
