I swear, Everytime I come here, the staff are just a blessing. So sweet, patient, and thorough when they cash me out. The tea is always really good and no matter where I am in Plano, Dallas, or Richardson, my friend always turns the wheel into the parking lot so we can get a big cup of tea. Wild raspberry, blueberry, and pink lemonade (wild pink berry) is extremely good together, fyi :) )

Awesome. What else can I say. The tea is great and is priced right, especially at happy hour from 2 to 4 every day. I think we go here 3 or 4 times a week and love it. The fruit bar is always fresh, the tea is ready, and the folks that work there are friendly. They have a great selection of yeti products at the plano location, too! This place is awesome if you love tea. They have a lot of flavors available daily and you can taste test as many as you’d like. They also have an assortment of snacks and other interesting stuff. We use them to refill our 5 gallon water jug at $.50 per gallon, there are cheaper places but I feel they have the best quality water here.

This place its amazing! The Fletchers food truck had a line of about 2 hours long and selling water for $2 HTeaO employees went far and beyond to give out free water and sweet tea samples as the heat was at 106 degrees, we went in and bought the Mango and Peach tea, it was soooo good! They have many choices. The customer service was amazing, its something that definitely caught our attention and we will definitely be back! Thank you guys, you are awesome!

Best tea ever. Every time I travel into Plano to visit my parents my family stops and gets tea here. Wish they had one by my house in Frisco near Preston & 121.

Recently, a friend was raving about HTeaO and all of their different tea flavors, so I had to check it out in person. Wow! I had only been through the drive-thru before, but going inside was a game-changer. The tea is amazing! I haven’t found my “go-to” blend yet, but I’ve already been three times this week. I’m officially obsessed. The interior is clean and cute, but what really stands out is the exceptional service. I had an issue with the app (since I’m now a loyalty member), and even though I was there during happy hour with a crowd, I mentioned it to Troy. He took my contact info and promised to look into it. Not only was he incredibly courteous, but he also followed up and contacted me the same night to help resolve the issue. As a bonus, he gave my dog a cup of treats! I couldn’t love this place more if I tried. Highly recommend!

I walked in with two empty 5 gallon water jugs and no one acknowledged me for a few secs even though I was right at the front desk. . One guy takes my payment and says he will get them filled. He takes the jugs and leaves them at the water fountain for I don’t know maybe 5-10 min go by and still they are just sitting there. No one else has asked me if I need help. Not the best service I’ve had from this place. Pretty bad actually. Took about 15 min for some one else to ask me if I’m in line because someone else was standing behind me waiting. Still took a good 15-20 min just for me to get 2 jugs of water filled. I went back on another day and got some of the best service I’ve gotten from anywhere. Thank you guys!

HTeaO is an oasis for iced tea lovers. Perfect during summer, easy to get in and out, and everyone has consistently been nice and down-to-earth. I highly recommend.

I always go here for the tea and the premium water is really good! We stock up about 5-6 gallons at a time, $0.60 for a gallon refill of water is unbeatable. I will say the customer service at this location is better than the other 3 locations I’ve been to. They go above and beyond every time. From the management on down. It makes a huge difference!

The people were super sweet and the small conversation made me feel so much better and the sweet notes on the lid always make my day. It’s the small things. I never thought I needed this place until I stopped by today for the first time, especially since I’m going through a summer pregnancy right now and obviously can’t drink booze and trying to limit coffee intake. I’d been curious to check it out for the longest time and wish I had previously! What a super cool concept. Love the unsweet tea (and their version of an Arnold Palmer) options. Very affordable prices too - especially for their gallon and 1/2 gal sizes! Would love to check out the 5gal water jug refill service in the future. This place is deluxe. Slew of options and you can serve yourself (which I prefer; I can get my ice ratio how I want). Speaking of ice they have “the good ice”, meaning nugget ice. We tried the sweet coconut and sweet blueberry green. Added strawberries and blueberries for a cost but they’re worth it. Fresh. Added lemon wedges which were free. The huge cups live up to their name. I liked the coconut which is surprising because I normally hate coconut. The flavor isn’t overpowering and I couldn’t smell it during the pour. The blueberry sweet is very good. Full of flavor.

I love getting tea here! I just picked up a large tea and a half gallon of tea for approx $6.50. Very reasonably priced for a shop that only sells tea. I don’t buy their plain teas, but I love the unsweetened raspberry and blueberry. Learned of this place from my grandmother, who always has HTea0 at family gatherings.

If you want excellent sweet tea and friendly service, go here! The root beer, coconut, and cherry teas are delicious; so is the pink lemonade. I also love that they encourage sampling. Get the app and stack your rewards if you come regularly. This is one of my almost-daily stops.

Love their sweet mango fresco, not too sweet and nice tea flavor. I don’t think there is another tea place like this plano/Dallas so I am super excited that at least one exists. A large will cost about 3$ unless you come during happy hour 2-4 then prices are half off. The staff are really nice and the tea itself is top notch. Will certainly stop by again to try their other flavors.

I discovered this place about 6mos ago and have visited nearly every day since! Fresh tea, in both sweet and unsweetened, approximately 10 tea flavors, fresh cut fruit and berries to add (for a price), a variety of cup sizes from small to ginormous, pellet ice and a variety of Yeti merchandise and healthy snacks. Loved it over the summer when the staff was all cool, chipper college kids! My ONLY complaint is the music; they are required to play a country music playlist exclusively, I’ve asked. The music is a HUGE turn off. Ohh, and the occasional cricket infestation. It’s kinda gross to be stepping around both crawling and dead insects while fixing a drink.

Excellent customer service, and the different teas are delicious + refreshing. You can even get refills on your 3 or 4 gallons of purified water for a great price; might be refills on 5 gallon of water. I usually refill on 4 gallon. Love this place.

It was my first time ordering from HTeaO. I ordered the Ryan Palmer. It was so delicious, it had the perfect sweetness and the perfect amount of ice. I came back second time to order a mini gallon of Ryan Palmer and a mini gallon of unsweet blueberry tea. You should definitely try this place. They beat sonic's iced tea selection.

I hate to use the word perfection because nothing seems to amount as such, however, I can make an exception for the exuberant establishment. A shout out to Chris and Troy for their exemplary skills in the art of drink making as well as their exceptional amiable behavior. The whole staff that makes up this location deserves a long pat on the back for they bring the liveliness to the place. Not only are they talented and have a hospitable nature about them, they are also efficient. Everything done is completed in a timely manner. There is hardly ever time spent waiting in the drive through solely because of the staffs ability to work methodically and systematically which is astounding considering the top notch quality of a drink you are getting. First time going inside instead of the drive thru. I didn't know tea samples are available inside instead of guessing what to try outside. The employee that came to the counter to help me was very kind and helpful. I am a TEA lover and she was excited to the excitement on my face about trying flavors I've wondered about. I look forward to returning and going inside. As a bonus I came during happy hour 2-4. I do wish happy hour would go until 5 when school starts. As a teacher at my campus we cannot leave until 4pm and we arrive by 745am. So during the week I will happy Tea Hour. I look forward to returning. This trip I ordered Ginger Peach Tea and a Chai Tea.

I know what you’re thinking - an iced tea place, no way - but trust me, you HAVE to give it a try - and take this one recommendation - don’t go through the drive thru the first time, park, walk into the store and feast your eyes and taste buds on about 40 different iced tea varieties! Yes, you can sample them - and it’s amazing. I had no idea that I would love the chai tea or the sweet coconut. Yes, I knew I’d love the sweet mint - but I also had no idea that mixing the sweet mint and the Texas chai would make the most incredible tea flavor ever! Love that you can buy the drinks by the cup or gallon - you’ll be an instant hit showing up at any party this summer with a couple of gallons of tea from HTeaO! Sweet and unsweet, and of course you have the lemonades to make your Arnold Palmers - or whatever we have to call tea/lemonade now!

I didn't think there were that many flavors of tea until I came to this place. The service is always good, and the selection is plenty for visitors. This location also offers 1/2 tea during happy hour which is nice if you just want to grab a quick drink. They have a huge selection of flavored teas, some sweetened and unsweetened. You can mix and match your drink according to the flavors that you like. I usually get a little bit of the mint, coconut, and watermelon green tea all mixed together. They have a drive-through as well, but I like coming inside to try their flavors and then mixing my own cup. There are free lemon wedges to add on, along with paid fruit options like strawberries & cherries. The workers are so friendly and made my experience a lot better. I remember the first time I walked in, I was super overwhelmed by the selection until a worker told me to try them all. There are mini cups around the area so you can taste test everything. I didn't feel rushed at all, and it was during happy hour too so I paid $3.50 for two giant cups. I highly recommend HTeaO if you like iced tea!

Large variety of teas. I actually stopped at two locations and this was the second. Gave it a 4 stars because the first location seemed to be cleaner and less people. But the teas are amazing here and have such a versatile selection is somewhat overwhelming.

I finally decided to stop at an HTeaO. I was shocked by the number of items they have. Customer service wasn’t terrible, but it wasn’t good. I received no greeting when I walked in or have a nice day after purchasing my beverage. The establishment is a vibe and all the teas I sampled were delicious. This is the type of tea I make at home. But I’m glad I found a place to purchase a quick cup of tea at a reasonable price. Note: Favorite tea was the sweet & unsweet Georgia Peach.

I do love your tea, but have to give you points off for only coming out with new sweetened flavors but no new unsweetened flavors. You've had the same unsweet lineup forever now. There are people out there who can't have sugar and would love to be able to have new choices from time to time.

Tonight was the worse service I’ve ever received at this store. I’ve had a problem with the tea that they have in the refrigerator up front. It goes sour after 2 days so I have been asking to purchase fresh made tea and up until today this store has done so. Tonight I ordered my usual two gallons and the guy that took my order refused to do so and called me a liar. He refused service to me and said that he was the GENERAL MANAGER. I’ll find somewhere else for my ice tea!!!!!!!

I went on Sunday June 23rd of 2024 during the 2pm happy hour. I arrived at the register at 2:10pm. The young lady charged me full price after myself and the lady behind me told her it was not the happy hour prices. I just said fine even though I knew it was wrong. Paid cash and asked for my receipt. I was then told the store doesn’t provide receipts for cash purchases. Once the next person paid (while I was still at the register). They were given happy hour. That second customer informed her she did not give me happy hour. She said yes I did. Once she then realized it was not right. She stated oh I’m so sorry and I don’t know how to fix it. Worst experience ever. Won’t go to this branch anymore.

The tea was wonderful, the restaurant clean, the staff tolerated customers. My rating is the result of a fall on the way out across the disability ramp. I fell, hurting my shoulder, knees and hands because the design of the ramp. Several customers asked to help me up including a fit man who said he'd made the same fall before.
