Jason is humorous, kind and a wonderful class act for this beautiful coffee cafe. I ordered a hot matcha latte and was so good! I drew something and was able to put it on top of a brew and it came out so well. I recommend this place to anyone who's looking for a nice coffee and a good experience, check out the custom prints you can get on your coffee!

My wife and I came here for the first time today while visiting family in Dallas. We’ve found it increasingly rare to find cafes that are truly “coffee first” and Inspired Brews really surpassed our expectations. Really wonderful, friendly vibe inside and excellent coffee. 10/10 would recommend.

Let me tell you about the experience that I just had at at Inspired Brew! The owner was incredibly knowledgeable about the beans that he was using to make the most incredible coffee! To see someone so passionate about his coffee was just magical. He allowed us to try different things so that we made sure to get exactly what we wanted and allowed us to sample the most amazing Rum bread I have ever tasted. Every cup is filled with love when you visit. He had several different beans that he used for brewed coffee and espresso for lattes. Many were roasted with whiskey. It was incredible to taste the infusion of two things that I love! I chose the toasted pistachio latte and my partner chose the Bourbon brown sugar cinnamon latte. Neither of us have ever tasted anything like it. We also were able to purchase 2 different freshly roasted beans and we can’t wait to brew them at home! Please go and try this place! You will not regret it!

We stopped by this coffee shop to try a new place and we are so glad we did! The owner was nice and friendly and gave us lots of good recommendations to try. His passion and knowledge for high quality coffee is evident! The coffee was high quality and unique. The drinks we got had great coffee flavor and wasn't just sugar, like a lot of other shops. 10/10 would recommend to others! (Also try the pumpkin bread! It is very very good!)

Excellent excellent! Found this cozy corner cafe. Came in and was greeted by the smell of fantastic pastries and coffee. I ordered a Toasted Pistachio Oatmilk Latte with an extra shot. Pistachio wasn't overwhelming and complimented everything perfectly! I didn't get any pastries but they looked delicious. Would definitely return

His fulfillment comes from the heartfelt smile of your experience to his top shelf product. I’d never heard of the Coffee Score Rating, and I learned many nuances from Jason! A true affection-ado and master of the perfect Cup! I found myself so inspired all day, that I came back later to say thanks, and was rewarded again by my second cup, and the genuine, humble, friendly and professionalism of Tatiana. This is what I tried: Bourbon Brown Sugar Cinnamon Latte - 100/10 Bourbon Infused Kenyan whole beans - did not plan to purchase but so glad I did.

Absolutely loved the atmosphere here. I needed to get out of the house for a few hours for a peaceful place to read. I wanted to support a local coffee shop - not a chain! - and this place did not disappoint. I had the Toffee Brown butter bourbon latte and a matcha. SO GOOD. Highly recommend.

Cozy place with an unbeatable espresso - single origin Kenyan beans! I wish I had "cleaned" my palate before the first sip. Loved the genuine macchiato for my better half who is more accustomed to the "other" hot type served by chain stores. My explanation made her a convert. The desserts looked nice. The blueberry muffin had expanded nicely in the oven - clear sign that the desserts here are not an after thought.

So many amazing reviews. I was really disappointed in the coffee. I just had a cappuccino- but it wasn’t good. It was $6.50 and I tossed it after a few sips. Big to go cup and therefore they felt the need to completely fill it with warm milk and then thick loose foam to the top. So I’m not sure what I’d call the drink but it wasn’t a cappuccino. The person seemed nice. The store was small and seemed friendly and local which is great. Just dissatisfied with the drink - and the price for what I received.

This is a very small coffee shop that's decorated very well. Great for pictures. But not so great for sitting around to work. I went in for a drip coffee (because that's what I like) but the barista insisted I try of their specialty coffees. Felt like I couldn't say no. I ended up not liking or drinking it, and left feeling disappointed that I'd wasted my money. Since black drip coffee is my preference (and I don't like being persuaded otherwise), this ended up not being a good fit for me. If you're looking for a specialized beverage in an adorable picturesque coffee shop, you may love it.
