For starters, I gave the rating a four out of five for atmosphere, but it’s really because it’s an authentic experience. No Frills just really good amazing chicken with a sauce that’s to die for staff is friendly and very pleasant. If you were to look at the exterior, it doesn’t look like very much kind of in a rundown plaza, but Make no mistake the food betrays the building exterior in the most positive way possible. I came yesterday for a whole grilled onion only. I returned today to meet Luis. Luis is exactly as the reviews have mentioned, not knowing was the same person at the drive-thru window. Luis left the window and helped me at the counter, that's a great example of a team player. Luis has excellent customer service energy. This is the best location I have ever come to. I will return with no hesitation.

I wish there were more locations. I'd eat there every week if they were close. Best grilled chicken you can get from any fast food place and I have yet to try a bad salsa from the salsa bar! Our family loved Pollo Regio, the flavor of the chicken is unmatched unless you go to Mexico. The flavors are right on target, the facility was clean. The salsa bar is yummy, the green sauce was my favorite. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. I highly recommended Pollo Regio for authentic Mexican dishes. I didn’t take any pictures because I jumped right into the food.

Stopped in here and tried the 5 taco plate. For $14.99 I wish it included rice and beans however I did really appreciate the portion of onions/cilantro/grilled onions included on the side! For meats I tried chicken, bistek, pastor, asada, and barbacoa. My favorite were the asada and barbacoa but honestly they were all really great. The SALSA BAR is amazing and what will truly keep me coming back. I love how they have 4+ options available and a green jalapeno salsa that was not too spicy! The pickled onions and free chips were a great addition as well! My brother ordered the chicken flautas which he enjoyed and recommended as well. Check this place out for some decent Mexican fast food!

You must start with the namesake half chicken, 2 sides, sauces, tortillas, and be sure to get your own chips on the way out. somehow, warm chips self served in paper liners just raste better. There is also a full salsa self serve of you need more, or other, sauces for your meal. Tables are available for eating in if you prefer. Fall off the bone chicken with a sumptuous sauce compliments the rice and beans. You gotta try it!

I have pick up here mostly dedicated to Spanish speaking people. You can smell the burning chicken far away outside from the restaurant. Decent place & convinced corner near Tom thumb market. Parking tight & limited. Employee has to handle both online phones answering walk-in customers & drive by window. No manager & high turnout

I ordered through the speaker, he repeated the order and I had to tell him he missed some items and told him again what they were. When I got to the window they repeated the order and still missed the items so I told them again. I knew I had to check the bag to make sure they didn’t forget anything and they did. We had to go back and let know, they even forgot the sauces. I asked for the sauces and only got 4 small ones for the whole chicken so I had to order the medium size sauces.

Dont go there foods garbage found hair on my chicken, received one type of sauce in drive thru was never asked what kind i wanted went back to try and get a different kind they wanted to charge me because i didnt tell them what kind i wanted i ordered two chickens I expected sauce variety or atleast for them to give me some more when i drove back up there . For the first time I realized that when you buy just chicken you are not entitled to sauces. That's what the manager of this location told me and I spoke to the customer service to ask if it was true and they also confirmed that after I spent $29.97 on 12 pieces of chicken.

I used to order from this place regularly, but recently my dad and his friends became seriously ill after eating an undercooked burger there. He was vomiting none stop all night and even had to be hospitalized. I don’t know who was responsible in the kitchen that day, but after hearing this, I no longer feel safe ordering from here.
