We had a great experience at this location! The employees were very welcoming! The food was great!
Francisca significantly contributes to our operations. I consistently appreciate the quality and flavor of Pollo Regio's cuisine. While this location has previously faced challenges with order accuracy and efficiency, Francisca's performance today was exceptional. Her professionalism, precision, and ability to instill confidence regarding my order were remarkable. Continued recruitment of individuals of her caliber will undoubtedly drive this location's success. Her expertise is evident, and I anticipate more frequent visits.
Stopped in here and tried the 5 taco plate. For $14.99 I wish it included rice and beans however I did really appreciate the portion of onions/cilantro/grilled onions included on the side! For meats I tried chicken, bistek, pastor, asada, and barbacoa. My favorite were the asada and barbacoa but honestly they were all really great. The SALSA BAR is amazing and what will truly keep me coming back. I love how they have 4+ options available and a green jalapeno salsa that was not too spicy! The pickled onions and free chips were a great addition as well! My brother ordered the chicken flautas which he enjoyed and recommended as well. Check this place out for some decent Mexican fast food!
The cashier, Jenny, was exceptionally helpful and patient. I had a question about my order, and she took the time to listen, and explain the options clearly and ensured my order was correct without making me feel rushed.
My superintendent and I stopped by on August 21st to pick up a large order for construction crew. Cony and Ashley helped us to get the order placed and with minimum amount of time to wait. Really appreciate when service goes above and beyond.
I eat at the particular Pollo Regio about once a week, but I crave it wayyy more than that! The food is always fresh a delicious. Especially the Grilled Chicken Salad and the Chicken Tacos on Flour. The front of house staff are really nice and attentive! 10/10 :)

I have been coming here for a while now, and the staff is always very helpful and very nice. Service is amazing and welcoming and quick to get food out correctly, even when busy. Luis and Francisca are extremely nice, and always work with a positive attitude. They make sure I feel appreciated each and every time.
Luis and Francisca are really sweet and friendly . Awesome and fast service. I been coming to this location for a long time and I’m always satisfied with everything highly recommend everything in the menu with the green salsa.
I don’t come often but every time I do the food ALWAYS taste fresh and delicious! I love the habanero salsa and the pastor tacos! Luis and Francisca were very helpful at the register!
In town visiting and needed a bite to eat. Everything else was closed but I found this gem that was still open. Thankful they were because the tacos were awesome. Highly recommend this place if you’re in need of a good taco. The salsa bar and fresh hot chips were amazing too.
I love this restaurant. Their chicken is absolutely delicious. I have been coming here for years. Today Francisca took my order, and she was super friendly. I always take my food to go, and she offered me to try some of the other salsas they make and their renounce chips. I see myself coming here for years to come. This restaurant gets 10 stars from me.
Excellent place, the chicken it’s absolutely delicious . I order the pollo plate, it came with rice and beans . The beans were delicious, the rice was average, but the pollo was very very good. I definitely are going to be ordering from there. P.s. the churros are delicious with cajeta inside

Food was good, service was ok, language barrier. I pass by this location weekly as I head to church and kept telling myself that I would stop. I stopped with my family. For improvement the cheese on the nachos would've been better hot and enough cheese to cover the nachos. My husband ordered the burger and enjoyed it.

I ordered the bowl with extra chicken. 90% of my bowl is just straight up rice. The total was almost 20$. Their regular chicken meals taste way better don’t waste your money on the bowl.

I used to order from this place regularly, but recently my dad and his friends became seriously ill after eating an undercooked burger there. He was vomiting none stop all night and even had to be hospitalized. I don’t know who was responsible in the kitchen that day, but after hearing this, I no longer feel safe ordering from here.
Pleaaase do better pollo regio !! I went here for a pick up order pickup up my food and it had onions it in I always put no onions I’m allergic to onions and well I called the store the manager is being rude laughing with another co worker & keeps telling me I didn’t put no onions rings and just keeps hanging up didn’t even get to eat any food and just wasted money
they over charge so much now . give very little sauce . changed the size of the sauce cup which makes it even worse because they act like sauce is gold to even give extra. salty and just over priced. wish they went back to the same ways 2yrs ago
