Had the Best 4 hour meal here for New Year's Eve since moving to Dallas three years ago. My friend from Washington, D.C. also loved it. Shay is the Best Server in DFW. Everything she did was perfection. Will definitely go back.

We celebrated our daughter’s 22nd birthday at The Capital Grille, and the experience was exceptional—truly above expectations. Daniel, our server, was friendly, attentive, and professional. His service made the celebration even more enjoyable, and we would absolutely request him again on our next visit. Most of our party ordered steak, including the filet mignon, bone-in ribeye, and dry-aged porterhouse. Every steak was cooked perfectly and expertly prepared. The side dishes were also very good and complemented the meals nicely. Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience, and I would definitely recommend The Capital Grille for a special occasion.

I love Capital Grille! The food portions were exceptional and the ambiance is always a joy. We had a small family gathering and enjoyed our time there. The service was truly focused on building a joyful experience for us and we appreciated Eduardo for all his suggestions, they were spot on! You will love it, give them a try or two!

The Capital Grille is an exceptionally good steakhouse. Their filet mignon is incredibly flavorful, especially for that cut of meat. And their prices are very reasonable, considering the level of service and quality of food. They also offer a complementary dessert. I know a lot of places do this, but the dessert options were delicious.

A great restaurant for all types of occasions. Ambient was great with the great service. Although my porterhouse was little disappointing compare to the porterhouse that I had in the past, the seafood tower and the desserts were awesome! Our server Daniel was attentive and very professional! I would highly recommend this restaurant.

I was so impressed with my time here at Capital Grille. Our server Daniel was such a light and so attentive. The food was amazing and the flavor of everything was great. We really liked the chicken with risotto and the Mac and cheese. I do plan on coming back here again and I will be asking for Daniel! Liliana was also very on top of things and helpful. Also want to give a big thank you to the general manager Paul who came by and made sure we were doing ok during our dine in experience. 10/10 would recommend!

Was in town on a business trip and decided to take myself out for a nice dinner on my birthday. I sat in the bar area but there were booths available. Had a pleasant, knowledgeable waitress that entertained me. The manager also came by for a chat to let me know I reminded him of his grandmother in how I eat my food - very deliberate and slow. Gotta savor all that flavor! We had a nice laugh and moment. My waitress persuaded me to get the salmon (which was at the bottom of my list) but I’m so glad I did. It was light, airy, and delicious! Then, I couldn’t decide between two desserts, so she brought both! I thought that was very sweet of her. And she was right again - that coconut cream pie was a delight! This was one of the best services I’ve had and I can’t wait to return.

The Capital Grille is a favorite of mine and consistently provides an amazing dining experience for friends, family, or a loved one. The atmosphere has always been terrific, especially for a night out on the town. Capital Grille provides attentive and friendly service. Most of all, the food is absolutely devine and keeps customers returning for more.

This was a fantastic diner. The last couple of steak houses I have been to have all been flops but this one was great! Eduardo was our server and did a phenomenal job especially on a wine recommendation. He gave great service through the whole night and was on top of everything. (I am use to great service in the beginning then terrible at the end at high end steak houses) crab cakes are really good Steak was good quality meat. It is a nice atmosphere and the entire staff are on top of everything hosts to the gentleman with the white beard always refilling my water! They have valet parking there is free parking in a garage or limited parking around.

Came here to celebrate with my family. The service here was excellent with with the waitress and the wine director providing friendly and top class service. Food was also very good, especially their dry age steak. The appetizers were about average, though. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere that's well suited for most occasions. The price was also not too bad, considering the ambiance, service, and the food quality. I definitely recommend giving this place a visit if you're not looking to spend too much on a special night out.

I attended a work dinner party and ordered the pan seared sea scallops with lobster risotto. My risotto was a little gummy and the scallops were all unevenly cooked. We did have a table of 17 people so, maybe it was hard to get everything out perfectly but, one co-worker had to send her dish back and another just didn't eat it because it was so over done. The sides were good and the drinks kept coming but it was exceedingly hot in the room we were in and kept having to open the patio doors.

Service is unmatched to most restaurants! Atmosphere is Texas and local history, a total gem! The food however needs improvement. The recipes and food quality are minimal for fine dining category at best. It is not priced for the quality but priced for the service and atmosphere. I have had better quality and gourmet food for half. But the service!
