Food: Excellent; Service: Excellent; Atmosphere: Excellent; Lighting: Excellent (Well-lit); I’ve been to this place multiple times and it has always been a great experience. Try out as many Tapas(small plates) as you can. Paella for the main course is great but I prefer the small plates for the entire meal.

This place is simply amazing. The grilled octopus and the ceviche are solid tens out of tens and they have the best paella of the area. Michelle is kind and provides an exceptional service. We will come back!

We had come back for our anniversary and the staff and manager had signed a card for us and made our first anniversary special. There is a great selection of tapas & signature cocktails. The white sangria & expresso martini were two of my favorites. The garlic shrimp were cooked and seasoned perfectly. The ham croquette were crispy on the outside and paired with a tasty fig dip. The sliders, albondigas & ceviche were also fresh & delicious. We tried the chicken with rice and octopus salad from the large plate menu. Octopus was grilled perfectly and was tender. The chicken and rice was flavorful. Don't miss the churros & tiramisu. We would order all of these plates again. Our Service was fast & attentive.

Made up mind to try a different cuisine! Landed at this place and it was brilliant! Grilled Flatbread, Patatas Bravas (For my Vegetarian girlfriend), and Huevos Bravos with chicken were fabulous! Loved the place! Last but not least, the hazelnut waffles is like cherry on top! Highly recommend this place.

This is actually my favorite restaurant in Legacy West. I have been here many times and it has never disappointed. The food is great and the service is great. I will say the Spanish rice was a little bit salty but the grilled octopus was amazing and you should definitely get the bacon wrapped dates

The service and food was wonderful. The restaurant has gorgeous decor, clean, and very trendy The brunch trio is $32, and a glass of mimosa was $3 each. You can't really beat that most upscale restaurants.

Michelle was amazing! She gave thoughtful recommendations that fit my pescatarian diet and was incredibly attentive throughout the meal. The food itself was good—not quite authentic Spanish cuisine, but still enjoyable. Overall, great service and a pleasant dining experience.

I had such a great dinner at Bulla Gastrobar! Everything we ordered was full of flavor and beautifully plated. The octopus was perfectly grilled and tender, not chewy at all — definitely one of the highlights. The calamari was crispy on the outside and soft inside, and the dipping sauce was super refreshing. The paella was rich, flavorful, and packed with shrimp, clams, and seafood — definitely worth trying if you come here. We also ordered the short ribs, which were incredibly soft and paired perfectly with the creamy sauce. Their drinks were also really good — especially the red sangria, very fruity and refreshing. Overall, the food, service, and atmosphere were all excellent. It’s a perfect spot for tapas, sharing plates, and enjoying a relaxed evening. Highly recommend!

We celebrated my wife’s birthday at Bulla yesterday and had an amazing experience from start to finish. Our server, Edgar, was outstanding — truly great service and attention to detail. The food was fantastic: we started with the tuna tartare and canelones, both delicious. Then we had the paella mixta, cooked perfectly. For dessert, they surprised us with amazing churros on the house, which was such a thoughtful touch. Everything paired beautifully with a wonderful Spanish white wine. Highly recommend this place — great food, great service, and a perfect spot for a special celebration!

I had an amazing experience at Bulla, and a big part of it was thanks to our server, Michelle. She was warm, attentive, and genuinely kind from the moment we sat down. Michelle checked on us at the perfect times, made great recommendations, and never made us feel rushed. You can tell she really cares about her guests and enjoys what she does. The food and atmosphere were wonderful, but Michelle’s service is what truly made the night special. She is a great asset to the restaurant, and we will definitely be back to see her again! 🙌

Came to eat for our first time for my girlfriend’s sisters birthday w a 7 top. Food and environment was absolutely amazing. Recommend trying several tapas options- I don’t think you can go wrong w any. Otherwise we ordered clams w chorizo, short ribs and salmon! All fantastic. Out server Roque was top notch- as a former server I’m pretty critical. Attentive throughout the duration of our meal and even brought a hand written birthday card to the table. Nice touch!!! *should throw a $10-$20 gift card in with the birthday card and bam, repeat business guaranteed! Only negative was the men’s room was out of hand towels and the hand dryer on the wall was out of service (or I’m an idiot and didn’t know how to work it). The details are important to us. We’ll be back for sure for a 2nd visit. Ty guys for a great night

While visiting the Dallas area, last night started with the Smoke & Mirrors cocktail (despite not being a big fan of Mezcal) but it was a nice balance of smoke/sweet/spicey. Had the grilled octopus and pork loin skewers and they were delicious; have had grilled octopus in many foodie places and this by far has been the best. The only minus is the bed of polenta could've been a tad bit less sweet. Capping off dinner with the Torrija dessert was a pleasant surprise since neither the goat ice cream nor the caramelized brioche were saturated in sugar as wayyy too many desserts resort to. The laid-back chic vibe and atmosphere was also appreciated. Highly recommended.

Great food and service. All the tapas were delicious. The coconut flan it was the cherry on top. The only thing I was not happy was they placed us in a tiny small table when they have plenty of tables open even when we arrive and left.

Easily the best meal and service I've had in a long time. Isa was my server and she had fantastic recommendations and was so kind and attentive! The horchata was great! Montaditos blew my mind! Didn't have any expectations, and it was such a great mix of flavors. I felt like Remy in Ratatouille when he eats the cheese and strawberry. I really appreciated Isa and the chef for my paella de pollo without mushrooms. It was so tasty. I have been eating mostly home cooked meals since moving to Dallas, so I think that's why I felt the paella was a tad too salty for me. But otherwise, a very tasty dish. Isa recommended the flan de coco. I love coconut, and the flan did not disappoint. So rich and creamy! I didn't read the menu thoroughly and thought it was served with vanilla ice cream. The passion fruit sorbet was an unexpected flavor combination with the fruit and flan! I will definitely be returning and I'll be taking family and friends here when they visit me.

We enjoyed a late brunch on Sunday, served until 4 PM, opting for the preset menu that included an appetizer, main course, and dessert. We also ordered the chorizo-stuffed dates, a favorite of my wife’s. The dates were exceptional, bursting with flavor. The potato pancake surprised us with its delightful taste. The salmon was tasty and light, great for a warm day. The white sangria was pleasantly sweet, an ideal refreshment for the heat. The patatas bravas, after a sprinkle of salt, were satisfying. The braised pork with mash was flavorful and well-prepared. The hazelnut waffles stole the show, easily worth a return visit. The dessert empanadas were enjoyable, a sweet finish to the meal. Service was attentive, friendly, and well-informed. Dishes arrived fresh as they were prepared, which suited our preference for sharing perfectly.

I’ve been to Bulla a handful of times and I appreciate the creative menu with unexpected (delicious) flavors. I enjoy tapas and my husband and I order 3-4 minimum to try each visit. The service has always been excellent and I enjoy the open kitchen and decor. Adriana was our waitress this past visit and she was attentive while also giving us time/space to enjoy our meal. Some of the dishes are very rich (oily) and I could only have a few bites so I appreciate the small tapas but do wish they used a bit less oil as you can see the separation. Also, on our most recent visit we tried the Octopus, which had great flavor, but was overcooked. It was very hard to cut and even harder to chew. The kitchen made us another one, but that was also unfortunately overcooked. They did comp both.

We started off with drinks which were a 4/5… Sangria was good but the old fashioned was watered down! Patata bravas could have been better… Ceviche was star of the dinner - too good! We did not particularly like the Paella as we expected the bottom crust burnt which it was not…. Garlic shrimps were good, needed a bit salt. Overall good, not sure why is it extremely highly rated!
