This place is beautiful! The guy who helped us (possibly the owner) was so nice and even took pictures for us. The chairs were comfy. The lobster shrimp taco was very good. Drinks were also very good. I’ll come back again for sure.
Perfect post-Galentine’s date with my daughter and my friend of all time! Good food, great drink drinks (even the non-alcoholic concoction the bartender made for me) and really great people! I highly recommend! The ambience was impeccable! I loved the seating, the floral arrangements that hang above you. I loved the decor… there are even some TVs in the back for those who wanna sit at the bar and watch a game! Most of all, I really enjoyed my waiter Eddie! And special shout out to the bartender (can’t really remember his name)… but he works there almost every evening except for Tuesday! The bartender personally came to our table and make sure my drink was made exactly how I wanted it! It was the
Really cool atmosphere… and incredible food and service. Tried the shrimp and grits taco and was amazed!!! Very unique and worth a try. Hoping to come back and try the carne asada taco soon! Marg was amazing as well, and bartenders were super nice.
Good: Well seasoned and flavorful tacos with choices of not-so-ordinary flavors. Where else do you get Beef Wellington tacos, and chicken and artichoke tacos? The menu has 31 different taco flavors with seafood, beef, chicken, pork, and vegan options. Food comes out on a deep metal tray which was nice to catch anything falling out of the taco and the sauces. The tacos were filled adequately, plus a little more. The sushi nachos were good and flavorful as well. Even my teens who don’t always like raw sushi liked it. The chairs were amazingly comfortable— they were cushioned and had small pillows to use for lumbar or back support. Server was friendly and helpful. Eh: The restaurant’s decor is an instagram cuteness but the back right corner seems like a diner and sports bar— like a split identity in the place. The tacos were a little greasy. The food menu was printed in the books that are normally used for cocktail menus. While I could still read the menu, I can see how it might be difficult for others to read it because the font size and the spacing was small.
Loved the service! Cute little spot in Frisco Texas. The Bartender makes a delicious margarita and their Mangonada is too easy to drink. Really great fusion tacos, would recommend the Banh mi taco and Baja bacon taco with shrimp. Amazing food and great service, will be eating here again!
If you’re a taco lover, this place is a must. The flavors are bold, creative, and surprisingly addictive. Some of the fusion combinations sound unexpected at first, but once you take a bite… they totally work. WOW. The menu is diverse, the tacos are packed with flavor, and everything tastes fresh and thoughtfully put together. Add in super friendly staff, a beautiful, Instagram-worthy space, and actually comfortable seating, and you’ve got a spot you’ll want to come back to again and again. Highly recommend!
I would like to send Dariah our server, at the Plano location, a huge shout out! We had a group of eight (8), she was knowledgeable about the menu to make recommendations for food and beverages. She was very polite and poised. She assisted us in so many ways making the experience 5⭐️… I will be returning when she is there ✨ The tacos were really good as well! Loved the different varieties and flavor each one unique carried! The drinks did not disappoint either!!
I absolutely LOVE this place. I went one day with my friends after we went out. I was thinking a regular taco place, but no, this place is amazing. The ambiance is everything. It is even perfect for a little date night. I love the set up. The staff is very attentive & kind. I even went by myself to be alone & took my school book with me. I sat outside & the wind began to blow something aggressive. The staff came out & helped me & another family's things inside. I will tell everyone about this place & it is now on my favorite spot list.
This place lives up to its name! I can’t wait to try more of these AMAZING tacos. Every bite is blasted with flavor. The care and attention to detail placed into this food is top notch. Each layer of flavor adds to the next. I am sooooo looking forward to going back. The atmosphere and esthetic is also that of a dream. So posh and pretty. I met a friend here around happy hour and we both enjoyed every bit of the experience. The service was also really good and pleasant which is another plus! Now to what I tried: Goat taco: 10/10 never had goat prepared this way before. Every ingredient mingled well with each other. The flavor and texture collided exquisitely. Sushi taco: 10/10 definitely a complexed but balanced choice of ingredients. The freshness of the salmon was so good. The texture of the fish against the crunchy elements really aligned. Chicken quesadillas: 8.5:10 I did not order this but I did try a bite. Great flavor and quality of ingredients. I prefer the tacos because they are more elevated in flavor. Definitely not a regular quesadilla you can get from anywhere. Coconut margarita: 10/10 never had a coconut margarita before. So glad I tried this one. It was so creamy and delicious. Definitely refreshing and full of flavor. Great balance against the alcohol.
Dream Taco was an absolute gem! From the moment I walked in, the staff made it a point to greet me with genuine warmth, setting the tone for a great experience. The food was incredible! It was fresh, flavorful, and lived up to the name Dream Taco. But what really blew me away were the drinks! Definitely some of the best I’ve had in a long time! Shoutout to my server, Kaylei, who was absolutely phenomenal. She was kind, attentive, and worked so hard to make sure everything was perfect. If anyone deserves Employee of the Month, it's definitely her! I’ll absolutely be back and bringing friends with me!
Five stars in all categories isn’t enough! The waiter Blaze was incredible and helpful. I choose his favorite taco the chicken curry…. I’ll be back tomorrow for another taco!!! My sister is vegan and loved the options and her taco! The drinks are DELICIOUS! I wish you’d open one in AZ! I’m just a tourist but I plan to bring my husband to Dallas just to eat at this establishment!!! Thank you for an outstanding experience!
Absolutely loved this place!! We came at the end of the night on Mother’s Day and received exceptional service. Our server treated us so kindly and gave us lots of recommendations. I’m mad I don’t remember his name but he worked the bar as well. My mom is vegan and this place had tons of vegan options for her to choose from. The food tasted great! Our server did warn us that these were not like the tacos we are used to and we still got confused cause my mom’s order did not look like a taco haha but it tasted good! Did end up having to use a fork as well cause it kinda slides off if you hold it. A bit different but great! Only downside I’d say was I didn’t love the chips and queso:(. The atmosphere was very cutesy as well. Highly recommend.
Another first-time visit while back in Dallas to see family and friend, and I’m so glad I found this spot through Dallas Foodie! It did not disappoint. From the moment you walk in, the entire staff greets you from wherever they are, which instantly makes the place feel warm and welcoming. The vibe is bright, colorful, and totally IG-photo ready. I wish I’d taken more pictures, but the decor alone is worth checking out through others’ reviews. The restrooms are gender-specific with one stall each, very clean, thoughtfully decorated, and smell amazing, thanks to the lilac-scented candle that greets you before you even open the door. I didn’t know what to order at the bar, so I asked the bartender for something cute, sweet, and either red or blue with a little vodka. He must’ve heard “and” because I ended up with a purple drink, but it was delicious, sweet and minty….so no complaints! Now for the food…wow!! This is definitely one of those spots where you’ll want to keep coming back just to try all the taco combinations. When I saw “shrimp and grits taco,” I was sold. That first bite? Everything! Perfectly seasoned shrimp, and the grits… as a self-appointed grit connoisseur from Mississippi, I was thoroughly impressed. Everyone at the table took a bite of their taco and just said “mmmm”—no other words needed. If you’re in the area, this place is definitely worth a visit!
Excellent service and great ambience with all the vibes for the upcoming Halloween. Loved them having a vegan menu section. Food was very good and we enjoyed the items. The vegan chicken artichoke taco along with vegan beef tempura tofu and avocado taco are pretty good - well made and decent portion size for a single person. However the Wellington Taco was salty a bit more than we would have preferred. Apparently all vegan beef tastes that way. Maybe next time we will just stick with vegan chicken items only. Overall we enjoyed our visit and most likely to return.
This is a taco fusion place in Plano. We went here after a recommendation from a friend. The menu is definitely pleasing. We ordered a to-go and tried birria coconut chicken, spicy chicken, tofu and avocado and a salmon taco. All of the tacos tasted really good. The portions were big and we realized that 4 were a lot for 2 of us. I would probably not recommend a to-go for these tacos since they are loaded and got soggy by the time we ate them. The vibe and ambience is this place is very inviting. Would definitely go again for dine-in. They could possibly add some spicy sauce options on the side for salmon taco.
I tried The Dream Taco while visiting Frisco because of the 4.6 Google rating, but unfortunately it was very disappointing. I ordered two tacos: mahi-mahi and carne asada. The mahi-mahi was very dry and didn’t taste fresh. The carne asada wasn’t what I expected either; it was more like ground beef with unbalanced spices instead of sliced beef. To make it worse, each taco costs over $10, which sets high expectations that the food simply didn’t meet. Based on my experience, this place is closer to a 2-star spot than a 4.6.
The ambient was cool but the food and service was trash…. We were a party of 4 adults with 3 kids (all under 3), he charged us for gratuities already lol. The tacos were worse than taco bell. So expensive for no reason. My kids ordered two pastas from the kids menu and then 20 minutes later someone came and said they are outta pastas? Ok let me get them a quesadillas. Great time to check out. He gave us 6 different bills! Even one for my two and three years old??? And the pasta was still on the bill. The server seemed lost. He added tips to each receipts as well. Hated the food and the service. Oh btw they told me my kids cant walk in an empty restaurant because its against the rules . Will never return
