Chicken strips and waffle fries were perfect, even late at night. We stopped by close to closing time and everything was done like it was the middle of the day! Their customer service was great too!
#1 combo w/ pepperjack, fries, and a coke. Lines were long, no outside taking orders, and slow for a Wednesday, but we love our chicken.
The people who have given bad reviews unjustifiable, are probably just pretentious people. This has been the best Chick-fil-A by far all the staff are friendly, courteous, and are willing to go the extra mile for everything. The foods always amazing here. 11/10 for everything.
Can’t even begin to express my appreciation for this location!! I placed an order for my husband and I through door dash at 9pm. Unfortunately, when our dasher arrived, the food was gone and our order was canceled. When I called this location to ask what happened, they told me the food was given away to a dasher who had our details. I’m not sure what happened, but he ended up not being our real dasher and they stole our food. My husband and I were really upset because it was 10 minutes to closing time and too late to place another order. This location really wowed me! The gentlemen working re-made our food and said he was willing to wait till after closing to give us time to drive to go get it. Thank you all so much! Wonderful management, staff, and location.

We took a spicy chicken sandwich and strips and they were amazing. The chicken was tender and they are pretty fresh. I would say chick fil a sandwich is one of the best.

I drive through here for breakfast frequently. They know me. Today, I messed up my order while ordering from phone. I went inside because I thought I had received the wrong order. This super sweet staff gave me my regular order, no issue - even though it turned out to be my mistake. Thank you for taking great care of your customers!

This place always has a line, but they work hard to move it quickly. Usually I'm intimated by a backed up drive thru, but never at this location. The food is always hot and the manager does a good job. I've seen him at the window a few times and he always seems like he's enjoying his work and happy to see you!

Ester Tran was so fast! I am a Type 1 Diabetic. I pulled into this Chick-fil-A with a blood sugar of 65. I ordered a juice and nuggets and explained I need the juice immediately as I am a diabetic with low glucose. (My libre sensor read 56 for blood sugar in this moment). Within 10 seconds she handed me the OJ and I began chugging! My nuggets were in front of me in the time it took her to turn around! Ester stayed calm and kept a smile. So great full for her speed!
It was very clean and everyone was very nice management made sure we were very satisfied with the food and service 😀

Drive thru is always efficient early mornings and orders are always accurate. I’ve been numerous times and I’ve never had an inaccurate order or bad experience.
I had the most amazing experience here at this Chick Fil A location! Our car had just stopped running its AC for some odd reason so when I pulled in I was drenched in sweat. I also had my toddler and infant with me. I decided to stop here so that we could get some fresh air and grab lunch as we waited for my husband to bring our other car and he took this one to the mechanic. When I walked in an older man ran to the door to open it for me and the kids. I don’t remember his name but as I was coming in he rushed me inside with the babies and helped us in. Then he checked me out for the order and a woman named Amy came and assisted me with getting my drinks and prepped a table for me with a high chair for my toddler. Amy then brought us more water because we were so hot from the heat. Amy checked on us several times to make sure we had what we needed and even shut the blinds to keep the sun out. It was just a very kind and loving experience. Amy should know who attended me at the cashier and so kindly opened the door for me. He ran out from the store to open both doors for me. I just want to thank this store for showing such kindness to my family! ❤️
Let me preface this by stating that I am a lifetime Chick-fil-A member. I have traveled all across the United States, and everywhere I go I regularly attend Chick-fil-A, if it is possible. Simply such a great restaurant with incredible employees and delicious food. Now for the kicker. I was attending my local Chick-fil-A and I happened upon this young employee Samuel. I can say without a doubt that Samuel’s Ketchup stacking skills are unrivaled by any being in the known universe. His attention to detail in even the smallest tasks make me wonder what he will achieve later in life. Look out world, because Samuel is coming for you and he won’t stop until what he does is completed to perfection. And when he adds on a cute and spunky “my pleasure” you’ll find yourself satisfied, not just with your Chick-fil-A meal, but with life itself.

Well I went in to the drive-thru just getting some chicken nuggets for me and my daughter and it unfortunately started to take a while so they made me move forward and then it took another 20 minutes at almost seems like to get them. But these guys were so nice and apologized for the delay that they comped my food, and threw in some brownies. I remember once waiting nearly an hour for a couple sandwiches from White Castle, and I got nothing, not even an apology. So this place is definitely worth going. Great employees, solid nuggets
Service is always great. Food is great. I went at a time when a charter school was letting out and some of the kids came and almost over took the store by yelling and running around. I have kids so it doesn't bother me and, while they were respectful and did not run over my 2 yr old on the play place, they did ask me to by them food. That put me in an awkward position since the were a lot of them, over 6 kids... who all wanted full meals. I'm not super rich nor super poor but when kids ask for food and your looking at around $50+ bill, it can be very uncomfortable, especially when my daughter spilled her nuggets and I had to go order another meal for her. They followed me to the line and assumed what I was ordering was for them and asked to change the sides from fruit to fries and I had to tell them it was not for them. They also purposefully missed their bus home several times to stay so I can order them food. In the end I felt obligated to get them some nuggets at least. I don't mind kids but having a group of kids ask your patrons to buy them food is a little too far. I won't go back during that time (shortly after 3pm) or else it will be drive-thru. However, the establishment is amazing, always speedy, even with a long line. Food is great! Never had a bad meal or a bad visit, minus this one time but that may be because I was outside watching the kids for a long time since my daughter was playing in the play place. Must have made me approachable.

I ordered the 12 count fried nugget combo with a cherry berry lemonade. The waffle fries and nuggets were fine. I was disappointed in the size of the drink, and it didn't taste better than the unflavored lemonade. I suppose Chick-Fil-A reduced the size of their drink cups since another location recently gave me a cherry berry lemonade in a small plastic cup too instead of the Styrofoam cup I had become accustomed to over the years as a regular sized drink. I would consider returning here since the service was great and the food was good.
As always with Chick-fil-A it's superb. They have a few outlets to charge your phone and the wifi is good.
I just wanna say I love chic fila the food was the best per usual, but the friendly service... No I get it. it was around 1130 when I ordered the drive thru was busy, the girl who took my order was not friendly. She asked what I wanted I told her and asked for a large fry I got a medium, and for some odd reason I also got a water? I never asked for one but I guess I'll give it to one of my friends at work.... I'm still going to go here because it's close but still I'm use to being greeted like they always do.. I just hope her day gets better and she doesn't treat people the same as me.
Usually have a wonderful experience here, but went through the drive thru tonight and Braiden, who took my order, tried to tell me they didn’t have mac and cheese, as in they don’t make it or have it on their menu and I had to argue with him to get him to remember that they do in fact sell Mac and cheese. Then when I went to pay, Braiden had put an extra drink on my order that I never asked for and stared me down as the manager had to fix my order. The manager was very friendly and made the fix quick and easy, however, I have never had to argue with a chick fil a employee before or had such aggressive service from one either. Not a good experience.
Ordered drinks on the mobile app. Pulled into the drive thru where it took 4-5 before anyone spoke in the intercom. This was a Friday night around 7:30. Thought it possibly closed early since there was no one in the parking lot or drive thru. Got to the window and 3 employees were arguing.
Food was fine but definitely the least convenient entrance from the road out of all the Chick-fil-A locations I’ve been. There’s only one main entrance that is only accessible when traveling east. Had there been more traffic I would’ve gone elsewhere.
I feel it's a sin to leave Chick-fil-A anything less than a five-star review. The food is good. The staff was oddly unpleasant. They acted like they all needed a hug, but that would be awkward since they’re working in the kitchen. The directctor taking orders was genuinely the most unpleasant Chick-fil-A employee I’ve ever encountered in years of going. That made me sad. Best wishes and a happier tomorrow.
As a avid Chick-fil-A consumer, this location is definitely not the best but it does the job, and really thats all that matters. Unfortunately they only use the drive-thru speaker boxes instead of having an employee greet you outside, which makes ordering a little more difficult. Other than that nothing to complain about!!
Typically this location has been “ok” with the drive through. Orders are only incorrect about 1 out of every 7 or 8 times. However, the economy seems to be affecting them more and more at this location lately and it is only effecting the eggs 😅. This might also be due to the amount of chickens consumed by us effecting the amount of eggs available though, can’t figure out which it is!?!? Inflation is truly becoming a pita. I can say this is only the first time “I” have received this little in my bowl even though I eat this way more than I should, only my fiancé had been a victim before now and that’s not my problem 👺👀. Seriously though, there was almost no egg in here 🤣
This place normally has yummy food, the line moves quickly, and I have great things to say about the location. But this particular night was about 10 minutes before the store was shutting down and we ordered fries. It was the only thing I was looking forward to were there fresh, hot and slightly salty fries. What I received was cold, barely chewable, slightly overcooked brownish-colored fries. Not cool.

Got a chicken sandwich from here yesterday and it tasted old. It wasn't hot and crispy like it usually is and the meat was rubbery. I haven't been to this location since they moved and won't be going back.
Drive thru guy was complaining he needed a raise. Give him one, maybe then he would work faster. This is one of the worst CFA I’ve been to and The SLOWEST, it was only 5 people in the drive thru. Fries were half empty at that. Smh
Chick-Fil-A is the most consistent fast food place, but this location isn't it. Missed a sauce (not a huge deal), fries were too oily (2nd time it happened), and the outside of my milkshake was real sticky.
We got the wrong order and I had hungry kids and one with dietary needs (can't have cheese) and it was a very simple order as I was only ordering for 2 kids and got them the same combo meal, nothing special-menu just straight from the menu. So one meal with cheese when we're in a hurry meant I had to stop at a different location for another meal. Chick-fil-A is usually much better than that.

Went through the drive tru today at 1152 Ordered 12ct nuggets got 3 piece strips no fries just strips. Tried to call to get a refund since I received the wrong and missing items. Phone number on site won’t connect or asks for a pass key. I get mistakes happen but please update your number because the app says that’s the only way to receive any help. Thank you
Tried to Order some breakfast around 7:45 AM in the drive thru and my order was not correct at window. The order was repeated several times and was given again at the window and due to the issue of language of not understanding this was the problem. Held the line up to get the correct items which was only three things from the menu.

This is the only Chick-fil-A location that is consistently terrible. Poor service and quality is a expected at this point, it's clearly a management not personal issue. Last 4 times over a year period have had consisted of wrong items, forgotten items, always terrible fries (even asked for fresh crispy fries one time, was told told they don't do that), bad chicken, dirty water lemonade. It's a true anomaly for Chick-fil-A's. Don't go here, go to city line 1 mile away, it's the total opposite experience.
Started by me waiting in the drive through for 2 minutes before someone came to the intercom to answer my seemingly endless “hello?” Attempts. Then I ordered the food and got a “is that all? Pull around” Finally to get my food that tastes old and unlike anything I’ve had from a Chick-fil-A before. The chicken was soggy and spongey, not crispy. The eggs tasted like powder eggs, and the tortilla was so hard that it was comical to eat. I felt like I had gotten a burrito from a gas station.. but after looking at the other reviews. It appears I’m at the right place, and indeed not a gas station. Gross. I won’t be back.
I was once again disappointed by this location, I do not recommend eating here, the food is always cold when I order take out I don't live far and its always cold and a quarter of my cheese was on the box with these prices I'm not paying for a 3rd of cheese. Very displeased and will not return to many kids work here and the lack of care is evident.
Ordered a peach tea on the app dining in and they said no refills. I told the manager that the app doesn’t sat no free refills and she said the best thing I could do was put a complaint. So I would definitely avoid this location. Imagine telling someone to submit complain rather then correct the problem once.
Everyone used to be so nice and polite at this Chick-fil-A. But my last 2 experiences they were too busy playing around and talking with each other instead of caring about their customers. I waited for about 3 minutes before I said something. I was told your order isn't ready yet, but I hadn't placed an order yet. When I told her that, three different people said "Oh we thought that you had a Doordash order 🤔. I just looked and said can I place my order again. I don't understand how they could have thought that I was picking up an order if I was standing at the front counter to place an order. Makes no sense,

There was a creepy lady interrogating me about my order for some reason. And also she asked why I haven't been around as much, which is odd cause I don't know who they are. So I'm being stalked and interrogated by a creepy employee at the drive through window. Guess I can't come back to this location ever again. Not safe or welcoming.

I've usually had great experiences at Chick-fil-A, but this location missed the mark. No one confirmed my mobile order at the drive-through, and when I got to the window, the staff seemed more interested in chatting than working. I was handed the wrong order, had to go inside to get it corrected, and still waited over five minutes for my nuggets—without a straw. The manager was helpful, but it was clear the team needed better training or supervision. I hope they improve next time, as this visit was disappointing compared to the consistently excellent service I've had at the Tulsa location.

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS LOCATION. I placed an order for this Chick-fil-A through the app and immediately realized I'd used the wrong address for delivery. I tried to cancel the order but no option was present in the app. I called support and was connected to Doordash who told me they couldn't cancel the order but would instead tell the Dasher the correct address. Okay, fine. They updated my order and 30 minutes later I got a notification saying the order was delivered except it wasn't to my door at all. (I gave them the building number, the apartment number, and a description of my door mat.) I called Doordash support and stayed on the line for 45 minutes and at the end of it all they couldn't refund me nor issue a redelivery. I am sick with the flu and they told me to go look for my order around the neighborhood. I'm appalled. I've ordered Chick-fil-A numerous times and never had an issue and the one time I make a mistake this is how I'm treated. Shame on you.
Front counter and personnel were all nice but I'm totally confused as to why this place was filled with teenagers who brought their own lunch and drinks, taking up tables where paying customers could have sat. From a business standpoint, not smart and who thinks it's right to take your own food and drink into a restaurant, sit down and then eat??? We spent $25 on 1 sandwich, waffle fries and a salad and the food was medicore. If I had know I could bring my own lunch and drink I would have done that and saved $25!!!!

I tried to give this Chick-fil-A a second chance but once again the sandwiches here are so bad the buns are always stale and hard and the chicken taste weird like chewy and hard peices in it I always go to the one in Cityline because the food is way better and I eat chick fila often like weekly but never again will I go back there sandwiches always taste like that there I don’t know who’s in the kitchen stick to the one in Cityline don’t even waste your time! Now going to Cityline to order the same meal because it’s so bad not even edible to me lol
Awful fries in the morning they were soggy and smelled foul. I brought them to a manager to be replaced. He unconfidently handed me the bag and said here see if you like these better. They were soggy in oil an unusual color and it appears the staff takes customer service and satisfaction as a joke. I would have corporate shine a spotlight on the franchise owner to evaluate his morning staff to find a solution to restore this locations food quality to what is expected from what is otherwise a great food chain.
Clearly on Doordash receipt stated Buffalo sauce and got Polynesian instead. Ruined the flavor of the sandwich.
Literally one of the worst Chick-fil-As out there. Team members will mess up your order then have you drive back only to warn you you will not get your breakfast items remade because breakfast will be closed. I placed the order at 10:05 am. And got home at 10:20. They gave me a no cheese sandwhich instead of a no egg sandwhich. This location will close their ice cream machine an hour before close and serve it out of a lemonade jug. So instead of getting ice cream with a cone. They'll just drop the remainder in multiple cups and give you half melted ice cream. While they clean the machine. They do not care about quality or service if it inconveniences them. While I understand hiring college and high-school aged kids. A lot of them just don't care. There is no point in going back anymore.
Worst experience I’ve ever had at Chick fil A. First time at this location because the one on Renner is closed for remodel. I’ll never be back. I placed 2 order because the site wouldn’t allow an order over $100. When I arrived for pickup … atleast 3 workers walked right past me… didn’t say hello or ask if I needed any help. One of the reps finally came by and asked if I needed assistance. I advised I was there to pickup. He looked on the computer and claimed my orders weren’t in. I asked him to look again…. He then found 1 … apparently the other one didn’t come through. Instead of asking me if I wanted to place the order again… he just walked away….. he comes back maybe 2 minutes later with the first order I placed and places it infront of me. I ask him to return the order as my second order didn’t come through and I need to place it however the food would be cold by the time they prepared the second one. He grabs the bags and walks off. I place my second order online and I call him over to check the system for it… it’s there … they make the order … and bring over the bags …. No apologies ….. no thank you. If it were just my good. I absolutely would have gone elsewhere. This location has the worst customer service I’ve ever received at any Chick fil A. Not to mention my salad wasn’t even fresh. The lettuce looked like it had been sitting for a long time and the strawberries weren’t good. For someone who’s buying almost $200 worth of food…. I don’t expected a lot more.
This location is the only that masters in bad customer service only place they take your order wrong, I order two spicy chicken sandwich I go to the window they say no I ordered only one after waiting in the drive-through line and once I get the one sandwich it’s been sitting in the back so long that the moisture made the barn all wet and soggy. He is argumentative and didn’t even say sorry. It is so not like Chick-fil-A service. The other day I ordered a shake and it didn’t taste right when I ask her she said this is How it supposed to be! Never stop by this location again.
When I opened my sandwich box, both sandwich buns were missing. I obviously contacted Uber Eats to let them know my issue, but when I called this location and asked to speak to a manager (Richard) was speaking over me. Now I do understand it is lunch hour, I understand the busy hour. He did not let me finish telling him the issue with my order. Richard kept saying “you need to contact Uber Eats for a refund” NO… I politely told him he needs to let me finish speaking because the mistake came internally under his supervision. I don’t expect for my deliverer to open my sandwich box and inspect to make sure my whole sandwich is completed, that makes NO SENSE! So yes, I will be coming in later to this location and expect my additional meal. Like I had told Richard over the phone, this is my first time experiencing this type of customer service over the phone. I hate to complain, but it’s the principle of it.

This is not a good location . On more than one occasion I place an order and have been specific on what I don’t want and the kitchen adds exactly what I don’t want . The folks taking the order repeat it back exactly as I asked . I spoke w Martin who appeared to lack concern on the miscommunication and/or lack of accuracy with the kitchen team . Customer service and accuracy are not their strong suit -just pass them by or they will give you what they want and not what you order .

I placed my breakfast like 10:10am and when I arrived to the store it was 10:35 and I was told breakfast was over and I told them I placed my order before 10:30 so that I COULD get breakfast, lady said she would speak to the manager and manager said they will NOT make the order, I drove over 45 minutes to order at this location that’s closer to my work place and now I and my coworkers went without breakfast today. I work right across this chick fil an and have been ordering here for 7 years and always order here but they were very unpleasant to help me today. Very very upset.
Pulled up to the drive thru in the 2nd lane order spot. Watched 5 cars pull up and make their orders and move up to the pay window before they even acknowledged I was there waiting. Then when my order was taken, they didn't make it with all the items we paid for (even though they repeated it back to me correctly twice). Not a usual experience here, but this time it seemed like they were just checked out.
Ordered via mobile, when i came up in the speaker no one talked and then when i reached the take out window my order was not ready. I ordered online and paid it should already be ready!!! What a bad service and the person in the take out windows made me feel it was all my fault.
13 MINUTES!!! This DT is for real the SLOWEST Chickfila DT I’ve ever been to and it’s not just this one time it’s every time and always at night! People playing around at the window, paying more attention to each other than the customer. If you don’t believe me here’s a picture of their screen on ALL RED because they’re so damn slow and don’t care.
I had a really disappointing experience at this Chick-fil-A, enough to leave a bad review. When I pulled up to the ordering window, I politely asked the attendant to give me a few seconds to decide. Instead of waiting, she kept rushing me and her tone came off very rude. It felt like she was irritated that I was taking a moment, which made me uncomfortable. On top of that, she didn’t even say “my pleasure,” which is something Chick-fil-A is usually known for. Honestly, her service was not up to the standards. For reference, my order number was 3997431, taken on August 25 at 11:14 AM, in case management needs to know who the female employee was that took my order. That being said, I do want to give a shout-out to the cashier Jorge — he was super nice and helpful, which was the one positive part of my visit.
Bad Experience, Missing Food, & Disrespectful Service I visited this Chick-fil-A location 8/5/25 shortly before closing while visiting family nearby. When I got to my family’s home less than 5 minutes away I realized my chicken sandwich was missing from the order. I immediately returned to the restaurant and explained the situation to the employee at the window. While he was retrieving the sandwich, I overheard another employee in the back claiming he had already put it in the bag. I found this extremely frustrating and unnecessary. I’m not sure what kind of people they’re used to dealing with, but I have no interest in getting anything for free I just wanted what I paid for. To make matters worse, I asked if the implication was that I was lying to get something extra, and instead of being upfront, the employee avoided the question. The whole situation was handled with a complete lack of professionalism and respect. This was totally unacceptable. I wasn’t rude until I felt insulted. Two wrongs don’t make a right, but I absolutely refuse to let anyone imply I’m dishonest especially over a sandwich I paid for! Check your footage and you’ll see for yourself. Do better.
Let’s talk chick fil a.. y’all in a nice area. I ordered a large fry.. y’all Know good and well that ain’t a large. Then you sealed the bag knowing it wasn’t. But that’s not it. Giving folks day old mac and cheese is gross. This has been refrigerated and the cook back up. Nasty!!! Y’all got issues..
This particular Chick-Gil-A is horrible. If we could give it zero stars we would. We decided to treat ourselves and eat breakfast in bed this morning so we placed an order through DoorDash to have it delivered to us. First of all the driver took 35 minutes to deliver our order after he picked it up. He went to an incorrect address. He blamed his GPS. We blamed him. Once he finally showed up with our order it was completely wrong. Do NOT order DoorDash and do NOT order anything from this Chick-fil-A. Total and complete incompetence. So our morning started with a good idea turned out extremely disappointing. WE WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS CHICK-FIL-A AGAIN. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CHICK-FIL-A.
