They are always good. My son LOVES this place. If he is in a bad mood, all I gotta say is those 3 little words... "You want wings?" It gets him every time and puts a smile on his face. In fact, I'm heading up there now.

Despite all the terrible reviews I kept seeing i decided to give it a chance. I have no clue what the reviews are talking about because I had no issue with the food. It was well seasoned and cooked properly. We ordered the boneless meal deal and a chicken sandwich. We enjoyed it all. Only thing i will say is that the fries are not like they used to be. They used to have a hefty amount of seasoning on it. Now it seems that they cut back on that. The voodoo fries tasted great too.

One of the best Wing Stops I have ever been to. I eaten here 7, maybe 8 times. Each time my wings were done perfectly. Regardless if they were busy or slow. And that’s a big deal. Usually when it’s slow, most wing places will pass on the the double/Tripple dipped and heated wings. Leaves them crunchy and dry. Or when it’s busy, a lot of places try to cheat and overload the fryer, pull a few minutes early or go strictly on a timer regardless of varying sizes/weights. Wings end up rubbery or sloppy. This location, steady as hell. 15 minutes means 17 minutes. But it’s consistent, every time.

Wingstop is consistent. If you love it, it remains good tasting each time. I enjoy trying a different flavor most times, but my go to is lemon pepper and hot. The lemon is a strong flavor, but didn't like it so much mixed with hot for the hot lemon option. Maybe just me, but I like them separate better. Their fries are really good too! Typically small places so eating in is limited, but always have done to go personally.

Ordered the wings and fries special which was priced decently. I ordered the honey barbecue sauce and they gave me some type of hot barbecue sauce. Terrible! Cajun rub was bland. So my order wasn't a very good that night.

Beware the Atomic Hot sauce wings. They are really hot and they dont have flavor. Food was a bit of a wait, its better to order ahead. A bit expensive.

My fries were old, cold and dry. I called and asked for them to make sure my fries weren’t cold and old and they promised they would make a fresh batch but it arrived cold and dry so I couldn’t really eat it. What a waste of time calling if they will end up sending dry fries anyway.

I go there for small fries and that's what l got, food was good with a very small portion. I didn't have time to complain but if I'm going to get very small portion when l paying a higher price l will go somewhere else. I remember l cold get full off a small frie at this place, now l find myself looking for something else to eat after my visit. Of course everyone's price is going up but l could always count on WS fries to fill me up, now they are becoming a waste of time to buy.

Wingstop was such a disappointment. The fact that it's right next to my house makes it even worse because now I have to drive super far just to enjoy decent Wingstop food. My wings were horrible—every one had this nasty brown inside and tasted raw. Absolutely disgusting, not a single wing tasted good. The fries were just as bad, greasy and literally dripping. The only saving grace was that the staff was cool, and the restaurant was clean. But honestly, I’m never coming back here. Two stars.

I can’t find a good Wingstop near me to save my life smh and it’s sad. They used to always be so good. The one close to me went downhill so I kept debating if I should try this one because I saw a lot of bad reviews. I knew was true and I confirm after trying it recently. Wings were very very crunchy and hardly any sauce on the wings. What a waste of money and time waiting on them. I knew it! Take it from me save your money and go elsewhere!! Oh and they got my order wrong!

Wish I could leave negative stars. I ordered boneless wings and got popcorn chicken. When we called to let them know they dismissed our complaint by saying that that’s how they received their shipment. I would assume they would try and compensate by adding more wings or charging the price of popcorn chicken. This is the third bad experience we’ve had with this location and definitely the last. The second incident, we ordered Medium flavor wings and they told us that wasn’t an option, then they asked us how Medium flavor was done. We had to tell them what to mix. Wing experts in need of some serious customer service improvement. We have also complained on their page but never heard back from anyone to address the issue. Trying to talk to the supervisor there only ends up on her arguing back.

**Terrible Experience** Walked in with my two young kids and our puppy to this location, we were the only customers inside, placed our order, and waited for a good ten minutes. Then the manager comes out and says pets weren't allowed inside. What made this situation frustrating was that the workers up front didn’t say anything to us when we walked in, as we were ordering, or while we were waiting. Then he said we could sit outside, even though it was 96 degrees and I had two young kids and our puppy with me. I declined and asked to cancel the order. He showed no apology or concern for the inconvenience or disappointment. I won't be returning to this location due to the poor customer service and lack of clear communication. P.S.: I searched this up and came to find out that that’s generally the rule here in TX. I just didn’t know and was taken aback by his approach.

I will not be supporting this wingstop anymore. The wings are not fresh they sit in a basket till an order is placed. Also the treatment I witnessed that was given to a homeless man was repulsive. He had a receipt for his food but had the police called on him because he was talking to people.Treat everyone with kindness and respect regardless of the social status. You never know when it can be you. I hope the owners mindset changes and God forgives you

The last three times we have ordered they have messed up in some way. Doesn’t help that most of the employees can’t speak or read English. This location needs to be reevaluated and retrained.

Im done with Wingstop. They keep screwing up my order, and this last time was it. My husband had to drive all the way back just to fix their mistake, and all we got was a half-hearted apology. No accountability, no care. Just like the grocery store next door that is shutting down—this place deserves the same. I’ll spend my money somewhere that actually gets it right.

I’ve tried ordering from here, and every time there is something wrong with my order, from ordering a side of Cajun sauce and receiving just the seasoning from miscounted wings and missing dips. I would recommend going to a different location.

Every time I go I always get a really bad attitude from the cashier in the mornings that wears green glasses. She never smiles and has the nastiest attitude I feel like I’m begging her for food. Everything else is great but your guys should really fire that girl because she looks like she hates working there

Worst wingstop experience i have ever had, they were to unprofessional. i asked for two six wing combos and they couldn’t even get that right. the girl gave me one 8 wing and no drink i am so disappointed by the staff i couldn’t even get a refund back. as a franchise this is an absolute disgrace.

Gross - that is all I can say. We went in, as we love Wingstop, and this place is gross. There is standing water on the floors by the back bathrooms. The worst thing is that when we went to get our tea, there was a tea machine lid floating in it - I'm sure it had been sitting on top collecting dust and grossness, people touching it, etc and it was about 80% submerged in the tea. I tell the girl in the front (who incidentally was about as smart as a fence post and screwed up both of our orders) and what does she do? Comes and covers it with a tray where people cant see in!! Disgusting! I'm sure the health department doesn't allow things floating in the drinks. I don't leave a lot of reviews, but between the dimwitted simpleton working the register and the filth, one needs to move on to another Wingstop. This franchise is awful.

Easily the worst experience I've had with a wings place. The person who took our order can neither understand you probably or speak properly. Messed up our order and we ended up paying for what we won't eat. I could see people around us having similar issues. There's no priority on your order if you ordered early. About 5-6 of them who ordered after us got it before us. Not coming back here again. At the end, it's not even worth the wait. Mango Habanero is more like mango dessert. Chicken is hard and dry.
