Was out and about running errands when this shopping center popped out of no where. Always have a hankering for tacos, and glad I stopped by. Amazing service fresh guacamole and chips. Tacos out of sight and I took tamales home. They also had a margarita flavored tamarind. Chef’s kiss and will be back. The music was popping. Parking is abundance.
I love Casa Marin! ❤️ Riquísimo 😋👍 The environment, the Latin music, the service; everything was wonderful. From the salsas with the chips to the main courses, every bite was delicious. The mole was outstanding, the mangonada 😋, and the chilaquiles were amazing! My kids loved the sopes ❤️. Melanie, our waitress, was very attentive and made sure we were well taken care of the entire time. I’ll definitely be back! 👍
AMAZING!! 🤩 so excited to have found this place close to home 💚. The food is delicious, the decoration is beautiful & The service is great. Will be back soon. Amazing tostadas, they have a special hint of sauce that make them extra special.
Sooo good! We found this place because we frequent landlubbers and this is in the same plaza. We decided to give it a try and we were not disappointed! It’s so pretty inside. You can tell the owners put a lot of thought into every detail and it didn’t stop at the decor. The food is amazing! I had the chicken and cheese chimichangas and they were so flavorful! My boyfriend had the wet burrito. The portion sizes are great and everything including the service and the pricing was great! We will definitely be back soon.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Casa Maria is the real deal when it comes to authentic Mexican food. Every bite is full of fresh, bold flavors — from the perfectly seasoned tacos to the rich, homemade sauces. The staff goes above and beyond, making you feel like a valued guest every time you visit. Great food, warm atmosphere, and exceptional service… this place is a gem! 🌮🇲🇽
Great food, good service, very nice restaurant. Tacos and tostadas were very good! I had suadero, pastor and steak tacos. Will come again and try Birria tacos next time. Prices were good and there is enough parking space.
I ordered a few chicken tacos with cheese. From my first bite to my last bite the tacos were loaded with pulled chicken that was fresh, hot, juicy, and seasoned to perfection! I will be returning again soon as it seems this place cares about quality and service.
Been coming here for a bit. Always hard to find good Mexican food but here was a great surprise! Usually have enchiladas and they never disappoint. Always delicious!
We went here to celebrate my in-laws 39yr anniversary. The environment was so welcoming and the staff was super friendly. The drinks and chips came out very quickly and we're delicious. We had a large party so the food took a little longer but definitely no complaints, we were there to celebrate and have fun. The restaurant was clean and designed so pretty. The bathroom was clean and large, it's a single bathroom. The food was incredible and so delicious. They are known for their birria tacos (which my sister and mother in-laws got) and they looked so good. I got the Enchiladas Coloradas, my husband got Bistec a la Mexicana. We definitely want to go and highly recommend!
The food here is delish! Very authentic and full of flavor. I got the set of 3 Sopes and all 3 meats, chorizo chicken beef, was seasoned very well. The sopes underneath were hearty and crispy. My wife got the Biria tacos and they were so tasty I almost regretted getting the Sopes. The owner, Jackie, served us and she was very nice. Food came out pretty quickly. There's even a kids menu for the picky eaters. We will be returning!

the al pastor was super sweet.. the chicharrón taco was too spicy (I don't do spice) ..everything was flavorful and delicious fast service for having a large party of like 20! I really like the nice touch of them remembering everyone's name..gracias Andrea !
Love finding authentic Mexican food in Plantation. Food was very tasty and good portions. Margaritas were yummy. If vegetarian and gluten-intolerant they have plenty of options. Service was great and very friendly. Our new favorite Mexican spot. For football fans, we came Sunday night and they were streaming the game.

I stopped in and found the experience easy to go through. The setting felt comfortable without trying too hard, and the overall tone stayed relaxed. The staff handled things efficiently and kept interactions simple, which made the visit feel natural. Nothing felt out of order or distracting. It was a low-effort visit that moved along without any issues.

I would say add some Mexican music and get it sounding Mexican. The flavors are missing the El Pastor was too sweet. The fatijs need something but came in a nice shelf look. Guacamole needs some more lime salt Cilantro. They do know sweets. Tres Leche was great. The margaritas no bueno. Keep it up and keep it coming you will get it. Check out dont take my word for it.
There was a hair in my Limonada. Plus their Limonada seemed to be fresh squeezed but the last few times that I got it, it tasted artificial and there was no pulp so it definitely is not fresh squeezed. Not worth the $5 that was charged. I was really disappointed. The food is decent though. But really upset about my drink.
I really wanted to like Casa Marín Cocina Mexicana, especially with its calm and pleasant atmosphere. The music was at a nice, low volume, and the staff was friendly and attentive, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the food experience was a major letdown. We waited over an hour for a molcajete, even though the restaurant wasn’t busy at all. When it finally arrived, it was extremely disappointing—some of the meats were undercooked, several ingredients were missing, and overall it felt like a complete waste of time and money. It’s a shame because the service and ambiance had potential, but the food quality was unacceptable. Definitely not a place I would recommend to friends.

I wouldn’t put any stars but you have to leave one to add comments My first time here. Moving from Miami, Getting amazingly delicious Chimichanga's from Taco Rico almost 4-6 times a month. I am highly disappointed at what I was served. here at this establishment. More cheese than chicken?! A pinch of Shredded chicken wth. See pictures. Am I wrong?! I asked for a small guacamole instead I was charged a large 5.00 bowl. Walmart had avocados for 0.60. Am I paying for the plastic bowl? No sour cream as requested. Highly disappointed at my first experience here. No cool one bit I’m just looking for some great Chimichangas man
It saddens me to leave this review because the first time I came here, I really enjoyed myself and have been wanting to come back ever since. Unfortunately, this experience was completely the worst, and I will not be patronizing this restaurant again. I had a very frustrating experience with the service tonight due to the language barrier. I couldn’t communicate well with the waitress and didn’t receive the dish I ordered. I also don’t feel that there was any effort made to understand me. The first time I came, the women couldn’t understand my friend and me, but she put in the effort. We laughed, we misunderstood each other, but we made it through the night. This time, there was no such effort, and it left a very negative impression. I will definitely let anyone know do not come here.
BE CAREFUL. While the food was genuinely enjoyable, the service left much to be desired. Our server, Susana G., was extremely slow. Additionally, the restaurant automatically includes an 18% gratuity—which is understandable—but Susana G. specifically asked if we wanted to leave a tip when paying, leading us to unknowingly double tip. When we requested to reverse the extra tip, she claimed it wasn’t possible and remarked that most customers leave a 36% tip. I suspect many do, without realizing it. Although the food was good, the handling of the tip was misleading and dishonest. I won’t be returning.

I removed my 5-star review for this place that I posted last year. I’m all for supporting family owned businesses but this place has become so disappointing. For starters, the two times I went in person the waitress there is so rude, she does not like answering questions, she sounds annoyed, and she’s the only one there most times. When you go pay, they don’t give you an itemized receipt so they can get away with adding like a 20% tip, again, I don’t mind tipping but not when I’m being forced to do so for mediocre service and when they’re trying to be sneaky, they put some small notice in their menu that the tip is mandatory. You think you’re going to be around much longer when you try to take advantage of people who go and support your restaurant? There are no places around this neighborhood with mandatory tip, unless you’re a large party, this isn’t Miami Beach, or some exclusive five star restaurant. Very disappointing, the food is fine but I will never return there or recommend it to anyone. How you treat your customers is important too, it is not just about the quality of the food.
we went there sat night.a little surprized at being the only table at 545pm.soon realized why. the waitress told us only 1 basket of chips even though we were 6 people.we would have to pay for more chips.can you believe that?then the food came out.the peppers with steak fajitas were not hardely cooked and the meat was hard to chew.the quesadillas had no cheese and nobody was happy.we would have sent it all back, but we had a show to go to and would have been late to it.this place is in business for over a year. they will never stay in business.my advice is to stay away from this place.

Worst experience! Let’s start off with the CHIPS AND SALSA, has NO TASTE that’s crazy I never experienced before in any restaurant! Then the RICE was old and dry I had to ask to replace it, then came back with new one with NO FLAVOR. The BEANS also NO FLAVOR . I sat there for 10 mins after getting the food ! Ask for a to go box and came back with the bill with a mandatory 18% Tip !! When I said I am not paying it because I i had a bad experience then the Server can back with the MENU to show that there’s was a mandatory tip. I don’t get it ! It’s a Mexican Food ! Either the people in the kitchen they don’t know how to cook or simply they have no clue what’s the mexican food looks taste like BE AWARE THERES 18% Mandatory on top of that Better Google where you eat next time before you go there PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS WITH ONE 1 STAR THERES A TON OF THEM YOU WILL UNDERSTAND WHY
