I ordered chicken bowl plenty of options but skimpy on amount of chicken in the bowl.

First time ever trying Chipotle and I quite loved it ! Very generous portion and it was delicious!

Loved it. As someone who doesn't live near Chipotle, I did go two within three days! It was very busy when I went, but despite that the staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was fresh and delicious.

So, I did an online order..I was sure all was good but on pickup day I found out 1/2 my order was never actually done so therefore I only had a small amount of food. I was devastated because I had people at my home to feed. I went back to Chipotle after this discovery to be sure of what happened. Rogan....a manager was on it. Placed a new order for the rest of my order in quite a timely manner . I was happy and very impressed. I tipped him but I also want to give him huge public praise. He was kind and saved the day. Thank You soooóo much!

A lot of times at chipotle particularly the one near my hometown, the time listed for when your order will be done as usually way off. I will say here at the Plattsburgh store. They are usually extremely timely. Every time I come here whatever time it says, my order will be ready it is.

The two women serving us were fantastically kind, quick and thoughtful, and we have not had a better burrito that we can remember. Even the agua frescas were wonderful. So grateful!

Staff was helpful, friendly, efficient and fast. This was only the second time I've eaten at a Chipotle and the staff was great, food was great and ready fast. My only suggestion would be to have a dedicated staff member to keep the dining area cleaned during high traffic times. The trash was over flowing and the tables were covered in food. We were there at least 40 minutes and no one ever came to address these issues.

Tasty, good portion size for the price, just good stuff.

It was my first visit, so really didn't know how it worked. Despite there being a long lunch line-up, the staff took the time to explain everything to us and kept the line moving quickly. None of the tables had been cleaned, but despite that, we really enjoyed it. The food was fast and really good.

I recently visited Chipotle for the first time at this location and tried the steak bowl. The food was fresh, hot, and served in generous portions, with the nachos being particularly tasty. The service was excellent; the staff was polite and professional, and my order was ready right on time. The food counter was clean, which I appreciated, but I did notice that some of the tables were dirty with food scraps left behind. Despite the mid-afternoon rush and a long line, the overall experience was positive. I'm looking forward to trying the burrito next time. Chipotle will definitely be my go-to spot for healthy food. Great job overall!

Listen, I drove 1.5h from Laval for this. 😅 The CBP officer asked what I'm going to Plattsburgh for. I said every once in a while I need to go on American soil to keep my sanity and having Chipotle is part of it. I had a salad with steak, queso, spicy salsa, cheese, guac and sour cream. The service was great 😀 The only thing was that the lid section was disorganized and a bit dirty. Other than that it was awesome! I bought food but didn't dine in. My family is still worried about Coronavirus, but less than the previous years.

I really like the food here as it seems to me to be a healthier alternative to regular fast food. It's always tasty, and filling, but as to the latter it depends on who is dishing it out. A few times, I've ordered 2 identical bowls using the online app, and one was much fuller than the other. I weighed them once and one was almost twice as heavy as the other. If it wasn't so far to drive back to them, I would have returned the smaller one, and had them remake it. Due to this I no longer use the app...I want to be there when they make it. I've never had an issue when I stand in line and order.

To be completely honest, I didn't enjoy Chipotle as much as I do now. I had no idea that they served alcohol and cervezas until today. I enjoy it 100% more now. The carnitas kinda tasted like weed, but that was just a weird flavor combination of strong coriander and cilantro. Other than that it's pretty good. I also ordered a margarita. It was actually really good, and had plenty of tequila in it. Overall well worth the cost. The only bad thing I can say about the margarita was pretty salty, but that's more personal preference since I like them sweet rather than salty. Overall a decent experience.

Decent, though not my favorite on the area. The service is fast but almost too hurried at the expense of the dish quality. The actual components are good but it all gets thrown together sloppily. That being said, you will get in and out decently quick. The restaurant itself isn't bad, though seating can be troublesome at lunch.

This place is always serving the freshest ingredients! My only complaint is that we showed up to eat in-house during lunch hour and they had no chicken. Ordered the pullued pork meat option for a burrito bowl and it was incredibly tender, juicy, and flavorful! Others in my group ordered the steak option and loved it!!!

The food is good but the place is filthy because it is so crowded and no one cleans up. The trash cans overflow and trash is a big mountain on each one. It cuts your appetite with all that mess.

We eat here once every couple of months and it is always enjoyable when we do. The burritos are so good. The barbacoa (excuse my spelling if it's not correct) is my absolute favorite. Everything is always fresh, hot and delicious. I don't ever dine in but I have noticed they don't take care of the dining room too well there. That would probably be my only complaint, clean off your tables when someone is done eating, crumbs and garbage are not very appealing to people usually

Staff seemed a bit disorganized and the bathroom wasn’t as clean as it could have been, but it was a bit busy so I think that’s somewhat normal. Food was as great as it always is. Definitely recommend going outside of peak hours.

Food was good. Service was just ok. Young lady at register must've been having a bad day or needs to work on customer service skills. She was short with us and frustrated when having to correct the size of queso requested after not asking what size we wanted and packed our togo bag terribly stacking the heaviest bowls on top of one another crushing the bottom one which was not noticed until arriving home to find leaking juices all over the back of our vehicle coming from a soaking wet deteriorating paper bag. Otherwise our visit was OK. Staff was working hard and fast. Queso Blanco was thicker than usual from sitting on the line for too long and should have been maintained and thinned out or simply replaced but did still taste good. Atmosphere is like any Atmosphere of fast food which is why we chose take out instead of dining in.

Food is decent and in big quantity. Guy serving us was hating his life especially that I wasn't understanding his fast pace English and his food options lol. Other girl cashier was super nice and the people eating there are nice too ! Nachos are good We took guacamole steak and cheese it was good

The food counter was clean and the employees polite and professional. The tables were dirty, some scraps of food left on the tables. The ice section of the pop/soda machine kept dropping ice cubes, which fell to the floor causing water to puddle on the carpet and floor. Food was good and the quality was decent for a fast food establishment. Whish they had better selection of hot sauces.

The food here is absolutely delicious. Their menu is quite large. It's very pricey but definitely worth it. The staff aren't the friendliest (they often have attitude towards the customers). The restaurant is decently well maintained (everything is always fully stocked and in place but on several occasions there have been broken machines and crumbs/wrappers on the tables/floors). There are always a lot of people so the line is usually pretty long and the restaurant is usually pretty crowded. They do offer both in and outdoor seating areas.

Wife, my daughter and my mother decided to stop here for lunch on a day drive to Plattsburgh, NY. I had the burrito (I had steak and my mom the chicken) while wife and daughter had the rice bowl. Everything was delicious and we loved it. Staff very friendly. Knocked out 1 star because soft drink dispenser was broken, no spoons available and a little expensive (almost $60 for 4 adults).

First time at this location. Mid afternoon and a little busy. Servers were quick and efficient, so there was never a long line. Food was good but I noticed that Chipotle now offers fewer options for “sides” and no queso. I had a bowl and the portions are much smaller compared to what they used to be 😟

The bowls were super fresh and divine! My partner and I enjoyed them (ie chicken al pastor and carnitas). The only con, besides for a rude customer who gave us death stares💀, was that the restaurant's eating spaces were quite dirty and that ruined the experience for the rest of my family.

Feels like all these franchises are on the boarder of shutting down. No service, food quality is lower than ever, and there is no Chipotle sauce anymore? Am I miss remembering they use to have a sauce for the burrito bowls?

Okay, I get it. Everyone is short staffed, but when a customer (my wife) tells you the tables are dirty, and you ask "which one," and she replies "all of them," there's a problem. Then, when literally nothing is done to address the situation, you've got a BIG problem. Seriously. Food debris on every single table. The food's still good, though. You just might be better off eating it in your car.

I love the food. However, while not rude or inadequate, the culture of the employees is one of what feels like disdain. Customers are a pestering inconvenience that must be tolerated. Go a few doors down to Jersey Mike's and your made to feel so welcome, so appreciated. It's night and day. And this isn't based on one visit to Chipotle . I am a regular, and I have never felt appreciated, welcomed or as their benefactor. Never once. My last visit there was no ice, no lids. The last half hour before closing the priority isn't you, it's closing and the double effort they put into doing what they can to speed up the closing which I don't really see the value in. But hey, I guess if it isn't hurting business nobody cares but me. And that is my two cents on Chipotle

The food was fine. Most Chipotles are very clean, but this location was a mess! Overflowing trash bins, food and spilled drinks on the floor, and the tabletops looked as if they had not been cleaned in hours!

Server refused to greet me or return my hello. Only 'bowl or burrito?' Then moving down the line they could not describe seasoning, flavor, or even names of the common ingredients, merely that some were beef, chicken or pork. Hot medium or mild. But those meats and those salsa have completely different ingredients, not just spice levels. Totally inept in their own offerings, disappointing.

As a first time customer I felt like I was bothering the staff. They were not mean or angry, just, well, doing what they had to. I was disappointed. I hear people say "it's fire!" and I'm left struggling to find what I like because they didn't know the cut of meat involved. I ended up googling the menu after. But I got chicken and it was great. The options I picked were a bit jumbled because I didn't know the portions. But over all I enjoyed what I got. If I didn't ask for a meal I wouldn't have gotten one. Had to ask for a fork. Had to ask for a drink after pushing me thru as if I was cattle. I only go back because it's the closest one and it's rare because it's 2 hours from me. I get it sometimes when there for work. Quality is great. But, giving that power to people that don't care, it's hit or miss. Update. Service was much better. However I had to sit near the front door and the air curtain rattles very loud and frequently as it turns on when the door opened and stayed on for a minute after it shut. During lunch it's not closed much. I rather have been cold then been given tennitus

Food ok. Carne Asada was flavorless. Tables were all dirty, had to clean one ourselves to sit down . No one busing anything. Don't look up all the fixtures are coated in dust. If you go for the concrete and metal prison dining room look that's fine but at least clean this place.

I got a pork bowl. It was delicious. Got tons of food and a bag of chips and a soda. However, place was a wreck. Tables have not been wiped down food and soda spilled on the floors. If it had been cleaned thoroughly, I’ve been surprised. I was there for 40 minutes. No one came down the whole time I was there. One gentleman did come out and empty the trash and that was it. I sat there and watch people come in. I could see people looking at the condition of the place and one Latino family that was well dressed came in and then left because they wanted to sit down and you could just see That the mother was checking out the place and it was not up to her standards and they left. I understand that most people that eat at chipotle take out their food and do not eat in the establishment. But you could tell that some people that were sitting down were turned off by the dirtiness of the place. The place was at times at one or two people in line and sometimes there was eight or nine people in line. Me personally the kitchen was probably cleaner than the eating area, but it does make you wonder if the eating area or where the people sit. Is that messy? How clean can things be inside the kitchen?

Don’t order online more than an hour in advance because they’ll make it when it shows up then your food will sit on their counter until your actual pick up time. Was at work put in an order time for after 5 got there 10 minutes early food was already done sitting out on the counter got home less than 6 minutes later. Bottom of container was sopping wet , food was stone cold. Placed the order around 4 pick up time was after 5. If it sat that long with no heat that’s beyond disgusting.

First time visited and ordered online for pickup. Picked up at exact time order was to be ready. Order was wrong, bottled soda was warm, food not hot and my order was on a table sitting with others in the dining area with no one supervising. I could have picked up two orders and walked out. Quality was so so. Hmmm...wonder why Mickey D's sold them a few years ago. Could've given 1 star but it may have been all coincidental bad timing.🤔 I don't think so.

Gave me what amounted to only a couple of tablespoons of guacamole on my veggie burrito . Asked for a little more they said do u want a double order . I said no just a decent portion particularly since I passed on cheese sour cream meat etc etc . Would not give me more .Very unfriendly . Very stingy portions . Very poor value .

Food was cold, only about 10 little pieces of chicken on each bowl. The chips were completely stale. For 50 bucks after tip for 2 bowls and some stale chips was absolutely ridiculous. Won't ever order online from there again. The only way to get them to make it right is to be there in person. What a waste of money

A couple of the male employees seemed shady and my digestion was very shady. I strongly suspect that there were hygiene concerns regarding the food prep people. It’s unreasonable to expect people to spend $20 for a bowl and drink, just to get food poisoning because the prep people are extremely shady and don’t practice good hygiene I ate here in on april 21st 2025 at around 5pm.

Yanno, I would give this place 5 stars. We eat here often. And when I go in myself and get food, it's always on point, and great service. But the issue and reason I'm giving 3 stars is because whenever we order delivery, the food is terrible. Its like because we aren't standing right in front of them, they don't care what or how our food is prepared, or how we want it. Very rarely do I get exactly what I order, how i ordered it, and food that doesn't look like it was thrown around like a football when I order delivery. And we never get our extra steak or rice when we order delivery. If they put the kind of care and service for their customers and quality of food as they do in store, into their delivery orders that they do when you go out, this would legit be my favorite place to order from. Yall need to get it together. We pay more to have the food delivered. Remember that. And we expect the same service and quality of food as when we go in, when we order delivery. And we deserve it. Even more so. So please speak to your employees. And "Do better." Thanks. 👌🏼 Edit: It would be nice to be able to speak to the manager of this restaurant. Even calling the local number, it doesn't let you. Like why? Our last 2 orders wer terrible. And i cant speak to someone other than contacting support. I want the restaurant to fix these delivery orders and start paying attention. The manager needs to be notified that we arent getting what we order. Thanks.

Glad we took out food to go, the entire place was a huge mess...it usually is and today, it was worse. The employee who served us at the start barely said one word...he gave a pinch of the meats we got. Then, when we got home, we found that we were charged double for an order of chips and guac. So, I called and the manager stated that we would have to go back in TODAY, to either get a refund or get what they double charged us for and that is ridiculous! Not a single other restaurant has ever said that you MUST go back in the same day, for their mistake! Granted, it was a $5, error but still....what horrible customer service to require your paying patron to hurry back to get a refund, within the same day, THEY made the mistake. Most places allow you to go back in, on another day to deal with it. perhaps, the managers isn't capable of simply taking down a note to leave for another day for their team members to be aware and allow for ppl to be able to go and get their refund. ..whatever reason it is...it is horrible to MAKE their customers PAY... AGAIN, for THEIR OWN mistake. If you can NOT treat your customers well, at the VERY least, could you PLEASE, try to keep your lobby a tiny bit clean?!?

chipotle has recently gone down hill very rapidly, me and my gf went to get a couple burritos, both of our burritos were not only skimped on heavily, but dude who made and wrapped it left his finger grooves in the tortilla, the time we went after, same guy skimped out on my burrito bowl and my gf's burrito as well. we just left, absolutely never going back. if i could give a lower rating i sure would. what once was enjoyable, is now a game of chance that i frankly do not want to play. Year later and I've yet to step foot in that scam.

Horrible. I was very excited to have a burrito (one of my favorite foods) and I feel in love with it at the Chipotle in LA. Today my wife and I order dinner from this one and they forgot my whole meal! This is not the first time I have been incredibly dissatisfied with this place. I try to be a model customer but this was just not cool.. you can hate your job but don’t take it out on me especially when I’m trying to be nice the whole time.

Hands down worst chipotle I’ve been to. , 3 months ago my husband and I ordered for takeout two burritos, not long after eating the burritos we both got food poisoning. We gave the grill the benefit of doubt by reordering early this week. This time we had two burrito bowels, we had it delivered to our house. this was the only meal I ate, the next morning I had the worst food poisoning I’ve ever experienced. It’s been a week now and I’m still experiencing severe lower gastrointestinal symptoms. Never stepping foot into another chipotle. I’ve never written a review be it positive or negative; I’m only writing this review to forewarn people to avoid this particular restaurant.

Terrible service and food. We ordered 5 meals and in 2 of them found little bugs in the salad. Had to throw away all 5 meals. When I asked to do refund for our meals, manager told me that he can do only for 2 meals.

Worst Chipotle restaurant I've ever been in. The food is like any other was great, but everything else was not. The restaurant is filthy, the bathrooms even worse. It was $8.85 for 2 fountain drinks, but there was no carbonation in any of the fountain selections and the ice tea was completely empty. When I let staff know, they just shrugged like so what. I won't go back and don't recommend this particular Chipotle restaurant.

I am a tourist who stopped for lunch last Sunday. Rarely I will put my appreciation on Google but since the restaurant was really dirty, I find it was unacceptable. Also, when I saw the restroom, I decided to wait and stop somewhere else.

Intentionally overcharged customers ( $9 order, charged $15) Just back from Plattsburgh for one day trip. I am not happy about experience in Chipotle Mexican Grill there. Yesterday, I ordered a bowl with chicken only, and the total cost was approximately $9 according to the menu. I paid using my Canadian MasterCard, but I did not receive a receipt. As I sat down to enjoy my meal, I realized that I was unsure about the food price and the applicable tax (which is 15% in Quebec). I approached the cashier and requested my receipt. After checking a few printed receipts, the cashier apologized and informed me that I had been overcharged. Without asking for my card number or order details, he remember my ordering (??). It was lunch time, very busy time. While I understand that honest mistakes can happen, I find it concerning that the cashier seemed aware of my order without any additional verification. Charging me $11.50 for beef and an extra $2.50 for Guacamole intentionally is unacceptable. Just because I am a visual Asian holding a Canada Mastercard???

Fast but sloppy. Very limited options, they rush making your food. I’m so annoyed I even came here because I’d avoided it for months simply because of the area and decided to stop myself from being so closed minded. My closed mindedness helped me avoided disappointment for months until tonight.

I ordered a bowl with chicken and she put maybe a 1/4 cup of chicken in it. When I asked if she could put more she literally said the price would double. It used to be a great place to go. Now its full of woke servers with attitude and small portions. I wont go again.

Terrible service and attitude. Chicken was almost frozen. Price is ridiculous, we spent $120 for 4 people for minced meat and veggies, still hungry. Went next door to some wing place and was less than half price for actual cooked food

I left my car parked at the electric chargers near Chipotle so it could charge while I ate at Chipotle. I threw in the trash can outside the restaurant the bottle of water I was drinking, and an employee of the restaurant that was at that moment in a black car started screaming at me and my friends to not throw trash at his company trash can, saying that now he has to take the trash out with his own hands. He continued yelling all kinds of bad words; clearly he was racist. We decided not to eat at Chipotle. Worst treatment ever.

The food is really gross and dry all the time. They don't rotate anything. It just seems like they keep piling it on top of the old stuff. Not to mention the dining area is always disgustingly dirty. Every time we visited, we got an upset stomach. After a few visits, it was clear the food was the problem. On top of that, the place is really dirty inside.

The employees were rude and judging when we were ordering our food. I asked her a question and she was straight up rude. Since it was the first time ordering from chipotle, I was asking which meal was good. After ordering our food, she was rolling her eyes and kept looking at her coworker. At least be a little more professional to customers. Plus, the bowl wasn't even filled to the top.

Food was not fresh. Steak was chewy. Chips were stale. We switched out stale chips and got more stale chips. Drink fountain dirty. Restrooms were disgusting!!!! Pee all over the floor in BOTH restrooms!!!! Couldn’t even go in and use the restroom or was my hands before I ate. Won’t be eating here again. Give ladies a clean restroom without pee all over the floor!!!

I am very disappointed in my Brisket Burito. Literally no meat. What was in it was dried out charred brisket to the point it was burnt to crisp like charcoal. For $17.00+ extremely dissatisfied. I've watched that new advertisement all month and it looked so delicious. And I've always loved Chipotle.

Very disappointed with the lack of meat that was put into our burritos. Ordered online for pick up, as we were eating our burritos we both noticed how an entire half had no meat, I ate my other half and if there was a tablespoon of meat I was lucky. Used to go 3x a week .but service has gotten so bad ..we haven't gone in a while ..the rice was super sour from lemon ..when we spoke to the manager, she pretty much said it was an us issue cuz her employees know how to make their rice. Yet .we had never had that issue . We asked for lettuce for our bowl cuz we forgot it and they made us PAY for some in this little cup. They are consistently rude and not welcoming ever. U walk up and they act like we have disturbed their day. The portions get less bad less ..every single time. At this rate ..better off to just go grab all the items and make it own bowls at home .. the outcome will be much better .and if u wanna sit at a table and eat...ur not sitting amongst all the previous customers food mess.ledt behind by who knows how many ..and left there cuz no one ever cleans it up. Do better.

Do not ever use DoorDash for this place. You’re going to pay extra for half of what you get. The portion sizes decrease to half or less of what they would be if you walk into this store. I cannot complain about the food because it’s always good. But it’s almost as if the employees have been instructed to give less with DoorDash.

They need to be trained , really bad service. is not the first time and second time always the same.
