My parnter and I had the most delicious meal here whilst on holiday. Our steaks were 10/10 and we didn’t leave a crumb, highly recommend! The menu is quite price but we knew that before coming. However, this would not hinder us from returning, it was one of our favourite meals of the holiday.

The most amazing meal I have had this week, and on my Birthday, so was very happy. When you look at the menu and prices, (in shock) you will understand the prices once the food hits your table. Calamari is the best we have ever had, and would recommend 2 people share a portion. They are massive. Unusual, but they beat me tonight, I had to leave a little on my plate. Our server Ellie, a very lovely and happy Italian young lady is fantastic at her job. This place is highly recommended by my wife and I. We will definitely be back. Thank you.

The food was absolutely amazing. The ribeye was out of this world, tender, juicy, and perfectly cooked, honestly the best I’ve ever had. You can tell so much care and love went into every dish. The shrimp soup was also delicious, full of rich flavor. The atmosphere was cozy, the staff were kind and attentive, and everything just felt perfect. Truly one of those meals you don’t forget. We had called to book a couple hours before and the staff were so lovely and got us in! We got sat on the balcony which was extremely well lit and had a great view. The service was really quick and the menus were IPADs which I thought was really good. We had calamari to share as a starter and it was 10/10 great sharing portion. My partner ordered the steak which was cooked to perfection and honestly one of the best he said he had. The cocktails were delicious I had the pink drink and my partner had the tiki rum punch. The fajitas were served traditionally, had great presentation. The whole atmosphere was great from entry. The food is of higher price but definitely paying for the experience and would definitely go again.

The Steaks are amazing! Cooked to your liking however staff will offer suggestions depending on the cut of meat. Really helpful staff and generous on the Jack Daniels pour haha. This was me and my wifes third visit and the quality has never faltered.

Great ! Can not fault anything about this lovely restaurant. Great location on the Golden Mile, from the excellent staff who look after you from the moment you arrive to the minute you leave. You'll be looked after with a lovely smile. I had the crispy chicken wings for starters and the baby back ribs for main course. You may think the prices are slightly high but you get what you pay for. Food was the best I've tried of this type with everything cooked to perfection and very very tasty. Will be going again when in the area.

Expensive but worth every penny. Steak was PERFECTLY cooked and the accompaniments matched very well, especially the vegetables. Best part was the desserts. Asked to see a menu, and they wheeled over a cart where a server explained in detail each of the available options. 10/10 for experience. Cheesecake was amazing!! Great value for money.

Fuimos al centro comercial donde estaba este restaurante durante una ola de calor y no tenían aire acondicionado. El restaurante era elegante, pero tardaron bastante en servirnos y no había casi nadie. Fuimos a comer bastante tarde y no pusieron ninguna pega para servirnos. (Ya nos había pasado de que habían cerrado otras cocinas)

El lugar muy bonito, buena atención, la camarera te muestra los platos del día en un ipad incluso un video de la elaboración si quieres verlo. Hay un mago todas las noches que anima la velada, al que felicito por el espectáculo y la buena atención que tuvo con mi hijo de 7 años. La comida nos decantamos por el solomillo de buey y debo decir que estaba espléndido, muy bueno de verdad. La única pega es que veo el precio algo excesivo, teniendo en cuenta que solo pedimos un entrante, un plato para compartir mi pareja y yo, y el plato del niño mas las bebidas, sin postre, la cuenta superó los 70 euros, si cada uno hubiera pedido un plato y un postre se habría disparado el total con seguridad.

Conocimos el restaurante de casualidad , pues nos llamó la atención la decoración de sus escaleras. Vimos la puntuación del Rte. Y decidimos cenar aquí. La atención por parte del personal es muy buena , el ambiente del local estupendo y se ve muy limpio. La comida estaba muy rica y decoran los platos , lo cual lo hace más apetecible aún. El precio es elevado , pero es algo que ya esperábamos al estar en la zona que está . Los baños son inmensos y muy limpios . Solo le puedo poner un pero , y es la laaaarga espera , unos 40 min haga que nos sirvieron la comida . El sitio está genial para celebraciones en grupo

Comida riquísima, precio un poco caro pero muy accesible. Cenamos alli 6, pidiendo plato principal, entrantes, vinos y postre salió a unos 40 por persona. Realmente es comida buena en una zona muy turistica, por lo que el precio es más que justo. Tambien tienen la opción de platos mas 'selectos' que pueden rondar los 60 o 70€, pero por menos de 30€ puedes cenar bien. El servicio fue estupendo y el local es vistoso y mola. En la foto se ve el solomillo de 250g con salsas y las alitas.

El local es espacioso y el ambiente muy agradable. En la atención, un poco de todo, pero bien en general: algunos camareros muy atentos y súper amables; otros no tanto. La comida muy muy rica y buena relación calidad/precio. Un lugar recomendable!

Personalmente un establecimiento muy bonito pero no hay variedad de platos. Las fajitas muy básicas y no me gustaron. Lo contrario la carne, que estaba buenísima y gran calidad de producto. Camareros simpáticos y que controlan muchos idiomas.

We ate here twice during our visit and both times the food was good. The steak was very decent indeed and cooked exactly as asked. Thr rum punch is a bit tasty.. beware it knocked your socks off. The chicken fajitas and the prawns were over cooked and dry on other meals in the party, but the steaks were great every time.

Food is not bad, not outstanding but decent enough American grill type food. Service was excellent apart from the fact we were asked 3 times if we’d like more drinks so I guess they are really trying to push that to the point of over intrusiveness. We thought it was a little on the expensive side compared to other similar places and it was at least 30% more expensive than the out of date pics shown on google reviews.

The food at Vagas grill was good. For us on our visit was the service, staff where working really hard but they seem to miss us, we had to get up to get a waiter for drinks, only one meal came up, they had to go and get the 2nd meal. Wait for paying was sometime! We had a table inside and it very hot or sticky, I would recommend you reserve an outside table.

Went here with my partner as he wanted a steak. I'm not a steak person so ordered salmon. It tasted absolutely awful and was overcooked. It was worse than buying from supermarket, that's how cheap and bad it tasted. I had to leave the edges of the fillet as they were that hard it was impossible to chew. The cocktail was really good and partners steak was good, service wasn't the best.

Overpriced! We booked a table for 5 adults and 3 children. The 3 children got the children strips and chips, all of it went back untouched. The chips were soggy and the chicken was like rubber. The adults enjoyed their steaks and garlic potatoes but again the chips were soggy and therefore not eaten. The cocktail was the best part of the meal. Fui a este grill house esperando una experiencia acorde a lo que cobran. Error. La carne estaba correcta, sin más, pero por casi 40 € la sirven con poquísimas patatas y una ensalada templada sin gracia. La salsa de queso azul fue directamente decepcionante: casi sin sabor, cortada y nada untuosa. El despropósito mayor vino con la bebida. Pedí un Martini Bianco con Rosso (una mezcla común) y al pagar me cobraron dos martinis. Según la chica de caja, mezclar Bianco y Rosso equivale a cobrar dos copas. Entonces, ¿cada cóctel con varios alcoholes se cobra por separado? Intentaron justificarlo diciendo que lo sirvieron en un vaso “más grande”, cosa que es falsa: era una copa clásica de martini, incluso con el nombre de la marca. Cuando señalé que eso parecía una trampa para turistas, la respuesta fue un encogimiento de hombros. El personal, además, habla muy mal español (me pidieron cambiar a inglés para explicar una bebida básica) y tampoco dominan pedidos simples: pedí un café cortado y me trajeron algo parecido a un cappuccino. Al preguntar si eso era un cortado, me dijeron que sí. Claramente no saben lo que están sirviendo. Para rematar, en un restaurante especializado en carne me ponen un mini cuenco con sal fina. Pedí sal en escamas (Maldon) y nadie sabía de qué hablaba; tuve que explicarlo como “la misma sal que el chef puso encima de la carne”. En resumen: caro para lo que ofrecen, errores básicos en bebidas y café, falta de formación del personal y una política de cobro poco transparente. Huele demasiado a sitio pensado para turistas. No vuelvo. Quiero añadir que antes de hacer esta reseña primero intenté ponerme en contacto con los dueños o encargados del lugar por email pero quizás por la falta de transparencia de este restaurante hasta una información básica como su propio email te la esconden.

Así como entremos salimos, un servicio bastante seco, se nota que está en la zona más turística donde no cuidan ni la forma ni el servicio. Adicionalmente unos precios que no se justifican. No volveremos claro, espero que otros turistas disfruten más que nosotros. Eso sí, la decoración es muy llamativa.

El local es amplio, llamativo y con unos baños muy bonitos pero aparte de eso… es caro, 20 euros una hamburguesa muy básica. La atención del personal, muy regular. Pides la carne poco hecha y te la sirven como quieren. No nos avisan al entrar de que va a cerrar la cocina, cuando vamos a pedir la bebida, tampoco nos avisan y es cuando pedimos la comida que nos dicen que cierra la cocina ya y que la mitad de lo que pedíamos estaba agotado, sin capacidad ni tiempo de decisión. Así que así en general, no volvería.

I guess when you sit outside, you will have a nice view over de street. But inside there is no atmosphere. Because of the high ceiling there was an echo that is very annoying. A food court in a mall has more atmosphere and better acoustics then this place. The food was okayish. The meat was ok, but the vegetables were drowning in oil. The price/quality ratio is not good. This is also the first restaurant in Tenerife that has prices excluding IGIC. I won’t be coming back here. There are a lot of places in Tenerife that are much better, have better food, better service and better atmosphere then this place.
