I absolutely love sushi. Ive been eating it for many years. Traveling to differents places trying new locations. Well, i stopped by late night because i was craving some sushi This place is so far the best sushi I've had in a long time. Their fish taste very fresh and the customer service was amazing. I'd recommend giving it a shot.

Will definitely go back if I have the opportunity. Terrific food.

This is hands down the best sushi we have ever had. This is a wonderful gem of a family owned restaurant. A beautiful experience to sit in this cozy restaurant and enjoy all the flavors of this special place. The owners are a super couple keeping this unique business open for over 17 years. We will be back at least often. Also we enjoyed talking about the World Cup with the owners after our meal. They are Very friendly and kind people.

Love this place! My boyfriend and I come here all the time. They have the best miso soup. Their price are good. Sushi is fresh and full of flavor. The family that owns it is super nice and funny. We always smile and laugh when we go. Plus they have a secret dessert item that is to die for.

Don’t let location and first impression fool you. We have lived in south Florida for 15years and never ate fresh, beautifully prepared sushi until we came to this restaurant. It is a small, family owned business. The father, mother and son greet you and make you feel part of their family. Fresh ingredients! Give it one tried and you will not regret it.

This is the kind of place that you'd expect to find in LA, NY, or Paris. A hole in the wall, owned by a gracious immigrant couple, with food that far exceeds what you'd expect, at a reasonable price. Clearly they know their culture's food. So pleased I found them. Ignore any previous old reviews. They hired a top-notch chef and it shows in the food. 😁

Most of the time the food is good. Well most of the time. We have been using this place for many years. The food is always hot and fast. We normally stick to the usual. We know that is good. Once in awhile though they are just off. Not bad just not the normal good. While not a lovely restaurant for dine in...tiny, warm, dated..this place has delicious sushi, very fresh, lots of combos, good prices..but take out or get it delivered!

Stopped in while I was visiting South Florida, and felt the need to write a review because I have been trying to like sushi, but haven't most of the time... and I LOVED theirs. I told the chef I wanted some 'beginner' sushimi, and he created me a custom plate with the best sushi I have ever had. I have been craving it for the last week since then, but unfortunately don't live in town. It's a very small place run by a family, it doesn't look fancy and impressive, but has amazing food from genuine people. Definitely give it a try!

The atmosphere is very much that of a neighborhood gem. The service was fast, friendly, and personal, with the owners sharing how they strive to keep their prices affordable for their regulars. I opted for the lunch special, which includes two basic rolls and a side of soup or salad. I added a spicy salmon roll to my order and was pleasantly surprised at how fresh and delicious everything was. The sushi was well-made, flavorful, and incredibly affordable. My total came to just $21 for three rolls and a soup. This place is a fantastic deal for great sushi, and I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend for anyone looking for fresh, budget-friendly sushi and warm service!

There is an age old tradition of Chinese food on Christmas. I however just haven’t been able to find a good Chinese place. This was literally the only place that picked up my call. The owner was all by his onesies. His kid didn’t want to help him out boo! But it was a pleasure! Grabbed a small sushi combo and was greeted with the nicest conversation! I can’t wait to come back here on a day that isn’t Christmas and eat some good sushi!

got a shrimp tempura roll, & a Japanese bagel crunch and was so surprised by the size of the rolls compared to other places, absolutely amazing. they were humongous! and I asked for a side of eel sauce if possible and they were so kind about it and gave me 3 extra sauce sides. my sister got chicken tempura, my dad udon and everybody was very pleased. great portions. great food. and supporting a small business? score. thank you sushi boat! i will be a returning customer! ❤️

I introduced Sushi Boat to my best friend and now she loves it as well. She drives all the way from Boca after work and during rush hour just to have dinner there. It’s just THAT good!!

Wow!!! 5 star !! The owners are very friendly and family owned! The restaurant has fish mounts and a very nice outlay. The sushi bar looks really good. I am very happy with my food that I picked up. I cannot wait till I can sit down at the bar and have a proper experience here. As a local fisherman I can tell you this tuna was delicious. Two thumbs up.

Great deal on a sushi boat for two. The only issue was the server was a bit more senior and did not hear well. Made a few mistakes on our order. Overall not a bad spot.

Okay, so honestly, the food was great... the atmosphere is for drinkers. Arrive 10 minutes early, and the owner and his wife are the team. I ordered off a website of theirs, and he was having trouble with the computers... he has 2 for orders. He said he just got it, but it was a user error. Happened with an Uber eats order, too... he and his wife got on both orders. She made the sushi he cooked the hot food. It took 25 minutes but the shop enjoyed the order! A couple and their son came in to sit down and eat. They were already hammered and obnoxious, to say the least. You could tell the owners didn't appreciate the group but needed the business...

The door dash chick took off with the food and didn’t answer the phone. Sushi Boat was attentive and helpful to rectify. Our new order should be here in 30 mins. Will update with sushi details. Sushi was not that great. Very bland.

I stopped in for a quick dinner after work and ordered the volcano roll in the falling in love roll. Both roles were only OK as the sushi wasn’t the freshest I’m not saying it had turned bad, but it probably wasn’t too far from it. They were large, and it was certainly filling. The place isn’t very large, and there wasn’t that many people coming in or picking up takeout so maybe that contributes to not enough turnover to keep it ultra fresh. The service was adequate, but nothing stellar. I won’t bother trying this location again.

Very disappointed and dissatisfied. We just ordered from Door dash. The food came on time and the soup was ok . We ordered a combination platter with 3 different rolls. The rolls were made with such horrible rice that we couldn't even pick it up with our fingers let alone our chopsticks. I've never eaten sushi with a spoon but here I am. I will not be ordering here again

Just ordered from them for the first time last night and it was disgusting! The sushi was not fresh at all, fish smelled and rice was dry. It went straight to the garbage! Waste of money! There is no way on earth that they are rated 4.5 stars. It got to be fake reviews!
