Terrible service. Not sure I've seen a full staff get so confused over such simple orders. The wait time is unreal even when it's not busy. I enjoy Wingstop wings and fries....so this location is a disappointment. *update* Remains the same...the service is horrendous. Wingstop corporate obviously doesn't care becasue look at these reviews for this location. It's awful. Such a shame because Wingstop is typically fire!

This restaurant is why I love Texas so much, the most rude staff who will throw shade directly in your face. The lady in the red hair will let you know that she doesn’t care about her job with pride. Refreshing!

The food is ok but not worth the hassle. Approach the counter with caution when ordering. As there is a (somewhat) blonde girl with glasses that seems extremely bothered by actual customers coming in to order food. If my receipt serves correct then her name is Misty. Her approach to other customers and myself let me know that customer service is NOT her specialty! I don't plan on returning.

I order from here regularly on doordash. The food is usually taking a long time. People get upset apparently if you just ask for water, Nothing else just a free cup of water when you come in and get insulted and treated poorly for it too. Thrown out of wingstop for asking for a cup of water. Food is good but service is poor.

Slow service, fast roaches: the full experience ⭐️ 0/5 If I could give 0 stars, I would without hesitation. To begin with, I waited more than 40 minutes to receive my food—an absurd amount of time considering the place wasn’t even full. But the worst part? Cockroaches. Yes, cockroaches crawling near the food, on the table, and even inside the bag my order came in. This is an absolute lack of hygiene and respect for customers. How can a food establishment allow this level of filth? Not only is it disgusting, but it’s also a health hazard. I will never return, and I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone. Health authorities should take immediate action.

I had a frustrating experience at this Wingstop location. The cashier clearly needs more training—not only were they not listening properly, but instead of owning up to their mistake, they blamed me as the customer. Saying, “Oh, you didn’t say that,” is not an acceptable response when the error was on their end. Good customer service starts with listening and taking accountability, which was lacking here. Hopefully, management takes this feedback seriously and trains their staff to be more attentive and professional. Wait time is FOREVER

Ordered 20 traditional and 20 boneless wings with fries to-go. Drove maybe 7 minutes home and opened the containers to find cold, old fries with no flavor. The wings were literally in containers filled with the grease they were fried in. Like, the restaurant obviously did not strain them. Nothing had flavor other than grease. I've never ordered wings anywhere and received them floating in the grease they were fried in. They were literally soggy with grease. I know im being redundant, but it blew my mind that someone prepared, served, and packaged my order like that and thougt it was acceptable. It was my first and last experience with Wingstop. Sorry, Rick Ross. Flavor does not get its wings at this location. I'll stick with B-Dubs.

I wish I could give zero stars. I placed my order for pick up. The order was supposed to be ready in 16 to 21 minutes. I've had issues with pick up before, so I went to the grocery store first. I made it to Wing Stop at 7:00 pm. The restaurant wasn't packed, and they were fully staffed. Yet, my order and a few others hadn't been started. I witnessed the crew goof around and procrastinate. This establishment is unprofessional. I received my order 1 hour after placing it. When I made it home, I noticed my passenger seat was soaked. The grease from the chicken had soaked through the bag and onto my seat. Every experience I've had with this Wingstop has been atrocious. I would suggest staying away from this one. Food is terrible, fries were soggy with no seasoning and tenders were sitting in an inch of grease. Not the first time i’ve had food like this, place is hit or miss but 95% of the time it’s a hard miss and I still continue to go back and give them another shot. You would think a good management team would look at the reviews and try their best to improve their staff and their work ethic. Same faces every-time I go in and no one seems to care. If I could give them negative stars I would. This place shouldn’t even be allowed to get stars, they have a long way to go. Id rather get wings from Mcdonald’s!
