Love their banana shakes, creamy and taste just like bananas. All the burgers are spot on and fries are always fresh and hot. Eat there all the time. Always satisfied.

My go to food fix when I am working night shift. I order online and my food is always freshly made, and ready when I get there. There is not many places to choose from between midnite and 2 am. Good food, fresh, hot and affordable.

I can say that Rally's is the one and only truly original and truly consistent fast food places out and always at a price everyone can afford.. I can literally feed two house fulls of people (mine & grams) total of 9 at just under $50. Thanks Rally's for keeping it original and family friendly P.s. also their place is super super fast never long wait lines and still fresh-AMAZING

The staff was friendly and approachable. I got my drink and order in like 3 mins It felt like. I recommend rallys owners that you get a new ranch. It tastes like the ranch the the Doller tree that no wants to buy. It makes me sad to eat it. And damn those wing prices are kinda crazy. But besides that awesome staff and food.

I've been here a few times when I'm Porterville for work and it's been good every time! I live in Visalia, any time I've gone to In & Out, the food was cold and poor. This place is much better!

Good food. But ofcouse the big Buford burger is now just Buford . Like all the burger joint shrunk the burgers

Slow service but yummy and the dessert is always made different depending on the person they should be taught to make it the same thats why i didn't give 5 stars

Altuoughbthe order was wrong when received it was a relatively quick correction. However, unfortunately my rootbeer had no syrup in it and was awful. It was rrplaced by fruit punch when seemed to have all the syrup and I hadvto dilute it to drink it.

I was 8n line at the window for over 8 minutes. Just ordered no cheese or and no tomatoes on my wife's rally burger. The impatient customers behind me thought I ordered for an entire football as ll team. Fast food @ Rsllys is an oxymoron. Food was good but , the server could had offered a reason why I spent do much time at the window waiting!

Convenient spot but had to send the first burger back. It was a burnt mess that one of the male employees practically tossed out of the window to us. Second one was better bit still a dry burger.

First time coming here since my high school days back in 2004. I was raving to my kids about how I loved coming here. The food was okay. Not much pride into the way it used to be handled. Customer service was a total let down. My kids tasted it but didn’t even eat the food.

Other than that great spot to eat.

Cold food, old food. Brisket looked like it had been sitting around all day. Dry and split apart. Then it wasn't even hot. Fries were greasy and soggy. Disappointing.

Food was fresh bought it to share with my daughter but found a bug in the drink. Made me feel uneasy about the food at that point. Sucks that I noticed it after having finished the drink.

I went and got my food which by the way wasn’t all good and I go to the windo to ask for ketchup and other sauces and wait for 10 minutes when there were no other people in line and I still didn’t get any help so I left and didn’t even finish my food because the food made me sick half way through over all all I say is to go get something else

The food here is amazing. Yet as much as I love this restaurant, almost everytime I have ordered they have failed to get the entire order correct. They have forgotten everything from pies to drinks to burgers. They have failed to get anything as simple as no cheese correct. Unless you are going to order one thing I wouldn't particularly recommend this location.

My meat was still pink and my roast melt burger was missing onion rings and the other stuff that goes in it, it was just the meat, cheese, and sourdough. I would give zero star for the food and 2 stars for customers service, she was nice and friendly.

Mediocre at best. The burger seemed lazily put together and the fries were the most redeeming part of the meal. I asked for Sprite/Sierra Mist and got Pepsi instead. I don't understand how you cannot differentiate between the two.

I really had high hopes coming to Rally's for the first time but boy was I let down!! For starters the customer service was terrible!! The food portions are very small for some Menu items. The food wasn't very tasty at all! The drinks were the best things in all honesty... Very disappointed

Charged for packet of sauce. My drink was very full of ice and soda cup was not even full.

Sad to say but this particular one isn't very good in terms of cleanliness. They're always getting my order wrong. It's a shame because the food and price is good and they got a variety. Hope they can get it together.

Got a five piece. The first tender tasted like straight rubber, the second was dry. The rest looked dry and burnt (as pictured below). Didn't even finish the chicken, but I gave it two stars because at least the fries were good.

Gave me wrong order, i called more than 10 times but they never answer. They also have rude employees and i feel like they are always rushing taking your orders.

I ordered a new candied bacon mother clucker combo. Well, the fries were right. The sandwich came with no bacon, no fried onions, no cheese. Wilted lettuce and a hard tomato which were neither one supposed to be on the sandwich. When you pay 7.00 plus tax you should get something that resembles what you ordered. Then when you call it automatically deletes your call. Very sad experience!

Drive through order took forever. Ordered a strawberry milkshake with oreo in it and was told they aren't allowed to put oreo in it. Even when we offered to pay extra. Mcdobalds does. They gave us no sauce with out chicken box and two napkins for two people. Would not recommend this place . I won't be foung back

Me and my wife ate at Rally's today and the food was horrible the meat was over cooked and rubbery and the fries tasted like old oil for $26 for the both of us to eat I think they could have done a better job I won't be back

I waited 30 min because I had to park and to find out they gave my food away. You guys had one job. You all should quit because obviously it's to hard for you

Wanted to give Rallys another chance only to be dissatisfied again! They had no cheese sticks. The fries tasted old and when I asked for a cheesecake shake they said they had no graham crackers. Seriously?. So no more for me.

Got our order wrong three times and was very rude I do not recommend getting spicy chicken strips unless you want to drive back three times

I doordashed it to my house, TELL ME WHY MY FOOD DONT GOT A SEAL?!? my drink was left completely exposed now i’m wondering whether or not my sketchy doordasher put drugs it in or something. this is ridiculous and such a safety risk . FIX IT NOW

No way it takes that long at fast food place for that small an order. Was 10 minutes late getting back to work thanks yall. Got a refund and honestly the quality of the food ain’t worth the trouble

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. The food is absolutely TERRIBLE! We had some coupons from Save Mart and we got a few Rally Burgers and Fries. The burger was awful but the fries were even worse! The famous Rally burger is about 1/4”, (so tiny), sloppy, and simply disgusting in other words. The fries were extremely oily and inedible. We had to toss it all! Our family could not eat it. So sad. What a waste of money but more importantly, food. Please save your money and go to Jack in the Box, if no other option, and more affordable option too. We used to come here years ago after our church service and we remember it so much better and different. Quality is no longer there at this establishment.

A Nation's Restaurant News article mentions that they will refill customer drinks, but they will provide a new cup instead of reusing the original one
