We drove all the way from the East Coast to come see the Sequoia Forest. When we got to the park gate, we were informed we would need chains on our tires if we were to see the trees. With it being so late, we had no time to get chains for the tires and thus, had to turn back. Needless to say this was a great moment of sadness, as seeing the Sequoia Forest has been a lifelong mission. In order to ease the sorrow of this great loss, we decided to get a treat at Starbucks, this Starbucks. We got there and a wonderful woman took our order and listened to our brief lament about how we lost out on our mission (This was Monday evening, March 31, 2025). Her kindness and true leadership literally brought us out of our slump and made our day. Please treat this wonderful woman really, really good as she is the ultimate leader. We can't thank her enough for her kind, much needed words and wise, wise initiative! And yes, we are keeping this cup forever!!!

Well, this place is my absolute favorite to go to, because you always know exactly what you're going to get when you order. I like all of the new food items that I have tried here. They all seem to be fresh as can be, especially since we are out in the boonies! There is always plenty of parking available and the drive-thru is very nice to use when in a hurry. The place is kept spotless every time I've been in there I have been impressed. And the employees generally know what they're doing and how to satisfy their guests! I will continue going to Starbucks here in Lindsay California. Don't meet me there, beat me there!!

I liked the sanwitch I got. My mom enjoyed a beverage. My hot chocolate was semi sweet I usually get it with extra coacoa pump but.. Im thankful they care about the health of the community. Also the window server was genuinly smileing o_O it wasnt fake smiles..

I've only used the drive through at this location. Pretty fast service in the morning tush compared to others, but still takes anywhere from 15-20 minutes to complete an order. Staff can be friendly, depending on who's having a good morning. I haven't had an issue with drink orders. Only issue is having to yell into their kiosk for them to hear you, since it's next to the highway.

I was impressed with the friendliness of employees, especially that of Tina. She was very kind and attentive. And as for my drink, it tasted like the Good Quality Starbucks that I remember! Whatever change has been made here, to this Starbucks, keep it up

I only gave 3 stars because it has occured more than several times when I order a drink and its completely wrong.... even when I order from the app without any customizations it's wrong. There have been a few times when I ordered a non-caffeine drink and they make some other coffee drink.

Sandwich selection slim. Ordered everything bagel, out of cream cheese. So said I'll just take it to go. Got home it was a plain bagel. Asked a couple questions about the sandwiches and answers were I don't know. I've been in this Starbucks and few times but not for a few months. Use drive thru more. The over all appearance was "messy". The least professional Starbucks experience I have ever had in any Starbucks.

I have been getting protein box with eggs and cheese for months every morning Last Thursday and today, I found bad eggs: slimy and not a normal smell. I told the young lady today around 70 am today about eggs being bad last Thursday. She asked me to call And I called few times. No one picked up the phone.

Their coffee making skill is mediocre, end product is subpar. The best store that makes very good coffee consistently is located at Bardsley and Mooney. They had never failed me.

Well I've been to several Starbucks and I have to say that this location is not the cleanest and they're very SLOW! . The workers are nice and friendly, and they took my name, but I had to keep looking to see why my order took so long... They didn't call my name. I had to ask " is this mine?" But my order was correct and it was definitely good

Ordered a Grande & Venti Caramel Frap for myself & my mother. When I got home, neither of our drinks had any flavor in them. They tasted like a watered down Frap. Wasn’t about to drive back, 5 mins, to have it corrected but just ask that they make sure all the ingredients are out in the drinks. Will try again another time. Let’s bring that 3 star back up to a 5 star.

I'm biased when it comes to Starbucks, that being said I feel it's over rated, and I expect more when it comes getting a cup of coffee. Granted, it's what most people like, but to me, it taste burnt, over priced, and takes a very long time for a basic cup of coffee. I just expect more/better from a large chain of coffee houses.

The tables were not clean. If you check the photos most of the tables were dirty. Need to mention that we stepped in around 8 pm on a Sunday evening. The staff was ok although it seemed like she was lacking knowledge about a couple of drinks i asked for.

The service was great, the drinks were average Starbucks, but the bathrooms were so dirty, but thankful they let us use the bathrooms.

It's a hit or miss on drinks every time I've been there. I've got some that weren't filled all the way. Drive-thru has been much faster for me (usually a little before 7 AM). I've ordered inside and waited up to 15 minutes even when I just ordered iced water. Their staff is pretty friendly though.

Not worth the wait at all. The only way you get your drink quickly is by placing a mobile order an HOUR ahead of time, only get an ight drink

They always take a long time here at Lindsay Starbucks. During happy hour you better buckle up because the waiting period is 1 hr. My favorite drink is the Very Berry Hibiscus refresher and they ran out of berries.

Drinks were made to order but they didn't secure the lid on all the way and the whole frappe fell into my wifes purse. On top of that the barista at the drive-thru was rude.

This Starbucks has consistently had the worst / longest wait of any that I have visited. I don’t know if it consistently understaffed or just completely unorganized and untrained.

Food, warm bread are awesomely tasty drinks are delicious, if I was drinking my right drink after delivering to my mothers and here I am drinking Hera like an old lady drinking her Starbucks fav drink with almond Milk 🤢 Third time they labeled my drinks wrong. Almond drink and the other whole milk with four (4), expresos. Chocolate drinks grande was paid for and provided me with tall. This is the only Starbucks in town, there for, can’t take my business elsewhere. So, let’s please be aware. P.S. my Mother’s Day today will be running pretty good today 🤪

I had to ask for cinnamon and half-and-half. And when they gave me, they actually poured a bit into a cup, so I had not how much I needed, but just the amount I was offered. There we're not enough staff to serve customers in the store, most we're serving drive through.

A regular coffee tasted like someone literally dumped an ash tray into the brew. Not even joking. This Starbucks, more than any other I've been to, seems the most inconsistent in its product quality. In drive thru, employees sound like they are juggling too many things or get distracted. I honestly feel like it would improve employee's tips if the drive thru processes was a little less frustrating sometimes.

Went in and had bad experience. Had trouble ordering and the shift supervisor didn't really want to help,but when he realized he had to head an attitude about it. I brushed it off and ordered anyway. I ordered a trenta strawberry refresher along with some chocolate covered almonds and a everything bagel with cream cheese. I waited patiently for 25 minutes while everyone behind me and people walking in got their drinks before asking for mine. During the whole time waiting that supervisor looked my way several times and never asked if I got my stuff, when he was the one who took my order. I finally got my drink and bagel after asking, and unfortunately the drink tasted a little sour, but I wasn't going to wait anymore, so I left.

Order the blended drink and the manager took more time to argue the fact that he doesn't want to blend it. Of all the Starbucks I've been to from Washington down to Los Angeles I've never had a problem with the manager and tell you come to the one in Lindsay California. unprofessional very unprofessional he's in the wrong job market.

I’ve travel all over Califonia and this my first Starbucks experience of waiting for ever to order a drink thru the drive thru, and always it happens here when I pass by. Need to learn to execute orders faster.

It took them 20 minutes just to finish my order. They also run out of ingredients and big straw even though I came around 3pm and not many customers. Really need big improvement!

Waited 15 minutes for tea... hot water and a tea bag.. I watched drive through move through quickly but couldn't get my tea... I was told my order was in line. Its hot water and a tea bag. By the time I got it the tea was bitter. I miss the old staff.

I got a sugar free mocha and thankfully didn't leave the parkjng lot before I took a drink. They didn't put any syrup in my drink. I went back in and it took 10 minutes for them to remake the drink and there was no apology!! I will never return!!

Ordered at the counter and never even got my drink after waiting so long . I was the only customer besides the drive through and had to get a refund. The employees need to be trained better. Especially the older lady that put in my order , when they asked her what I ordered ,all she cared about was getting off work and clocking out. Very bad customer service. Nobody has time for that

I know this is a service job and it doesn't pay a lot, but these are expensive drinks, people are paying for something and it's not something undrinkable. Please help and get training on this place ASAP.
