Their egg rolls are really yummy! Add some sweet and sour sauce and you've got a nice snack. Price is reasonable too

One of my main reasons for going here is due to the fact of their late night drive-thrus. With places closing early it's nice to be able to grab a fresh made combo, and enjoy a hot meal. I went with a friend and even though they messed up his order ( he wanted curly fries and one got half and half ) he still liked it. My only downside was that their speaker was turned down kinda low so it made it difficult for me to hear them talking

Always enjoy their food. Great selection for 2 yr olds and up. Customer Service is most always courteous & professional. Order has always been correct. Food is excellent except on a couple of occasions fries had been sitting too long. Some menu items are a little pricey. Wait time is average, exceptions would be week day lunch hours. The new renovations are a plus. Relaxing & enjoyable. I would reccomend that you give JACK a try!!

Just about every time my 78 year old mother and I go into town together we always stop at Jack in the box for lunch and get 2 orders of the tacos that are 2 for 1.39 and curly fries and senior drinks. We have ordered other things on the menu and they are great also but with our budgets we usually just get those tacos and we truly love them. The restaurants that we go to are always very clean and the workers are so nice. Thank you and God bless.

My grilled sour dough is never grilled anymore. More like a soggy bread burger. The texture is the best part. At least the iced coffee is usually good.

Lady at the drive thru was very difficult to deal with not to mention the price they advertise on the wall with the promotions is different price then on the menu I cant believe this people make $20 an hour

How do you mess up a whole order this horribly? I order a grilled chicken sandwich with fries and a large cameral iced coffee, not only was I given the wrong sandwich, my iced coffee wasn’t even cameral and the fries were old. Horrible customer service, no friendly interactions and seriously what is with the food and order being so horrible.

Roxanne is very rude. When taking my order she was very ignorant. She acres like i was stupid and proceeded to get my order wrong p. Every other worker was extremely kind.

I went thru drive thru late at night we order 4 tacos and jumbo jack that day. Came home ate my food was taking sip of my drink also my little sister took a sip from my drink. Also that I have my sister that has health issue and that gross us out and that being in there and she could’ve swallowed it she is literally 5 year old. My parents are so disappointed and disguise. As soon as I seen that I called jack in the box and a man answer told him that I wanted to talk to a manger i could hear in the back that he was telling everyone what i told him was inside my cup then he pass me to this lady that was the manger. Then she told me that was disgusting and gross she also told me that she wanted me to go the next day go talk to the “general manger “ that she was also going make a complain. When I went the next day I felt like they didn’t really help me I talk to a manger name “Monica “ she told me that the “general manger “ wasn’t there that I should come back Thursday (8/19/2022 when the “ general manger is there because Wednesday (8/17/2022 is there day off and that she didn’t know nothing and I also show her the picture or the cup and said that was disgusting.

I had never received bad service here until I came in the A.M. worse customer service ever!!! Alicia the manager is a joke, we ordered thru the drive thru and the person our order incorrect, she even repeated our order to confirm and it was correct, but when we got our order they gave us pancakes instead of what we ordered, and instead of excepting it was their mistake and fixing it Alicia wanted to cahrge us more? And then when I argued it was a mistake done on their end she argued back to us, lol... a completely joke!! I work in customer service and you ALWAYS act courtesy and realize your check comes from happy paying customers.
