Absolutely love coming here! Its a little less busy than the location i usually go to. I love that theyre open late. Super convenient! I've never ever had a problem with my order and the prices are so good! They always satisfy my late night burger cravings.

First visit to an In-n-out. Very impressed! I really appreciate a place that has a simple menu so they can focus on perfecting those items. Burger, fries, shakes, drinks. If you want any combo of those 4 things, this is the place. The patties were nice quality and flavor, good amount of juice without being sloppy. I appreciate the toppings being fresh as well; no sloppy lettuce leaf sliding out of your burger. 5 out of 5 on the burger. The fries a nice actual cut potato fries which is a bit different from other fast food joints. They aren't as addictive as other fast food fries but they aren't greasy and don't make you feel trash after eating the whole tray of em; 4 out of 5 on the fries. Atmosphere and service for this location was great. Friendly staff and clean. They were mopping the seating area when we sat down and actually used a clean mop and followed up with a microfiber mop. No slip n slide through the lobby because someone used the kitchen mop in the dining area. I didn't get a shake but their house pink lemonade is great. Not too sugary, not too tangy. It's been awhile since I felt like I got a decent quality meal for a good price. 4 burgers(5 total patties) 2 fries, and 2 drinks for right around 30 bones. Yes, please! In-n-out will be a "must do" for my future trips to California.

I regret that on my last trip to California, I didn't stop at an INO. So here we are for dinner this evening. Easy enough parking on a Tuesday evening even for the Sprinter van. A friendly greeting from a young man who took my order. My burger and fries did take about 15 minutes, so it's not "fast" food. So excited to be getting this for dinner, I made one mistake with my order. I forgot to order the fries well done. In-N-Out likes to serve their fries underdone. Or at least, they're underdone for my taste. Still hot but limp and not crisp. The restaurant was clean, the parking lot was clean, the service was excellent.

Ordered drove to pay order was wrong fixed it then got to window and it wasn't right I'm told to park I waited 10 minutes started to go inside when here comes 1 burger but I'm still missing my other one so I go inside .tell young man who was very polite what happen I had my reciept with me .he quickly fixed the problem moral of story lost time cold food. I love in and out .

The food is about the same, not much as changed. The buns are toasted a lot darker than normal, and this has been consistent. The customer service has gone downhill. They're just pushing people out. You get your food, you get out. That's kind of a mentality I felt. Why are you yelling my number and just tossing the food on the counter? I'm a loyal customer, not a number!

This location has the worst customer service. Never been so disappointed at an in and out. Until coming to the Tulare location. Food was made poorly. Asked for a well done burger. Came completely raw. Went in had them remake it and was even more raw than the first time. If I could give 0 stars I would. Never again.

Went there tonight. Really disappointed and disappointed. My meat had a blood clot thing on it. We were so grossed out. Brought attention to the server but he said it was normal. It wasn’t pink ( I like it a bit pink) it was dark red like a clout. Made my fiancé and I loose our appetite.

6/12/25 at 12:00pm Just ordered a double double PLAIN with cheese fry to go!When I get home to eat surprise it has onions lettuce and sauce on it. Whoever is closing shift sucks!gave that whole burger to my dog.Only thing they got right is a cheese fry witch you can’t really get wrong lol.DO BETTER

First time ordering a “Flying Dutchman”. Got home to this surprise. Guess I gotta check everything before I leave drive thru 🤷‍♂️ but I thought it was supposed to have grilled onions
