I had a pick up order and it was ready when I arrived. Staff was great and brought out my food promptly. Drinks are always on point! Ordered a BLT and it was just sad. I will not order it again and decided not to eat it. Outside was clean but there's not really much they can do about the homeless that hang around this location.

This is my favourite place to go for something cold to drink. I love how I can mix them up and add and take off flavours I like. It's awesome. The crew is always very nice and I like them all very much.

Food and Drinks are always good. We use the app half price drinks not having to wait or wait very long especially during busy times.

Food was ok, frys were soggy, and no public restrooms, even though they're located outside. Disappointed. Dear Owner the details are all explained already above.

The 5 stars is mostly the service, first time going, the girl who dropped off my food very friendly and nice, gave me the food and told me have a nice day and I haven't even paid, the food is good, I always get the taters with a double mashed, really good, and I like the always put a salt an mint, the 4 times I have gone it's always a good experience. Same girl always smiling while delivering my food. Today not so good, they gave me a large coke but in reality is just soda water because the girl was lazy and not honest ro say they ran out of it. I mean if they made me wait already for 10 minutes but I guess its easy to lie about it.

They’re so slow during lunch and maybe just short staffed tbh. Today, from the time I ordered, to the time I grab my food from the window, almost 30 minutes has passed 12:28-12:55. Only 3 cars were in front of me. This isn’t the first time they’ve lagged like this either. The last time they also forgot one of my two items but since I was already late on my way back to work I couldn’t fix it. And to make matters worse, their phone does not work so I couldn’t even call, this was last week. Anyhoo, I hadn’t been to sonic in years and u probably won’t be back any time soon… my tots were underdone. You could taste it.

Ordered a Chili Coney Dog. And barely no chili on it. NOT cool. Plus the french fries tasted like they were left overs from yesterday. Oh...😤...that was HUGE no bueno right there! 🤨 And the fact that I had to wait 15 minutes to receive this order. And told that my food was going to be "fresh". 🙃 Definitely not! Don't know what's going with this Sonic location here in Tulare, CA. They use to be so good. Well...5 years ago really.

Disappointing. Cold food. Not fresh. Slow service. I grew up eating sonic and they don't have them in my area, so I was excited to see a sonic on my way to grants grove. This location had nothing I love about Sonic. The restaurant was slow, we were the only car parked there. The person that took our order was snippy. Our food took a long time to arrive, which I would have been fine with if it meant they were making it fresh, but they were not. My tator tots were cold. They did not bring us straws, ketchup, or napkins with our order. The credit card processer at the ordering stand was not working. They took our card inside and said they would return with our receipt ketchup and straws and napkins. After around 10-15 minutes I got out of the car and walked up to the front to see if they had a window I could follow up with, and they came outside and said sorry about the delay their credit card processer wasn't working. I have trouble believing that because as we were waiting other cars were going thru the drive thru. Unless they all paid cash then the card processer was working and they just forgot about us. The cherry limeade has a ton of cherry and no lime flavor. The chicken tenders was just 1 giant piece of chicken. The tator tots were cold. The burger was cold and dry and the lettuce on the burger was old and had brown edges. This is definitely not anything like the type of food the sonics I know and love and have in Texas. Very disappointing especially after I convinced everyone in the car to come here instead of McDonald's saying it would be better.

Very poor customer service, they refused to take my order in the drive through after I asked for a second to look at the menu. Will not be returning and will tell my friends/family to not return as well
