Services were slow, and my hubby and I waited at least 20-30 mins between each wings order. We had the AYCE wings. The wait for the order fills me up faster than the wings. You don't get AYCE carrots and celery, only fries. As long as you eat more than 20 wings each, you'll make your money worth. We did wait at least 30 mins before the server took our order. People after us were served before us

Went here to watch fight night. Not sure why we’ve never done that before. Nice place to do such a thing. They turn the commentary on for the main card. We liked the food as much as you can like a wing spot. The drink I had was good. Liked the pretzels more than the cheese curds. The portion of fries was very small. The chicken was just ok.

I used to love coming to this specific Buffalo Wild Wings. Unfortunately, my last experience was not so good. The floor was absolutely filthy! Take forever. Staff is inattentive. No drink refills. You will only see your waiter when you place the order, so go ahead and ask for your drink refill then, or you won’t get one. Might as well as for a box for your leftovers too.

Absolutely disgusting experience. This Bdubs was filthy!!! Trash everywhere!!!! dirty tables, grimy floors, and an overall neglected, unsanitary feel. The food was straight-up inedible. Everything was overcooked, dry, and tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp forever. No flavor, no quality, just a waste of money. To make it worse, the service was awful. Our waitress was completely inattentive and clearly didn’t care. Long waits for everything, no refills, no check-ins, and we basically felt ignored the entire time. This place has gone downhill badly. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration and go somewhere else. Never coming back.

If I could give a NO star review I would! This was one of the worst experiences I have had at this location. Our server Bri was non existent during my whole visit I understand it’s busy but I had to ask other servers for our drinks after waiting 10mins and seeing other tables be served. To top it off our food did not come out together I wait for my food for an extra 30mins and then they brought me the wrong food ! I didn’t get my correct food until my family was already done eating their food. When I would ask our server BRI where my food was she said they’re still working on it. Then when the bill came I had an extra drink charge that wasn’t ours and they “couldn’t redeem” my reward with my account. Any time we talked to the server it seemed like we were such a bother and she had an attitude. If food is gonna be late she could have at least gave us a positive attitude.

So even though food quality was good service was horrible!!!! We were a party of four and we all got our food at different times. It took 30 minutes from when we got the first meal to get the last meal. The manager gave us some crazy story that it’s the way corporate has them staggering the food orders even though it’s all one order. They were also out of almost every beer that we ordered but the server took 10 minutes between to even come back to say they were out. Definitely won’t be back again. They didn’t even offer a free dessert or to comp any of the bill

This is the worst experience I had ever had. We order our food online for 7 we arrive and they told us there are still working on it. 30 minutes later it’s ready. We get to the car and inspect our food. I got no fork or dressing for my salad. The food was cold except the fries. The Philly was burned and had almost no cheese. Why am I waiting 30 minutes for cold food!!!

Went there ready for a party of 10 we were going to drink, eat and just do our fantasy football draft in peace, they told us that we needed a reservation which makes no sense, its just another day of 10 buddies having dinner and having a good time and they made a big ol stank and clearly told us they can make more money if we ate drank and left in basically an hour even tho we will be spending money no matter the time we were going to be there. It’s absurd! They should of stayed closed!

I come here fairly frequently , today is the last time. Seems like it's been going downhill for a while. My chicken wings I ordered where wild flavor. They changed the wild flavor. And now it's just vinegar. Hardly any spice, and dried out. My kids chicken tenders where plain, but he still couldn't eat it because it was too spicy.

We were all done with our meal and my husband just barely got his order, and he didn’t eat all day since he was busy at work. He was so hungry too. Never again will I come back. We’re paying a lot of money for bad service. We never got refills on our drinks. Restaurants are so over rated now. You can’t get good service anymore. I gave them one star because that was the only option.
