My entire family prefers this location to others. The coffee and food is consistent, coming out exactly the way we expect it to every single time. They always get our order right and the service is excellent. A++

I was here on Friday at 6 PM. A lot of cars were in drive-in, so I decided to eat inside. I was expecting 5-10 minutes of waiting, but my meal came with a smile after 2 minutes only! McD staff was great, Karmen served me and her customer service was outstanding!
Hey, it's McDonald's! But there's more to this one. It is open 24 hours, and the location not far off I-5 is great. Not bad as far as parking, but on a Saturday when my little grandson was having his first birthday there, the parking lot did seem a little full. Regardless, the place is kept clean, the service and food are exactly what you want and expect in a McDonald's, and the staff is very kind and welcoming. We found this to be true even while holding a birthday party here, where we simply took over a sizable section of the restaurant merely by the presence of so many people. I've been to this location a few times in the past, and I have no doubt that I will be back again.
It's the perfect place to grab a bite to eat after a long day of work or play! I recommend it to all.

We typically order on the app and park to pick up. For the last couple of visits, for whatever reason, our orders have been significantly delayed. I can only assume it's the app ordering system causing the delay, as when we use the drive-through to order, the service is very fast. Despite the obvious challenges presented by this weird glitch in the system, the staff are so extremely friendly and professional that I feel guilty for even mentioning the issue.

This location in particular is a really good one I tip my hat off to the employees here. Always fast n fresh n and have more deals than the average mc donalds location such as 40 piece nuggs for $10 and 2 large fries for $6
I have to give a compliment when it's due. I've lived this area 6 months. Gotten McD 10 times at least. Always hot. Fresh and never forget anything. That's gotta be a record. Thanks for the giving a F about my overpriced food! Almost makes it worth it. Almost... Prices are insane.
It's a hit or miss really sometimes I'll get fresh mouth watering belly filling want seconds but don't need them kind of experience and sometimes I get reminded WHY I rarely go to McDonald's for my too lazy to make myself food nights! It's the dry old fries, and the stale buns with a drop of ketchup maybe a pickle and the wrong size patty that is a hard pass on McD's until next month probably lol
Tonight, on September 30th, Tay was such an amazing thing. Customer service drive through associate. I feel he should be promoted. If not at least given a raise the way that he cared so much about me. Feeding my family tonight with giving me affordable options and such a amazing smile and attitude. I've never been so impressed with customer service from this restaurant in my lifetime. I specifically will go out of my way just to encounter customer service that take.Thank you so much for making my night tay, you are the best.Keep up the good work.And I hope that this company appreciates you and knows what an asset you are to the team

I’m here from Texas & this is the best McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Every time we’ve come here no matter what time of the day, everything’s always fresh.
If it's November or December hurry in to get your McRib. This place always seems to have two Filet-O-Fish on sale for $6. And, you might not believe me but this place has great music on the speakers.
Great experience at this McDonald’s! The service was fast and friendly, and my order came out hot and fresh. The fries were crispy, the burger was made just right, and everything tasted exactly how it should. The restaurant was clean and well-kept, which made the visit even better. Good food for the price decently fast service.
While the food is pretty much the exact same as any other McDonald's, for the amount of business that store does, it doesn't take too long to get your order.
I don't eat at McDonald's very much but I thought I'd review this one because really they have streamlined the drive thru line at this location. In and out quickly! I commend them.
I have only had a couple of very small issues here, and I’m here 4 days a week, over the last 120 days! The employees are nice and polite. The day manager is kind, courteous, and caring, not just to his team, but to everyone, and is quick to fix an issue with ease and without more trouble. This location is one of my favorites in Portland!

Very unusual names for food items. Everything is "Mc this" or "Mc that".. The logo seems to invoke 2 large French fries cuved into the letter "M". There is also the prevalence of depiction of a clown and other whimsical beings as well which seems to interest children. Filet of Fish is as tasty as candy and squirts out tartar on me every single time which has now become a favorite reliable phenomenon. I think you should try it. I feel like despite its oddness, it could really catch on.
This location usually serves the freshest fries and they automatically give you ketchup instead of you having to ask them. Their sandwiches appear to be made with care and often look just like the one on the poster/commercial. Their morning, lunch, and dinner rush can get pretty busy - even with two drive thru ordering stations - so set your expectations appropriately.
Manager refused to honor mobile order even after I showed him issues in real-time Edit: New Management Team is awesome and tries to process orders as smoothly as possible especially when there's a line. Last time there I called and complimented the manager. People in the drive thru were so friendly and sandwiches actually had sauce over the entire burger, rather just a splat in the middle!
It's McDonald's so the service is really at the mercy of what crew is working at the time. The crew working at the time I went was younger and was more into their conversations with each other than on working. They forgot my drink and didn't put napkins in the bag. Then when I started to eat my burgers, I came to find out they gave me burgers with pickles and onions on them despite the receipt showing that the order was taken as no pickles or onions.
No one greeted me. I had to use a touch screen to order. It took 25 minutes for my burger. The music was so loud my head hurt... It was music I like too.
I usually come there at night where the young man who takes orders is probably the best drive thru employee I’ve ever come in counter with. I took my daughter there a couple weeks ago before school and the person taking my order ( the mgr in charge, I can tell when I got to the window. She had on a head set and a bow tie) needs some customer service skills taught to them. This person continually asked me after every item “is that it”. I didn’t take long to order as we knew what we wanted. This manager of all people was hands down one of their worst. Should NEVER EVER ask a customer is that it. How about “is there anything else we can get for you”. all I wanted to do is come there and spend my money and in turn made me feel like I never want to come back. If it wasn’t for the stellar graveyard employee id never visit this place again. Your morning mgr needs to understand that the customers are the ones paying her check.
It was a drive thru trip 2 get a dozen cookies. Everyone was super friendly, good service. I got the cookies 2 share with the staff at marquis piedmont where a friend of mine lives. She was thrilled to get them as a treat. The staff members smiled as they took one out of the box.
It doesn't matter what I order. Even the simplest thing as a coffee drink, they always make me pull around to the parking lot to wait for my order. And there are usually pan handlers on site.
It's basic fast food only expensive!! $8 more and you can get a steak dinner with baked potato at Applebee's!!
Entire lobby smells like a bathroom. The workers (incl. mgmt) are used to it and can't smell it anymore. Food was fresh and excellent. I'd give it 4 stars even with the smelly lobby, but they took out the pop machine, AND they have the audacity to refuse to give free refills. Also, they send out TO-GO orders without putting napkins in the bag.
They never answer the phone. Dining room closes at 11 pm. It is not open 24 hours.
The meal that I have chosen to post below in my review is the second order of the value meal that I purchased at this McDonald's. If you're a meal does not look like this then take it back without eating it and tell them that you want it made new. You may have to wait 5 to 10 minutes to get your second meal but at least it will not be slopped together the way that my first meal was put together. The meat and the bun on the top were sliding off of the bottom patty and bun. I ate that first cheeseburger because I was hungry. I came back and ordered the second $5 meal after explaining how poorly put together the sandwich was made. Had I not eaten that sandwich I may have been able to get the whole meal replaced without having to pay for it. I make this post so that way you do not make the same mistake that I did when I chose to eat the cheeseburger before coming back to complain. The first meal we ordered through the drive-thru and they did not get the sauce right. The second time I ordered the meal I had to go inside the store and the kiosk wasn't working so I had to make my payment in cash at the register. All in all, I'm sure you can find a better McDonald's.
So my wife and I were having our RV worked on in this area and decided to walk here to get breakfast. We both had the steak, egg, and cheese bagel. At first I was skeptical about steak on a bagel from McDonalds, but I absolutely have to say that this will be my go to breakfast sandwich at McDonald’s any time I visit! Oh my gosh, the bagel was perfectly toasted and buttered, the steak was well seasoned and just so damn tender, and the egg (omelet style) with cheese completely brought this breakfast sandwich together…..like a high class complete breakfast in a sandwich, AT MCDONALDS! The customer service was to be expected for this type of setting, however there were a couple of issues that really ruined this experience; the lobby was not what I would consider clean (I’M NOT EVEN A FREAK LIKE THAT), and the men’s bathroom was deplorable…urine all over the floor, under, and around the urinal. I get it I’m a man and that happens, but it was so bad that I opted not to use the restroom so as not to stand in the puddle! Not sure when the last time they mopped was, but they need to do it more frequently!
Came in to the drive through to grab a quick bite. Ordered our typical food and out of 4 sandwiches, all 4 were made incorrectly. The order showed they were taken correctly, just not made that way. We went into the store and found a LINE of people waiting to complain about their food and missing items.
After dropping my significant other off at the airport- I ordered for curbside. Once I was there I waited a half hour, so I went up to the drive through and said I’ve been waiting for my food and it’s saying my order was complete. I never got my order. They had me pull around and they literally argued with me saying they don’t have my order and it’s an error on my side and I must of ordered it at a different place. Even though I showed my receipt and everything. Eventually, they “ found “ my order that’s been ready to go. The person I was talking to just shuts the window on me after I thanked them for looking for it. Not very professional here. I was calm even.
It’s ok not bad but I don’t like how when I pull up to the drive thru no one attends me and I would understand if they said give me one second but they don’t they just stay quiet and I have to say “hello” many times lock in yall this not good customer service
Terrible service, refused to honor the monopoly competition that they have advertised on their windows. I ordered a meal on the app that was in the monopoly competition section of the app. I showed the manager that I had made that order. And the lady said she doesn't care she isn't going to honor that. I wasn't even asking for a reward or anything, just the stickers and she told me they won't honor it even though there's advertising on their windows for monopoly. So yeah, don't go here if you want to participate in the monopoly competition.

This location is the WORST! when I pulled in the drive thru there were no cars in front of me or in line as I drove up. And I still had to wait 15 minutes just to be given the wrong food. Staff didn’t know what was going on. Seemed like they were hired today. Very unprofessional. To make sure this place gets your food right, always check your bag for the correct food. I got three spicy mcchickens when I ordered a number 7 and a 10pc nuggets. Like how can you mix that up? Pulled up at 5:15 AM on March 7, 2024. Person who took my order had me wait for a solid 4 minutes in the drive through. Once I placed my order, homeless dude wandered in front of my car and made his way to the window. Stalled me for another 5 minutes, at which point I was running late for work. It's obvious this McDonalds either needs more resources for dealing with the homeless persons, or at least staffing. Will not be returning.

The manager tried to fulfill my order being that the app was malfunctioning. In any case, he was so confident and reiterated my order for me after i told him twice and still messed it up. Not only that but he charged me full price on BOGO items. Stress? Probably. But i heard him repeat it back to me so confidently only for him to prove how big of a failure he is. Manager doesn't listen and wastes product because she is to lazy to finish an order. Also why doesn't McDonald's system recognize tap to pay with a monzo debt card. That's what started this bull with that lazy manager.

I had to traverse into and out of so many homeless people Just to get a cup of coffee. The staff is great. Only mixed up my order the one time I took out food. I was there at the time they should have opened. The manager is nice enough to bring my coffee to the door. I left to find the bottom was full of coffee grounds. Thanks. I won't be back. Good luck
I frequent the drive thru at this specific location as it is conveniently close to my place of work for meals before and after work and it never fails to have the customer service experience suck or my order wrong. I either have to repeat myself or the person on the speaker is not taking my order right. I have had cold, old fries and my iced coffee has been made incorrect so when I customize it it is either too sweet or too bitter! I pay my hard earned money for what I order. And when I've called multiple times in a row there has never been someone to answer the phone?! It's not worth the time and effort to keep going where the people don't care about the customer satisfaction.
Just found a whole new level of incompetence! I stopped in for lunch and they tell me that they're soda machine is out of order, so they only have Sprite or Coke in and can, but the machine in drive-thru works fine. I wonder if they've thought that through! Then I order my meal special and they leave one item off, so I go back to the counter to get it fixed. Even though I've already taken and bite out of one sandwich, they proceed to fix it just like the other, even though I'm pretty sure that was against the health code. Lastly, they proceeded to put my sandwiches back in a bag and hand them back to me, even though my order was dine-in. What a joke!!!
If you use the mobile app, be ready for it to be canceled at any time for any reason. Ordered ahead breakfast and already paid, pulled in at 10:30, they canceled the order at 10:29. Have had my mobile order canceled before for whatever issues and they are zero help when it comes to customer service. "Nothing they can do about it." And they don't honor any deals you have/use on the app if it fails.

When ordering and you ask for a grill slip to be cooked fresh not made fresh and they grab old stuff from trays and then cook them in a microwave so it's so hot but when it cools down to try to eat the cheese is hard as a rock and was never cooked fresh...LAZY EMPLOYEES....I Have had them cook it this way for years and I know the difference...It only takes like 4min to cook it fresh and dont mind pulling up and wait for it to get done ....My Way right away go to BURGER KING.... COOKED TO ORDER..NOT MADE TO ORDER WITH OLD STUFF SITTING UP IN A WARMING TRAY THEN MICROWAVED TO SEAM LIKE IT WAS COOKED FRESH...
The staff was extremely rude. I don't buy fast food often and won't be again soon. I made a mobile order and the staff couldn't find my order number. They told me there was nothing they could do and for me to go to the front and figure it out because I was holding up the line. I had to pretty much sit there and argue over my money because they wouldn't issue a refund. After going back and forth for about 10 minutes, they ended up giving me my order. The "manager" said random things like, "This isn't my restaurant. I just work here." Completely unacceptable and I won't be returning. 12/23/2021
The drive through Person was supposed to pay attention and when my husband has his card out to give to the woman and she payed no attention. She was on her phone not looking up to see us.
Lots of complaints here. When I asked for a plain beef patty to give my dog, they gave me beef covered in onions (onions are deadly to dogs). They insist on charging me for a sauce cup, despite having a company policy that one sauce cup is free per meal purchased. They get my order wrong 100% of the time, with things like putting cream in a "black coffee", rounding up my purchase without my consent, adding items I didn't ask for to the order, and so on. You'd think a massive multi-billion dollar international corporation could afford to train employees on simple tasks like order taking, simple terms like "black coffee", or simple policies like "sauce comes with a meal, don't charge for things that customers don't order." This reflects really poorly on McDonalds as a company and says more about them than it says about the individual employees.

I went there last night for an order of 2 big macs and as of now (3:54 am) I have the worst food poisoning I've ever had in my life, I noticed the lettuce seemed not the best I'm sure it was more than that. I never thought an experience like this would make me avoid a restaurant, but I hope to never return given how incredibly sick I feel.
Order lunch at work which was two cheeseburgers got my burger with no meat mayonnaise was bad! Missing item the manager didn't care so this must be a regular thing at this place!! Cookies taste like the pan they cook them on was dirty I will never eat at this place again!
Make sure you’re muted before ranting about customers. I asked if their ice cream machine was working and she said it shuts off at 4am. No problem. I then asked when it gets turned back on so I know in the future. She wouldn’t answer so I asked again, then another employee answered. I said great thank you good to know thinking we just had a totally basic interaction… Until the mic cut out and came back. She was on a full blown rant about how ridiculous it was that I asked this…among other things. I asked a very simple question. If a customer was actually upset or had an issue I can only imagine how extreme the response would’ve been. I don’t trust people with anger and impulse control issues with my food… wouldn’t come here again😬

They put the order on the screen wrong, we called it out and he/they said IDK why it's showing up like that, but we've got it right in here. Not only did they not have it right, they forgot items. My fries and onion rings were fresh (for the first time), but all the time I hung out waiting for my burgers and wraps they forgot or messed up give them time to get cold. When I brought this up to the lead he/they want willing to replace them and pretty much told me bummer 🤷♀️
Have fun standing at an empty counter when bo one is even there eating for over 20 minutes while they stare at you and ignore you.
Don't buy soda or ice from this location. The soda lines/nozzles have enough pink slime bacteria in them that I could immediately taste it. A restaurant does not accumulate so much as to be this noticeable without long term neglect. I tried to call and let them know so they could fix it, but nobody answered the phone, so now everyone gets to hear about it. Be safe y'all
I went there to get my coffee an oatmeal and spicy chicken sandwich The young lady at the drive-thru was quite rude when I asked can I get the apple and the cranberries she rolled her eyes and shut the door on me. And then she just hands it to me which isn't even oatmeal it's more like soup meal and the coffee is freaking cold when I called to talk to a manager I didn't seem like they even cared. So I do not recommend going to this place the customer service here really sucks and I normally come here four nights out of a week which I will no longer be doing.
This location is terrible. Only consistency is that i get the wrong or missing items cold food and a long wait out front when going thru drive thru. I would imagine they dont want to expose the 9 minute waits for your order
The staff is rude. Completely forgot half my order and didn’t refund me for their mistakes. I bought a bacon egg & cheese bagel with extra bacon..paid 2 dollars extra for bacon and I got none. My coffee had a hair in it! Don’t go to this Mcdonalds. They’re incapable of getting an order correct even after you wait outside for 10 minutes. Food is always poorly made and you’ll be lucky if you get hot fries once in a while. The owner of this restaurant should be ashamed of themselves.

I hate to get employees in trouble, but on 7/7 early in the morning, I was going through drive through for a pickup mobile order. To start this interaction, the employee was holding the customer in front of mes coffee in the air for several minutes. When finally he handed over the coffee and I pulled up to the window, he asked twice for which order I was. Then clearly stoned he asked if the drink in his hands was mine, spilled it, and coughed on it. Then proceeded to tell me that it would be several minutes for the apple pies I ordered. (This was a mobile order I placed ten minutes before.)
At this McDonald's, nobody brings out your order. Even if you ordered curbside pickup, you'll have to go and get it yourself.
Same here. If you don't like your job don't do it. How in the world you didn't understand COFE? I guess even if I will say it on my Russian anybody will understand it. Anyway I ordered 2c which is quarter pounder deluxe and instead of that got some crispy chicken... just tell me how, how is it possible not to understand numbers and COFE? order from this mcdonald this morning after works 12 hour shift and there nothing opened besides mcdonald’s and taco bell. only got two out of six items. this job is not hard i worked at mcdonald’s when i sixteen and killed it. it’s brainless work. waste of time waste of my hard earned money. i also waited 40 minutes for nothing. don’t waste your time here. there management sucks so bad. how could you let a 47 dollar order go out with not even half the items. i guess they don’t care. don’t support this money hungry Corporation
Ordered a #1 Med. Big Mac and a 4-piece Chicken McNugget Happy Meal around 9:30 - 10:00 pm. Countless times has this location forgotten my sauces and yet again, they forgot my sauces with my meal. Also, they gave me an expired chocolate milk with the 4-piece Chicken McNugget Happy Meal. I have never written a review before but handing me an expired product is where I have to speak out about it so this lack of care doesn’t get someone sick. The staff needs to do better with their quality checks.
i just witnessed a worker yell at a customer to leave the store. he was 2 tables down to me and wasn’t bothering anyone or doing anything wrong he was just simply eating his food and minding his own business. is this the kind of people we want to server us, i surly do not want someone like that to serve me.
genuinely worst customer service i have ever experienced i was sitting in lobby for maybe like 20 mins by myself and i was asked to leave. i wasn’t making any sound or bothering anyone i was simply eating and scrolling on my phone with my headphones in.

3 of my 5 curbside pick-up orders from this location have been wrong. Theres no immediate way to get a fix for this when I'm home with my special needs dog by the time I see that there's cheese in my burger. The app doesn't have a built-in "wrong order" feature, leaving me to fill out a form and get a call back a day+ later. The manager on the phone is super nice (and in fact, I've interacted with a lot of nice employees there), but their solution was to send me a free meal voucher (which I never got) and advised me to call next time it happened (which I just tried and they don't answer). I'm really at a loss for what to do. I wish the app let me handle it in an automated way, but 3 of 5 orders is also making me think it's never going to be solved no matter how many false promises of meal vouchers they say they'll send
I work in delivery all over Washington and Oregon. Everywhere else, asking for a French vanilla latte at McDonald’s is no problem. But at this one location, three times now, when I ask, they act like they don’t understand. The first time I got ice cream instead of coffee, the second time water. Today I asked, “Please, a French vanilla latte,” again and the guy at the drive-thru asked, “Do you want a burger?” Does the word “burger” even sound anything like what I asked for? I’m sure that guy pretended not to understand and just laughed at me!
Got charged for something that wasn’t even on the reciept then I got missing items out of my meal order this location sucks genuinely
Newly remodeled and slower than ever. If you aren’t in the drive thru you don’t matter. Never again will this location get my money.
After the remodel, they have effectively closed the inside in favor of forcing everyone through the drivethru. There's often nobody at the 1 register, and food ordered for indoor pickup or eat in takes twice as long as food ordered at the drivethru. The food is standard McDonald's, but the service is horrible.
Awful experience. I spent forever waiting in line to ask for a refill of my 1.50 Coke. Multiple workers walked past the counter without stopping to help. When someone finally did, I asked for my refill (after a 12 minute wait), and the manager told me no. If you're going to remove the soda fountain from the lobby, then please be accommodating to refills (at least 1) or lower the price of your soda and make it clear that it's just for one cup.
