I walked in to use the restroom before ordering my food because I really need it to use the restroom from a long drive.. they refused to give me the restroom code and lie saying the restroom was locked i guss my service doesn't mean shit!!! I usually love this location but last time I came in on a Sunday afternoon and stood at the counter for about 15 mins and was never once greeted. Everyone only focused on the drive thru so I ended up getting in my car and going through the drive thru and got my food immediately... Kind of a dumb way to run a fast food restaurant if you ask me

I went in with a coupon and I got the three chicken strips with a biscuit and some french fries well the chicken strips are tiny little things and the biscuits hard as a rock I traded my fries for mashed potatoes although I didn't want the drink I wanted to trade it for mashed potatoes they wouldn't let me which were fine so I got the drink but these chicken tenders are weak they're small they're overcooked they're not juicy or anything they're dry and frankly I'm choking them down. I'm not sure about the biscuit I'll try to eat it because I'm hungry! But what a waste of money I should just made something at home hate it when I do that waste of seven bucks I'm just totally disappointed I live close to the place and I'm just never going to go there again you know it was convenient to go there but. The food is old biscuits been sitting out for a long time. Waste waste waste what a shame that these kids don't take pride in the food that they're serving or where they work and it shows..

Nothing in my order was correct. Got a ROCK SOLID biscuit which was the only thing I could eat from my meal since I ordered chicken TENDERS and recieved a breast and a leg. Which I dont eat meat on the bone. After waiting 2p minutes for my drive thru order im so disappointed. Spent 27 dollars and nothing was correct.

I was in the drive thru line at 600pm. My order was simple and easy as I don't like to make things difficult. I pulled up to the window and paid. Was then automatically told to pull around and wait in a parking spot and they would bring it out. No one was behind me, and my order again was simple. But I pulled on around to a mobile pickup spot as told and waited. 6:12pm I didn't understand why my "fast food" order hadn't come out yet. It was raining heavy outside by now and still no food. 6:15pm I finally got out my car went inside to ask politely! Why my 3 burgers and fries were taking soo long when there was no line inside or out... magically the girl starts walking toward the door at the same time. Now 6:17pm. I stop here get my order then have to wait for her to get my drinks as they were not passed to me while I was in the drive thru. So by 6:21pm I finally had my whole order and while it was fresh and hot, it is still a "Fast Food" place and 20 mins to wait isn't good. But I didn't cause a scene cause that's not me. But I think once and for all this will be my last time at this KFC. It's some rare that I even go because I figure maybe they hired someone new that's gonna make it good. But nope, 1 year since and still bad decision to stop.

The food was horrible! The chicken, gravy and fries tasted as if it was there for an extended time. Nothing was fresh which was unreasonable for me to be directed to wait near the entrance. The GM and management needs to addressed their staff on how to properly serve safe and quality food. The food tags are there for a reason not decoration. I was disappointed and disgusted.

Went inside to order my food. 2 of the workers were standing my the front door smoking. Went to the cashier place my order. She was nice. I was able to see the employee sink to wash hands. The 2 workers that smoking came in and they didn’t wash there hands and one packed my food. Other lady seemed to be the manager or supervisor and she didn’t tell the other worker to wash her hands. I’ll take my business elsewhere where there cleaner.

You can tell the chicken was cooked with old dirty frying oil. It had a nasty brown color to it. And the chicken was raw in the center. We got off to order and we were the only ones there ordering food. All you can hear is all the workers talking in the back of the kitchen. The workers probably thought the chicken was cooked all the way when they saw it turn brown but little did they know it was brown because they were using dirty old cooking oil. Maybe they should switch it out instead of just talking and get to work. Horrible

Staff very nice but food was ancient. The chicken sandwich was old, the wings old with feathers sticking out. I choked down a few but it wasn't worth it. Family only ate fries which were fresh and a burger from A&W/KFC .The rest was put in trash .I even tried to email the CEO that's how concerned I was people could have gotten sick .We live 45 minutes away so we put rest of food in trash. I couldn't get through by calling or email this was on July 3rd . The crew was nice and happy but manager please follow food safety rules and teach staff. other KFC food has always been good

Far Below par. 3 pc chicken tender. Chicken was overdone and dry. Only the Good Sauce made it tolerable. Biscuit was hard as a rock, obviously not edible. The mashed potatoes were hot but the gravy barely warm. Only the cole slaw was good. (It’s always good) This location is brand new. It still smells of new construction. The associate that took my order was friendly but got my order wrong. My friend got a chocolate milkshake. It was runny. We asked for a different one as it just didn’t seem right (not cold enough?) the second one was just as bad. We dined on site, other customers that came in found that their orders were wrong as well. Six of the 8 customers that came through while we were here. That is just not acceptable. We will never eat at the location again.

Everytime I try to give this guys a chance and get food here again they remind me why I should stay away. Bought a chicken tender combo and the chicken has old, hard and burned. The biscuit was rock hard , I couldnt even eat anything. They are always out of anything you need. I guess the owner of this place really doesn't care how slow this place is and how good it can be with an actual manager who cares about the place. This is the worst KFC I have been too.
