I came in today and did an order and Cristian helped me at the counter and was so sweet and helpful with figuring out the menu and assisting me! I also would like to say that I come to this location very frequently, and after visiting another location near by over the weekend and the food and service were terrible, it made me appreciate this location so much more!! The food is consistently so good compared to the other location I visited, everyone is friendly and helpful, the establishment is normally clean and kept in good condition… I have no complaints!!! Keep it up guys!

The appetizer was definitely the highlight. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was calm, and the service was very good. The front desk seemed a bit distracted at first, but once seated, the service was excellent.

I just found this out 😅

Brylee was our server, outstanding ❤️she came to check on our table few times, brought refills without me asking, friendly & attentive. The hostesses were also friendly and i had no wait. Food was delicious as a signature olive garden, my granddaughters always eat it all, it is also their favorite. This restaurant has location, it is well maintained and cleaned. I will return back again.,,

This location is awesome. They have awesome staffs. Really friendly and polite. Make it feel like family. Food is the same as other locations but the people makes all the difference. Great shout out to Temple and Sam. Awesome people.

Olive Garden is always fun family time. Prosper location is one of the new addition to their chain, and this was our maiden visit. The ambiance inside was a pleasant surprise as this prosper location boasts modern look and fill. Our meal was sumptuous and staff service excellent. Their salad , soup and breads are good enough to make a stop and deserts is just icing on the cake! Have fun

We don't visit the Olive Garden as often we would like, given we're vegetarians and the options are limited. The kiddos are usually excited about visiting though. We ate lunch this weekend and it was largely very good - service was excellent, food was consistent and good. The one disappointment was our minestrone soup not being available. But kudos to the manager (Shane) for converting that into a positive experience by throwing in a couple of desserts! -- Update: We were here for a family dinner on 12/13 and our server Pascal was awesome. He went above and beyond in all respects. Food consistency at Olive Garden is always nice!

Food is great. We love the unlimited dipping sauce. My son loves the manicotti here. Alfredo is a little heavy on butter but tastes good. Been there multiple times.

Visited yesterday server was friendly and pleasant. Unfortunately, she did not make sure the adult order was taken in a timely fashion. She also didn't confirm that the adults were shareing which was not the plan but worked out in the end. She was good at refills for my husband, and remembered are dinner mints that have been missing times before. Now if we can just get the toddler to behave like the older kids. We enjoy visiting OG sometimes great sometimes, we'll we are all humans.

This is not my first time visiting this Italian restaurant, and the food is always delicious and well prepared. However, I want to especially highlight the service today. Anna was excellent—very attentive, friendly, and always making sure everything was perfect. Her great attitude truly made a difference and enhanced the overall experience.

Casual Olive Garden food. It's a comfort food for me and it's hot and fresh. Service was pretty good and manager touched the table more than once.

I recently visited Olive Garden to celebrate my niece's birthday, and overall, we had a wonderful experience. As a vegetarian, I was pleased with the variety of options available. The standout dish for me was the Fettuccine Alfredo—it was creamy, perfectly seasoned, and the pasta was cooked to perfection. My second favorite was the Eggplant Parmigiana, which had a delightful texture with a crispy exterior and soft, flavorful eggplant inside. Both dishes were filling and satisfying. The staff added a special touch to our celebration by offering complimentary donuts, which were a nice surprise. However, when I checked the bill, I noticed that the donuts had been mistakenly added to the total. I brought this to the staff's attention, and they quickly corrected it without any fuss, but the billing error is why I’m rating 4 stars instead of 5. Aside from that, the ambiance was cozy, and the service was attentive. I would definitely recommend Olive Garden for anyone looking for a great vegetarian-friendly meal. Will be back again!

Food is predictably good like any other Olive Garden. Servicing sets this one apart from other Olive Gardens. It felt bigger than other Olive Gardens I have been to. We’ve been to this restaurant before, but this is the first time we’ve experienced something like this. I went with my wife and baby, and even though the place was almost completely empty, they only offered us two table options. We were told, “These are the only tables available,” with no flexibility. Despite seeing we had a baby, they insisted on giving us a large, uncomfortable table, saying we were just two people. The hostess was extremely unhelpful, inflexible, and rude. We tried to explain our situation, but she showed no effort to accommodate us. We ended up leaving without even sitting down. We’ve never encountered such poor customer service before. Definitely won’t be coming back.
