One of the only cafes where you can sit and relax in the area, there is always a doctor due to the proximity to the hospital but, without a doubt, due to the area, it is the best option to go and talk about business, work or family.
It is a small place but the coffee, cakes and sandwiches on offer are of good taste and quality.
The coffee is good. The service was what I loved most. It's a good option since it's across from the hospital, and you can stay there for a while. I ordered a mocha with breadfruit, but it barely tasted of anything, haha. The place is very clean.
As always, a delicious coffee and proudly a company from Puebla.

This franchise is already a tradition in Puebla. The only downside I see is that it needs better lighting and a more modern decor; other than that, it's a great place to hang out, have a drink, and enjoy a tasty meal.

Good place, needs new desserts. I think the pre-packaged ones aren't very appetizing. Update your dessert menu.
The service was bad. I never got a menu, so I had to go to the register to have my order taken. The coffee is just okay.
Their coffee isn't bad, but it's not on par with Cafe Colibri.
Los peores
Their "cold" coffee came with 4 pieces of ice for a small coffee and it was more ice than coffee. It turns out I ordered the same and they said mine melted. Anyway, they told me it was a frappe and I told them that if that was the case it would be ground coffee but it only had pieces of ice. Anyway, I paid but why do they ask for the order if they bring things however they want.
I stopped by yesterday at 6:15 pm and was told that all the chairs were already booked. The young lady at the counter, watching videos on her cell phone because they could hear her, said they only had takeout service because they were about to close. I understand they close at 7 pm, but they don't offer service after 6:15 pm if it's bothersome.
They definitely need to do something about their iced cappuccino and iced mocha concentrates. On my last visit, they were absolutely undrinkable, just awful. When I asked the vendors, they said that's how they send them. Well, check them out because they're terrible.
Terrible service. The woman who made the coffee was on her phone the entire time. I ordered a blackberry pie and they brought me a chocolate caramel pie. Obviously, I told the guy who was serving me, and he said it was blackberry, all because the woman who makes the coffee, who also serves the coffee, wouldn't put her phone down. 0/10
People enter the bathroom without using anything and leave it very dirty. No one can tell them anything.
Terrible service... they say they have delivery service and they never show up...
The service leaves a lot to be desired, the coffee isn't bad but could be better... The bathrooms are pathetic (they really need to be cleaned). But the bad thing is that it's a family cafe, not a bar! The music is very loud and quite inappropriate for a place you go to with children.
It's 8 pm and it's already closed
