Un lugar extraordinario para comer/Cenar en el Venetian, yo comí una Philly Cheese Stake y muy delicioso, mi esposa y nuestras amigas una hamburguesa MB cada una, simplemente 10 de 10!

Nuestra experiencia fue muy buena, los platillos tenían muy buen sabor y excelente presentación. Recomiendo la pizza al pastor 🤤 el guacamole, los tacos de pescado estilo baja, la hamburguesa angus y los desayunos la verdad es que muy buenos también, el precio es lo mismo que los restaurantes de afuera. La experiencia con el servicio fue excelente, los meseros muy amables y respetuosos. Lo recomiendo. Algo que si es cierto de los comentarios anteriores, es que el tipo de cambio del dólar lo toman super barato a $15 pesos, cuando en la mayoría de los lugares lo toman a $17.

Muy amable todo el personal y excelente comida, hace tiempo no lo visitaba y la calidad de los alimentos sigue siendo muy buena.

This place is way underrated. We had better meals here than in the Romantic Zone. The food was surprisingly good, well priced and the service was excellent. The views of the ocean and beach really add to the atmosphere.

Great place! Food is good and service is great. Not sure why all the bad reviews. All the staff were friendly, attentive and said thank you so much for adding gratuity. And the food came out fast. Been here a week and had a meal here every day. It’s great!

Eat here for a truly wonderful outdoor eating experience. We were served beautiful, delicious appetizers, pool side drinks and breakfasts. We also ordered drinks to go. Dinners looked lovely on the menu but we opted to go downtown for this portion of our days. There was some wait time, but just ask if you're curious on the time, as they were always very accurate on how long the food would take. And with the amazing view, who wouldn't want to linger? Alejandra spoke English flawlessly, and although she was our favorite server for her kind warmth & poise, all staff were helpful, kind, and competent during a very busy time (Dec. 28-Jan.3). We were dissapointed we hadn't made a New Year's Eve reservation (do this WELL in advance) for a hopping culinary/party experience and also missed our delicious breakfast New Years Day breakfast, but were happy the staff could take a well deserved day off.

Stayed here for 10 days - ate at the restaurant ordered room service and used the pool side service. All of which the service was excellent and the food was excellent and extremely reasonable prices for PV. It ended up being our go too, not just because of ease of access but because we genuinely preferred to other restaurants. Lots of bad reviews on bad service but every time we had amazing service, and quick delivery of food, which is important with two little ones! Thanks guys

Grand Venetian is fortunate to have a full service restaurant overlooking the pools and ocean. They serve a great variety for breakfast and lunch and for dinner you have choices from whole red snapper to steaks. The service is always great especially with my favourite waiter Bull. They also serve around the pools and convenience with room service. Prices are reasonable considering the quality is good. If you are grand Venetian then you must experience this restaurant.

Stayed at the Grand Venetian one month, had many meals here...this will sadly be my last. Amazing flavor. Crispy tortilla layered with bean, cheese, ham and topped with a fried egg. Drenched is a lovely tomato salsa and veggies.

I’m a resident at the Grand Venetian and find their menu, food quality and ambiance to be excellent. I eat at this restaurant 3-4 times a week for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The staff is welcoming and professional. The food is terrific, the sunset at dinner time is magnificent. Bravo to Karla the owner, thank you for making me feel like family

Their Mexican salsa is very refreshing and comes with homemade tortilla chips, seafood, shrimp cocktail, burgers , all their food is very tasty and the cost is very reasonable!!! Puzzled at why this is rated so low? Lovely spot, convenient when you don’t feel like cooking on holiday. Basic cafe kind of food and delicious drinks - super friendly staff!

I have eaten food here for lunch twice, I had the marlin burrito, wings and chicken sandwich. To my surprise food was good no complaints

The prices of the lunch listed on the website, 130 pesos for the Panini Grand Venetian and 140 pesos for a burger and fries is extremely out of date. Jan 2024 - the Panini Grand Venetian was 180 and the burger was 195. Please update your website with correct prices.

Surprisingly well done this past Sunday evening. Service was very good. Many fans are being used to keep the patrons cool. Ambiance for a poolside restaurant was a surprise. Food and its presentation was excellent and deserving of more visits during our stay at the Grand Venetian.

Pretty decent place for any meal or snacks. You can eat in the sitting area or you can get food brought to you poolside. Most of the time the servers were great and attentive. One time we had an issue where our food took a long time to come to us poolside, but other than that it’s a good option if you don’t want to leave the resort area.

Ok- so we got decent service when we came here. So maybe they’ve done a staff clean up, because I see so many complaints about the service. I am rating a 4 because of the convenience if you’re staying at the Grand Venitian. The view is great and you don’t have to go far if you’re tired or just not in the mood to go anywhere but still want a quick meal. The food itself is OK. My husband got the Philly Steak and I got the steak tacos. While the meat was good it was just too thick. Flavor ok though- I recommend this place if you want to hang out on the beach or pool.

Overpriced, mediocre food. Service is just ok. They do not stick to a current currency conversion rate, and charge you a huge fee to use a credit card. One sandwich and one drink for lunch should have been about $23 usd, I was charged close to $40.

The food was good, especially for a poolside place. I had Bul as a server and that was an experience I could have done without. Not very friendly to all of his patrons. Oh well, customers have choices.

The fries were leathery and reheated. The "Angus" burgers were at least 50% bread stuffing (and gross.) Avoid.

Horrible service, rude staff. They forget items in your order all the time. It is overpriced, and awful. Don’t eat here!

Do not order room service the food will never show up!

This is my first ever review. We have always enjoy staying at the Grand Venetian. However this current stay is solely about the on-site restaurant. On Dec 1st, we decided to have breakfast at the restaurant. We were explain that the credit card system was down and were told that cash was the only payment accepted. No concerns. We ordered our breakfast and asked Bul to check us out. Bul handed me the black payment folder. I handed Bul a $100 trusting that everything is fine. I received my change. $1245 Pecos? My confusion I asked Bul for the receipt, he then tells me the the pesos rate is now 17%. All week here everyone is at18%? The tab was $535. I then go to the "Manager" Alejandra she immediately got defense and stated she is losing money on the exchange rates?? I told her this is very fishy that you stated the exchange rate crashed today. I explained that my currency app shows no change in rates. And thats what we are charging and "yes" our credit card system is not working. I left feeling a little taken. This has never happen anywhere in the 30 years of visiting PV

The service is some of the worst service I’ve ever experienced. Standing there waiting for 10 minutes. Only 1 table occupied. 5 waiters standing around and none of them acknowledge me. When one finally does I ask him a question and he walks by without looking at me and says a one word answer. If you want decent service then avoid this place like the plague.

A few years ago my wife and I made an order, they gave us the wrong items, and then refused to give us the right ones unless we paid again. Absolutely horrendous customer service. Go elsewhere you will be glad you did.

Worst service ever. The servers don’t like their job no one wants to come to you to take an order. Had to chase them around just to place an order and when I asked to speak to a manager they said they would send him out. No food or manager ever came. I would highly suggest ordering from outside. This people don’t know anything about the service industry

Horrible service. Bring your own drinks and snacks from your room. You will save headaches waiting for orders that never arrive.

Pedí pasta. Sabía como si la hubieran hecho hace tres días. Luego llamé para explicar que estaba muy mala. La dueña me dijo que bajara a avisarle y luego colgó el teléfono en la cara. Bajé a avisarles de nuevo y me llamó "naca". Qué grosero y nada bueno!

Pésimo servicio, comida mediocre y precios elevados. Un solo restaurante con 12 mesas para atender casi 700 departamentos, Los meseros atienden de mala gana y faltan al respeto a sus clientes. El servicio en la alberca es casi inexistente y si quieres pagar con tarjeta te harán ir hasta el restaurante a hacer tu pago ya que no tienen terminal GPS (eso habla del pésimo servicio del lugar) Mensaje a la concesionaria del restaurante: tener 15 años en dicho lugar no representa que el lugar sea bueno, el mal servicio por parte de tus meseros, es el reflejo de tu actitud hacia los clientes... al final administras un lugar mediocre con clientela cautiva.

Es una verdadera lástima que los dueños de este lugar no saben aceptar una crítica. Un comportamiento horrible y un servicio al cliente pésimo.

Can tuna is an example of the garbage, frozen, preserved food in the land of fresh seafood. This is a luxury resort and the quality of the grounds don’t match the concession-stand like offerings. Yikes. I’m sure the hot dogs are good though.

The owner/manager just slammed the phone down on me. I have food allergy's. She did not care. If you have food allergy's, be careful She feels like she is doing you a favor.

The customer service is the Worst ever, they give you food in poor condition and even if you tell the waiters (who generally treat you well), the owner, a despotic and rude person, demands that you pay for it by denying the poor condition of the food, with the risk of getting sick. We left the smoothies, which had a flavor of rotten fruit, but as we tried them (of course we had to do it) it was when we realized the poor condition of the raw products, big surprise when they told us that we should have returned them complete!!! They do not have pool service, which they should because they are right next to it. Although the prices are as expected in a place like this, the poor treatment of captive customers deserves to have the concession removed, since it affects the perception of condominiums owners. I recommend you go out to chill out somewhere else, where you can find food options that do not put your health at risk.
