I love this place. Consistently friendly, good seating, although it can get full at times. Toilets are at a reasonable standard. Has a very international vibe to it.

Very nice and professional workers in this branch. I got two drinks there and both tasted superb. Also a good location for work or studying. Totally recommended. Toilets were also clean.

Are you an American waiting during an 8 hour delay, want to leave the airport, but don't want to go to far? Well this Starbucks is located in the heart of Frankfurt, giving you a chance to say you have been to "the heart of the city" with almost no time to spare. And, if your layover is during the morning, and it is the right day/week/month, they have a lovely market that opens where you can select between numerous gifts that may or may not be allowed to be taken through customs.

Overall it was a Great experience, the coffee is alright nothing out of the ordinary- had a giant hot caramel macchiato, such a huge cup but tasty and a dark chocolate cake lover cake, which was deep and rich, it was delicious. I loved that they had multiple cake options. The stuff was super accommodating and friendly. Also good for DM (digital nomads) or students. The upper area is also spacious with sofas. Worth a second visit!

Like in most Starbucks, exactly the same Coffee n drinks Specialities (I'd take either Hot Choc/Mocha or Frappuccino) and cakes/cookies/sandwiches (my boy loves their Lemon Cake) and great service- so, nothing special actually... except Im stuck (read: in love) with the business view to the Stock Exchange both indoor and outdoor. Its just sooo lively to me - who happened to live many years in a small town before :)

Starbucks at the Frankfurt Börsenplatz. Great staff and nice ambiance. Big space upstairs also with an extra space that can be for bigger groups. Recommend the white chocolate caramel. Perfect location next to the Hauptwache train station and right infront of the Börsenplatz.

Always sooo crowded and dirty inside

Normal Starbucks, full of people, no place to sit.

10:30 AM right after the opening and the place was not so clean. Even tho the place was not crowded, 2-3 tables occupied. And the condiments bar could've use a little care. Friendly staff, speaking english. Idk why i found so many dirty places like this in Germany, in Romania the bosses used to tell their people to clean everytime they could(if the situation asked). And believe me i worked in such places before, nothing was not took care of. The smell of coffee is a big turn on anyway but overall cleanliness was meh..

Okay to order something to go, not really pleasant to stay in. Usually full so you can't really expect to sit down - but that's normal for many Starbucks'es. Toilets were very dirty every time I have visited (over 6 times) - dirty floors, lack of toilet paper and at this same time rests of toilet paper laying on the floor. Most coffees were good/ok, some cakes were alright and some - hard to say what was wrong with them. Staff on the other hand - well they are just trying to do their job fast and efficient so nothing against them.

Not the biggest Starbucks so it's best you don't make plans to hang out there, cause there's few places that are most of the time occupied. The Staff people are nice and welcoming. Overall it's a good place to get your daily dose of caffeine.

Great spaces to sit and work. Unfortunately it is always very cold here. No need for such a low temperature... I always leave with cold hands. Some more power outputs would be good, and the internet is also pretty slow. Still it is one of my preferred cafes to sit in

Coffe was fine and the atmosphere was nice. But the employees brought cleaning equipments out and asked customers to leave already at 20pm, not at closing time at 21pm like on the website so that was not so nice.

The space is nice (upstairs). Spacious and nicely organized with plenty of windows. However, the service is poor. The lady working did not look at me even as I said hello. After I said what I would like to order there was 0 reaction. Nothing. Without even acknowledging that she heard, while I was waiting in silence to see if she okay or just mentally somewhere else and need time to come back - she saw I was holding card in my hand ready to pay. I've just seen the machine light up with the amount. So I paid and waited for my order. Stunned. Of course, upon giving a piece of cake there was no: here you go or enjoy or even a look in my direction. It was not too crowded or anything like that. She was not the only employee there. Simply, horrible service.

The outside area is dirty and the Starbucks in Germany are like 50% more expensive than the much cleaner ones in other countries like South Korea and Japan… so it doesn’t feel that worth it. The inside area is nice.

Very crowded place. People sit there for so long and on. You don't find any place to sit there and feel relaxed.

Unfortunately, a disappointing experience today. I brought my own tumbler, but I was still charged the full price without any discount, which normally isn’t the case. The service was also very unfriendly — the barista handed me the drink without saying a single word, no greeting, no thank you, nothing. It felt like basic customer interaction was missing. I usually stop by this Starbucks on my way to work and have had better experiences in the past, but it seems like there are new employees who may still need proper training, especially when it comes to customer service and policies like reusable cup discounts. Hopefully, things improve soon.

The upstairs area was rather messy even though the store wasn’t super busy and the back area of the upper level was closed shut today. One of the staff members in particular seemed to be annoyed mostly and they were weirded out by me not knowing and asking in a kind manner about Starbucks Gold. They seemed to think that I was trying gain the system, when In fact I simply want to make things right the first time around. Instead of a clear answer/ explanation I was hit with a snarky remark and a quite “Oh mein Gott” A disappointing visit, especially when there charming barristers on other days that make one feel welcomed.

I'm giving it 2 stars, and the only reason is for this cappuccino (see the picture), which cost me €5.05. Don't get me wrong—I looove Starbucks. However, some limits shouldn’t be crossed, even in big love, and this was mine. Unfortunately, this cappuccino looks and even tastes like it's from a dull, ordinary bakery. Sad.

Possibly the worst Starbucks i have ever been to. Apart from the fact that they have many seats and the good location, there is absolutely no reason to visit this place. Unfriendliness of the staffs is just on another level. I am often very content with the service at other Starbucks branches, and i am not fastidious at all, however the service from this one is just pure dissatisfaction. As i visit this place pretty often, I sometimes even have to get nervous before my order as the staffs are always considerably unkind while wearing a frown.

I arrived at 6:20 pm (Tuesday). A girl attended to me first, and then the one who apparently was the one who controlled the establishment continued, she attended to me with a very bad vibe, getting to me nervous with the tone of voice she used (she was close to yelling at me for not understanding her in German) a Client turned to see, she was not friendly at all and I had a bad time for the attention I received, when I usually come to be calm and have a coffee. It is a pity because it is the third time I have come around this time and the attention received from her has never been good. Anyway, I'm not coming back.

I usualy never write rewies of places, but definitly I will think twice bifore come back to this sturbucks. Realy unfrendly staff. On my request to use a toilette, I got reply that the toilette has been allready clean and for that reason it's not possibile to use it. Sturbucks you need to improve the training of your staff

A woman who is from asia didnt care us and he was talking on phone very loudly. She was screaming us and she gave our food without heating. When we would like to put our foods to microwave she was talking aloud. She was so rude!

Rude awakening: the „special“ offer of a coffee grande plus oatmeal (4,99) does not include milk or hot water for the oatmeal. €2,69 for a cup of hot milk was required to consume this „special.“ Try again, rude barista.

Waiting for my friend couple of minutes. The order guy saying that “here is starbucks, you can not sit”. Even I mention several times he insist and shout front of everyone! This is not Starbucks that I know. Just go to any local coffee for hospitality. If you want to feel unsafe and uncomfortable here is the best place!!!

While we were waiting for our friends to arrive to order, an employee named Nadir came and disturbed those sitting upstairs. I didn't expect this from Starbucks. He said, "If you're not ordering, get up and leave."

While waiting for my wife and child to order, I was harassed by a Starbucks employee named Nadir. He was very rude and doesn't belong here. I immediately left and went to another cafe.

I went there to dine in and ordered a medium cappuccino w/ oat milk, this was expensive but fine. I also wanted to charge my phone but the electricity near my table didn’t work. Moreover the only table left was filled with stuff from the people before. Than staff came and I was waving my hand and even said hello but he ignored me. Really poor service! The stuff on the table ruined the atmosphere!

Staff were so incredibly rude! Couldn't speak German and basic English. No friendly greeting or service. One staff member wanted to charge me to add plain sugar syrup to my matcha latte, which came unsweetened. I have never been served an unsweetened matcha latte in any country I have been to and for the whopping price they charge that's just ridiculous! Stay away! Zero stars.

It was the worst service I have experienced in a Starbucks. The tables were dirty with coffee stains even though I came in around opening hour. The order was taken in an unfriendly manner and when the male staff gave out my drink he didn't even look, slid the cup over the counter and almost threw the straw next to it. When I told him politely that he didn't have to throw things, he pretended he didn't understand my German. Ruined my morning. Never again.

Worst Starbucks in the city. They start closing earlier than written online. At 8 pm on a Friday night 11.3 they started to clean in a way that you felt very unwelcome (a theme if you read the reviews). This happened an hour before closing. They were putting up chairs on the table with people sitting right next to them. People started leaving because it was clear they felt unwelcome. They started to mop the floor right at your feet and take people’s drinks, perhaps they weren’t even finished. Poor, rude treatment. This all happened 1 hour before closing. Very disappointing service. If you don’t want to be open until a certain time then close earlier and then clean, don’t inconvenience your customers. By 8:30 pm everyone was gone and as we left one of the employees removed the sign from outside. The place seemed closed an hour to 30 minutes before it actually was. This equals lost money. Poor business practice.
