Easy Egg Cafe

So happy to finally find a place that is worth spending the money on breakfast. It's a cute little place that is nice and clean inside, staff is friendly, and food is so good. I got the classic eggs Benedict with home fries and the hubby got the California omelet and both were great. The hubby has never found a place that does they omelet right and they did! This is now our go to spot for the future.

They're food is delicious and I appreciate the great customer service. Will definitely keep coming back for more.

Good food, good prices, friendly service. The Monte Cristo is excellent. You can also wrap any salad, making it an easy, on the go option.

Went for a breakfast date. Was nice. Not for those looking for a "cozy" booth feel. I ordered the Easy Egg, and it was delicious. They gave me the option of switching out the toast for a pancake. My husband ordered a beef melt with tater tots. The tots were very good! Melt was good, too. Service was great, and it was a pleasant experience.

Where do I start!?!?! Their gravy is amazing!!! I've had it on the Loaded Breakfast Burrito with sausage, bacon, ham, hashbrowns, eggs, cheese, and that delicious gravy. Scrumptious breakfast sandwiches with more gravy. Their burgers for lunch are delicious as well. Great service, great food, and the menu has something for everyone... today for my kids bday we had the Quartz Hill Burrito and the Country omelet and they were both delicious. Still a great place to get an amazing breakfast here in Quartz Hill.

First time I've been to Easy Egg. A few coworkers and I went after work this morning. We were the first through the door. I ordered the blueberry french toast. It was very good and had great plate presentation. Also our waitress was attentive and pleasant as well. I'll definitely be coming back.

Cute little breakfast spot in Quartz Hill. I have food allergies, so sometimes finding a decent breakfast is rough. This place had a delicious burger patty on the menu, and it was huge and filling. Added some hash browns and fruit and I was full and happy. Great service too!

This little gem is one you want to add to your breakfast plans. The food was really good. Portions are a nice size. The food was seasoned well and cooked like you want. I asked for an omelet and I asked if they could cook the eggs soft and that’s how my omelet came out. Delish!!! I loved the intimate setting as well. The service was excellent. I’d def refer friends and family. When I have family visiting, I’m bringing them here. Very, very nice👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

Huge Shout-Out to the folks at Easy Egg Cafe♥️ Thank you for taking in The OG Quartz Hill Food Trucks crew this morning!!! We gathered today for a meeting of the minds at the food truck lot. As luck would have it🌧🌧it poured buckets! 🌧🌧 We needed a location change and with only 5 minutes notice EEC was ready with hot coffee as we slid thru the door. The team had huge smiles, helpful info and quick food delivery. Everyone’s food looked so yummy that I will definitely need to come back several times! My order was the QH Burrito and it was fantastic! Check them out! 50th/M

Absolutely wonderful! Delicious ! Corned beef is not out of a can. Best biscuits and gravy, with just the right amount of pepper. Omelette cooked to perfection, not overcooked. Worth the detour going to Las Vegas.

Food was good, large portions and pleasant, attentive wait staff. Only gave a 3 for atmosphere because when the party across from us got up to leave, they were carrying a dog. I get that some people need emotional support dogs but it's I think it's being overdone. Why the sudden influx and why do the many have to suffer for the few , some who are clearly abusing the system. I don't want a side of animal fur with my meal.

Cute local spot with tons of lunch & breakfast menu options. Regarding breakfast, it has many good meat options. Wish they had more vegetarian-friendly options. The service is always fast and friendly. They serve tons of food but it’s a bit pricey in my opinion.

I was a bit underwhelmed honestly , I don’t know what I was expecting but it wasn’t all that people always rave about . The bench seats could be replaced , they are a bit worn , the food was okay nothing all that spectacular, honestly IHOP is better . The service was good though . I wouldn’t go back . My meal for just one person was 36.00 .. too much for a breakfast .

Food and service are good. Decent atmosphere but it's lost some of its personality. It was all business, with no small talk from staff. They smiled and were nice, never actually rushing us, but if you ever unknowingly walked into a place near closing time, it was THAT feeling. Interactions were frequent but brief. Not the atmosphere I'd expect from a small, local establishment. Give it a shot if you're nearby but don't go out of your way.

Ate here a while back and liked it, however recently I ordered a steak and eggs and it was the most over seasoned and tough steak I've had in a while. Super unpleasant and expensive and now my stomach hurts. There are probably better places to eat. Came out to 50 for two people. Too expensive for what you get.

First of all let me say the food is amazing 5 stars. The gravy is fire 🔥. However the customer service is lacking . I’ve been here a few times and the food has always been amazing. During my last visit it was just a flop… first I asked that no whip cream be added to my French toast it came with whip cream , I did not complain I scraped it off the waitress seen me and said oh she put it on sorry she’s just used to adding it. Then she asked me if I needed salsa or hot sauce I said yes please ..I waited and waited salsa and hot sauce never came neither did the waitress. I also ordered coffee as their coffee is pretty good and I wanted more but nope no waitress ever came back. I decided to flag someone down to ask for some more coffee please , the waitress said sure and I waited and waited and no one came with coffee so we asked for our check and left.

So I’ve been here a few times and the food in the past has been really good but seems recently the quality of the food has gone down hill pretty bad, almost has a “microwaved” taste to it. Probably going to stop coming back sad to see a great place going down hill. Maybe if they fix that I’d come back.

Will never eat there again. I had eaten there many times with no problem. The last two times I went I encountered incredible disappointment. Based on my past experiences, I expected to be treated kindly and with respect. I must not have waited long enough because that never happened.

Order a California Benedict and asked to have the sausage switched with bacon. They gave me 3 tiny pieces of bacon and it was only half of my meal as well as hard boiling the eggs vs poaching them. They replaced eggs but felt that they gave me enough protein though it wasn't even on both sides of my eggs Benedict. This is after they rasied their prices 10% and their menu doesn't reflect that increase. POOR SERVICE!

I came today with my wife. After giving us a table, the waitress was ignoring us for over 10 minutes. Didn’t take any our orders no drinks no food even though we were waiving to her several times and she saw us. Extremely rude and unprofessional. We left hungry and went to Karen’s kitchen number 2 where is very good food and excellent service. Keep loosing your customers!

Overall it is really good place for breakfast. I definitely recommend this place.
