The food here is amazing! The staff on the hand have terrible customer service skills. Low key the owner should check the workers because they’re always packing food to put on the side for themselves. They give you all the rice in the world and removed meat from my food and gave me more sauce than meant they are unreal.
The food is delicious here. If your new to Haitian cuisine this is the place to go. Everything taste very good.
I love this place! Food has such a home taste! I miss my mom's food and this is a close 2nd!
Man I went in there I was craving a bouillon, I spotted the blè.. I also got a plate because it’s been a long time since I had ble..the service was great and I had an amazing conversation with the owner regarding family, how we grow up… our background ect
My family agrees this restaurant deserves our repeat business. I return here on a weekly basis. Each plate offered delightful flavors. Staff was super nice - absolutely genuine. The cost is justified by what's provided.
They have the best Haitian food in Queens in my opinion. The food is always well seasoned and fresh. I love the fritay (bien pique) and fresh. Also their fried fish is amazing as well. The people working always take care of me and treat their customers with respect. Amazing food. Amazing service!
I've found my restaurant home at this place. Their cooking reminds me how good food can be. Creole Fusion Haitian American Cuisine(Queens Village Location) maintains their quality reputation. Employees provided excellent care and meals came promptly. People seeking culinary discoveries will enjoy this spot.
This place does not disappoint! The food is so flavorful — it’s just so yummy. Just wish they had Mac and cheese. :) Highly recommend.
The turkey wings at the Creole buffet were succulent and flavorful. The seasoning was just right, and they were cooked to perfection—tender on the inside with a crispy skin on the outside. The portion size was generous, making it a satisfying meal. Overall, a positive and enjoyable turkey wing experience . Will return for more ! Foh of the house friendly and restaurant is fresh.
One of the best places in queens to get Haitian food. It’s relatively new to the neighborhood even though I been going there for years already. Family enjoys ordering from there for gatherings and events. Their catering is on the pricey side but it’s worth the quality food! Get there early for lunch/dinner because they will sell out of food towards end of the day! Akra is good there!!! I’ll drive from flushing just for it!
This is the closest thing I can get to my mothers cooking. Came all the way from Delaware and would not go anywhere else except a Haitian restaurant. No regrets. Staff was kind and patient with me since I never came here before. The food was delicious beyond words - anytime I come back to NY this is where you’ll catch me eating Thanks for doing it like this for the Zoes!
The food was absolutely amazing. Although, the staff was just a tad bit rude. After that, it was great.
One of my fav Haitian spots griot is always fried to perfection just recently tried their fried turkey that was also very good and filling , salad is always fresh and delicious & flavorful
i was yelled at by staff member just for expressing my opinion when i decided to leave they spoke to me rudely again, as if rushing me out. very unprofessional behavior. not a welcoming place at all, there is better place to Go ,i will not be returning this restaurant seriously needs to teach their servers how to talk to customers, yelling and rude comments are not acceptable in any customer facing job
NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS, VERY RUDE, NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL. FOOD DON'T TASTE GOOD AT ALL AND OVER PRICE.
Staff is rude, there are so many other Haitian restaurants with better service and food. If you’re looking for convenience don’t come here. A simple request and staff has an attitude. For a first time person trying the culture food I would not recommend coming here. Selection is grim
This is my first time here. I was not happy with my order of griot and rice and peas. I was given white rice instead of what I asked for. Also, the Plantains was very hard as to it being old and Refried. Griot was just full of fat and oily. I'm not sure I will order here ever again.
Honestly this used to be a decent spot until they got too greedy. They will serve a whole bunch of rice with 2 piece of meat ( you might think I’m overreacting) it literally was two pieces of meat. Turkey is one of the cheapest meat in the country so it’s just greed. And it was salty. DO BETTER
The food here is disgusting ! The customer service is also disgusting. I tried ordering from them a second time today and I ordered legume with white rice on the door dash. They sent me legume with Diri Kole. When I called them about this, they said it’s my fault . They said that they do not care because they already took the money. They blamed everything on door dash. The legume had no meat in it. It was greasy and watery. Also the rice was so dry and the banann was cold . I am highly dissatisfied. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and go to another Haitian restaurant. Not creole fushion. This establishment needs to be shut down. They are making Haitian people look bad. What a shame !
I am very disappointed with the food and service that was provided. I order fritaille on the Uber eats app and it came very cold and the griot was dry and rock hard. The banann was very dry. They do not care about you. I don’t understand how people can be heartless when handling food. This is what we are paying for. Stay away from this establishment.
Trust me, do not waste your time and money ordering from this place. They have extremely bad customer service. I ordered legume on the door dash app & they sent callalou. The calalou was hard and cold and the meat was hard and dry . What if someone is allergic to that , what happens now ? When I called them, they said it was not their fault and it’s not their problem. I am very disappointed and would not recommend anyone to order from this place. You will be disappointed. Save your money. They only want your money, they don’t care about anything else.
I literally just left this place. My boyfriend suggested we come order our meals from here because he enjoyed the food here after trying it a few months ago.. but when when got there the staff was very very rude to us.. I've never tried Haitian food and was excited but my experience was ruined by the staff there.. they were annoyed with us asking questions about the food.. they started speaking creole and rolling there eyes.. I asked what was one of the dishes.. and she told me I wouldn't understand and said next! .. I told her she was rude and mind you we were the only customers there.. so no one was next.. I told her I wanted to know maybe I would try it, but it's cool.. there's more to this story... but it's sad.. I feel this is why businesses aren't as successful.. negative energy and not making people feel welcomed.. it could've been such a better experience.. we walked out and left the meals we had already ordered. Customer service is everything.. bad vibes.. never again!
