This is my 2nd time ordering buffalo cauliflower and sweet potatoes fries through uber eats or door dash . The food always comes super clean, warm, and super good. I just want to come and hug you guys for being 💯💯💯💯 . I don’t eat meat anymore , alkaline diet. But when I cheat I cheat with buffalo cauliflower and sweet potatoes . I’m sure you all might use canola oil and the seasoning probably isn’t the healthiest but I don’t get sleepy after I eat it and my stomach doesn’t respond badly . So I knows it’s pretty clean. Went here for a b'day dinner and loved it. I had the BBQ Flatbread pizza and it was great. Out waiter was amazing and it was such a fun and friendly atmosphere with great staff. Fun experience and definitely can't wait to go back and grab a bite there

We went tonight for the NYE kids party and had a blast. We didn't have a reservation, which was suggested, but only waited about 45 mins. We still got to partake in the activities for the kids and the countdown to ball drop. Super fun! Server Courtney was amazing also. So patient with our son. Food delicious. Can't wait to go back!

Our server Courtney was very nice and attentive. The food was great. We got the pizza rolls appetizer and shared the ribeye and shrimp meal. The broccoli had a great flavor and we also enjoyed the loaded mashed potatoes. We hadn't been to Unos in a while, but it was above expectations.

Our server, Kim, extraordinarily accommodated our party of six.. We had 3 different arrival times. She returned to the table 4 times without complaint to take food orders. She refilled glasses without being asked and did all of this with a very kind and warm demeanor. Overall she anticipated every possible wish. This place was fantastic. My wife and I went on a Sunday to watch football, have beer and pizza. It was a blast! Great service, food and drinks. Plenty of TV's to watch every game and an amazing atmosphere. We ordered a deep dish cheese and tomato pie and the meatball and ricotta pie to share. Very tasty, but super filling. Ended up taking a whole 10" pizza home. We noticed after we ordered that they have happy hour food and drinks all day on Sunday's, so we will definitely be back to take advantage of that. I highly recommend Uno for a football Sunday.

The happy hour is a good deal. $6 appetizers and $4 drinks. The bartender is very kind. This is a good place to go for snacks and drinks.

The staff is super friendly and pizza is sooo good. I had an issue with getting the wrong pizza and the server was super quick to get it right. The manager was at my table within minutes, looking to correct the issue by asking if I wanted a soup or salad while I waited. Once I got my pizza it was very good!

Had a great experience at Uno Pizzeria & Grill. The steak was excellent perfectly cooked, juicy, and full of flavor. Everything came out hot and well prepared. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. Definitely a place I’d come back to for a good meal.

We came on Valentine’s Day for a heart shaped pizza making course (EventBrite!) and it completely exceeded our expectations! Joe, our host, was full of knowledge on dough (fascinating for a home baker), Unos history and and even some Olympics trivia! The food was great (we got a little charcuterie board to share, prosecco, salads, and our own pizzas) and we had a lot of fun. Class felt like a great value, and reminded us to come to UNO’s more! (Did you know they make their crusts differently based on type - deep dish/detroit/thin crust)?? So cool.

Today was our first visit to UNO's. Robert, the host was very nice and provided recommendations upon seating us. Dee our server, provided great customer service. We ordered the deep dish UNO loaded with veggies and meat. If you prefer a lot of cheese, you may want to ask for extra, I liked the way it was. My hubby likes a little more cheese. We also added a house salad 🥗 , everything was delicious. If you like leftovers order larger, we ordered a large and left with half of the pizza 🍕 perfect for another meal. Dee boxed our remaining pizza to go. We'll definitely be back again.

We went during a stormy Tuesday night. The restaurant was dead, but the server was not slacking. My wife and I decided to order enough to have leftovers for tomorrow, and this guy, Daniel, came through in spades. We ordered the "4 meals for $40" deal with just my wife and I, and we both chose 4 random deep dish pizzas with random ingredients. Daniel is the man! He got all of them correct, and the pizzas came out amazing! 🍕 ♥️😍 I am from Florida, so I don't really appreciate the deep dish pizza in that personal pizza but don't let that dissuade you. The ingredients... 🤤 perfection! From the tomatoes to the pineapple, to the sausage and olives, to the peppers and onions... ♥️♥️♥️ Absolutely recommend 💯 Can't wait to try their regular size pizzas, but gonna try the thin crust. If you go, ask for Daniel! We will.

I used to come here for happy hour and wings. They’re sooo delicious. But today we want try something new for me in the menu. So I order the the romano crusted Parmesan chicken with pasta, and my husband the Imperial pizza. For appetizers we order mozzarella sticks and garlic cheese bread. And for drink I order the mango blush sangria. OMG sooooo good!!! Dessert our favorite. The cookie ! Recommended 100%. The customer service was pretty good. This place is AWESOME and always a fun experience. Being new to the area, this place quickly became our local favorite with a wide variety of menu items. The nice thing is that there is something for everyone. We tried the spicy pasta and a Chicago style pesto pizza. They were delicious and prepared to perfection. They also have great dessert and drink options along with soup choices. We’ve tried different things and have always liked them. Their servers are very helpful and friendly. Joe at UNO’s did a great job handling my soy allergy, making me a delicious vegetarian pasta dish. I only knocked down my experience a bit because the bar drinks took a long time to arrive, and I wasn’t given a normal sized napkin (it was cocktail sized) until after I finished my food. But our server Kim was very very nice. I would go back for sure. Very nice staff overall at this location.

While visiting Florida we had to go to UNOs. There's not one in NC so going to UNOs was a must and we were not disappointed. Lots of toppings and sauce.

Went to their Valentine's Day pizza making event and it was great fun. I downgraded the rating this time only because I found the event description from corporate to have been confusing. That wound up costing us significantly more than the event fee. Included was a free drink (but that meant a non-aloholic drink) and that was not clarified in the offering. In addition, the Event rite fee adds another 15% to the total--amount fee that could be avoided with a web site change permitting direct reservations at no additional cost. Still felt this was a fun way to celebrate Valentine's Day with your partner!

Had a delicious deep dish pizza, spinach and artichoke dip, yummy berry and goat cheese salad with bread pudding bites (a bit over cooked and some burt crispy)for dessert. Everything tasted great, we also had some beer and their house margarita I highly recommend! Unfortunately we sat in a booth by the bar and the bar customers (8 people spread out) were EXTREMELY LOUD, a bit intoxicated and even came over to our table to talk to us (slurring and intoxicated) interrupted our date to talk about who know what, then proceeded to invite us to follow us to the next bar with them. Clearly regulars, because the bartender was going to see them that week at a party. After they left, it was nice and quiet for dessert.

UNO Pizzeria and Grill in Winter Garden. We were seated right away and then greeted by our waitress, Lisa. She was friendly and attentive throughout our visit. UNO has a great menu with plenty of options to choose from. This time, I decided to try their soup of the day — Italian Wedding Soup. Unfortunately, they only offer one size, and the portion was quite small for the price. Soup was good. I also ordered the Baked Stuffed Chicken with sweet potato fries and baked veggies. The veggies could have used a bit more seasoning, but the sweet potato fries were perfect. Next time, we’ll definitely try the pizza since that’s their specialty. They offer different seating options, including booths, tables, and patio seating. TIP: When you sign up for UNO's rewards program, you get a free individual pizza that can be redeemed on a future visit. The free pizza reward will appear in your account within 24 hours of signing up. You need to make a purchase to redeem the free pizza.

The restaurant was pretty empty but service was scarce. We waited for 10 + minutes for a server. We finally received our water and menus. We ordered quickly and it took a while for our dinner entrees to arrive. Our pizza was absolutely delicious! The portion size was huge and it provided meals for 2 days. Once the waitress took our order, a different employee delivered it to our table. She never returned to check on us and ask how the food was until the end of the meal when she gave us our bill.

A well decent name for this pizza restaurant. "UNO".... One time the charm! No need to try again. There pizza is for like children taste buds. Another disappointment! I called and ordered online asking to make sure I was getting a gluten free and vegan pizza. I was assured that was true. When I arrived to pick up my pizza i double checked and the manager informed me it was vegan but not gluten free. He asked me to show him where I saw the information for gluten free and vegan pizza. When I did he admitted that it was confusing. He offered me 2 individual pizzas .. one gluten free and one vegan for the same price as the pizza I ordered that served 4-6 people. I declined and ordered something else from a different restaurant for my gluten sensitive guests. He said to give his name next time I order and I could get a discount. There will not be a next time. Just be careful and make sure you are getting what you think! To make matters worse the dough I received had gluten and was raw and doughy. Will not be returning!

We love this place, but service lately is in decline. We finished our meal and not once our server picked up used glasses. We tried to use the salt and it was all wet. Definitely not worth the money.

Even though I’ve been here before and enjoyed myself, this time very disappointed on what I ordered. I ordered their hamburger sliders, and it would have been a better experience if I made them myself, or have gone to restaurant that knows how to make a simple burger. They were dry, well done to an almost dry piece of beef. When biting into a burger that’s well prepared, your mouth should be filled with a juicy burger, that may not even need ketchup or mayo. The cheese was a stupid piece of ? I don’t know, and the bacon must of been sitting by the grill for some time. Be careful ordering from this place online. Our experience was incredibly disappointing. My girlfriend has wanted to try UNO's since we moved to Orlando. She surprised me today and had made an order of some meals we had wanted to try. She ordered delivery because I'm stuck working today. Unfortunately, when the meal arrived, multiple items we ordered did not show up. Dissappointing, but we know things happen, so we called, and expected a quick and fair refund. The gentlemen on the phone said we had to contact Uber Eats and put is on hold as he went to find multiple uber eats numbers for us to call. Once he found them, we wrote them down and contacted Uber Eats... After the first number told us they couldn't help us, we tried the second number. Uber Eats couldn't locate the order number from the order number we asked the gentlemen from UNOs for. After 20 more minutes of holds and delays, were told to contact the restaurant. And that Uber must have a representative from the restaurant "contact uber eats" on our behalf to verify the order. At this point, we are 45 minutes in the loop of finger pointing with cold food, and were defeated and frustrated. After 1600+ reviews, and 10,000+ orders at this restaurant, you'd assume they'd have a clear and streamline processed for refunding customers on missing items. Crap happens. We get that. We're far less concerned about the missing items as we are about our treatment asking for a refund for those items. The food that did make it to our house, though cold by the time we could eat it, was good... ... but unfortunately half of our meals were missing necessary components, so at least $30-$40 of the meal was a waste. The order number they gave us was #54414 - but Uber Eats said it wasn't right. The order was under Amber. I don't ever do these reviews, especially negative reviews often, let alone for silly mistakes like missing items that happen! But after 45 mins of phone calls followed by eating cold half available food and watching my girlfriend so frustrated, talking to human robots that showed little empathy, care, or desire to help. This has been a ridiculous experience of back and forth B.S. that costs all of far more than a fair refund would have quickly solved. My thoughts are simple... if you aren't sure who's fault it is, then it's ALL of your FAULT. Can someone make this right?

Food was bad. Not Michael Jackson bad. Just strait bad.

Our experience last night was frustrating enough that I feel it needs to be shared. My wife, daughter, and I came in for dinner, hoping for a nice meal together—but instead, we left disappointed and irritated. I ordered a cheeseburger with fries, and when it finally came out, it was completely cold. My wife ordered a salad and was brought something entirely different. The server was polite, which I appreciate, but the way the restaurant is staffed is clearly a problem. Servers are being assigned to tables nowhere near where they’re working, and it shows. I had to ask a different server for a second drink because ours was nowhere to be found for most of the evening. The entire experience felt chaotic, careless, and far from worth what we paid. The food was awful, the service structure made no sense, and the price point was downright ridiculous for what we got. We won’t be coming back—and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone expecting a quality dining experience.

I used to love this pizza place for its food quality and great service, but today I had a terrible experience with a takeout order of an “Extravaganza” pizza: • No one was at the pickup counter. After waiting six minutes, I had to go inside to ask for help. • After another six-minute wait, my pizza finally arrived—but it wasn’t freshly brought from the kitchen; it had already been sitting prepared on a shelf for at least 12 minutes and was already cold. • The pizza lacked enough cheese, had almost no mushrooms, very few bell peppers and red onions, the “cherry” tomatoes were actually a large tomato chopped up, and the zucchini was chopped unappetizingly. This is the only pizza I usually order here, so I know their usual quality—but this was my worst experience and a huge disappointment. I used to recommend this place, but after today, I’m not sure I will anymore.

They brought my burger plate wrong twice, they didn't bring ketchup, mustard, sauces and even napkins. I had to stand up and get the sauces and napkins on my own, otherwise my wife was going to finish her burger. The place was serving only 5 tables.

I ordered two items the shrimp and crab dip which was good and a burger well done simply because I am pregnant. The burger came out undercooked and when they brought it back out it they just reheated it when the server told me they would remake it. They did end up remaking it and the end result they honestly could’ve kept it. The burger was extremely burnt along with the cheese and I am just disappointed. The burger tastes so burnt and the fact I paid for a burnt tasting burger is insane.

Pretty crapy service & pizza was awful. It was supposed to be a meat lovers pizza and they pour a whole gallon of tomato sauce on top of it, can't even taste the pizza, also my glass cup was filthy dirty.

Upon arrival, we waited at the front door to be seated for about 15 minutes WITH RESERVATION seating. The place was slow and not even packed. The waitress gave us our drinks with no straws. We even had a kids drink with a cover on it. How did you expect us to drink our drinks? We're not cavemen. My husband walked up to the bar and got straws for us. The lady with the crown turned to him and said, "Oh, we didn't give you any straws?" and chuckled.... yeah not funny and it was hot outside. So not funny at all! Our wings came shorted and incorrect. We did a double order with two different flavors yet only had 4 of one flavor. The lady with the crown on her head brought us the remainder of our wings incorrectly. She sliced our pizza at the table behind us, brought it to our table, then walked to the mirror and started digging in her teeth with her fingers. At this point, I just wanted to throw up. Yuck! The entire time, our waitress did not bring us our drinks. I asked for another drink. She said ok...then proceeded behind the bar and made some guy a beer. Like look here. I have buffalo wings and 9 months pregnant. Keep my drink full. Heck, bring refills for the whole table. How can you not refill drinks? When she finally brought my drink, she spilled it all over my shoe and the floor. I grabbed my phone really fast so it didn't spill on my phone. I would've been pissed and someone would've been buying me a new 2k phone. I understand clumsiness. But this girl was clearly high on something. Anywho...there was soooo much tomatoes on our pizza that it was wet and soggy. It tasted of pure onion and green pepper. No pepperoni, sausage or mushrooms. A numero uno has everything on it...come on. The wings was ok. But not worth driving an hour for. This used to be our favorite place to eat. We will not be back nor will we recommend it to anyone. Horrible experience!
