Food was pretty good, but when I ordered my food combo and they asked what sauce I would like i told them 2 of it and instead of it coming with the meal they charged me. They gave me a "free" sause of there choosing. It was weird.

Good food got the chicken sandwich it's still the best. The red beans and rice were dry, but OK to eat. The young man waiting on me was respectful and fast. My order was take out, and I wasn't impressed with the kitchen counter area. Had food spills and crumbs on the counter.

Chicken tenders was chewy for some reason felt like it wasn't cooked or something or rubbery its shouldn't be chewy, was going to order more but lady cut me off. Chicken sandwiches have also been chewy before kinda disappointed.

Always busy . And when they aren't you blink and $12 is gone. Tenders are tiny . Nuggets are decent. Great drinks but no modifications which is strange. This is not my favorite place

It is a gas station fast food chicken place. About what you would expect. My wife lives Popeyes so we go here occasionally. I have gotten sick after eating here a couple times so I avoid it as much as possible.

I got the pickle glaze chicken sandwich and there was NO GLAZE!!!!😢😭😭 So disappointed. The picture showed dripping glaze and I got this😭😭😭😤😤

The manager Casey is the rudest person I have ever spoke with. If you hate your job and are not able to provide at least decent customer server please go find a different job. I have sent a email to the corporate office about her rude attitude.

How do you repeat the order back, double verify that it is supposed to be all dark meat and still get the order wrong? This is ridiculous. This isn't the first time either, hence why I had them verify it twice. Slow down and do the job correctly. Nobody wants to waste gas to drive all the way back for you to make it right. Get it right the first time.

I've always ordered here online and I always end up receiving it late. More than hour sitting there. Highly not recommend. The food is good tho.

Went through the drive through with only one vehicle in front me, waited for over 13 minutes just to get to the window where I was informed it would be at least 15 minutes before they could fill my order of the eight piece meal (all dark) because they didn’t have enough dark meat chicken. I told them to just make it mixed order which after another 7 minutes they finally handed me my order. Opened it up when I got home and there was 5 wings , one drumstick, two breast, the topping of order was the fact that the beans and rice were placed in the box upside down so naturally it spilled out all over everything. Totally unacceptable!!!!

We stopped in the drive thru for a quick bite and there was already 4 cars ahead of us. (Wasn't a problem, we were fine waiting.) It took about 15-20 minutes for us to move up to the menu. As soon as we started looking, the cashier on headset immediately was rushing us and didn't even let us finish our order before cutting us off and giving us the total. We wanted to just drive off based on her attitude alone, but my 3 year old was hungry so we waited patiently. We made it to the window, we waited a bit more and she gave us our food without even looking at us and turned around. I wanted sauce, but said screw it and we just left. Food wasn't right. Husband wanted spicy tenders, they gave us double mild. Our large fry wasn't even halfway full. I think the cashiers name was Kathy, atleast that's what the receipt said.

I ordered the shrimp tackle Box and on the sign on Is there windows shows it comes with shrimp fries and a biscuit.when I get my order it only had the shrimp. When I ask them about the fries and biscuit they told me that those only come with the combo and when I told them that's not what there sing That isn't What their sign says. they wanted to argue with me and tell me that I would have to buy a combo to get it and even the lady manager argue with me about it they need to get people that knows what the are doing working there

7/1/22 my wife went thru the d/i and ordered a 12 piece family meal, spicy, which included a large red beans and rice and mashed potatoes and white gravy, and six biscuits. Cost $35.71 with tax. Upon arriving home, we found 10 pieces of chicken, half spicy and half regular, but there was only one breast and one wing, the rest was 5 thighs and 3 legs. They provided two large red bean and rice containers, and four biscuits. I immediately called the facility and a lady answered the phone and advised the manager would call back. On 7/2/22 I called the store again as I didn't hear from anyone, I did get voice mail and left a detailed message. Again I called 7/5/22 but the phone only rang and no one picked up. On 7/11/22 I called twice and the phone just range and rang, no one answered. So I went to the store and spoke with the manager John. I explained what had happened and advised him that I would prefer to get either the money back or a gift certificate. He only offered to provide 1 large side, and six pieces of chicken. I again asked for a refund and he claimed that we should have just brought the chicken back for replacement. I told him I attempted contact with him the day of purchase but no one ever called back. It's a 15 minute drive to the store, and that night I opted to just get a pizza at Luigi's next door instead. I told John the Popeyes store manager that they had seen the last of us and that he could read the entire sage on social media. My recommendation to others: find a different place to eat. The cleanliness of the store has always concerned me as it looks nasty. I've enjoyed Popeye's chicken for several decades, however my family and I will never go back to the store in Quinlan, Texas. I also noted on our receipt that John was the one who filled the order. Good grief.
