The service was fast and friendly, and they didn't skimp on the hot sauce. Unlike some places where you order 3 things (including a larger main dish) and only get 3 sauce packets! Not this location! They were also very courteous when I asked for a spork. Only teeny tiny issue was I only got 2 napkins (and these napkins don't ABSORB the mess as much as just SMEAR IT AROUND)... so just for future please give your customers at least 2 napkins per item (and 3-4 for larger items and ASK THEM how many they would like for NACHOS and other finger foods). Just a thought! But I'll be back for sure♡
They were slammed. Drive thru wrapped around the building. We went inside to place our order. It took a little bit but we understood simply because it was Friday night and the amount of customers. When we got our food, it was hot and fresh and we got every single item exactly how we ordered it. Thank you guys. We appreciate it.
Very friendly and quick. My order was wrong one time and the Manager (I forget his name but is a older gentlemen) offered me a free meal and desert. I was just happy they remade it but to get that surprise. Great customer service. They care about you here.
I NEVER write reviews like this, however I just had to write one for the Taco Bell in Royse City. I used to work at a Taco Bell a few hours from RC a while back before I moved here so it’s easy for me to be very critical of different stores. The Royse City Taco Bell is the ONLY TB I’ve seen that actual does things RIGHT. It’s very clean and good customer service. I decided to give this TB a 5 instead of a 4 because their employees go above and beyond. A cashier, Harrison, asked me how to pronounce my name because he didn’t want to butcher it. It seems small and simple, but most people don’t care just butcher it anyway. It doesn’t really matter, it’s nobody’s fault that my mom had a creative mind, but I can really appreciate people who go above and beyond for their customers, especially because I’ve worked retail for a long time now.
Feb/20/2021 This is the first time I've gone to this tacobell and got both great customer service and a perfect order with no mistakes. Highly impressed with the guy working drive through too he was great! Will gladly be coming back.
Went thru drive thru, this place never disappoints! The employee with green hair Super Sweet! Great customer service from all employees!
I visited here on business when a cold snap was happening in Dallas, and I was their second customer by noon that day. The manager was very friendly and brought the food to my table when it was ready. He also gave me a complimentary Cinnabon for making "the trek" from my hotel. It was delicious and I was impressed with the service and cleanliness of the establishment.
The employees in the drive thru were so well mannered and professional! Food was exceptionally fresh! Great service!
Thank you for the fast service & perfecting my order. I ALWAYS GET the Black bean crunch wrap with no cheese add potatoes , guac & purple cabbage is my go to EVERYTIME! I got it extra crispy and they did Not disappoint! 10/10 recommend
I went to this location a couple days ago. Aiden and Janiyah handed me my food and both were really friendly. But my sister got cinnamon twists and forgot ask for them in a different bag due to me having a cinnamon allergy and it got all over my food so i brought it back and they remade it. I not only experienced Aiden and Janiyah’s kindness I experienced the stores. They were all extremely nice and kept apologizing even tho it was not their fault. Thank you guys for being so kind and taking action on a serious issue. Definitely my favorite location by far. Well done!!
I am a big fan of Taco Bell, and now they have one of the best items on the menu, with a little twist. The new dipping taco is probably the most authentic taste I have seen come out of the Bell in a while. The folks there at this TB go a step further and make it with a soft tortilla for me. Saw another guy do it and wow! awesome! Yum, yum! Thank you and good job. The only issue I have is with the older manager. She seems to have a bit of an attitude. Like she isn't having fun anymore. Luckily she is on the line and not one on one with the customer. To her; cheer up! You get paid the same if you smile or not and if you need to fix stuff or not. Your customer does see you back there.
I ordered the same exact order at this location that I did for the Fate location. This location in Royse City NAILED it. They didn't get the order wrong at all. I got all of my food the first time around. Thank you all and we will continue to visit the Royse City Location. They seem to know how to take care of their customers!!!
I love this Taco Bell location!! I do not mind that service is slower compared to McDonald's, and I am never disappointed in my order. The food I get is hot and fresh (not always so at McDonald's across the street) and their staff is always so polite and kind. I am a frequent customer at this location... and, I just plan around the time I will be spending in line. No big deal. COVID and worker shortages have upended a lot of things, especially in the restaurant industry. A little compassion and understanding will go a long way. Their food is tasty, satisfies my cravings, and as I stated... is always hot and fresh! A shout out to the manager who helped me out today who was very generous and kind for comping my meal when I forgot my wallet and phone. I will definitely be back! And I will pay this kindness forward. Thank you for putting forth some good into this world!
I remember when we first moved to Royse City from Allen, and we thought this Taco Bell was amazing....and couldn't understand why anyone thought differently. Almost 3 years later, and we still think it's one of the BEST. Perfect? No. But what fast food restaurant is perfect? But, our food is always fresh and hot. And IF we have a little issue, they resolve it promptly with no issues.
All time favorite fast food 😁. Chalupas, red chip burritos, Doritos locos tacos 🌮. Chicken quesadilla. All you need now is machetes expensive bt worth it at times
I'm not sure if we timed it just right, or if our local taco bell just never has fresh food, but the food here tasted noticeably fresher than what we're used to. And my friend...who always orders the same thing, but it's a pretty complicated order...had everything right in her order. I can't even remember the last time I've seen that happen. Not to mention all the tables were clean. Very impressed!
Went through the drive thru and Dave (the real MVP) was not only nice but he was funny and kind and made me and my families entire night. Thanks Dave! We’ll be back
Great because no one was there when I arrived. Easy in and out, no wait in line. Cashier was friendly and had a smile on her face. Food was ready in minutes. Environment was clean and quiet. I got there around 8:00 which is a good time to go to avoid long lines and crowds.
Some of the crunchy was too crunchy but it was great otherwise...cheese was a bit much too..that bit is my fault you can alter your order to your taste so there is that!!! Bathrooms need attention more often ..high traffic area.
We are locals and do mobile order, and pick up in the drive thru once a month or so. The order has been correct each time and the young staff is professional and nice. We never wait more than 5 minutes for our food for a family of 4. It’s not the most amazing Taco Bell we’ve ever had but we don’t expect that. We expect Taco Bell for a quick meal when we don’t want to cook.
Taco Bell In the future, where the boundaries between sustenance and experience are indistinct, Taco Bell stands as an outpost of both practicality and wonder. Here, where tacos meet fantasy, the very fabric of reality seems to bend, as the humble taco shell becomes a vessel for the imagination. I entered, not merely to eat, but to engage in a ritual—a communion of flavors, a promise of something greater than the sum of its parts. The counter, illuminated by the sterile glow of technology, presented an array of choices that felt like something from a distant, yet inevitable, future. The tacos, wrapped in their humble shells, contained ingredients that transcended their terrestrial origins. Beef, seasoned to perfection, merged with the cool touch of sour cream and the sharp tang of cheese, as if designed by an intelligence far beyond our understanding. A sliver of lettuce, so crisp it could have been plucked from an artificial garden of Eden, added a contrast of texture and life. As I sipped the Baja Blast—a liquid that might have been harvested from a distant moon, its bright, unnatural color radiating in the dim light of the dining room—there was a brief moment of clarity. Taco Bell, in its simplicity, had created an intersection of technology, food, and culture. In the vast sweep of time, it was as though humanity had discovered that in our most basic of needs, we had stumbled upon a link to the stars—whether in the form of a taco or the fantasy it ignites within.
It’s Taco Bell… but the difference here is they’ve always been really nice when we go through the drive through. The food tastes good and is usually put together decently. Minus one star because a lot of times the food isn’t hot, it’s usually just lukewarm. But hey, it tastes good, is still decently cheap, and like I said before, they’re nice here.
Quick dinner, food is always good,. I always go inside to order from the tablet to insure my customizations are clear. Maybe I customize too much but service is fairly slow. Management does keep an eye on you and if you have been there a while the step in to get your order out faster. Hate they stopped surving nacho fries, meximelts. They had birthday cake Churrios for a limited time but I could only get them once and they were a big hit....I get the concept of limited time offers but it really steers you away when you don't know week to week what's going to be available.
If you're a fan of Taco Bell, this location is similar to most. Service is usually good. The workers here tend to be friendly. Bathrooms could be a bit cleaner. The atmosphere is quiet enough to have conversations with a group of people. The food is good in my opinion. My orders are typically right, and mistakes are usually fixed quickly without issue. I like the burrito supreme and definitely the Mexican pizza.
the food's always good, but this is THE only fast food restaurant I've ever visited that cannot handle more than one car in the drive-thru line. the one that just ordered has to pay and receive their food before the next vehicle's order can be taken. every time. VERY slow service because of this.
Usually they are very friendly and my past online orders have been exactly what i ordered. This time my order wasn't correct, so i thought i would call and let them know. I requested to speak to the Mgr and the woman that answered was very friendly and polite. off in the distance i could hear the Mgr inform her that he was too busy to talk to anyone, because he was working on an order. WoW ! Generally when i ask to speak to the Mgr it's been to thank them for doing something really well or to let them know about how well an employee did; this is the first time in 30 yrs that i called because something was wrong. I think perhaps, i will lighten his load, so he won't be too busy.
Food is good whenever quantity of ingredients and proportions are the way they are supposed to be. Most of the time when I go to this location. When I order a burrito they add 3/4 of rice and the rest beef. When they advertise the burrito to be double beef and about 1/3 or 1/4 rice. With the sauce and everything. Same thing with the nachos. They add like 90% beans and the rest nacho cheese and beef.
The taco bell now is definitely not the Taco Bell I have been going to since the late 1970s. I expect changes in the menu over the years but not the recipes. The recipes have been changed and are not nearly as tasty. Also a couple of years ago, the Taco Salad was done away with, this was disappointing. I used the drive thru so I can not speak for the atmosphere.
Two times in a row now - I’ve asked for nachos bell grande with no sour cream - under the cheese, I’ve had a tsp of sour cream. Like someone started and then read the ticket and stopped - but gave it to me anyway. I can’t have it. Ruined about 1/4 of the nachos I paid for. And can’t see it by just looking (like I did before I drove off). Also got a chili cheese burrito - the wrapping was stuck to it I couldn’t get it all off - and then it was cold (cold) on the ends. Second time in a row it was subpar - Sun 10/16 around 1:15. Normally don’t leave reviews - but was not satisfied.
We ordered delivery through DoorDash and was disappointed to see that our order did not come with any sauce packets even though we requested “7” of them to make sure we at least got 3 when we ordered. I am not one to write a review and complain but this is the second time we have ordered from this Taco Bell and they have forgotten to give us sauce packets. It is not difficult to follow a food order. Everyone knows that if you eat Taco Bell you put some sauce on your food lol.
The inside was closed due to remodel and the line and wait was long. Then they forgot to return my card and another employee brought it to me thru the window. Definitely room for improvement
Sorry my flour tortilla was cold and hard. I understand if people are not buying enough, but maybe refrigerate and cook as needed so that it's fresh and the flour tortillas are soft.
There wasn’t near enough tomatoes on the Mexican pizza. I believe I had about 3 tomatoes. There were so many people gathered at the counter and by the door. It took at least 10-15 to get an order for 3 people and then they got the order wrong. It was supposed to be taco supremes and they gave us regular tacos. I didn’t want to wait any longer or fight all the people up front so I just dealt with it.
Never get order right. Slop food on plate and not even the correct food. Just lazy
Longest drive-thru wait for Taco Bell I have ever had. Attempted to go through the drive-thru to pick up some lunch. Ended up waiting 30 minutes total. I'm sure during the off hours it isn't that bad however it seems like during peak hours this location struggles to meet the demands.
I normally don’t do this but tonight I have to. As a former GM of a food establishment it bothers me to see a fully staffed restaurant operating poorly. I came in tonight for an UberEats order. The order was small and simple, 3 Taco combo. I watched as other people came in to order and left with large amounts of food; which also had to be remade after their box broke as thru picked it up from the counter; as i kept waiting for over 15 mins .Half of the staff had in headphones, weren’t communicating with other members. One employee even told me they were working on my order without even confirming with any line members. Overall the management here seems way off and needs to be addressed.
I dont like there service at all, they got my food wrong and by the time I realized it, it was too late for me to go back to that specific store because I live kinda far from there, and so i called this taco bell back after i realized i didnt get the right order and asked ( I'm guessing the manager on duty at the time) if I could just come back by this store the next following day to get my order replaced, since I was gonna be passing the store on my way to work, so I called them and they wrote down my name and all that. So the next day comes and I call them just to make sure that it would still be ok for to come back by and to make sure that they didnt forget about my order that was wrong and after almost 10 times of calling them back to back I finally get an answer and he tell me to talk to a manager and hangs up in my face, as I was trying to explain in a very calm manner. I'm sorry but I feel like this isn't far if I'm spending my hard earned money with taco bell
Well this was awkward. Not sure what’s goin on in there, but just got a dorito loco taco with cheese and sour cream only…the meat was missing lol. Then the bean burritos were folded wide and awkwardly like envelopes, but all the stuffing fell out from both sides when picked up. A good envelope doesn’t do that.
I don't know if it's because of the road construction so the employees don't care when they do actually get customers or what. There were multiple open sauce packets in the condiment bar, something got spilled in the salt & pepper and we pointed all this out to employees and they didn't even bother to clean it, there were probably about 8-10 employees just standing around
Extremely disappointed. Toxic penny pinching policies means a minimum amount of beef is hidden behind a disgusting slop of beans, even when I order easy beans and extra cheese... all I can taste is beans, beans, beans. Almost no beef or cheese, or sauce. The worst taco bell I've ever had and I eat there 2 times a week. If you can't afford to make food the way its supposed to be made then either close this location or change the manager...
1am last night. 17 minutes in the drive through (1 car ahead of me in line). Dry, cold beans on my burrito (they didn’t even try). When I asked them to NOT deep fry my Chalupa, they refused “our regional manager doesn’t allow us to do that” If that’s true, I’ll never go back to ANY Taco Bell... (probably best for my health - seeing how they refuse to NOT deep fry food).
missing cheese on a bean burrito and taco was stale and missing lettuce... definitely understand delivered and the cantina taco fries are not worth 5.49
I always give 2nd and 3rd chances but this place is falling off. Slow as can be here. We ordered nachos and there wasnt a whole chip in the whole plate. Told them and replied "we are running out of chips". I said what about the large bags of chips on the shelf. It looked like the chips were run over with a car before preparing the meal. When we wanted something different we got the "blank stare" before having to just purchase something else from the menu. Multiple bad experiences. I should give myself a bad review for continuing to eat here.
I am a delivery driver. Is this restaurant was taking customer orders but would not take orders for delivery driver customers. After refusing to fulfill my order they made me wait for all the other customers to get their for even though I explained I don't get paid to wait. They could have asked the customer in front to pull out so I could leave. It was late and a young blonde boy running the window.
I initially gave this Taco Bell a good review but after a couple of bad experiences I would definitely not recommend it. First, I got a Mexican pizza and a quesadilla that tasted like fry oil so I had to throw them away. And second, I ordered supreme tacos and they left out tomatoes and just stuffed them with mostly cheese along with failing to give me a large portion of what I ordered for a small group of friends. I like Taco Bell but the staff at this one just continue to disappoint and poorly make my food.
The food was typical Taco Bell. Well, in taste. Thrown in a bag with zero concern for the results. The nachos were upside down on top of crunchy tacos. Needless to say the tacos became nachos. The drive through line was soooooo slow. Over 20 minutes with two cars ahead. Employees had a personality of a rock. I would avoid this location!!
This is the 3rd time my chalupa shells have been cold and hard. Doesn't seem freshly made. New update. How hard is it to put the correct sauce in the bag 🤦🏻♂️ will definitely hold up the line from now on to correct my order as it's wrong almost every time.
The wait was way too long, after waiting for 25 minutes for my order, when I got home ,found out it was wrong, Got charged for steak tacos and received ground beef tacos, also my tostada was made incorrectly, but it was good. Service was not good, and there was only one person ahead of me. Don't go unless u have plenty of time and u unwrap each item b4 leaving.
Took over 15 minutes to get my food on a slow Thursday at 6 PM. And the order was wrong as well. I wrote Taco Bell about the experience and they didn't even bother to respond. My only conclusion is that they are already well aware that this store is a lost cause.
Daytime shift is great. Order is always right and fresh. I'm giving 1 star because I usually have my husband pick up taco bell at night after work around 12am. My order is ALWAYS wrong and cold. I would stop eating there but I keep hoping they will switch the people or managers. But they haven't.
I accidentally left a review from my other Google account, but suffice it to say this is the worst taco bell I've ever had. They overload their burritos with beans to hide the fact they are stiffing you on the meat and cheese, even when I order extra cheese and easy beans.
Came in on a Sunday afternoon into the dining room to order some Cinnamon Delights. 25 minutes later I received my order cold. It felt as if they had just taken them out of the refrigerator. Why did this happen? I watched as they delivered everyone's order wrong. I watched people become severely frustrated with the wait. Several cars pulled away. This place is simply mismanaged. I am in no rush to return.
Update: 10/3/2020 They were on the right track, but they dropped the ball today. Bean burritos are supposed to weigh about 8 oz. I understand being plus or minus an ounce or so, but today my burritos were about 4.27 ounces. Not sure if they will or can do anything to fix it... Update 8/25/19. Ok been here about 15 times. I can now safely say, this is the absolutely worst run taco bell I know of. I am writing to corporate to let them know this taco bell needs new ownership or management. Friday at midnight I waited 25 minutes for a fritos burrito. There was one decent size order ahead of me but nothing that required that much time. Today at noon I went back waited for someone to come to the counter, after 8 minutes they did and talked to lady in front of me who just got tired of waiting in the drive thru window and was asked to come in. Ridiculous! This is sometimes the worst taco Bell I know of. They've been doing a lot better recently, with the other day I waited five minutes for two burritos with nobody in front of me or behind me
Once again stole my money. We order a small order via Door Dash and this time you shorted my Chalupa Supreme. Last time you shorted me a crunch wrap supreme. My goodness stop stealing my money.
After visiting this establishment, it was by far the worst Taco Bell. I have lived in Royse city for 1 year and have only gone there 5 times. Every time it is consistent that they make mistakes. There is always something missing. If I have to check my order and you make the mistake I should get the whole thing free. Doesn’t matter will never go there again. Not to mention the tacos feel apart because they had been crushed. Worst Taco Bell Eeeevvvveerrrr.
Without a doubt the worst Taco Bell in the world. The managers who run this place should all be fired. Every time I go there there is some kind of problem. Tonight they tell my wife and I they ran out of mild sauce. How does a Taco Bell run out of a sauce? Are the Managers there that ignorant? Never mind no one needs to answer that. We all know the answer already.
Slow, slow, slow. In the store for nearly 30 minutes to get an unsweetened tea, two tacos and some chips with cheese sauce. Saw at least 15 cars go by in the drive thru while I and two other small groups were the only ones inside. Chips were all broken. Ice in tea was completely melted. Tacos were cold. Worst Taco Bell experience. Won't go again or recommend.
Til this day, I still haven't gotten my refund from an order I never received on Easter Sunday. It showed open on Google maps at 9am or 10am. The food was supposed to be ready at 11:22am. When I had got there that on Easter Sunday, it was closed and no workers were present. So other words, bad business to order from the app/online.
Do not eat here!! Ask for a no onion bean burrito. Got s burrito with onion. Currently in emergency because im allergic. When i called apparently it was funny to them. Bought my order 30mins ago. Fr dont come here if you have a allergy they DO NOT follow the ticket at all..
Horrible service. I had issues with the app not working. FYI, THE DOES NOT WORK. Sent my son to pick up the order after a 6-person group ordered on the app. Son arrived and was told some items were only available on the app. I spoke with the manager and told him the app doesn't work, and he said there is nothing he can do. I asked why, and he said they were just an extension of the app, and he wasn't able to override anything. If you don't want a bad review, fix the app. If you don't like the app then take your name off of it.
This place NEVER EVER gets my order correct. If they leave out an item I ordered and paid for they give me something different. Tonight I ordered 3 soft chicken tacos and they gave me beef, I can't eat beef. I'm done with this place, I'll never give them my money again.
Pulled up at 1:40a. Recording on speaker says sorry we are closed but internet says closes at 3:00a.
I was on a taco bell kick for a couple of weeks and had realized that I was paying about .50 per item that I had added sour cream only I wasn't getting the sour cream. So I drive thru one afternoon and of course ask for sour cream. drive up to window and tell the female my situation she says we can't do that. ( I have ask if they could remove the 2 .50 cent charges for sour cream) this time since I had paid previously and didn't receive. I said I'm sorry you can't do what? There's an African American male that steps up to the window and says what is it your wanting I'm the General Mgr. I tell him the situation and all be damned he doesn't say " we can't do that". So I'm thinking maybe Taco Bell needs to give their ( GENERAL MANAGERS) a little more authority - I mean it was a Dollars worth of sour cream that decided whether or not we ever returned!! Oh, and we won't be because we just can't do that!! Unbelievable!!
Understaffed and slow. The few teens who work there have the attitude of either wait or leave. The wait for food is up to 30 minutes. There was a guy there who came directly out of the bathroom after completing a #2 and didn't wash his hands. YUCK. Not to mention the food is overpriced and this particular Taco Bell barely puts anything in its tacos.
This place is actually a pathetic excuse for a franchise. The general manager JC and manager Monica are completely incompetent. Its amazing how many times they screw up and just refuse to do the right thing. They just arent capable of actually making orders and being respectful to customers. There were times i came here everyday after a long 12hr shift.i was always served hot fresh delicious food. I loved it and it worked with my long hours.im not sure if management changed but the past 6 times ive gone they have just messed everything up. They ALWAYS FORGET FOOD OR JUST MAKE IT COMPLETELY WRONG. The remedy is always to come back and get it.theres No im sorry, let me give you this for the constant trouble and inconvenience. They waste my time and gas to come back for mistakes they made and never try to make it right AND THEY STILL MESS UP THE ORDERS I HAVE TO COME BACK FOR! they dont really care about their mistakes and the solution is just waste your time and gas for your one or two items they forgot or messed up AND THEN YOU GO GET WHAT THEY MESSED UP AND THEY STILL CANT MAKE IT RIGHT! Pathetic. Triple check your food if you decide to go here because they will for certain mess it all up!
Sloppy...way to much sauce on my quesadilla I couldn't eat it. The food just flat out tasted off if I would of went inside to eat I would of asked for my money back but I waited till I got home to eat and wasn't worth my drive back but I will not go back there again. Ran by kids, rude kids at that.
Asks if I want any sauces. I say yes, mild sauce. My meal was 3 tacos. I get one sauce!? Really? I mean, honestly? Guess I need to remember to not come here again. Not the first time I've had bad service. Food was ok though. Would have been better with a reasonable amount of sauce. Say three at minimum. Again, really?
Got the #10 Stk Grld Cheese B, which only consist of a rolled up salad add sauce in a burrito.. didn't get them meat!! Guess that what happens when kids are running the place..
Worst Taco Bell experience in my life. I'm an avid Taco Bell fan, I used to eat Taco Bell 4-5 times a week for lunches when I lived in Allen TX. I went to Taco Bell Royse City around 6:30pm on December 18th and ordered some food for myself and my GF. I recieved the saddest Mexican Pizza I've ever seen, to the point there was no red sauce on top, and a whole like 6 pieces of tomato. To add to that the Quesadillas were very sparse and overcooked, the burritos were poorly slapped together as were the tacos. This is not the first time I've had poor food quality from this Taco Bell, but it's the worst so far. I've had similar issues with bad quality from the Taco Bells in Greenville and Bonham as well. I don't know what Taco Bell's problem is these days, but they can't seem to be able to hire or train people who can do the job correctly. Maybe Taco Bell should take some hints from Chik Fil A, because whatever they do, I've almost never got a bad order/food item from them and their service is always a well oiled machine.
Service today was AWFUL. I come to this Taco Bell all the time, and get the same order every time. I went through the drive thru and got my food, went home and opened the bag to see my food was wrong. I drove back to taco bell because if i spent 10 dollars on this food I obviously want it right.. They remade my food with little to no issues but clearly didn't go back to my order and didnt take my recipt with them and messed up the sauces on the side. We went back inside and asked for the sauces to be correct and the I assume manager came over and yelled at my boyfriend saying "we just fixed your order" he explained that we just needed the sauces as I already threw away the incorrect food and she went over made one sauce side and said oops looks like we are out shoved the sauce at him and told him to have a good day in a terrible tone. Yall really need to be tought about proper management, Ive worked in fast food for years including taco bell and this is outrageous.
If you like food slopped on a flour tortilla and passed out the window dripping sauce and whatever else all over your clothes and new vehicle, then this is your place to eat! If you're looking for someone to take an extra three seconds and make sure that your MEAL isn't a slop bucket of goo, then skip Taco Bell. Napkins? Who needs napkins? Just wipe your hands and mouth on the shirt and truck seat you just ruined!
The hard tacos were ALL cracked!! Horrible experience every time. They NEVER put the sour cream you pay for on your food, n if so, it's the last bite! I order lemonade slushes with EXTRA lemon and get NO LEMONS! The wait time is horrible. The manager got super rude a few weeks back because their screens weren't working. She basically yelled in my face about it!
You will wait 20 minutes for your food here. Don't waste your time. Go to the Taco Bell in Fate Tx they have better customer service and your food will not take a long time.
We waited in the drive thru line for more than 45 minutes. When we got our food it was cold and our order was wrong. This is the slowest Taco Bell in the history of the world! We will never go there again!
I wish zero stars was an option!!! Despite being the only customers inside, we waited 20 minutes for a two-person dine-in order at 10:00 p.m. When I inquired about the extended wait time, the employee merely shrugged in response. When I requested a refund, I was told “nope” and laughed at as he walked away. It appeared that only one individual was actively engaged in their duties, while the rest appeared to be idle. The franchise owner should be deeply ashamed of their ownership of this establishment. It is evident that employees were competing to exhibit the most incompetent behavior.
Spent 30 minutes inside, didn’t get acknowledged once. My order was supposed to be ready at 10:07pm. I walked in at 10:08pm and didn’t leave until 10:42pm. Seemed like a bunch of kids messing around or just standing there with zero sense of direction. Also, apparently took them longer because they thought my mobile order was a DoorDash order. 1/10.
This store never can get your order right. The food is always cold and soggy. The store is ran by teenagers that don’t care and are very rude.
Worst Taco Bell ever!!! Always missing items or incorrect! No one ever answers the phone so you can’t get a credit or your order fixed!!!! Both Mexican pizza’s were missing all the toppings and weren’t cut.
I am disappointmented with the service and food I received at your Taco Bell on October 25, 2025 at 6:01 p.m. **ORDER#964654*** I placed an online order but mistakenly didn’t select “drive-thru pickup.” When I arrived at the drive-thru, I also ordered an additional item at the speaker. After giving my name, I was told my online order wasn’t ready and that I would have to come inside to pick it up — even though I was already at the window placing another order. I politely asked what difference it made to hand me the food at the window since it wasn’t even prepared yet, but I was told it wasn’t allowed. The situation was made worse by the staff’s behavior. The two young ladies at the window and the cook (an older white male) laughed and seemed to find the situation amusing. When I finally received my food, it was unacceptable. My Build Your Own Luxe Box and Grilled Chicken Burrito were both burnt, the Luxe Box was missing the extra items I paid for, and I only received one of the two Verde sauces I ordered. I waved for the employees to come back to the window, but they ignored me. The cook eventually came to the window still wearing gloves and tossed a sauce packet at me with an attitude. What’s most disappointing is that I ordered the same meal the day before, around 1 p.m., and the food and service were excellent with a different crew. The contrast between the two experiences was drastic. It truly felt like the evening staff didn’t care about the quality of the food or customer satisfaction. A remake or refund for this order would be appreciated, as the food was not edible and the experience was extremely frustrating. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter. I hope this issue is addressed with the evening shift to prevent similar experiences for other customers.
I ordered a party pack. I have never had Toco bell taste so gross. It taste like dirty tap water with no seasoning. I will never go to this location again.
Stopped in yesterday to get lunch stepped up to the counter like I always do employees acted like I did not exist. After 10 minutes of waiting left the place. What is happening to customer service in this world I have been here several times before and never had an issue
The person at the window definitely needs to be trained again on customer service. He handed me my food with the biggest attitude on sunday night and closed the window in my face when I was going to ask for some sauce. I wish i Would’ve gotten his name. Because of course no napkins or sauce in the bag and gave me attitude again when i asked him for some.
Everytime I order from this store in the afternoon my crunchy tacos are always cold! And I mean cold like they just took them out the fridge heat them up for like 1 sec or nothing at all. Can yall please at least heat up the food! You have 1 job!!!!! Please lol damn!
First of all, wasted out time. We spent 15 minutes just waiting for them to fix an issue that they didn't. It's a whole bunch of teens, and the own manager never even tried using the machine!!! Her exact words: "I've never used the machine before". She had to bring another teenager to do it. She couldn't even do the order herself. All I needed was my reward redeemed. At least just the taco. The whole mood of the place seemed sketchy. How can Taco Bell allow for a restaurant to have less than a three-star rating?
12/6/24 - this place needs someone to step in. The amount of people waiting every few times we come here is wild. It just keeps getting worse. 1015 - Dropped it down to two stars. Past 3 months this place has just gone down the drain. Undercooked food, SLOW, terrible customer service.. just go up to Fate. This one needs to be closed Location has been severely struggling for some time now. That being said, there are some days it’s good and some days it’s not. You do flip a coin on coming here. Hit or miss on food. But when on it’s A game.. it’s good! Pretty clean facility too.
Don’t order the grilled cheese nacho fries. It cost 5.19 and you don’t even get a small order of fries. Order the fries and melt your own cheese at home. Really bad. Plus my normal fries were cold and my tacos barely had any filling. Customer service was also rude. Overall dissatisfied with the Royse City Location. Should have just driven to Fate or Rockwall.
November: They served my food with plastic in it… September: Talk about pitiful. Asked for a Baja Blast Zero. They don’t have it. Ok. How about a Mountain Dew Zero? Sure! Good. Paid for it and the chick handed me…a Baja Blast. I even asked her is this right? She says ummm..yes? You could literally see the smoke pouring from her ears as her ganglion just seized up. I keep hoping for some kind of improvement with this Taco Bell but it just gets worse by the week. Lazy kids, lazy supervisors, and the general manager? Lazy as well. Floor is constantly dirty with food and trash. Staff don’t clean anything up because they’re too busy talking about the hot chicks in school or trying to twerk to a Tik Tok video. Speed? Non existent. You can literally can order food on the app, wait 10m then drive another 6m to go get it and still be waiting another 40m for it. No sense of purpose nor urgency. No desire to provide a good customer experience because that interferes with their nonstop posting of selfies to Instagram.
