Great fresh home made ice cream. This place makes it in house and lets you try samples and do unlimited mix ins for no additional charge! Great because I can never just choose one topping 😝 They get pretty busy on the weekends and sell out fast so make sure you call if you're looking for specific cookies and they can make sure they have it for you. Great place family friendly love it.

I'm 30 years old and have never ordered a cake before. Came in super nervous Thursday and gave a bit of a vague/bland details on the style. The cake I picked up Saturday was STUNNING! Wanted to cry when it came time to cut it. Almost did cry with joy whilst tasting! I got the the brownie base, Sweet Cream ice cream, and frosting colors. Asked for flowers and was expecting the usual, dull couple of little ones on top like most bakeries, but nope! When I saw the flowers on the side.... WOAH! Parents mouths dropped and drooled at the unveiling! The customer service was phenomenal. They didn't mind my shyness or nervousness. I got so overjoyed I had to add a bundle of cookies to the order to take home that Thursday. Ma and Pa loved their Birthday Cake and I will definitely be doing another ice cream cake with a brownie base for the next Birthday! Wonder which flavor I ice cream to try next 😛 Oh and..... I accidentally tillted the box slightly avoiding the furbabies on the way in the kitchen. Sorry about the few smears, but the cake remained beautiful and perfect! 😅

The shakes and cookies we had were good. A little bit on the pricey side for what we got. Service could have been a little bit more friendly as well.
The worst experience today. Was serviced melted ice cream. Luckily it was in a cup otherwise would have just ran out of the cone. I have never had this happen before at similar stores. This location is not good.
Horrible service. Employees don’t seem to know anything and are just standing around talking. I placed order on line to be ready by 6. Upon arrival was told they forgot to check orders. I would have to wait 45 min to 1 hour if I still wanted the order. I did not have time to wait and there were very few cookies on shelf for purchase. Therefore, left without buying anything as did other customers that were in the store. Very sad this place is open till 8pm and shelf’s are empty.

Got six cookies, one sugar, 3 snickerdoodles and 2 red velvet on doordash. When it arrived I got all chocolate chip. I then called and asked what they had available and they said they had all of those cookies available.
