I ordered French toast dippers and was not given any syrup. Would have been ok if I was going home, but I wasn't, and now I can't eat it because it isn't what I wanted. Hangry is not cool. The lady was nice but didn't give me a receipt so I could give them my feedback, so I am here to do so. I trusted her, so that's my bad. Check your bags before you leave.

AI ordering. paper straws. If you dislike these things, shop somewhere else. Burgers and human service team are better than most other fast-food providers, but don't make up for the cheap and sloppy AI, high prices, and distasteful paper straws.

AI took our order, we got to the window and were asked to pull to the front of the store to wait for our food. We waited 16 minutes before our food was brought out and then they brought out the wrong burgers for my disabled daughter. We had to go back through the drive through since the dining room was closed and had to wait behind multiple cars, got up to the window and the girl demanded we give the original incorrect burgers back (which I don’t believe is allowed per food safety/handling rules) and took our receipt from us. When the correct burgers were ready I asked for our receipt back and she rolled her eyes, grabbed it from the counter and slammed the window in our face. Not even an apology for the wrong order being brought out not to mention this whole ordeal took over 30 minutes from the time we placed our order. Wrong food + horrible customer service = we won’t be back.

8.59 after tax. This is a five piece chicken tender. Purchased August 13, 2023 at 7:23 PM. By the time I realized what I had ordered I was already to Highway 16. It was so bad that before I even took a bite. I had dipped a piece and ranch and decided to put it back in the container and take a picture. This is absolutely unbelievable for almost 9 dollars! Also, I had to wait in the parking lot for almost 15 minutes to get my order. Although it took that long, I am extremely grateful the chicken was cooked all the way through.

We ordered a burger and explicitly told them not to put any bacon. They still have us a burger with bacon. While in the drive thru we asked them to give us a NEW burger without bacon. They took of some of the bacon and repackaged the SAME BURGER that STILL HAD BACON BITS. We have strict dietary restrictions against bacon. They lied and deceived us and made us eat bacon. We came back to complain to the manager. The manager was extremely rude and was harassing us. She was extremely disrespectful and discriminatory against us. She did not even address the issue and just went straight to call the cops. Completely unprofessional. We are traumatized by the whole ordeal. We never thought we’d be harassed so much at a fast food place. Complete disregard of our religion and beliefs.

I went during my lunch break Asked me for my order, then asked me to wait... then asked for my order again. I waited 10 mins for my food, but it’s missing half the toppings and my chicken was way too small. I got back to work very disappointed because I’m still hungry.

I went thru the drive thru where the AI could not understand my order and after several tries it got it. I was given wrong order with cheese when I said clearly only biscuit and egg. The order took a long time while the staff apologized for the delay it was not ok for me to sit in drive thru for awhile. Wrong order , delays. No staff to help one person working on both ends . Poor service overall

They did not have one of the items for my order, they tried to offer replacement but I just wanted my money back. I did not want anything else. They refused to refund. Enjoy the stolen $6.

The one good thing about AI ordering is that at least it's on time, got to the drive through 10 minutes after their 5am opening time, ordered from ai, got to the window and there was not a living soul in sight, the building was all black, no lights were on. This new workforce is a damn joke, I am just trying to get an early bite to eat and make it to work on time, it's a shame these people don't have the same work ethic, but hey, I guess that's fast food for you....

Don't bother trying to get food here. You would think for 20$ an hr for such a simple job these people would have their act together. 4 people in the place and waited 30 minutes. Remember when this stuff was actually fast and reasonable price.... those days are long gone. 2 value meals for 36$ and it was cold.. 100% at the fault of bad employees.
