Quick, friendly servicecat 7:30 am on Sunday. Food & beverages are spot on. Gacility was clean outside, drive thru menus were clean and easy to read. The food came out very fast.

Ordered for delivery. They missed one of the burgers that was part of a 2 for deal and the sauce we requested. The food was for the most part edible (barely), except the tomatoes on my side salad. They were old and wrinkled. The image attached was the worst of them. The salad "cheese" tastes like American cheese shreaded. So gross. I doubt I will purchase from them again. The only reason we did was because my daughter wanted the boba drink.

Everytime I deal with this location/app the service is trash and the ordering is extremely bad. The app is the absolute worst. They make you send multiple refund requests with a slow and terrible response. The process is annoying and difficult; which is stupid to me because they are the ones who have messed up.

Food makes your stomach sick. They're value menu isn't working cause you still have to order 20+ worth of food to have a chance of feeling somewhat full.

Waste of money, do not go. It's unfortunate but this location sucks. Spending over $30 but the fries were half full, I didn't get any taco sauce (that they asked if I wanted and said yes to three times), the sodas were wrong. Over 20 transient individuals on top of the place; literally in the drive thru, blocking the front doors, camped out front. Never again.

Signs posted everywhere outside say they accept EBT. They do not. EBT card was declined 4 times with more than enough money in it. Location was filthy as well. Took at least twenty minutes before my presence was even acknowledged. Horrible. Will never be coming here again, and will be advising everyone I know not to come here either.

Very disappointed service!!!!! The lady at the drive-thru didn’t even know proper English and was extremely rude. I placed my order through the Jack in the Box mobile app, and it was over 1 hour late. When I went to pick it up, instead of helping or apologizing, she gave me attitude and acted like it was my fault. Very unprofessional and frustrating experience. I will not be ordering from this location again.

I'm so disappointed I asked the gentleman for fries cooked to order but that was not the case not only did he forget my change but the fries was cold and hard 😞 and he spoke highly on how they do not serve cold food yeah right! Unbelievable

Stopped by here on my way home from Walmart and it was a waste of my money because I couldn't even eat the food. The food was so old and cold like it was sitting out for hours! Couldn't even eat it. I'm already home which is 15 mins away from Walmart and I have this food I can't even eat. Everything was so hard and old! Not cool.

I just came to this jack n the box around a hour ago. I ordered a breakfast sausage sandwich. Once I got to the window, the team lead made me wait almost 5 minutes for my order. Once I got my food, and got home, I opened up the bag and it was a completely different order. I just wasted $12 and didn’t get ANYTHING I paid for. These companies and employees need consequences for what they STEAL from the general public due to employees not caring about their jobs. I’m pissed

Very disappointed today. I ordered two breakfast sandwiches and fries and the sandwiches had no dressing. Just a slab of egg, barely cheese and three bacon on a bun. The fries were mixed variety of stale, rock crispy and a few fresh frues. It was like they were heating up and serving yesterdays leftovers. I'm done with this location. It's like they don't even try or care. In four years people making minimum wage got a $4 an hour wage increase and it hasn't done anything for performance or work ethics.
