Great staff and great food. Got a large Dave's Double (no lettuce) combo and a large chili. Pineapple Mango lemonade 😋 Everything was yummy, to say the least.

I love coming here for my lunch break or dinner. The staff are always respectful, even when they're stressed they push through and stay professional, I will continue to come to this location because I feel respected and the food is always quality!

Wow! We ordered a Breakfast Burritos; they were hearty and very good tasting!!! Most other fast-food places have decreased the size of their item, but not Wendy's! Wendy's quality & size of items are exceptional!!! Very clean establishment! My mother-in-law was the head chef at a restaurant for over 60 years and was totally pleased eating at Wendy's!!!

Very clean and customer service was great!! Food was ok and I say this because items are getting smaller even if prices are reasonable. But this Wendys was clean and customer service was great,at least on the day we were here.

Wendy's here always if fast made, usually have my order two minutes after I order and sometimes one minute. Staff is friendly and i always enjoy stopping in. The picture is part of their $5 big meal (or baggy meal) not sure ^-^ Stop in and enjoy a meal with your friends!

If you have completed orders like no pickles or cheese they actually fallow the order you placed..unlike most fast food places you ask for things like that to not be on your brother and you get it and you bite in and sure enough there's pickles or cheese and it's like why did I even order it but this place actually follows through directions on what you want on your food so I can give me back to work cuz they follow directions but the food seems a little stale England for sale better than that great service

I don’t usually write reviews, but this Wendy’s earned it. Every time I’ve come here, the food’s been hot, fresh, and actually made right, which shouldn’t be rare, but somehow is these days. My burger looked just like the picture (I know, crazy), the fries were golden and perfectly salted, and my Frosty was thick enough to turn the spoon upside down. The staff here are genuinely nice too. Not the forced “have a nice day” kind of nice, but the “we actually care” kind. They move fast even when it’s busy, and the place stays clean. You can tell the manager runs a tight ship. If you’re craving real fast food done right, skip the other spots and hit this Wendy’s. They’re doing it better than anyone else right now.

Quick and easy ordering, 2 for $3 breakfast biscuit sandwiches came hot and fresh, a small 4 inches in diameter but filling. The egg and cheese sandwiches had a nice partially runny yolk that goes well with the buttery biscuit. The French toast is not thick but it's meaty and delicious even without syrup. The syrup is a bit messy and liquidy with not much flavor, but has a slight sweetness to it that goes well with the French toast. The drive thru breakfast menu was a bit difficult to read, but the deals are on the right side and you're able to pull up to get a closer look. Pictures are nice and large and easy to read.

It's fast food, what do you expect? Pass on the strawberry frosty though... Classic chocolate frosty can't be matched. Staff is friendly enough for what they are paid and are knowledgeable about the functions of Wendy's. Spicy honey chicken sandwich was an absolute mess to eat. Everything came back sticky AF like I was a toddler.

I ordered the new sandwich with chicken, friend mozzarella and marinara sauce. The fries were very hot and fresh. The sandwich was okay, the sauce wasn't very flavorful and the fried mozzarella 'patty' was just too much on top of the chicken and another slice of cheese. The bun flavor was pretty good though.

Service was fast. The inside of the store we fairly clean. The round booth, has a gap between the cushions I looked in it and it was filthy in there. Staff were polite and professional. I would have have them 5 stars if I didn't see the filthy in that gap.

Stopped in for quick breakfast. It’s Wendy’s so the bar was not set too high - restaurant was clean and condiments/soda area was well maintained. I had the French toast sticks - I did not expect them to be made from actual loaf bread but the cuts appear to be made from that. There was more of an egg taste than any other French toast sticks I’ve had from other restaurants- I was pleasantly surprised at the difference in taste.

Yumm yumm i like the food. I think its better than any other fast food. Nice place they got TV. Free WiFi. They can be better by cleaning the restroom every 30mins.

At the right times this location is almost great. The drive-thru and inside lines can easily take the majority of a 30 minute lunch! Started going here at times for lunch an it seems they take abit to get your order. I did however decided to try going inside. Food is good as always. This location employee customer service is garbage. It doesn't matter how big one order is. Limit 4 ketchup packets. I guess bulk ketchup in restaurants squeeze container is cheaper than packets. I walked in, 2 employees looked at me and disregarded my presence. The only person who helped me was the man in the drive-through window. What happened to the egg and Swiss cheese.

Patties for the burgers look smaller, but the price has increased. My baconator is definitely smaller. My chocolate frosty tasted different. Something was definitely off about it. Disappointed to say the least.

I came in at 8:40 a.m. I told the person I wanted a hamburger, she said that would be fine it will just take a little longer and I said that would be okay so I waited the required time and I left with my burger and when I took my first bite in my car it was barely above room temperature the cheese was not melted and the bun was cold. I must have inconvenienced the cook in some way. I should have ordered a chicken breakfast sandwich maybe that would have been better but I was craving a burger.

The food was delicious and hot. I had a breakfast sandwich and fries along with an orange juice. Unfortunately, the service is slow and the staff unpleasant. I had to return to the counter for napkins and again for sauce. Napkins dispensers were empty. Staff was huddled around the corner, out of site of the counter, while a line of patrons was forming and waiting to place orders. I hope staffing issues can be worked out at this location. This was my third visit since January and I've encountered the same issues each time.

Normally when scanning the app the have the scanner they can pull to the phone. She took my phone and made my unplug it from phone in a way that could damage my phone and cord. Plus I do not feel comfortable with giving my phone unlocked to a stranger who then hides behind a window to scan. Who knows what else she can do, my personal info is easily available on my personal phone. She also had the slightest frown on her face but her eyes were screaming she’s unhappy to be at the window at the moment.

Pulled through the drive-through at this particular Wendy’s. Ordered one Dave’s double with cheese and one chicken sandwich spicy and a small chili and the order came up to roughly $22. The hamburgers at Wendy’s these days don’t taste like they did 20 years ago or even 10 years ago for some reason. The chicken sandwich was quite good. And the small chili was Only filled up three-quarter of the way. Thought that was kind of unusual.

There was two cars in front of us. The line moved quickly. Hubs ordered 2 Dave's singles (one with and one without cheese). The cashier was courteous and helpful. We were charged the 2 for $7. On 3/19/22 I grabbed a quick lunch from Wendy's. I be work right next to it and I go there all the time. Today, I requested some BBQ sauce to do fries and nuggets and be was told they can only give 3 and I be was only given 2. As opposed to every other day that I get the amount I ask for. They didn't give me a receipt to do a survey on my issue so I'm here. Wow. You can't even count or give a receipt being a cashier???? That's interesting. The young guy working at 4:35pm is unaccommodating.

I went through the drive thru and ordered a number 2 and that is a baconator meal. I got home and opened it and it was a chicken sandwich and that wasn't a big deal but then the chicken was so dry I could barely eat it even with 3 times more mayonnaise than should be on a chicken sandwich.

So I was told to wait in the parking lot for fresh nuggets. 100% fine with me and understandable. Asked for cooked to order (fresh) the person running the drive thru said no problem itll be 7 mins. Heard another lady talking in the back saying everythings fresh. She made the drive thru person feel uncomfortable telling me “looks like we had a fresh one ready” you can tell she was just taking orders from the person that told her not to make it fresh. Sad to see this is the service you get now a days especially since employees are getting somewhat decent wages and the consumer has to pay through the nose for fast food.

Looks nothing like the advertisement they only use 3 piece s of bacon cut in half to make 6 in stead of 6 whole pieces like the website and it's over 7 dollars I told them and they replaced with an identical baconator with the same problem and a cookie for my troubles lol

I ordered through the druve thru a French toast combo with coffee 5 and 5. When I got it the food was a little cold but when I poured my creamer in my coffee it looked funny...thank God I looked down because all I saw were CHUNCKS floating in my coffee...I was driving so there was nothing u could do until I got home to throw it away...getting ahold of customer service to make them aware is a joke. Beware look before you drink or eat here.

Somehow they made it possible to wait 30 minutes in the drive through every time with only 3 consumers in the restaurant, and the cherry on top the food is ALWAYS cold.... How does it take 30 minutes to serve 3 costumers cold food? what are the employees doing in the back? STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS

Their drive thru is horrible. It is not unexpected to be in line for 15 plus minutes. It is almost faster to go to the wendys on greenback and sunrise.

They are so slow it took 30 minutes to pick up my online order they let the car in front of me order 3 different orders at the window made me so late for my lunch break I can’t even eat the food. SMH

They shoved all my orders into 1 bag, gave me the wrong sauces didn’t even fill my third fries fully , just stacked the containers on top of each other. Customer service could have been better!!!!

Service has been extremely slow recently, but most recent visit was ridiculous. Took half an hour to get through the drive thru with only 3 cars in front of me. I only ordered a plain burger and fries and they got the burger wrong. I had to go inside to get it corrected because I was not going to sit in the drive thru again for another half hour. They still had to remake the burger multiple times because it was not what I ordered each time they gave it to me. That took some time and I ended up spending about 45 minutes just trying to get one plain burger and some fries.

Oh my goodness, we came to try the new promotion for Wednesday. To start of no one greated myself or my family, even the worker coming out the bathroom. Ordering from kiosk to get our Wednesday meal and frosties. Get done ordering but no receipt printed out, ok whatever. Then after using that nasty bathroom that should be tended to (yes still used even dirty, i squat to use ublic potties anyways, im a mom who couldn't hold bladder so dont judge) as im sitting at table with family i hear i think manager, say she'll be back in thirty to go get more fries, but still not one worker came up to let us know a delay in our order because of damn fries! So the other workers didnt start to make my families order until my husband brought it to their attention, and the male counter worker proceeded to hand my husband a bag thats been sitting for a while saying oh this is your order, NO its not because 1 its been sitting for like 20 minutes now 2 where are the three frosties we ordered along with our fries? Ohhh now they tell us no fries, even though we over heard, comman courtesy is to let your customers who just ordered and PAID that you're out of fries, and thats why there's a hold up on our order. We weren't the only ones either had another family and 2 door dash drivers waiting all because nobody knew to speak up that they're out of fries, this store needs a rude awakening whoever runs Sunday shift around 3pm 4pm. I normally come during weekdays during my lunch and no problems but this time was sad and pathetic, had to ask them to wipe down the sticky tables, floors sticky. Someone save this shift please. 😫

I came to the store at 11:30 when my order was given from the gig company that I work for, I waited in line for 30 minutes and the staff here told me that the store was closed but they gave the order to the guy in front of me. The management here needs to regulate their employees and they need not to lie to the drivers who come here to do their jobs. If you're ordering this food from a good company I do not recommend it because this store has always had problems, they mess up orders and their customer service is subpar..

This Wendy’s location is an absolute joke. I’ve never had such a miserable fast food experience in my life. The General Manager, Manjit, was the worst part of it all. She was glued to her phone the entire time, laughing it up with her coworkers like it was a social hour instead of running a restaurant. Not once did she acknowledge the growing line or the fact that customers were clearly annoyed and waiting. It’s beyond unprofessional — it’s disrespectful. She didn’t lift a finger to help or manage the chaos, and from the way she interacted with the staff, it looked more like a hangout spot for her and her friends than an actual place of business. The lack of leadership is obvious, and it trickles down to the rest of the staff. The food took forever, the order was wrong, and no one seemed to care. If this is how the general manager behaves, I can’t imagine how bad things get when she’s not around — or maybe this is the norm here. Either way, I will never come back to this location, and I’d strongly recommend everyone else stay far away. It was a complete waste of time and money.

I visited this restaurant earlier today during the lunch rush, and I was extremely disappointed with the condition and service. As soon as I walked in, I noticed the entire lobby was a mess. The floors were sticky, the tables were dirty and hadn’t been wiped down, and the overall environment felt unhygienic. I was informed that the servers were down, which I understand can cause delays, but it doesn’t excuse the lack of basic cleanliness or customer care. What made the situation worse was seeing the manager walking around on her phone the entire time, making unpleasant faces at customers, and not offering any assistance or leadership. It made the atmosphere feel very unprofessional and uncomfortable. I felt so uncomfortable and disgusted that I ended up leaving without ordering. Definitely not the experience I expected, and I hope the management takes steps to address these issues. Today date Wednesday 06/18/2025.

I really don’t expect much these days from fast food and try to avoid it but this is just laughable. Completely dry, cold nuggets with a little sauce squeezed on them are not what is advertised. Pic from website for comparison. For the amount of money they charge they can do better.
