First time at this location, This is probably a place that gets a little bit busier in the afternoon evening. Big restaurant visually, I was impressed with the food.It looked fresh and tasted fresh. Service was friendly facility seemed to be clean. Things were going well until I finished my meal then it took a turn for the worst, When I noticed a cockroach climbing the wall above my booth. With all the positive out the window i lost my appetite and I will respectfully no longer be attending this location.

Just don't, We dropped in to get dinner looked at the star rating but didn't read any of the reviews BIG MISTAKE! The food was extremely bland, cold and stale. None of it was fresh either your better off going to the Taco Bell next door.

Came here with my family to eat, thought we would try it out. We didn't look too much into the reviews unfortunately and I wish we did. The food was bland, dry and some of it went cold quickly. The spaghetti especially made me nauseous after one bite. I couldn't eat anymore after that and we barely just sat down. Not really much of a selection, service was okay but overall I would never go here again.

Went for lunch food was super cold I ask the employee to see if they could heat it up welt to line move the food and sat down zero customer service skills rude employees poor quality food plus over priced they won’t be in business muck longer

RUN! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! BAD FOOD, BAD SERVICE, HORRIBLE EVERYTHING! BEST BET IS TO HIT UP ONO HAWAIIAN BBQ NEXT DOOR FOR QUALITY FOOD AND GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE…. Nothing is fresh! Upon arrival we waited 10 min for a host to come to the front to charge us and seat us. We had to ask for them to make new food because they wouldn’t voluntarily. The food in the pictures I posted was like that for the entire time we were there. Highly disappointed and YES I usually check reviews but we were hungry and just went for it! They should be shut down or get new management. The tables and every booth and chair is WORN down. They had an employee on his break eating over the food table! Just gross. Good luck to anyone else that stumbles across this restaurant

Friday night at 7pm. Very bad service very bad food. Almost all food were cold..... Ants 🐜 found by the sushi bar area. They did not make more food by 730 pm. No manager at that time. Server came asked what we need so he can have them Cook it for us. They did not clean our table they did not show up to refill our drinks. I do not recommend at all

FOOD STALE . Absolutely nothing on the line was good. WE are very surprised we didn't get sick eating here. I cant believe any one would rate this place with anything less then a star.

The worse place to be in rancho Cucamonga. It doesn't deserve a single start. Food was cold old and nasty. Nothing was fresh not even the fruits because they use can food

Sadly, very affordable but the owners don't invest back into their company. The soda machines need to have their lines purged and cleaned, It's nasty. The ac doesn't work right, and food quality has suffered greatly in just the last few years. Great prices would attract more customers but low quality food keeps them away. The profits you would be looking for are in a volume of customers. Keep it affordable and invest into the ingredients and quality... If it's cheaper to sit the family down there then cook at home? No brainier.... Guess what happens when you need to buy goods in higher quantities? You save money on bulk cost Or "direct from a local farm" sourcing.... It's about speaking to people like adults again.

It was my 1st time here and last. Some of the food was cold and dry. The place needs an upgrade as all the booths were damage. Some of the tables damage as well. Good price for what we got. I will not be coming again. The one-third I will say is that the employees we very nice.

Was in the area and decided to pop in to this place for an early dinner…. HORRIBLE MISTAKE!!!! Number one they made us pay before we even sat down. From a distance the food looked fine but once I got close I realized everything is watered down.. the coconut shrimp were extremely dry and pretty much just had the cream on it. No Wontons, sushi smelled a the chow main was spaghetti noodles in soy sauce… I’ve never in my life had to walk out of a buffet disappointed an so quick until now. The only thing good about this place is that there’s no line an no crowd… now I know why If I could I’d give it a -Star Do Not Eat Here

worst food i had in a buffet EVER. they don’t know when to change the food when it gets bad leaving it to taste horrible, the “chow mein” noodles was nothing but spaghetti noodles in chow mein sauce with vegetables, the cold seafood was drenched in the melted ice, and the sushi was HORRIBLE. i couldn’t even eat there and enjoy my experience. i was totally dissatisfied with everything there. they really need a serious inspection on the place or get shut down. I honestly feel like I’m going to die from food poisoning from them

Heaven Awaits

So, from what I saw as I was leaving the place, they were getting a delivery of frozen food and the vehicle that was delivering supplies was not refrigerated. So my best guess is that most of the food there is frozen and then heated up and served. And by the way it tastes, this assumption is pretty accurate. I will not be returning and I don’t recommend it to anyone. Last but not least, I love to eat chow mien and/or lo mien. What they were serving was a frozen cheap imitation and yes it was soggy and chewy. It seemed as if everything was under cooked or under reheated. Man......it was horrible. For the price, you’re better off going to Chile’s or Applebee’s. Yuk if I could give this place a negative stars I gladly would with out hesitation. Oh, almost forgot, I notified the waiter about the odd tasting coconut dessert, and all he did was nod his head and went to the back then as I was leaving he was laughing up a storm with the “rude female manager “ , I waited parked in front of store to see if they would go and at least to pretend to investigate, but nope they just laughed away that entire time I was watching. Hmm makes you think about what you are eating at these places.??
