The wait was not long for a party of two. The service is wonderful and so is the food. I didn't feel rushed to pay and leave. This now one of my favorite BJ'S. One very good plus is they don't use table top kiosk, like Chili's. I have having a device on the table. Yet, they are doing something butter than a kiosk. We where able to via the app. This was great.

Even when busy the food and service is consistent. We never feel rushed, if something comes out wrong they fix it without attitude, they don't balk weird requests. They don't give you grief if you point out a blind needs to be pulled down.

I have to be honest and say I really do enjoy supporting small businesses rather than bigger corporate restaurants like this one but It’s been a long time having visited a Bj’s and I had a gift card, so why not. Our server Jessica along with the food was superb. If you do come you have to take advantage of their Happy Hour, you really can’t beat the prices. First time dining at BJ’s and had a good lunch experience. Got burger and sliders but the best part was the onion rings. I always go onion rings over fries so I am biased. The rings at BJ was big, crunchy and flavourful.

BJ's has a daily special that is great. We personally like the $13 meal deal that gives you a meal and a pazooki of your choice. They call it lunch size but trust me it's enough to be happy. Happy hour beers and drinks, chips and hand made guac 🥑. Pro tip call ahead and make a reservation and it will make your wait shorter especially with a group. If only 2 of you are dining the bar is a great place for drinks , a meal and something/sports on the big screen TVs. We've been 4 times in 4 weeks, each time at a different location. Ontario, San Bernardino, Perris and Menifee. Pizza, salad and pazooki is great but they have an awesome fried chicken, mashed potatoes and pazooki and the chicken Parm spaghetti and pazooki is good too. Enjoy!

Was a very good experience. Wait coming in was 30 minutes so we sat at the bar. Bartender took care of us all aspects of our night. Was freindly amd attentive. Very professional Food was very good drinks also we will be going back

Friday night. After work. Aprx 9ish. Had a 30 min wait to get seated. Place was popping. Quickly took our drink order. A few min later took food order. Was surprised how quickly the food arrived. Only because we had ordered a deep dish pizza. It was delicious. In addition we had the seared ahi salad which my coworker enjoyed. Other two got soups. Broccoli cheddar and the clam chowder both in a bread bowl and loved the bread. Last coworker got the chicken parmigiana and spaghetti. Ch8cken was well cooked. Location was clean. And service was quick. I shall return.

I have been to this location twice and my experience usually goes to the positive side. It's like other large chains such as loud, long awaiting time, decent food and drinks, large menu etc. The food was tasty and mouthwatering. This restaurant has several deals and offers such as “BUY ONE ENTREE AND TWO BEVERAGES, GET A SECOND ENTREE HALF OFF!”, “20% OFF LUNCH”, “SPEND $200, GET $25”, “DAILY BREWHOUSE SPECIALS”, “MOVIE AND A MEAL” and so on. The service was also appreciable considering the restaurant being as busy as it was.

Friday nights can be a little packed but food and drinks ar typically good. I had the hard root beer and that could honestly sneak up on if you have a few. Didn't taste like it had alcohol and was very delicious. Pizza is always good choice. Server Shaquilla was really sweet and on point with the waters. Will definitely be back.

I wanted to start out by saying, I had the most wonderful server Natalie. She was on point without being to much. The special for the week was really good and was plenty of food. The strawberry pizookie was hot and delicious, it came with the special. This is a go to place when you want good food and great service.

My family and I just had dinner taking advantage of their $13 Pizookie deal! Which was really good along with their appetizer... we had the most incredible waiter named Chris! He made eye contact, was friendly and connected with each of us since the beginning, he didn't miss a detail and was on top of our drinks and making sure we had everything we needed even when someone else helped us.. we stopped with Jose the manager to make sure to let him know how awesome Chris was! Amanda our server was amazing. A daily busy day and she took her time to take care of us like we were the only ones there. I will say the pizza is subpar compared to the old recipes but its still a decent pie if you like a deep dish with lots of bread. They killed my spiced tomatoes though, such a shame. Go see Amanda, she's a real treat here. I would even recommend her over the pizookie, but that's a tough call.

It was a rainy day, and I had the strongest craving for their Dubai Chocolate Pizookie, which is currently a limited-time, dine-in treat. And wow - this dessert is absolutely incredible. It was difficult finding parking but once we entered the restaurant the staff greeted us and we were seated immediately. Once seated i believe it was less than 5 minutes and our server came and took our order and he was very professional and customer service minded. First time eating here and it did not dissapoint. The mac and cheese bites and dip were delicious, I wish there was more! My husband got the brisket burger and it was so packed with flavor. I ordered the Mahi Mahi tacos, I never had Mahi before but I love fish. I would say it is the steak of the fish world, delicious. Only complaint i have is the waitress didn't follow my request to have one Grilled and one fried taco. She offered and I thought what better way to try a new fish but both prepared ways. They both came out fried, it was fine but ill have to try Grilled next visit. Special drinks don't have free refills so drink them slowly no matter how good they are 😀.Didn't have room for thier brownie dessert, but it will definitely be a must next visit.

Very busy restaurant. We had to wait for silverware after our food was served. Told the food server, bus boy. Finally our waiter walked by & went & retrieved some. The bus boy returned shortly after the waiter left.

BJ's has a great selection of beer including several rotating handles. The food is also very good quality.

What a night! I came in ready for a decent dinner with having a nice drink or two, and unexpectedly was interrupted by an individual who went from appropriate to inappropriate. The employees Jacob, Amanda, and Cristina jumped right into action and asked if I needed anything to be done. And they kept close eye on the situation. I appreciate their courtesy and quick attention to detail that could have been worse. Thanks for making my evening experience better!

Went there tonight let me tell you I didn't know I was in for a show and a good time ! Colby is the best bartender made us laugh and served us right ! Must ask for him when you go . I ordered the avocado egg rolls and a pizza. The rolls excellent pizza was alright I've had better but what made up for it was the fact Colby made me and my friend laugh the whole night.

Okay, where to start?! Food was good, but the service was really bad, and the music was way too loud. I probably saw 2 waitresses working there for the entire 2 hours we were having lunch and that was it. There was a guy sitting behind us that was waiting for his check for almost 20 minutes. The waitress kept forgetting things and just disappeared after we asked for something. It was a nice restaurant, but just a bad experience. Moving on to the food, it was cold. There were 7 at my table and every meal was cold! The asparagus I ordered was not cooked fully and had no flavor to it with my meal of cherry glazed salmon and couscous. Hopefully if anyone else goes here, they have a better experience, but mine was not enjoyable.

Came here on a Tuesday around 1pm. Walked in and there was a waiting list. So we asked the hostess if we could sit at one of the booths in the bar area without having to wait. She had a little smirk on her face and looked at us as if saying; Duh, of course you can. She was a bit unwelcoming from the get go, and it didn't sit right with us. But we stayed. The only thing I can say was good here was the waitress. She was professional and attentive, but not overly so. The food was okay. And we did have to send back one plate that had dry steak and dry chicken breast. But they didn't charge us for it. Overall I'm not impressed with this particular BJ's as I've had good experiences at other BJ's.

I’ve been here several times before and never had an issue, but it seems Saturday 10/18 they were having either a training issue or a staff support issue. We got to our table a half hour after our reservation time, we got our order in another half hour after that without being greeted once, wrong orders were coming to our table, as well as the tables around us, a different table had the manager come to them to apologize for the delay. Our correct order finally got to our table another half hour after finally putting our order in. So that was 1.5 hrs in between our reservation time and when we actually got our correct food to our table. Our server was changed from whoever it was to Michael and he was efficient and respectful so props to him. But overall it seems like this wasn’t an issue of the servers and the hosts not doing their jobs, it seems like there was a severe lack of support for them on an extremely busy Saturday night and from experience in food service this means there was a problem with their management and supervisors. So this review is for the management asking them to do better.

Ordered the Asian salad. Too much dressing on it, not enough variety of veggies. Just spring mix with heavy dressing on it and tons of fried wontons. Chicken was good. Wouldn’t order a salad here. Don’t recommend for the price of $18.

I wouldn’t come here for the food…isn’t healthy or rememberable. Makes ur stomach uncomfortable afterwards, but the service was good. The food is overpriced as well.

My wife and I had reservations for 6 pm on Saturday night. We were seated at approximately 6:04 and our drink and appetizer order was taken right away. Nearly 35 minutes later we had our appetizer, but not our drinks. When we asked the waiter, he said he had just checked and they still were not ready. We also hadn't ordered yet and had requested napkins twice for the appetizer. We finally got our drinks 38 minutes later. The food was good but they were grossly understaffed. We will not return.

I came in on Sunday I just wanted a quick dessert I know craving a pazzookie on a weekend night is crazy but I thought it can't be that bad we were quoted 40 minutes for inside. I found a spot at the bar and sat for mabey 5 minutes no one had helped me yet but my sister-in-law said the wait was 20 minutes for the patio and that way my parents could sit with us. So we sit and wait after 40 minutes I ask about our table the host said the table was ready the server was just grabbing a tables drinks then she would seat us. I said that's fine, but she went on break 10 minutes go by and nothing so I go back up just to get an idea of how many parties were ahead of me and the host just tells me well text you when it's ready thats when I told her the situation and explained how I was ok with whatever was available I just asked for patio because we were quoted less time for the patio. So after an 1hr wait we get sat. Server was nice came up promptly and took our dessert trio order, it took us 33 minutes to receive 1 dessert trio. I almost lost it. No one came by to check on us or said anything about the wait. It was not a good experience I'd rather go to lazy dog next time.(pazzokie was good, but not worth the hassle)

Made reservations for 8:30pm to 9pm to dine for a party of 14. Got there around 8:30pm but most the party arrived around 8:45pm. Was told at the front that we would have to wait and additional 1 to 2 hours because they are busy. Exactly why we made the reservation on the phone, otherwise we wouldn't have gone here. Im really picky with places to go because my Dad has a hard time because he is handicap and has a hard time moving around. We finally got called in at around 9:35pm to get the wrong seating area. They say another group that was smaller at our table and the only way they could accommodate us was too sit us in 3 separate booths. Very inconvenient since we were celebrating my daughters high school graduation. We obviously didnt want to wait around since it was getting later, so we sat down at the 3 booths. Took about 10 minutes to get asked about drinks. We understand it was busy but I think they shouldve prepared staff for graduations. I believe the elderly male was the manager and he seemed professional when we were sat in the wrong area because of the host messing up the seat arrangements. He tried this best to fix it so I had no issues with him. We ordered drinks and when my parents wanted some hot tea she advised my parents that they do not have hot tea today. My parents are frequent at this restaurant and were pretty upset since they get hot tea at every restaurant we go to. So obviously my Mom didnt order a drink and my Dad just went for a coffee. Our waitress started off acceptable but then it started declining after that. The food was ok. The ribeye was 4/5 just because the steak seemed to be way too fatty compared to usual. My Mom and Girlfriend both got different pastas and seemed to have no flavor since there was barely any sauce. But overall the rest of the food was ok. The waitress named Jasmine was very forgetful when asked for straws, napkins, utensils, creamer, sugar, etc. She would say she is getting it but we frequently had to remind her. Like for an example just to get a straw took more than 10 minutes. I understand it was busy but if im paying a decent amount of money to eat and enjoy my time, I would want proper service. At the end we obviously got our check and she pushed us to tip her because in her opinion she did great. If I didnt understand the food industry i would have left her nothing but we still at least gave her $100. For her troubles I'm guessing. There was also the bad part. The restrooms were discusting. It smelled bad and the floor had lots of urine. Worse part it looked like poop on the floor in a stall. I didnt want to investigate that at all. Looks like it wasnt cleaned the whole day. I know this is not a high end restaurant but the service could have been at least 50%. Overall, I will not be returning back to this location and I believe my parents would not want to come back here. Food 3/5, service 1/5, cleanliness 1/5, reservation wait 0/5, atmosphere 1/5, overall experience 2/5 just because we ate our food and the Manager seemed nice.

Zero stars for service. Had to ask our waitress 4 times for a simple glass of water and still took over 20 minutes to get it to our table. Our original waitress went on break and got left with another that had a bad attitude. We waited for a long time to get our pizookies and when it finally came she just kind of threw them on the table no “sorry for the wait” no “enjoy” didn’t say a word or acknowledged us. Will not be returning.

My friend ordered her salmon, found a hair in her food. I ordered the chicken Alfredo, my group got their food before mine. Waited over 15 minutes to be told someone “stole” my food. Declined the food at this point everyone else was done eating and ready to leave. Never coming back here again

We are a family of five. All adults. They were INSISTING to seat us at a table of four with NO room to add another chair. We were surrounded with empty tables that could fit us perfectly. NEVER AGAIN!

I believe that people are discriminated against in this place based on their appearance, condition, or race, because after being given a table, we were not provided with any service and waited there for more than 20 minutes until we decided to leave. It's a shame that they provide selective service. I definitely do not recommend this place.

This place unfortunately took forever to take us in we checked in and received a text message bigger group came after us approximately 10mins after checking in and they got taken back before us we waited for about 35-40mins and alot of groups were still being taken back it wasn’t after I went up to say something after we got taken back waited another 30mins in the table not even our drinks were taken, mind you another 2 groups sat on the table and they got a person to ask for their drinks before us waste of time we waited a total of 2hrs with no help no food we decided to walk out!!

Horrible service. We were seated and it took 20 minutes to even get someone over to our table.When we asked for our waiter, they told us to wait. When the manager came over, we explained to him what happened?He said, let me get your server.Never came back and apologized for nothing.Nor did the waiter ever apologize.We were there for an hour and forty five minutes.Sad we will go to the one in san bernardino, where they have great service and great people.

The chicken in the chicken Alfredo was super salty. I sent it back to get hot honey boneless wings they said they ran out of sauce for that like they couldn’t just make more but okay whatever. Then one I got my soup I at some of it and the rest I wanted to take home, it’s took almost an hour just to get one and it wasn’t even the right size. Terrible customer service!!!!

Went in for a birthday party of 18 people and were given only one server. The experience was awful. Even after bringing the issue to the manager’s attention, the service did not improve and no additional help was provided. Some guests never even received their meals. Very disappointing experience, and I won’t be returning to this BJ’s.

$11.99 for that cup of chicken tortilla soup I had delivered. I ordered a bowl and that’s what they gave me, hate to see if i had ordered a cup. The soup was disgusting. It was like congealed, not soup consistency, like it was just thawed and warmed up. No avocado in it, no tortilla strips and no cheese. HUGE disappointment. I’m done with BJ’s. Throw up in my mouth just thinking about that “soup”. 👎🏽

Terrible customer service. I placed my order the day prior to my event to be picked up at 530. My food was not given to me until about an hour after my pickup time. No manager to apologize for the wait. What is the purpose of being able to select your pickup time If your food is not gonna be ready by that promised time!? This was for a birthday event and now my guests are waiting. Terrible experience, willl not order from here again.

Waited 45 min to get my to go order. They thought I was purchasing alcohol (I wasn’t) and kept trying to card me to pick up my food (forgot my wallet at home). I was so confused why they were so strict about picking up food, but after a long shift of my own I figured- what do I know about doing other peoples jobs. There was never any clarity about why they were id’ing me and it genuinely didn’t even occur to me that this would be the issue—- or even better, offer to give me my food without the alcohol, at which point we would have realized where the miscommunication was. Zero problem solving. Instead I waited in line 3 separate times and it wasn’t until I was on the phone with grubhub for a refund that they realized they were making a mistake and let me take my cold, sad meal home. No effort was made to reconcile- no fresh food, no voucher, not even a free cookie (which honestly would’ve made it worth it). They gave what felt like a genuine sorry… which is worth the star.

I usually never write reviews but It was a party of 3 including myself, we had an amazing waiter Chris but it seemed like the rest of the team was *extremely* lacking. We got our orders in at 8:33, mozzarella sticks, a plate of wings, a burger meal, and two alcoholic drinks. It was 9:42 before we got the 3 items of food that we ordered. During that 1 hour plus wait time, we had 4 times that servers mistakes us for other tables. It was embarrassing because it felt like we were forgotten about and our food was never coming. These tables that they were serving were people that came in long after we did as well. Once we got our food, the wings were the wrong flavor and our burger was burnt. We wanted some ranch with our meals and it took over 20 minutes for two cups of ranch to come to our table. Afterwards we wanted a pazookie for my significant other since it was her birthday. We were told by the waiter that since it was her birthday she would get it for free, yet we were still charged for it. For a birthday dinner, I was severely disappointed that it went like this. Bj's usually has great customer service that I can rely on for a great time but sadly that didn't happen at all. Thank you.

Took forever to get seated no big deal busy Sunday evening but took forever to get our food. You could tell it was sitting under the heat lamps for a long time. Sever so seen few and far between. Bathrooms weren't very clean either. And not to mention the spit balls on the walls and tv. They were also out of several things on their menu. I went to the corona location on a busy Friday night and it was nothing like this. The manager was also rude. Coming from someone who has worked fast food and restaurants... Do better

Wow, I came here just a few people when I got here. Service was so slow. My salad and pizza came at the same time. I couldn't even just enjoy my food without having to eat fast before my pizza was cold. I also got a drop of ranch in my salad, thankfully I asked my bartender for ranch. My waitress blew me off. I love the pizza here just a shame about this experience here. I wouldn't of had an issue but a group of office workers and couples were treated better and faster. The pizookie took a long time. I just end up leaving without it. I paid and left a tip.
