3 dinners here this week. Kristen and Chloe and bar area waiters/ waitresses were great!! So impressed Sat night with K and C! Kristen and Chloe were 100% on top of everything! They were friendly, checking in with their customers and making so many different drinks for the whole resistant. Impressive!

Amanda our server was amazing. A daily busy day and she took her time to take care of us like we were the only ones there. I will say the pizza is subpar compared to the old recipes but its still a decent pie if you like a deep dish with lots of bread. They killed my spiced tomatoes though, such a shame. Go see Amanda, she's a real treat here. I would even recommend her over the pizookie, but that's a tough call.

Last week, I finally made it back to BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse in Rancho Cucamonga after ages! It was a rainy day, and I had the strongest craving for their Dubai Chocolate Pizookie, which is currently a limited-time, dine-in treat. And wow - this dessert is absolutely incredible. It’s a warm, freshly baked chocolate cookie packed with Ghirardelli® chocolate chunks, topped with two creamy scoops of vanilla bean ice cream, a crackable chocolate shell, silky pistachio sauce, and a sprinkle of golden toasted kataifi. The best part? It was surprisingly affordable at just $11.84 with tax. Every bite was heavenly! The ambiance at BJ’s is as inviting as ever - festive, family-friendly, and comfortable. And as usual, their service didn’t disappoint; it was top-notch from start to finish.

Our server , STEPHANIE , was amazing and had the best customer service!!!! she went above and beyond to make our experience five star excellence!!! I hope we run into her the next time we come… Great job! And great food!!!! (even though our usual pizza is an “off menu” item, she offered to make it, we went and tried the 5meat pizza / chicken ranch pizza with alfredo sauce, and was a hit!!!!! ) ty BJS!!!!

Mariah was absolutely outstanding during my visit. From the moment we were seated, she greeted us with a warm smile and an upbeat attitude that made the experience enjoyable from start to finish. She was attentive without being overbearing, checked in at all the right times, and made sure our food came out exactly as ordered. Mariah showed great knowledge of the menu, offered helpful suggestions, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, even refilling drinks before we had to ask. Her positive energy and professionalism stood out and truly elevated our dining experience. It’s rare to get that level of consistent, genuine service these days, and Mariah definitely deserves recognition. I’d absolutely recommend BJ’s to friends and family based on her service alone. She’s a great example of what excellent customer service should look like.

Our waiter Francis was the absolute best!! Food was not the best but he rectified the situation quickly with a new dinner. He was very personable and funny and definitely cater to our every need. The drinks were above the best! Shot out to Jacob and Chloe!!

I had the best dining experience at BJ’s Restaurant in Rancho Cucamonga, thanks to our incredible server, Chris B. From the moment we were seated, Chris went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. His attention to detail, friendly personality, and genuine care for our table made the evening unforgettable. Chris was attentive without being overbearing, always checking in at just the right time. He knew the menu inside and out, offered great recommendations, and made us feel like valued guests the entire time. Our food came out exactly as ordered, and he made sure we had everything we needed. It’s rare to find a server who combines professionalism with such warmth and personality. Chris truly elevated our visit and turned a regular dinner into a memorable experience. If you’re dining at BJ’s in Rancho Cucamonga, I highly recommend asking for Chris B.—you won’t be disappointed!

It was difficult finding parking but once we entered the restaurant the staff greeted us and we were seated immediately. Once seated i believe it was less than 5 minutes and our server came and took our order and he was very professional and customer service minded. He bought us our drinks and when we food came to the table he kept checking to see if we needed anything. Great customer service 👏. We had the opportunity to speak the general manager and informed her how great his service is, we said we would return to this location because of him/server.

First time eating here and it did not dissapoint. The mac and cheese bites and dip were delicious, I wish there was more! My husband got the brisket burger and it was so packed with flavor. I ordered the Mahi Mahi tacos, I never had Mahi before but I love fish. I would say it is the steak of the fish world, delicious. Only complaint i have is the waitress didn't follow my request to have one Grilled and one fried taco. She offered and I thought what better way to try a new fish but both prepared ways. They both came out fried, it was fine but ill have to try Grilled next visit. Special drinks don't have free refills so drink them slowly no matter how good they are 😀.Didn't have room for thier brownie dessert, but it will definitely be a must next visit.

Went there tonight let me tell you I didn't know I was in for a show and a good time ! Colby is the best bartender made us laugh and served us right ! Must ask for him when you go . I ordered the avocado egg rolls and a pizza. The rolls excellent pizza was alright I've had better but what made up for it was the fact Colby made me and my friend laugh the whole night.

First time back since 2023. The place was rammed at 5.15pm today but managed to find a seat at the bar after about 10 minutes. Great service from Kristina and Lexi. As usual.pizza and Nutty Brewnette were spot on. I'll be back tomorrow 😁

This was a quick and fast experience. I got the season spicy salmon with chips. It was pretty tasty, but I wish they had more on the plate. Have some drinks and also some ice cream and fudge. It was decent, nothing to brag about. But I’m grateful. The service was good. We had an awesome waiter.keep up the good work

I usually never write reviews but It was a party of 3 including myself, we had an amazing waiter Chris but it seemed like the rest of the team was *extremely* lacking. We got our orders in at 8:33, mozzarella sticks, a plate of wings, a burger meal, and two alcoholic drinks. It was 9:42 before we got the 3 items of food that we ordered. During that 1 hour plus wait time, we had 4 times that servers mistakes us for other tables. It was embarrassing because it felt like we were forgotten about and our food was never coming. These tables that they were serving were people that came in long after we did as well. Once we got our food, the wings were the wrong flavor and our burger was burnt. We wanted some ranch with our meals and it took over 20 minutes for two cups of ranch to come to our table. Afterwards we wanted a pazookie for my significant other since it was her birthday. We were told by the waiter that since it was her birthday she would get it for free, yet we were still charged for it. For a birthday dinner, I was severely disappointed that it went like this. Bj's usually has great customer service that I can rely on for a great time but sadly that didn't happen at all. Thank you.

Took forever to get seated no big deal busy Sunday evening but took forever to get our food. You could tell it was sitting under the heat lamps for a long time. Sever so seen few and far between. Bathrooms weren't very clean either. And not to mention the spit balls on the walls and tv. They were also out of several things on their menu. I went to the corona location on a busy Friday night and it was nothing like this. The manager was also rude. Coming from someone who has worked fast food and restaurants... Do better

Wow, I came here just a few people when I got here. Service was so slow. My salad and pizza came at the same time. I couldn't even just enjoy my food without having to eat fast before my pizza was cold. I also got a drop of ranch in my salad, thankfully I asked my bartender for ranch. My waitress blew me off. I love the pizza here just a shame about this experience here. I wouldn't of had an issue but a group of office workers and couples were treated better and faster. The pizookie took a long time. I just end up leaving without it. I paid and left a tip.
