I've been here twice since moving back "home" to Cottonwood. Both times, my pizza was better than ANY other pizza I have ordered from ANY pizza place. My pizzas were made exactly as I ordered and there was no skimping on the toppings like too many other places do. But, the awesome part is the taste and flavors! So fresh and hot and delicious! There may be several pizza places you could choose to go to, but, why waste your time and money going somewhere other than Domino's in Red Bluff?
Best value in regards to price to quality ratio pizza there is. The employees are great and the managers are very professional and kind. Amazing service, even with how incredibly busy they get! If the quality suffers on a busy night, they're always willing to replace your order or credit it.
The pizza is great the staff are all nice and helpful and service fast. Not much on decor. Just some bare tales. Its a 100% better Dominos pizza than what we grew up with. I wouldn't even eat a Dominos pizza in the 80's n 90's! And the prices and deals online can't be beat! Dude, get tb see app and see for yourself. You won't regret it.
I have ordered from Domino's for years! The recent owner change has turned this business to crap! Pizza taste terrible, it took 45 mins to get cool pizza! I have alway gave drivers good tips! I guess I'll take my businass somewhere else!
this was the first time i had ordered online. i was very pleased with their service. they came in the windy wind to bring my order so i could stay home and keep writing a new book. well worth having them bringing it and easy to pay ahead of time with a card. they will be getting more business from me.
Always fast and accurate the food is good for the price, normally comes fast and hot. Though sometimes I feel like it sits to long at the store and I'm gonna get something not fresh or hot, yet it still comes hot and fresh way to go Domino's you earned the five stars!!
I really enjoy our local Domino's the people there are friendly and no matter what they always try to make you the consumer feel special and satisfied. If for any reason you didn't like your order you can always call the manager and tell them you didn't care for how it came out and they will make you a new pizza to your liking. We have several instances where either they ran out of a certain dough like the deep dish for example and had to substitute to try to fulfill our order but they made up to us by giving us a freebie pizza on our next order due to the inconvenience. A few times when they were busy they messed up on the type of pizza but hey were all human and mistakes happen especially in a fast pace place like that. Either way anytime we had an issue it was corrected without a question. Love love love when they have their deals online and sometimes through certain website you can find great deals like right now they have a deal buy a 5$ e-gift card and get 10$ back so 5 for 10 yes please :) thank you Domino's, red bluff, ca for making our meals wonderful every time even with the little mishaps were still loyal to y'all because you guys know how to make it right.
Not really a dine-in experience or anything, but I always get their pizzas for pick up, anyways. They have great deals and the pizza is always really good! I love their crust and they also have a white parmasean sauce that's super good! They make your pizza in like 15 to 30 minutes and are usually always right on time!

I always love eating at dominos but sometimes the dough is a difficult texture to chew towards the crust. Maybe it could be softer?
I can't speak in the pepperoni ( sorry most everyone that eats pizza 😜) but I can say that the salad bar was delicious , the cauliflower crust with the veggie delight was delicious..and the pitchers of 805 excellent 😁. Kids had fun in the arcade next to our tables even the teenage girls had a good time. Good family night
Good pizza. Domino's sure stepped up their game from what it used to be. But the reason I'm giving 4 stars is because my pizza was still doughy and the cheese wasn't quite melted. Could have cooked for afew more minutes. It was a very fast delivery, so thank you for that! It was probably less than 30 min from order to delivery

Sucks!!! Everything about this place sucks but i know everyone else that i know loves it and compared to the alternatives it's the best pizza for your money. My son LOVES the bread sticks but that doesn't say much cause his favorite bread sticks come from little skeezers🤢🤢🤮. Anyhow, I'm really just being a negative Nancy today for no reason and you shouldn't take my word for it because everyone has their own outlook on things and it's not about what i like its about you remember that
Tbh, I think the workers are over worked. We've ordered quite a lot over the past 6+ months (we try to tip well and are always thankful for any food we don't have to prepare ourselves so we've let a lot go). But honestly most of the time we've had issues. I order as a last result (as in, I don't have time to cook for my family, or I'm at work and my husband orders for me at work). Most of the time anything that's not a thin pizza is doughy and under cooked. Tonight I received a pizza that had obviously been mishandled\dropped.. the picture I have is really how it came. Personally I understand that things happen. But then the other items I got were undercooked, doughy hot messes at best. I'm not saying to not order from them.. I'm hoping that maybe the workers get treated better or are staffed to handle the orders that come in. Because as of today I think my family is done ordering from here.
I had not been to domino for years I’m never one really writes reviews on anything but We ordered specialty one chicken with white sauce I can’t have anything with red sauce on it well after eating pizza we both started feeling sick 🤢 with stomachaches I’m more sensitive to food type sensitivity so my symptoms have progressed into similar nausea feeling and gut cramping pains I was disappointed plus cheese overcooked scotched and only 7 pieces of chicken on it Ridiculous only have such small amounts of chicken for 20 .00 pizza This was my personal experience with pizza ordered but everyone experiences different I’m not trying to discourage anyone from ordering pizza from them
Depending on what day of the week, will effect the quality of food. Mid week not so great, but if you tell them about it, they are good to replace your order or give you a coupon for a free pizza next time. But for what it lacks for in the food occasionally, it well makes up for it with the delivery drivers. Always have a great experience, they are all very friendly, efficient, and courteous. A big win for the delivery drivers! Keep up the good work!!!

I’m beyond pissed off. I placed an order through the app. The app said the order would be ready in 12-17 minutes. However, they didn’t even start the order until my wife showed up and brought it to their attention. We were in a hurry which is why we ordered online. Next time we’ll go with round table. It’s hard to earn my business back once we are treated like this by incompetence.
Pizza was okay but arrived cold. Delivery took about 30 minutes. Not terrible, but not great either. Would’ve been better if it was hot. Order was also missing the sauce ordered.

Pizza is good now. They are better than I grew up knowing them to be. I love them as a quick go-to meal and I always get the deals for my team when I buy at work. HOWEVER, the driver… I’ve had the worst of luck with pizzas being delivered. One driver in particular delivered my pizza today and I signed for my pizza and he stormed out slamming my reception door wide open and then he sped off from the front parking area. Look, they don’t make there wages off my tips so if they expect to receive a good tip from me, be polite and deliver my pizza professionally, or don’t work there. Because this pizza is a lot better and this driver is making me reconsider even ever ordering from there pizza. The two stars is heavily weighed down due to the interaction of this driver, otherwise I rather enjoy the pizza nowadays.
Improved their pizza ingredients several years ago which was good, but have rotated back to lesser quality toppings since then. Pastas are still decent, but for the last year or more they only fill the container halfway even though the price is the same. Better than Little Caesar's, but so is a $4 frozen pizza so that really says nothing.
I should have never tried to order past 11pm. Anytime I’ve ordered during the day I have had my food in 20 minutes or less. Today I waited an hour and finally the website said my food was delivered, which it wasn’t, so I called the store. The delivery guy said they couldn’t find our house. No call, no message, nothing. Then the manager gets on the phone and proceeds to tell us our address is wrong. This is after the same day crew has delivered on at least 5 different occasions. Then instead of offering a remedy he sat and tried to argue about how this driver had never delivered here before. If you are hungry after 11 don’t rely on these guys. I get the employee pool is rather shallow around here, but dang, a delivery driver could at least learn how to do the only important part about his job. As for the shift manager, you should probably take your job more serious, it seems to be the only thing you have going for you.
Ordered three sandwiches and all were disappointing. The Italian sandwich had the wrong bread with barely any food inside. Asked for no onions on another and it was littered with onions. Third one had two tiny pieces of bacon and no ranch in the chicken bacon ranch. To top it all off they brought us a warm 2 liter to drink. Very disappointed with tonight's purchase.

There were 3 people in the front when I walked in to the storefront to place an order via the Dominos App, looking for assistance and struggled with understanding the manager Palm. After having to figure the app out myself and placing my order, I used an online app coupon for a 3 topping medium pan pizza, double pepperoni and mushroom. I then paid for the pizza and waited patiently in the store for my pizza to me made. When I got home and opened the pizza there was absolutely NO pepperoni on the pizza. So I had to drive back, and there was only one guy up front when I got there, and he looked at me with a blank stare and could not understand that he had made my pizza wrong. After trying a few times to relate to him what was wrong with my order, he just stared at me without any apparent comprehension of my statement. After a few minutes, a delivery driver finally got back and I was able to communicate the mistake and she went back and got the manager to come out to the front. So I waited another 15 minutes to get the correct pizza. So please make sure you check your pizza here at this store here in Red Bluff now. Not sure what happened here and who owns this place, but the original owner and founder of Dominos, Tom Monahan is being dishonored. I worked myself as a part-time driver/closer while in the Air Force back in the 1990's in Arkansas and California. I was very tired and had a very long day and just wanted to eat dinner and go to bed. So please check your pizza before you leave the store!

ALL I WANTED WAS TO NOT HAVE TO COOK. Do better, worst customer service messed up my pizza expected me to wait 30 extra minutes and acted like I was an inconvenience for wanting my money back and a receipt to prove it even though she found it acceptable to mark my order as complete and expected me to wait for it. If you have had to get your order voided double check and make sure you got it and even worse she just kept giving the manager (who was great by the way) that attitude saying she is just doing it how (craig) the owner told her. Glad it was checked cause it wasn't done properly the first time.
I ordered through online ordering, they put that the order was completed at 5:41pm. We are located 15min away, we traveled and HALF of our order was not completed. We had to also remind them of items on our order that were missing. We waited, we had to wait till 6:30pm! When I called to see if we can get a discount or something the gentleman that spoke to me was incredibly rude and told me to "just call corporate" then hung up. I wish I could have gotten his name. whoever he is, I hope he learns better customer service. His attitude was one of the main reasons this review is so low.
My last experience was very bad which is unfortunate because I had not had any problems prior. I never received the 2 minute text message warning alerting me that my delivery was in my area. Even still, I checked several times out my front door to see if they were here. My last check I found my order sitting on my doorstep. Food was cold. I called the restaurant and the manager said they were very busy but the live status online indicated the restaurant was "not busy." At least they agreed to remake and receiver my order although it would take 50 minutes.
Absolute terrible service with the crew that worked tonight. Normally it’s great but oh my god, I payed, my order was completed and then I stood there for 15 minutes, without being told a thing. Just to wait for someone to help someone else so I can be helped a second time after, to be told my order had been sitting on the counter for the past ten minutes. But your 7+ employees can stand there and talk about all of their plans after work, especially the one that brought up watching the Vampire Diaries when she got off, wish I got her name. She looked at me about 10 times too, and was also the one that helped me the first time. My pizza is close to cold, along the with bread I ordered, that’s cold. I will go out of my way to not go here again.
My on line order at Domino's pizza was picked up by a friend as I don't drive. They forgot to give her the salad I ordered just the pizza. Tired several times to reach the store by phone which they never answered the phone. She went back & they handed the salad to her & walked away. When she brought it back it was expired & rotten lettece on the bottom.. The pizza was the build your pizza promo & it was sloppy, very scarce toppings & dough was undercooked. Still couldn't reach them & couldn't go back to the store. Couldn't really eat more than 1 piece pizza slice each. Worst experience ever! I will never order anything from them again! Couldn't get a refund either. I couldn't get there & they didn't answer their phone! Terrible customer service, poor quality & expired rotten salad!

New owner took over and removed bread bowls for pasta. As it was my go to item when I'm not feeling for pizza I am very disappointed with this decision and will no longer be patronizing this location that I've long ordered from until it returns.

Pizza was undercooked and unevenly topped, seemed like there was no passion for their product or service. I gave 2 stars for service cause I know how it is having experience working there a long time ago and the one employee that did grab the carsides was genuinely nice. Not the employees fault i believe.
If I could, I wouldn’t even give them 1 star- as you can see, this is the Chicken Alfredo pasta I ordered. I can even count how many pasta pieces they put in the bowl! They also gave us the “world’s smallest chicken wings “

This store really should work on stop letting the people believe that their order it’s ready when it’s not! Every time! Every time I get a notification from this store saying “your order it’s ready for pick up “ I go inside the store, I ask for my order and they Never have it ready! I always have to wait for an extra 15-20 minutes!! C’mons guys!!! We order it for a reason! You guys are wasting people’s life/time!!! It’s not fair for anyone!
Under new ownership. Avoid this place at all costs. I ordered 2 pizzas and 1 was so undercooked that the pizza dough was gooey. I called Saturday and was told I could either have a refund or a remake. I told them the remake was fine but since I live 20 miles away, I wasn't sure when I would be back in town. The manager was supposed to call me back. Now it's Tuesday and still hadn't heard back. I called them and explained everything and was told the manager was with a customer and to please hold. I sat on hold for 10 minutes. Little did they know my husband was sitting outside Domino's watching. They deliberately let me sit on hold while the manager wasn't dealing with any customers and was just hoping I would hang up. My husband watched him print out my receipt and look it over, then shook his head no all the while just letting me sit on hold. My husband went in and confronted him about this. Manager proceeded to make our pizza after dealing with money, and not washing his hands. They have fly tape with dead flies hanging over the pizza dough. This restaurant used to be our favorite pizza place but since changing owners, it has gone way down hill in quality of food, customer service and cleanliness. I will not be back to this particular Domino's ever again. Hopefully nobody has to pay money for potentially dangerous undercooked food, and be deliberately ignored the way I was. I could have just accepted the refund, but I thought the polite thing to do was just have a remake. I should've just got my back. Lesson learned.

We've ordered takeout my son gets the chicken sandwich without 🥓🥓. He cannot have pork. This last time there was extra bacon🤦. Heard all sorts of apologies said they'd bring a new sandwich to our house it's been three hours.

Food was cold pretty sure it was old because gave everyone stomach pains also they didn't have a 2 liter of root beer so they tried to give just 2, 1 pint sodas instead we had to call them and figure out that they were out of 2 liters (they did bring back 2 more after an hour wait and they kept sending my calls to voicemail every time I called) but still no one called and asked if we wanted a different 2 liter or nothing no communication and they guy who answered the phone kept sighing at my wife on the phone like we didnt do OUR jobs right all in all it was a horrible experience we will never eat there again maby new training or new employees would fix it but something needs fixed
You know this really bums me out , last thing I wanted to do is be negative to a usually good pizza place , I live 15 miles from them I can’t simply turn around and go back if there was a problem . I will take some blame for not looking in the box when I received the pizzas , it bothers me that they have a neat organized place , and people that have no problems communicating . Tired several times to reach the store by phone which they never answered the phone. She went back & they handed the salad to her & walked away. When she brought it back it was expired & rotten lettece on the bottom.. The pizza was the build your pizza promo & it was sloppy, very scarce toppings & dough was undercooked. Still couldn't reach them & couldn't go back to the store. Couldn't really eat more than 1 piece pizza slice each. Worst experience ever! I will never order anything from them again! Couldn't get a refund either. I couldn't get there & they didn't answer their phone! Terrible customer service, poor quality & expired rotten salad!
