Great food, location maintenance is excellent. The service absolutely amazing!!! A special shout-out to Karen who served us and really made our night. If you are headed through Red bluff make the slight detour and come get an honest meal at a reasonable price. I'll certainly be back through on my adventures.

I had French Dip, which was absolutely delicious, and very generous, I hav enough left for dinner. My husband had the most delicious looking omelette, filled with ingredients, and stuffed hash browns he loved. Great experience!!

Hello 👋 I have only been here twice but let me tell you, the omlettes are amazing and look beautiful. Perfect portion size and they garnished it beautifully. Had the pancake and it was okay. The service was INCREDIBLE and the place was clean. Beautiful pies in the case!! I saw loaded hash browns someone else was eating and looked really really good as well. The cashier was Johnny on the spot to split the bill unexpectedly without any groaning or excuses you get other places. Really great experience!

We came here in the night. The staff were super friendly and attentive. The salmon dish was delicious. Coffee was alright. The place is super clean for a very busy diner. The young lady who works here is definitely a pro. She made our dinner with three toddlers a breeze.

I ordered the prime rib sandwich and it was such a great meal. I asked for it prepared philly style which was $2 extra but well worth the price. It comes with fries or a different choice if one would like with a side of horshradish and Au ju. The waitress was very friendly, checkes in plenty of times as well as came back to get refills without anyone of us asking which was very nice of her. I even left with a Strawberry Rhubarb pie! $14.99 is not bad at all for a homemade pie! Too bad I live 1.5 hours away! I will definitely return when I am back in the area!

I happen to really enjoy Shari's Cafe. It reminds me of days gone past where the portions are generous and healthy. The staff was very considerate and were in no hurry for me to move on. I actually watched an hour episode of a program I like! They are also open til 10pm which is unusual.

My friend bought me a Lemon Sour Pie from here. 1st time I've got anything from here. It was pretty good. It was very pretty as well. I was so excited that I cut myself a piece before I snapped a picture. Super creamy filling and it wasn't too sour which was nice. I'm excited too try more items from the menu.

This restaurant is a must go! I always come down here with some buddies in the mornings and the breakfast is always great. The service is phenomenal, you can really feel how much the waitresses here really care about their job! Also the pies her are an absolute must, you can’t come down to Shari’s without having some desert!

We came to this restaurant while waiting for EV charger and we LOVED the bacon cheddar burger and the grilled chicken. The servers were very nice and gave great recommendations. The coconut pie and maroinberry cheese pies were fantastic. I would come here again if I were passing through the area in the future. My only comment would be the size of the chicken breast, I wish it were a bit bigger.

We enjoy Shari's . Unfortunately being right off the highway they tend to get more than their fair share of karens who don't understand when a restaurant is full you have to wait. I love the prime rib on the weekend. Also enjoy the walnut salad. The staff is amazingly friendly considering some of the customers they have to deal with. For Pete sake if you are in a hurry and see it is full go elsewhere. They make pies that are to die for good too and they have a carry out to order holiday season meal if you don't feel like cooking.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ On my way back from Ashland, Oregon, I seriously craved berry pie — and Shari’s Cafe delivered big time. At 95°, the place was packed with folks escaping the heat, but the staff was all smiling and courteous. I stayed over 2 hours with a slice of pie and an iced coffee, even knocking out two job interviews while enjoying the air conditioning. Management knew I was there on business, gave me space, and made me comfortable. Pleasant surprise all around — I’d go back in a heartbeat.

Bridget was outstanding! So on point! The eggs Benedict with the tomatoes and avacado are to die for. I grew up with Shari's but haven't been to one in a decade and my wife had never been to one. We entered and I was back in high school! It was so CLEAN and awesome. My wife was in awe at the pie selection! Everything was plated perfect! Melissa was one of the chefs that made my Benny! Like most chain restaurants that pride them selves on consistency across the map, Sharie's is not different and everything but consistent. This is why I usually try to avoid ones i have never been to unless it's the only thing available, and tonight the Shari's in Red Bluff got lucky. The service was quick and responsive, our waitress was friendly and fast, the restaurant was nice and clean. the bathrooms immaculate! The food was yummy and we were not being rushed at all. It was a pleasant experience that just added them to my "I will go there again" list.

To a point: First time there was great, 5-Star. Had a thick piece of Prime Rib special. Wonderful waitress, very attentive. So far, the best place we had found in Red Bluff! So we returned on an off-night. Her BLT had two strips of bacon, crossed, was lacking for the size of the bread. My order wasn't quite what I ordered, either. The waitress tried, but whomever was supervising the restaurant didn't let her "fix it". Not too sure we'll be back.

Lunch was great, service was super-friendly and quick enough. Club sandwich was on a Parmesan-crusted sourdough and too big to finish. Husband’s burger was reportedly really good. Took a couple of pieces of pie to go. Only points off were for kind of soggy fries - they weren’t bad, just not fantastic. Good value overall!

The pieshake was wonderful! However, the white whipped topping was awful. It never melted, so I don't know what it is made of.

I have come to really like Shari's. The customer service is so much better from six years ago when I first started going. Yesterday, was my birthday and I bought an October special $9.99 pie (all pies), Cheese Pie with Marionberry Topping. I love this one. Sooooo good.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, great food and drink options. Love the pie options. Clean, lots of seating arrangements, restrooms, to go orders, large diner and parking lot.

I liked Shari's Cafe and Pies. The food was good, I split a T-bone steak meal with a family member. We ordered a medium cook (which I normally don't order anyway, I like a more rare, medium-rare cook), but my relative and I both thought the steak was more cooked than a medium. It was still very good, however. The seasonings were delicious! Another relative ordered a club sandwich, and they were pleasantly surprised to receive 4 large club sandwiches. Finally, we ordered two slices of pie, the marion berry cheesecake, and the chocolate cream pie. Overall, we much preferred the marion berry cheesecake, but the chocolate cream pie was still delicious. I was a little disappointed by the size of the pie, they weren't very large, but I can't remember how much each slice was, so I'm not sure if it was a reasonable price or not. All in all, I really liked eating here. The staff was friendly and helpful, and I would gladly return in the future.

While Tesla charges, it was an ok place to grab a bite. The service was little slow and food was….. ok. We had light lunch: chicken lemon rice And eggs Benedict. Nothing exciting or bad in either. Place was crowded but not too loud.

This place is being run by lovely ladies. All of them were super nice. I liked the piece of pie (the most famous one on the menu). The other item was something made with avocado -- which was healthy and fresh too!

They are understaffed. The one waitress was handling the entire restaurant by herself, on a Saturday morning, hosting, serving, refills- it was too much. We did see a few people walk out. It wasn't her fault. The food was average diner food. Nothing special. Bacon was cooked perfectly which is hard to find! I like it crisp, with no light color on the fatty parts. Ran out of syrup, and coffee, and never got a spoon to stir coffee though we asked. Really, she did her best. If you want to go, check to see if there's more than one person serving, then it will be a great experience.

We had summer ribs special yesterday . For price they were really good. Good flavor fell off bone tender. It was a to go order on 4th for someone unable to leave house due to medical issue. It was packed with care to go. Great service. And great price. We are blessed to have this 24 hour food in our little town. Thank you .

It’s in a nice small complex at a very corner. They have all day breakfast and their eggs Benedict was good. They are known for their pies, we tried their chocolate pie milkshake which was loaded and so huge. Yummy one I am sure little kids would enjoy it. Definitely a cute little cafe for a quick detour. They have plenty of parking available and their service is pretty quick.

Love Shari's ❤️ We felt really bad for the waitress who was assisting us; she was running ragged because it appeared she was covering for other employees who didn't come in for their shift. She was attentive, though! The food was as expected for Shari's, so no issues there. They don't offer a military discount, which is disappointing.

I would say this place is about average. I would easily compare it to a Denny’s but, no microwaved food. My wife and I both had the Prime dip Philly style. It was decent and the dip had a good flavor to it. The kids were happy with their Spring Omelet, French toast and Chicken salad. The waitress was incredibly nice and was very helpful. I didn’t catch her name but, she was appreciated. Overall, we would eat here again.

It took a while before they took my order. But it was Thanksgiving Eve. They were busy. But I felt like I was overlooked since I was sitting at the bar next to the cash register. They could not Miss me. I'm sure the service is better on a regular day. It had been a couple of years since I've been in there. I placed my order to go. I thought the food quality could have been a lot better.

I hate to do it, but this place has fallen off hard. No longer 24 hours. This used to be THE spot for late nights back in the day. Even the menu is slimmed way down to the point where they took away all the good options. This photo is of my sad little roast beef dip sandwich. It's probably the worst I've ever had. The waitress said something about corporate regulations on the amount of meat they can put in their sandwiches now. Too bad...

We had an okay experience. Tables that were seated after us received their food first. Service was slow. We have had good experiences here before, it just missed the mark this time.

A fairly average local diner, service is agreeable but not personable or memorable. Willing to adjust plates to personal tastes but time food times could be better. Not a bad spot (great biscuits and gravy) but not a place I'd go out of my way for.

Ok so today is the 5 November 2025 and im eating lunch, I ordered the French Dip Sandwich and fries. Same thing I ordered yesterday, on 4 November 2025. Well yesterday I had white, steak fries perfectly fried fresh out of the grease and a sandwich with cubed steak and white cheese. Today on the other hand, I got what seemed to be battered steak fries over fried, and a sandwich with sliced steak and no cheese. I asked the waitress if the fries were different than yesterday, she said shouldn't be but maybe I should try some to find out. And I asked her if the sandwich should have cheese, she said yes mozzarella, but didnt ask if my sandwich had any. So I decided to leave a review. I meant to leave an excellent review yesterday from the service to the food. However if the food, service, and wait time cant be recreated today then I figured id leave an honest review explaining why I cant now give them 5/5.

The service is getting really bad. Been waiting here for a refill and it never came there only 4tables and the waitress is doing door dash orders and cleaning without asking the people around her if they need anything?

First time to Shari's, and I wouldn't recommend it. My husband ordered a side of onion rings, and we were brought and charged for the appetizer. I ordered a chicken avocado bacon sandwich and requested both the chicken and the bacon well done. The chicken was very good but the bacon was not. I also requested lite mayo. The mayo was thick on my sandwich. Our waters were not refilled until we were nearly ready to leave. Not a great experience.

I had seen the signage from the fwy and decided to give it try. Ordered the Salmon with 2 side. It was not the best but also not the worst. Service was cheerful. Food, for corner joint, I guess you could say it's Okay. But don't expect much.

I’ve always had a decent experience when dining inside, which is the only reason I’m leaving two stars. Last night I ordered through door dash, and they did not send any butter, syrup, or the pumpkin whipped cream that was supposed to come with the pumpkin pancakes. I also ordered stuffed hashbrowns, and they are supposed to come with applewood smoked REAL bacon. They came with nasty fake bacon bits you get at the store for salad toppings. I won’t be ordering from them again.

I’m am very disappointed with the service at this restaurant. The food was really good but everyone else including the manager is rude and incompetent. We arrived and didn’t get talked to for 5 minutes while they talked to the older white people that kept walking in behind us. It’s giving very much caucasian oriented.

The servers were amazing, on top of everything and made sure we were taken care of, the food however was horrible, apparently seasonal veggies are canned green beans and the taters in the loaded mashed potatoes were obviously instant!! So gross!! The only thing good were the onion rings and the country fried steak. Eat here at your own risk

Very first year I didn't cook a huge meal for my family. Everyone had other plans. I ordered steak and eggs. Steak rare , it was a hockey puck. Horrible! Won't be going back.

First of all, service has gotten terrible a third time in a row. I have not gotten any refills on my drinks. Tonight, it was over 45 minutes to get our food, and when it came, it was awful. The portions were ridiculous. About a tablespoon of mashed potatoes, the smallest piece of chicken breast I've ever seen. The worst part was that the chicken was so overcooked that we could barely cut it, let alone chew it. The waitress did offer to have them remake it, but we were not going to sit there another 45 minutes. Then she never even came back. So we paid over $40 for rolls and a salad because that's all we could eat. It's sad because this place used to be great.

Came in with my daughter to have a nice father daughter breakfast. We got seated almost instantly and that my friends is where the problems began. We were seated off to the side given water and then forgotten about. We sat for ten minutes nothing, fifteen nothing, twenty nothing. I stood up and asked if we were going to be served and the manager walked over and asked what we'd like to drink. I said we'd like to order and he said let me get your waiter. Ten more minutes went by and we got up and left. What a joke, we were forgotten and ignored. We'll forget and ignore this place from now on. Avoid this place the service is hands down the worst I've ever had.

Bought the most expensive steak meal. There was more fat than steak. The mash potatoes were cold and tasted old. The broccoli was blended and tasted bad. Will never go again. Should have walked out without paying.

I’ve been to the Rohnert Park Shari’s, which I remembered had great pie shakes and mediocre food. Today we stopped along our way home, specifically for pie shakes and some food. Complete waste of time, they were out of all but 4 pies none of which anyone of us wanted. The pancakes were too hard to cut, hash browns barely cooked, and the toast not toasted. Extremely slow service, poor all around experience.

We waited 32 minutes for a to go order that they said would be ready in 12. We had to fill up our motorhome while we waited so we put a timer on just to be sure we weren’t late getting back to pickup the food. I understand things happen and food isn’t always on time (and that’s not what I had a problem with). My problem is that the lady at the front started arguing with me about when the order was taken. Who does that? Customer service has gone out the window. So sad. There was one good waitress (with red hair) that helped in the end. I didn’t get her name but she should be promoted to manager and fire the girl that argues with customers.

I literally sent my plate back and had the meal removed from my bill, as I only taken two bites (one bite was enough.) It was cold. IT LOOKED LIKE SLOP. The food looked like refrigerated leftovers that we're about to be thrown out (or should have been.) The service was horrible. They gave me luke warm cocoa with no whip cream on it. My daughter got a milkshake with a spoon- No straw. We couldn't get her attention to get a straw. It was not busy.. only customers. The waitress looked like she was annoyed to be there. It was an hour and a half before closing. This place has really gone downhill..I would say, it's on the verge of shutting down, it's so bad.. IDK Whats happened happened to this place.. Never again.. I will go to Dennys instead.. The pies.. there were 3. Not even the pies look good anymore. 😕

I can’t speak to the food, we didn’t stick around that long. We came in and immediately realized the place stunk. Either an extremely musky or urine smell. We seated ourselves and after waiting a bit (never received a menu) we decided to leave. The smell was overwhelming and honestly I lost my appetite.

This place has surely gone down from their friendly and energetic environment. Servers ignore customers, at tables and at the door. Managers are not helpful. Food takes too long to be prepared. No attention to detail, no drink refills, condiments needed for burgers , not even a bottle of ketchup for fries, and requesting extra napkins is out of the question. Manager's close the restaurant way before posted hours of operation. Servers, attitudes are not very happy or inviting. What was even more sad was the several transients walking around parking lot, looking into people's cars. Not the Shari's it used to be.

First time back after awhile, and we weren't impressed. My burger was mediocre, arguably no better than any other fast food place in town, but what really dragged the experience down was my wife's order. She got a medium rare steak and received an overcooked piece of flavorless meat with a burnt, charcoal flavored exterior (I tried a bite and it was awful)

The service is really bad. I tried to give this place a 2nd chance but both times the service was awful. The manager was to busy with his friends in the dinning room to help the waitress. When the waitress finally showed up literally 15 min later to take my order. My coffee was cold. The funny part was that they told me it was fresh. I ordered the buttermilk pancakes and they were cold. I herd so many good stuff about this place.

This is my second time ordering this salad, no Asian dressing, no you do not need to ask for it, it’s supposed to come with it, and for the size of the salad you would think they would put more ranch on the side especially if they didn’t add the Asian dressing. I’m eating a dry salad for lunch today.

Great food, but just went there and waited to be seated for a while, staff kept walking by and never even acknowledged us or greet us at all. They weren’t super busy either, which I would have understood if it was the case. We left to Denny’s instead.

The worst dining experience of my life! Waited 20 mins to be seated cause the staff was sitting around talking. 30 mins to get our drinks another 30 min wait to order then a hour waiting for our food. Once we got the food the food was wrong. Sent the food back then waited another 30 mins to get it the second time. However the fries we ordered had pieces of other food in them such as mushrooms and onions. The food was cold and looked like they took fries off of someone else old plate and gave them to us. None of the food was fresh what so ever. Then as we were drinking out of our cups we noticed dried food stuck on the inside and outside of the cups. Asked for new cups and we never received our drinks again the waitress just rolled her eyes and I guess we weren't aloud to have different cups or something. Honestly there is only one decent waitress in the whole place. The waitresses are rude and disrespectful they have horrible customer service skills. While we were eating one of the blonde waitresses yelled at one of customers coming in. This place has gone downhill since covid-19 hit. The old staff was great and everything ran smoothly. I don't know who hired this new staff but this place will lose alot of loyal customers if they keep this staff. I know I will never be dining here again and neither will anyone from my family. If I could give no stars I would this used to be a 5 star place now it's 1-0 star place. The owner and management should be ashamed.

Went by at 9PM... signs and internet said they closed at 10... as soon as I parked, they all ran to back. The front door was locked. They should either change the hours or honor them. Very cowardly. The photo is of an empty restaurant... what a shame. I'll be in town for 8 days and I will not be coming here.

We went for dinner. We waited 15 minutes to order and we're there approximately 30 minutes and never did get our drinks. We aren't sure if our server even put in our order as she seemed unaware of her surroundings. We just left after the 30 minutes as did the table behind us. Just a horrible experience for 5 starving people!

The waitress was kind, but that’s the only good thing I can say. Food was bland, overcooked, or just wrong—my wife didn’t even finish hers. Salads were wilted and sloppy. Glass rims were dirty, a fly landed in my wife's tea, and the bathroom smelled like a sewer. The soap looked like pink syrup, no paper towels, and the floors had leaves. One kitchen guy had no beard net and looked like he’d never heard of hygiene. This place is sliding fast. At least fast food keeps health standards. When the bathroom smells stronger than the food, it’s time to shut it down.
