We used to go to Starbucks but when we realized that DB had soooo many more choices and awesome employees, it was a no brainer. Thank you for the fantastic customer service and delicious drinks.

Awesome coffees. Plus they've got extra big coffees, unlike Starbucks. The coffees taste grt. but they don't come as big and you pay about the same as Dutch Bros only smaller.

We love Dutch bro's. Plenty of choices for the whole family. Red bluff main street Dutch is my least favorite. Rude employees and early get my drinks correct. When I go up to window to have my drinks fixed, it doesn't happen with friendly service. Anderson Dutch is top Mitch, Redding locations are also great. Redding and Anderson locations do fund raisers and offer deals all the time, 1/2 price day, birthday, mother- father's day ectect. Red bluff locations only do birthday deals, that's only after providing proof.

Staff are consistantly on their game, Billy has never been wrong with his suggestions for new flavors we may like, drinks are never disappointing...the wait, however, is sometimes ridiculously long due to the fact that they are only utilizing one of the two available windows. Often the wait time isnt feasible.

One of the guys there loaded my drink with coffee grounds because I was given a medium and asked for a large. There was no miscommunication, because he repeated back to me "and that was a large?" Before entering my order. I was a bit hesitant to ask for the right size because after it was made because I get that service work could be hard sometimes. I figured it'd be okay since it wasn't super busy. But I left kind of disappointed because I liked the coffee but was only about to get ⅓ down because there were just too many grounds for me to bare with

One of the best coffee in Northern California. I love their coffee flavor choices. The drive thru service was fast. I got the golden eagle which was highly recommended online. My friend got the mango smoothie. The golden eagle was super good. I tried it with mild sweetness and whole milk.

Nice staff. Sometimes the music is so loud they can't hear the coffee request properly. I have had many mistakes on caffeinated verses decaf. Prices have really gone up so I stopped going.

over the last year this stand has been sub par for their drinks. My fiance and I stop in there quite a bit and each time we have gotten drinks they are less than half blended or they don't fill the order as stated. We have also experienced some pretty poor customer service compared to other Dutch stands we have been to between all over cali to oregon....needless to say, red bluff is our least favorite stand but we will always support Dutch, unfortunately this one just doesn't hold up the standards of the other ones. My blended drink today was over half of the cup whole ice cubes....so thank you for an extra small drink in my medium sized order.

Dutch Bros is or has always been, one of a kind. It's the service that is their landmark calling card. I mean, there is something about pulling up to a drive thru coffee place, you've been to a hundred of them before, they are all so the same, stiff and almost rigid at one, or stoic and without personality at another. Then! There is Dutch Bros! These people just put the "P" in party! I mean, from the music, to the solid service, to the, feeling your on the beach with some of the coolest surfer guys and gals ridin the boards? "This Is SPARTA!!" HAHA! Dutch Bros, like no coffee house I've thought of visiting before, trust me!

Some of their staff are friendly some are not at all and barley say a word to you. They do have good drinks but are super chinsey. If you order no ice they will leave your drink several inches from the top and want to charge you extra to fill it. I primarily go to Starbucks now because they do not do that or charge extra plus are cheeper for same size and also have very good drinks. The one up they have is the rebels and stickers. They are also super expensive.

For the most part Dutch Bros my favorite place to get my drinks and enjoy the awesome stickers but I recently purchased a $25 Mother's Day gift card and it only ended up having $2 on the card. I have attempted to get help from a couple different employees and no one has contacted me. So, it frustrates me to pay the overpriced amounts for their drinks when they don't find interest in helping me.

They make your drinks wrong, and when you say something they will give you attitude. Then argue with you about your order being wrong. Then act like it's your fault. That place use to have really nice customer service.

Usually drive across town because this place takes forever. You will sit in line for at least 20 to 30 min. Customer service is not so great they are kind of rude and don’t make you feel welcome.

I just bought a Peach green tea and it taste like water! I normally get this drink all the time at Chico Dutch and its really good. Unfortunately every time i get something at this Dutch Bros its not the same 😞

Not the best. My almond milk looked bad and curdled. Tasted it and it was bitter. Not only was this first thing in the morning but it was for my birthday drink. I usually would of just said whatever and threw it away by I came back and waited in line to let them know. Then the batista tells me oh yeah I noticed that this morning but I checked the date on the milk it's said it was still good. I was kinda shocked that they knew there was an issue with the almond milk but still made drinks for customers.... if you notice something isn't looking right or tasting right, 1. Throw it out 2. Don't use it to make drinks and advise that currently isn't available.. I'll just stick to my Starbucks or Human Bean.

Long wait time.. they only open one side was about a 20minute wait. This isn't my first time going though this location and almost everytime they get something wrong.. I've been to the Anderson location and get a strawberry and pomegranate frost Anderson was amazing very flavorful used strawberry syrup on the top of the whip. I came to the red bluff location ordered the same drink it was terrible it had a very light flavor they forgot my whip which wasn't a big deal. I wish I took a picture of the color difference in the same drink but different locations the one from Anderson was ted looking the one from red bluff was a light light pink.

Service was great but I believe I seen a cockroach on the cold frappi machine😰 my son was determined to still prove to me its better than Starbucks. Well, my latte tasted like a regular brew of Hills brothers that I don't care for and cockroach...... It speaks for itself. Dutch Bros...... Sorry, you didn't win me over!

This place is great! I love Dutch Bros drinks, however I have noticed some issues lately with their quality. Last time I was there my sister and niece got strawberry lemonades and they tasted bad, my only thought was that it was the end of the season but I got a pumpkin cold brew and it honestly didn't taste good either.

Went here for some water and the guy told me it was 2 dollars for a large water,,,i was like WHAT, you’re going to charger for water?! DB in Orland always gives free water, no matter the size. Not to mention they had four workers and the lights weren’t even on nor had music like other Dutch stops.

Drink was standard, however they had an umbrella outside that fell on my car and scratched my hood. They picked it up and it did the same to the next car in line. Just a caution to watch out for falling umbrella's.

I went there at 10:21 PM they close at 11:00 pm the lights were on the sign was lit up but nobody was there! This is NOT how to run a business... No excuse if your going to close earley, then turn your sign and the lights off! Not a happy customer! Update: 12/04/2022 I pulled up at 10:35 tonight and waited in line for 28 minutes. When I got to the window I was told that there was only one shot of coffee left because they were closing in 2 minutes so I ordered my drink and then the machine would not take my card they said it stops at 11:00 p.m. so obviously I couldn't get my order I've never had this happen before I've waited in line until 15 after and I had no problems with it taking my card the people they are hiring there are very unprofessional they're too busy yapping with all their buddies and everybody else the music they play inside is way too loud you can't hear them and they can barely hear you they need to retrain everybody in the store and tell them I'm never going back

This particular Dutch Bros establishment doesn’t even deserve the 1 star rating! A zero star or a negative number would be more accurate. My wife and I have frequented various Dutch Bros shops around the Northern California area for many years now and this shop is the absolute worst. The drinks are mediocre at best but the biggest problem is the employees. Never in my life have I ever seen such unprofessionalism (for example waiting behind the car at the window for 25 minutes after they we’re handed their drinks because they just had to have a long gossip session while my wife, myself and our four year old daughter were waiting to just place our order. This was at 9pm and we were the only other car in line). As if the overt unprofessional behavior wasn’t bad enough, these employees are flat out horrible people! Do you remember that movie Mean Girls? Think that and then multiply by at least 25! Just a few short days ago my wife went to this Dutch Bros and got verbally abused by the employee making her drink because apparently adding whipped cream to the drink was just unacceptable! My wife was courteous and polite as she always is (to a fault I may add) and she in turn gets cajoled by an employee without professional etiquette or human decency. After a 30 minute drive home, she was and had been in tears! This incident was the tipping point after an endless series of unsatisfactory experiences at this particular Dutch Bros establishment. After my wife issued a formal complaint to the corporate office, they respond by saying they would be giving additional coaching/training and then gave her $10 on her DB app. How insulting! They missed the point entirely! This was not an issue concerning a drink that didn’t taste good or was made incorrectly, this is an matter of professional courtesy and human decency, or rather, the lack thereof. We will be taking our business and money to other coffee establishments that know how to treat their clientele. I advise any frequenting customers of Dutch Bros to stay away from the Red Bluff shop located on South Main Street; unless getting glowering looks, rolling eyes, rude scoffing or getting verbally berated is your thing!

I wish it was possible to leave a 0 star review. I have never written an online review before but this place is so awful I felt the need to warn everyone. I waited OVER 25 MINUTES for my drink, they had a runner taking orders of the cars behind me but not mine, I had to repeat my order 3 times because she read it back wrong, and she still got it wrong. It tasted like garbage. By FAR the worst Dutch Bro’s I’ve been to, everything about it from the service to the product is unacceptable. Won’t be back.

Ordered a white chocolate mocha yesterday 1/14/23 around 10:45-11 AM ish. The batista was not friendly, not usually what we expect when we go to a Dutch bros. We get our coffee, and it didn't taste anything like a white chocolate mocha. It was lukewarm when we asked for it hot, and I'm convinced it was 90% chocolate milk with a ton of disgusting added syrup. It didn't taste like coffee at all! A white chocolate mocha isn't supposed to be mostly extra sweetened lukewarm chocolate milk! Super disappointed. If we didn't have somewhere to be I would have returned it. This isn't the first time this has happened either with both the disappointing coffee and lackluster service from the rude baristas at this location.

Came here and got a dirty caterpillar. (Carmel apple smoothie) and was made into a coffee. After explaining what i was trying to order and showing the app, the girl in a pink shirt and blue jeans just wanted to get a huge attitude with us. I have no I idea what I got but so wasn't what I ordered.

The employees were tremendous. I stopped here to get coffee on a late trip to oregon. With my family in the car. This stand has two young girls working there alone at 10pm at night surrounded by homeless people. One of the homeless would not let them close their window. As a father of a daughter, I got out of my vehicle and called the police. I waited till the homeless man was removed. Those two girls that were working there were terrified. Unfortunately they informed me this was not the first time and it’s always just two girls closing at night. Completely unacceptable to put your employees in that type of danger. I would expect more from their leadership team.

I don’t even want to leave a 1 star. My boyfriend and I have been waiting months for the peppermint mocha holiday drink. This morning I decided to finally go and get them they’re finally out and even though that money could go towards my gas tank I decided to get some DutchBros. Man was I wrong. I spent $14 on 2 smalls and a muffin top. And the drinks weren’t even right. They don’t smell like peppermint. They don’t taste like peppermint. And on top of that when I came home the outside felt warm, but the coffee was COLD. It is raining outside and cold, I specifically asked for 2 hot drinks not cold. Another thing, they are charging $6 for muffin tops. I’ve never had one so I got one, I could buy a whole pack of actual muffins for less than the price of one muffin top at DutchBros. Very disappointed. Will definitely not bring my business back to this DutchBros.

Came to this Dutch bros last night, let me tell you the service was horrible!!! I'm from Sac and the Dutch Bros here are awesome and fun! The girl who took our order last night was rude and even rolled her eyes at us! Our coffees tasted horrible! The worst coffee I've ever had at Dutch Bros I couldn't even finish it! Waste of MONEY! I normally always stop here while traveling home and am usually greeted/treated nicely, but this time was a complete joke. Nothing but rude, judgmental, unfriendly girls(more like children) that had 0 personalities. Didn’t say hi, how’re you, how’s your day, nothing. Looked me up an down, looked at my pickup, handed me my drink and gave the fakest smile. This was the same from the girl that took my order in line, to the girl who handed me my drink at the pickup window and the girl in the back that had a staring issue. Smile girls, it won’t kill you.

Place used to be good but it it sucks. They say they accept card but be prepared to leave empty handed if you do decide to pay with a card. The wait is long compared to what it used to. I’ve quit going due to leave empty handed due to card reader issue and quality of customer service. I cant speak for quality of drinks due to not being able to pay and receive a drink.

The one thing that makes dutch stand out is their friendly, chatty, adorable employees. Doesn't matter where I travel to that is the one thing I know I will receive at a dutch. Twice I've been to the Red bluff dutch and both times. Very short tempered and unfriendly employees. Felt like I was at a snobby coffee shop.

This stand is all of rude people. I usually drive across town but didn't today. I wish I had... This girl just asked to scan my app a second time. The first time she charged me 17 for 2 mediums. The second she took the last 1.267 from my app and didn't even tell me why.

Horrible customer service. For starters they have the music up so loud they can't hear their customer. The lines take forever to move, tonight I was in line for 25+ minutes because the employees were nonstop talking to a car in front of me, which made me late for work by the way.... They have employees coming in OFF SHIFT to chit chat and use the bathroom. The drinks aren't even great as they don't train their new employees properly. Overall a.bad experience going there.

The girl in the jersey taking orders at 5:30PM today is one of the rudest and downright nasty people I've come across, regardless of where. What is going on? Usually Dutch has the problem of being TOO nice. This was the exact opposite. This location has always stood out as a less than desirable Dutch. I usually go to the other one in town. This location also has really bad problems with consistentcy. No two drinks will ever taste the same. Would not recommend!

The first time I saw a roach they said it’s never happened before and it must have came from the outside but to see them INSIDE the shop on the coffee machine and in the syrups is absolutely disgusting. I ordered 2 Carmelizer drinks on ice and a blended tigers blood lemonade. It was about 9:40am on July 30th. Our barista had brunette shoulder length hair. She handed me a drink. As she handed me the 2nd carmelizer the lid popped off and coffee spilled all inside of my car on the door and carpet. My pants and blouse were soaked. This barista offered no apology. She didnt say anything. I asked for some napkins. She brought me 1 flimsy napkin. I asked if I could have more napkins since I had just had a bath in coffee. She brought me more napkins and told me to have a nice day. No apology, no offer to refill my 2/3 emptied coffee or offer of a free drink. I didnt have time to deal with it then as I had an appointment across town in 15 min. I had to go to my appointment with wet coffee stained pants and blouse. I was polite the whole time. I understand we all make mistakes but this barista really sucked. She needs to be trained on appropriate customer service. Even a simple apology would have been a good start.

I have a strong love for Dutch, but I've heard mixed reviews about some locations, and today’s visit confirmed my concerns. We ordered four drinks, three of which were Rebels, and they were awful! They didn't taste like Rebels at all—more like flavored water. Then, to make matters worse, without even being asked the employee took it upon herself to add an extra $7 tip. This experience was unacceptable.

I ordered a blended peach ring rebel with whip cream. They handed me a a peach ring rebel with no whip so I asked if they could add some. I also asked if she was sure that it was a peach ring rebel because the color didn’t look right to me. I was given immediate attitude and the drink got snatched out of my hand. She then added so much whip cream that it went down the sides before the lid even went back on. When the lid was put on the whip cream made an even bigger mess. Her coworkers started laughing and told her to remake the drink. She proceeded to clean the cup with a dirty wet rag. I asked for my drink to be remade because I found that gross and she refused. I try the drink and it doesn’t even taste like anything. It tastes like ice and chocolate. It so disappointing to pay almost $10 for a drink that wasn’t made right and to have such a crappy service experience.
