We ordered 2 bigger plates with 3 entrees and one side for 4 people, which costed $27.xx. That is the price of a SINGLE dish in a near by Thai restaurant. The food is good as a fast food restaurant. The waitress was very nice and kept asking us whether we need plastic bag for eat out or extra plates for dining in. Plus you wouldn’t be asked for tips. Best choice for road trip especially when you have limited time.

I went through the drive thru. Fast service. I ordered a plate 1/2 chow mein 1/2 fried rice and for my 2 entrees I had the chicken string beans for both then I ordered a side of large steamed veggies by itself all was for $17.00.

We have eaten at this restaurant many times, it is a convenient location on our way home from town. Today was a completely different experience than normal! We ordered ahead since we were getting food for the whole family, two family meals. The app said it would be ready in 25-30 minutes. After ordering, we were given a time about 30 minutes in the future for the order to be ready to pickup. I realized we had forgotten to order one thing, so I went in a few minutes before the time I was supposed to pick up the order and was surprised at how slowly the people behind the counter were moving! I got up to the counter and others the entree I had forgotten to add to the rest of the meal. The guy asked if I wanted anything else and I told him no, that I already had an order that should be ready to pick up and I was just adding to it. He acted surprised and asked what my name was, then acted surprised that there was an online order even though I could even read it from across the counter! I paid for the extra item and then waited for the rest. Over 30 minutes later, I finally got the food. The extra item (shrimp) was now cold and during the entire time I waited, they would stop getting my order ready to help the next person that just walked in! I was so frustrated. I had to keep reminding my e wife to be calm and not make a scene since she was very angry at the slow service and obvious lack of concern on their part to finish getting out for ready, even though it ended up being over an hour to get two meals! I'll have to really be desperate to return to this place, there are other places to get food that don't include the drama! Sorry, Panda, I think we're calling it quits, at least until I forget the terrible yeast in my mouth from this experience! By the way, the rest of the food was pretty good, I think - by the time I got to eat, I was to hungry to notice much about the taste.

Unfortunately, we were disappointed with the meals we chose. The chow mein lacked flavor, the orange chicken tasted burnt, and the mushroom chicken consisted of very fatty pieces of chicken we couldn't chew. Sadly, much of our meal was not edible. That said, the restaurant was quite busy during our visit, which suggests it’s a popular place to eat. It’s possible we visited during an off time, and this experience may not reflect their usual quality.

PX is the perfect value roadtrip fast food meal that is more like a meal. The combo large plate with a drink is the perfect portion for me and my preteen son. IMHO better value than usual fast food and more balance with some vegetables. Food good, service great…would recommend sanitary wipes for customers to use since most tables weren’t completely clean.

Quick Chinese food, limited variety, taste pretty fresh to me, decent price, paying for convenience cuz they are quick! Rice is a lot dryer then sticky rice, and the best option for me will be getting the chow mein.. the Shanghai beef is amazing, and cost an extra dollar fifty or so, but well worth it in my opinion!

Everything was great, except for the fact that we are paying the same price for less food. When you get a bowl the whole top used to be covered in meat, now they have been skimping out on the meat. More rice, noodles, and veggies, but less meat.

Service was goo, wait time was okay, but what the heck are these servings 😐 I get it inflation but this is the smallest serving I’ve ever received from a panda ever.

The food was OK. Compared to other panda express I've been to the portions seemed much smaller yet the first was higher. Plus my food tasted old. By far not my favorite location. The inside of the store was clean and tidy. The customer service was good they really tried to make sure we were happy but we're told what portion to serve.

This Panda Express is more “express” than others up and down I-5. It is short staffed, leading to longer wait times, the menu is reduced to fewer items, and the food they deliver is light on the portion size.

Horrible service, and the food would be good if you didn't have to wait 10 minutes just to get your plate, only to find out they had already played at the rest of it and it was all cold. On top of that the manager decided to Forfeit customer service in lieu of his own personal opinion, getting loud with me at the register. Would not recommend.

Got home and went to open my side of orange chicken and found a dead bug smashed in between the foldable lid. Not hungry anymore! Thanks Panda!

Bought 3 large meals costing over $50 and received zero forks, napkins, sauces, or straw. Hard to enjoy the meal without a utensils and teriyaki sauce for the teriyaki chicken. This location is by my sons school so it's convenient to stop here on game days. This is not the first time they forgot or didn't give any utensils in the order.
