Told her how much it ment to me today, just signed preliminary papers on the sale of my house because of the passing of husband. She made a bad day feel just a little bit better. I don't really remember my visit I just they baked goods are fire. I don't drink coffee but they got a good selection though. The work there are always happy af like they got coffee in their veins but it's dope. It's usually busy but the get you in and out pretty quick.

Was watching the Undercover Boss episode of Dutch Bros and realized I never left a review for this place! On December 1st, 2018 on a trip from California to Georgia my family and I stopped at this Dutch Bros location. We had never had it before but wanted to try it out. In the line we spoke with one of the order takers and had a great, short conversation about our trip. The gentleman (unfortunately I didn’t catch his name) let us know that our drinks were on Dutch Bros that day for visiting for the first time! It was one of the best things that happened during our trip due to the kindness of the workers and the amazing drinks! Next time we find ourselves on the west coast you can guarantee we’re going back to Dutch Bros!

Haven’t ever heard of Dutch Bro’s before when I was passing through town. They made a great Caramel Latte! Their drive-thru was very fast, the staff was very kind and upbeat. I’d highly recommend them over Starbucks. With my one and only experience I didn’t have burnt coffee, that’s all I get when I visit any Starbucks. They always burn the froth too. Dutch Bro’s came through and made a banging coffee! Thank you for your service!

I drove through with my son the girl that waited on us was very nice and helpful. He got an amazing red bull drink mixed with a fruit flavored drink and blended. I don't drink red bull so next time I go Im going to see if i can just get it with out the red bull.

Ordered a blended 911, they said they would have it right out to me, I had just sat down to put my card away and an employee handed me my drink. I said WOW that was fast. I recommend this spot they are nice and very fast.

Good selection of brewed and blended drinks including infused energy drinks. No brewed coffee options is kind of a bummer. If you want a regular coffee you have to go with and Americana which from what I can tell a couple shots of espresso thrown into a cup of hot water. They are ok, but the same. Employees are always talkative and friendly. Places are always busy and at times the wait can be a while.

Love Dutch! They always get my order right or fix it if it's not quite to my liking without any attitude or making me feel like I'm wasting their time. I look forward to seeing the workers smiling faces.

What's not to like?! The staff is energetic and awesome! The drinks are great. Beware the screw on lids for the DB plastic cups, they leak, but that is not something the stores have control over.

I have become a Ditch Bros addict. Incredibly nice staff and the coffee is great. Found out it's not drip but espresso with hot water "americano" and you can make it super strong if you want.

First time there. Passing through while on our road trip to Buena Park. Everyone was so nice! When they heard that this was our first time trying Dutch Bros, they gave us our coffee free of charge. Then they even hooked us up with two stamp cards where if we were to go back, we would get another order of free drinks. Regardless of the free coffee (which btw, is an amazing way to start our 10hour trek) the employees were welcoming, and working like a well oiled machine.

I think the 5 stars on everything speaks for itself. Great bunch of young people. They only complaint is the app. STOP TRYING TO GET ME TO ACCEPT PUSH NOTIFICATIONS! I said no. Now turn it off! Lol

Hands down my favorite drive through coffee spot. I've been drinking Dutch Brothers from several locations for many years and I have never been dissatisfied with the service or the product. These places are always loaded with high energy and friendly staff. The coffee is outstanding. If you think char bucks is good than you've got another thing coming when you take a drink of Dutch Brothers. Don't forget to ask for stickers because after your first cup you will without a doubt be a lifetime supporter of Dutch Love

Different than Starbucks that's for sure. Drinks are on the sweet side. Wish they had more regular coffee selections though, but my daughter loves them so does my puppy because they give out pup cups filled with whip cream and dog biscuit.

I drove to Dutch Bros, the closest to Mistletoe, with the intention of getting a coffee and using some of my points earned to get that said, coffee. While in line, I got some bad news which distracted me from being ready when the gentleman came up to my car to take my order. I told him that I was going to use my points today and then mentioned that I was sorry I was not ready, I had gotten some bad news and just wasn't with it. He was very kind, in his 20's I'm sure. He responded with such grace and ease and told me it will be ok and that my drink was on him. I was so surprised as I had not expected that to be his response. I said are you sure, he said yes, I hope your day gets better. They don't wear name tags so I don't know his name. He was wearing a gray jacket and a hat. I then drove up to the window where I was greeted by a gentleman with a beard who kindly said to me, I can't do much but I can offer you some human compassion at this moment. Now remember, I was not with it at all, these may not have been the exact words they said to me, but it was darn close. I remember getting teary eyed at the love and compassion they offered to a stranger. It brought back some faith that I really don't have in humanity. But these two gentlemen, whether they were trained by their employer or simply were raised by great parents who taught them well, you will contine to be the place I stop for coffee, because to me, you are the best people I know!!

I just can't believe how great this place is! I totally recommend that you go there. The workers are so friendly, hard working and fun. It seems like they all love their jobs and they are so nice to the customers. And their coffee is good, too. Ha ha. I love their sippy tops because it stops you from dribbling hot coffee.

Best coffee in town!!! I've never been a fan of big coffee chains that are all over the country. When Dutch came to town I was intrigued by the atmosphere. It's not a big coffee chain so that is for sure a bonus. The staff is always in good spirits. I have had them sing to me on my birthday and put sprinkles on my drink. My drinks always taste exactly how I would expect them to with so much flavor. I'm the kind of person who prefers to mask the coffee taste. Hands down the best coffee shops in town.

We visited Dutch Bros for the first time this last Saturday night. Chris took our order. He was super nice and helpful. So was the young lady at the cashier (sorry, did not get her name). Wonderful place to visit for awesome staff and delicious drinks.

Just went through this location and was super impressed by the people that work there. The line for the drive-through was extremely long on both sides and when I got up to the window to pay one of the guys gave me my drink for free for waiting ,which was completely unneccisary. I've heard so many amazing things about this company and although I haven't visited there often I will now become a regular for my drink needs ;) Also I wish I would have had the brains to pay for the person behind me but I was so surprised that my drink was free that I wasn't thinking. They never stop having a good time. Even if my day isn't going that great, a minute of conversation with one of the baristas makes it better. The place gets busy, but the wait is never terrible and the staff is doing a great job getting you your favorite coffee as fast as possible.

The baristas were so kind and knowledgeable they helped us figure out what we wanted since we weren’t familiar with the menu, which is extremely diverse and so much fun. So im on a crazy long road trip from Seattle down to San Diego this weekend. And I'm a frequent flyer at the Dutch Bros close to my house out there. And today I was helped out by a young lady with a snake that to in a ring finger. Exceptional customer service phenomenal drink a incredible personality. I was told that most people in California have an attitude and that was completely prove wrong with this young lady 10 out of 10 and I would definitely come back to this location

First time at a dutch bros coffee and it was awesome. Got a pineapple lemonade blended ice and omg so good! Mocha coffee with extra chocolate and a regular coffee, nothing regular about it...it was really good coffee. Just expanded my coffee options, so happy.

Husbands favorite coffee, we always visit when we can find one while vacationing. The Baristas are always friendly, iced annehiltaor with oat milk and extra shots is always my go to. Kids love the red bull juices and lemonade.

My go to coffee stop, I love this location. The kids who work here are very friendly and efficient. They ALWAYS make a perfect cup of Java to go. Even if the line has several cars waiting, it is never a long wait. I love the ease of using their phone app, to pay and record my points. No food per say, but they do have "muffin tops" in 3 delicious flavors. Highly recommend 👌

He made a terrible situation as comfortable as possible. As he was having to inform customers, he never made me feel embarrassed. Or like an inconvenience. Dutch Bros just completely rocks all around!! Their coffee is strong and tasty but doesn't make me shaky. I like to get what I call an Iced Dirty Chai, which is a coffee with chai mixed in of course!! I'm currently residing in Santa Cruz, but own property in Northern California, so on my road trip this week, I was able to stop at Dutch Bros twice and enjoy!! Their customer service is out of this world!! You can use the drive thru to order your coffee, and they come out to you and take your order while you're in line in your car!! How cool is that? If you haven't heard of them, or you never tried them, get to it your missing out for real!!

There was a super long line but they knocked it out and got us out pretty fast. Overall super friendly people that were having a blast getting their customers what they wanted as quiclky as they could. I definitely left happy.

I loved this place when it was in Oregon, when we finally got one here I was really happy! Great coffee and I don't have to pay extra to actually get more than 2 shots of espresso in my large latte. My experience coming here is always good. Tonight we went through the churn creek location at around 10:30 pm. All drinks were good except for mi e which was a black tea iced with pomegranate. They give free coffee for your birthday. I went there for my birthday. Would have been a 5 star rating if the girl working wouldn't have asked for ID insinuating that I was lying. For God's sake I'm 42 I have better things to do than go to dutch bros and lie about something like that just to get a free coffee. Please have your employees read the screen, the entire thing. I got a golden eagle, with 2 extra espresso shots, and some more stuff.the guy had to remake my drink twice, bc he missed a few things. I always love this one and have never once had problems here and usually this wouldn’t be an issue but I came at 10:00 ish today just to have the lady taking the drink orders talk to the person infront of us long enough to allow 4 cars ahead leave with their drinks. When she got to the car door she ofc apologized and took our order, it just felt very unprofessional to me, I myself have a bad habit of just talking to people for a long period of time as well but this was her place of work and I just feel like anyone working should have more professionalism than just talk about something for so long while there’s people waiting

My reason for a 2 star rating is because they have a person stick their head out the window while your coffee is being made and they talk you up. Apparently it is their new business model. It made me feel uncomfortable and that my space was being invaded. I will not go back to another Dutch Bros just because of this practice.

I have been here 3 times and won’t go back. They never get my order correct even though it’s exactly as they have it posted on their menu. When I mentioned that somethings missing I am told that cost extra. Funny when your menu shows that as included and doesn’t say extra🧐. The 2 ⭐️s are only because they are nice even when they are trying to tell you YOUR WRONG for something they have posted 🤦🏻‍♀️ Nope 👎🏼 I’m good I’ll just go to literally ANY OTHER Dutch to get a drink.

usually i don’t have an issue with this location, however recently i had gone and the coffee tasted foul so i asked for a replacement. the lady who took my order was very nice, however the manager was very condescending and seemed to be having a bad day. he said “i don’t play games, i know your type” and implied that i was trying to defraud him. he wanted me to provide some form of identification, and when i showed him my DoD ID, he accused me of stolen valor. connor was his name, i don’t think he meant to do this but he had spit on me while speaking and the next day ended up testing positive for covid. i have never had an issue with the staff and am a iraq war vet so i’m used to foul language, however that manager is not somebody i would want to interact with. i am giving two stars because generally i enjoy dutch bros coffee and go to their other locations, however my experience with the manager was so negative that it triumphs what would’ve otherwise been a minor inconvenience

I got thr golden eagle blended picture perfect drove away and the ice was to big to go thru thr straw. The young lady making my drink had to have saw that pouring it in. I was super bummed I paid 11 bucks for it and had to go home and blended it more

I went to Dutch to get some drinks, a mis communication occurred in size of drink and the remake (or lack there of) which was an attempt to fix it only made the drink look like someone put a block of shaved ice in the cup and dumped the smaller size drink in it. They are fast if your in a car only. They tend to lack speed of service to those who walk up, if they even notice your there. I watched 2 cars from bolth Lanes show up after I did make there and receive there drinks before they even looked and saw me there. They need better management.

Let me tell you about my experience with this establishment. Last night, 11/10/18 at 10:05 pm my 13 year old daughter and I pulled in for a hot chocolate. We were just home from visiting her grandmother that has cancer. We sat there for over 5 minutes while a young male employee spent the entire time leaning out the window chatting it up with a young girl in a car in front of us. He looked at us a few times but ignored us. TWO cars got their coffee in the other lane. When the girl finally left we pulled up for service and what did we get, NO ONE at the window to help us. We sat for about two minutes and saw no employees. We drove off and I have to say we will not be returning to this Dutch Brothers ever gain. Shame on you for such terrible customer service. !

Asked for a drinkable late. Was given one on ice. Asked for the correct one and was given a drink that was so hot I couldn't even hold it. And then to top it off it didn't have oat milk.

I usually really enjoy Dutch bros and I am a regular customer although yesterday I had a very weird experience at this Dutch bros. Me and my boyfriend ordered drinks and I was paying but my boyfriend was driving so I handed him my card and he tapped it for me. Out of courtesy to me he pressed no tip because we had cash to give up front. As she watched him press no tip she very condescendingly said “oh I’m sorry about that” as if she was trying to make him feel bad about not tipping on someone else’s card? I got very upset and my boyfriend was very uncomfortable. I’ve never experienced something so invading and frankly very embarrassing and awkward from any Dutch brothers location.

Would rather stand there and have personal conversations rather then make the coffe and push it out. Service is absolutely terrible between 6 and 7 am. Sat in line for 7 minutes before they were finally able to move 1 car out of the line due to the teenager gossip that seems to happen.

This store consistently screws up orders, takes entirely too long to make drinks, and when asked to remake drinks, they make them even worse, and take twice as long to do it. I like Dutch Bros, but hands down, this is the worst Dutch Bros location…not just in Redding, but in the U.S. I’ll never come back to this store again, and highly recommend that everyone avoid it as well.

I am a Dutch bros lover but this location hate to say it sucks! I go to Dutch everyday literally and had a in counter with a girl I had never seen more. She said she couldn’t make my drink as an iced coffee since I don’t get ice in it and drink it the next day that it was “company policy” to make it as a cold pour. Well cold pour and iced are made definitely. I even tried to get the attention of another girl there who knows me and the girl shut that down. Like hello? You work at Dutch bros?! Don’t give me that company policy!
