So I don't go to Dutch Brothers very often but I'll tell you what during the cold season you have to try their banana split hot chocolate or their banana cream pie hot chocolate it is so good they got the taste and the smell perfect, it is definitely premium.
Omgoodness, I love the coffee! I usually get a sugar free mocha, and it's consistently delicious. And I have to say that the young people that work there are always so welcoming and friendly! It's that way at every Dutch Bros I've been to.
One of the guys there loaded my drink with coffee grounds because I was given a medium and asked for a large. There was no miscommunication, because he repeated back to me "and that was a large?" Before entering my order. I was a bit hesitant to ask for the right size because after it was made because I get that service work could be hard sometimes. I figured it'd be okay since it wasn't super busy. But I left kind of disappointed because I liked the coffee but was only about to get ⅓ down because there were just too many grounds for me to bare with
One of the best coffee in Northern California. I love their coffee flavor choices. The drive thru service was fast. I got the golden eagle which was highly recommended online. My friend got the mango smoothie. The golden eagle was super good. I tried it with mild sweetness and whole milk.
Some of their staff are friendly some are not at all and barley say a word to you. They do have good drinks but are super chinsey. If you order no ice they will leave your drink several inches from the top and want to charge you extra to fill it. I primarily go to Starbucks now because they do not do that or charge extra plus are cheeper for same size and also have very good drinks. The one up they have is the rebels and stickers. They are also super expensive.
The girl at the window was just talking and talking to the person in front of us at the window then finally she walked out to the car to take our order when we could of just ordered at the window she was talking so long that a co worker tapped her on the shoulder like to say hurry up we have cars in the line
For the most part Dutch Bros my favorite place to get my drinks and enjoy the awesome stickers but I recently purchased a $25 Mother's Day gift card and it only ended up having $2 on the card. I have attempted to get help from a couple different employees and no one has contacted me. So, it frustrates me to pay the overpriced amounts for their drinks when they don't find interest in helping me.
i get the same thing everyday and they get it wrong literally every time. nobody wants that boba, i want to actually taste the flavors instead of the ice.
Sometimes the coffee is good most days it just taste like milk. Workers are always super nice here tho.
The girl in the jersey taking orders at 5:30PM today is one of the rudest and downright nasty people I've come across, regardless of where. What is going on? Usually Dutch has the problem of being TOO nice. This was the exact opposite. This location has always stood out as a less than desirable Dutch. I usually go to the other one in town. This location also has really bad problems with consistentcy. No two drinks will ever taste the same. Would not recommend!
Was the next car in line and waited for 5-10 minutes because the employees were shotgunning redbulls with the people in the car in front of me. Then took my order and forgot 2 of my drinks after I reminded them 3 times.
I’d love to hear whatever sorry excuse they have for their bug problem. The first time I saw a roach they said it’s never happened before and it must have came from the outside but to see them INSIDE the shop on the coffee machine and in the syrups is absolutely disgusting. This place is a total hazard and needs to be shut down!!
I ordered 2 Carmelizer drinks on ice and a blended tigers blood lemonade. It was about 9:40am on July 30th. Our barista had brunette shoulder length hair. She handed me a drink. As she handed me the 2nd carmelizer the lid popped off and coffee spilled all inside of my car on the door and carpet. My pants and blouse were soaked. This barista offered no apology. She didnt say anything. I asked for some napkins. She brought me 1 flimsy napkin. I asked if I could have more napkins since I had just had a bath in coffee. She brought me more napkins and told me to have a nice day. No apology, no offer to refill my 2/3 emptied coffee or offer of a free drink. I didnt have time to deal with it then as I had an appointment across town in 15 min. I had to go to my appointment with wet coffee stained pants and blouse. I was polite the whole time. I understand we all make mistakes but this barista really sucked. She needs to be trained on appropriate customer service. Even a simple apology would have been a good start.
I have a strong love for Dutch, but I've heard mixed reviews about some locations, and today’s visit confirmed my concerns. We ordered four drinks, three of which were Rebels, and they were awful! They didn't taste like Rebels at all—more like flavored water. Then, to make matters worse, without even being asked the employee took it upon herself to add an extra $7 tip. This experience was unacceptable.
I ordered a blended peach ring rebel with whip cream. They handed me a a peach ring rebel with no whip so I asked if they could add some. I also asked if she was sure that it was a peach ring rebel because the color didn’t look right to me. I was given immediate attitude and the drink got snatched out of my hand. She then added so much whip cream that it went down the sides before the lid even went back on. When the lid was put on the whip cream made an even bigger mess. Her coworkers started laughing and told her to remake the drink. She proceeded to clean the cup with a dirty wet rag. I asked for my drink to be remade because I found that gross and she refused. I try the drink and it doesn’t even taste like anything. It tastes like ice and chocolate. It so disappointing to pay almost $10 for a drink that wasn’t made right and to have such a crappy service experience.
