Wanted a great fish sandwich. Dropped into Arbys. Loved the sandwich! They have awsome curly fries! Seasoned to perfection! No dinning in yet, so we are in the parking lot. Right now 2 for 6.00 on most sandwiches. Good deal on good sanwiches! They have the meats!

Great fresh food . Very clean and professional customer service. Had been hesitant on having Arby's for years. I ate at the Arby's on 'E'st in San Bernardino. I ended up going to ER and being admitted for 24 hours. Food poisoning. But redlands is very clean.

There are plenty of choses when it comes to what to eat. I chose the Gyro turkey. I was pleasantly surprised how good it tasted. I like lettuce do I will ask for a little more than normal. Employees are always pleasant and helpful.

The market fresh sandwiches are my favorite, especially the turkey and ranch sandwich. The employees were all very polite, and we got our food quickly.

Their meat is like no other and it's TRUE when the commercial says "ARBY'S WE HAVE THE MEATS"❣They sure do and they are keto friendly too, they will put your roast beef meat in a bowl upon request. Gyro's were great. Turkey was tender and moist not dry. Apple turnovers tasted like they just came straight out of the oven. So fresh and flakey. Highly recommend. Great customer service and they even take coupons and do promotions too:)

Tried crinkle cut and the curly fries and both are great. Ate them with a double Beef 'n Cheddar. Roast beef is a good as I remember. They have an excellent drink selection with uncommon choices along side the standard Coke. I forgot Mello Yello even existed. Customer service was better than typical for fast food. Note, for those with the "unpopular opinion" that sizes are just too big in America, they have a "Snack Size" on their fries and drinks. My snack size drink was just right for me since I don't like to drink a ton of soda. Even still it was 16oz. Also with noting that the smallest size up there is snack, not small. They have Diet Dr Pepper.

We went thru the drive thru. It was fast and easy. Got good friendly service. the food was hot and tasty. we each got the regular roast beef. We recommend going to Arby's on Colton. In Redlands. Good service. Great food. We will definitely be coming back.

The sandwiches here always taste fresh and are hot when you get them. I really like the mozzarella sticks here, my favorite place to go when I have a craving for them. The Arby's honey mustard is hand's down the best out there, in my opinion. I dip everything in it.

I hadn't been to Arby's in long time. They have REALLY expanded their menu! Not just roast beef sandwiches anymore. My wife had a Greek sandwich! Definitely coming back to try other items on their menu!

I've always loved ARBY'S. My personal fave is the original roast beef and cheddar. Well, the location is a bit farther than I'd desire but considering there's 2 my local (25miles) area,so I went. This one (Redlands) is in a kinda busy area traffic wise, but there wasn't a wait at the drive thru so that was cool. They stopped making the ham and cheddar which was sad but.. regardless the food was perfect! Expensive (4 sandwiches>$23.00) but definitely tasty. The cashier guy was cool, polite and knew how to count so that's a plus. I don't remember exactly how many I ate on the way home but that's not important (2 1/2). The restaurant looked clean,from what I could see, and there were plenty of parking areas. No solicitors hanging around outside. Yeah, I recommend going there, no problem. Good work guys!

In my opinion Arby's is just killing it in the fast food business. The flavor is always delicious, my order is always correct and it's just an enjoyable experience. My only complaint is that they poor staff seems under staffed and so the dining area isn't always the cleanest, but I fault management for that.

First time going to this Arby's and I have to say it was a great experience all around. The cashier was super friendly, food was great and the restaurant was very clean. I usually don't fill out surveys at fast food restaurants but I did here. The reason is the cashier who's name starts with A was the friendliest fast food cashier I've ever came across. I don't put her name on here for her privacy. So if you're in the Redlands area come to this restaurant!!

I tried taking it to work,but my one of my co workers would find it.So I ate it at the place I bought it. I felt satisfied with a hearty meal. People there got to know me. Got to try a Greek gyro for yourself. The flat bread was super soft, filled with a refreshing light sauce over crisp tomatoes and lettuce topped with a thick cut flavorful meat. Maybe my new favorite sandwich.

I pulled up to the drive through to order around 3:30pm, Said hello! At the order kiosk with no response, Waited for almost 3 minutes before I reversed back around the front windows so I could be seen entering the drive thru again. When I got back to kiosk someone began taking my order. I know 330 is a lot of times between shift switches in restaurants, but I still expect someone to be one the mic taking orders. Chico on skyway road, Lake forest of el toro and this have been my local Arby’s locations for a while. Never had problems at any of them before. Still Love Arby’s hit the 2x jalapeño and 2x regular no cheese sliders hit Arby’s sauce with medium curly fries they were dank.

Not bad, the sandwiches tasted good and the service was ok. All in all not bad for fast food. They could work on the final assambly and put more care in putting the sandwich together instead of rushing but the store was busy.

The girl who took our order was a little on the rude side. It would have been a better experience had she smiled a little more and was friendlier. The food was alright.

Everything with the order was good. The curly fries could have been topped off more. The diningroom was still closed. Agressive homeless guy approached us at the drive thur order area. Glad there were two of us and got our spray ready if he came at us again.

Got curly fries and cheddar cups. Love that Arby's sauce. Wish they would actually fill up the cups more than half way but other than that can't complain about the taste or service.

Good food but like anywhere now it's like 40$ for fast food for two. Counter person was nice and not rushed, guy handing out orders was really nice and professional.

As far as fast food places go, Arby's is pretty high up there. They have really expenses their menu the last couple of years, but the roast beef is still the all time classic.

The food great. The staff is friendly. However the remodeling makes no rhyme or reason. I guess as long as they do not remodel the menu that ok - but staff has to work harder on how they laid out fry station.

We love their roast beef sandwiches and the market fresh BLT! Not to mention the curly fries or mozzarella sticks. And the rootbeer floats are amazing! The drive-through is a tad slow but I think it's because they make everything fresh.

Not good Update. Visited on the Dec. 8th. We waited in line for 40 minutes. 25 of those Minutes was at the drive thru window, waited so long I turned my truck off. So first forgot what I ordered, then they ran out of French fries, then ran out of Dr. Pepper this is all at the window. Employee was going back and fourth when they realized what they didn't have. But I will say the young man working the drive thru, which he was the only one I saw working, was very friendly and professional. Friendly fast and polite service. Clean restaurant. Prices are high (like everyone else) but it's a good alternative to a hamburger. I really enjoy there Fish Sandwich. Hope it goes back on the 2 for $6 deal. 1/13/22. Drive thru was fast and the food was hot and delicious. 10/1/22. It's been a while since I was there last, but food still good, a little bit longer to wait when they only had one employee working drive thru.

Sandwiches in the pictures are the DOUBLE, not the regular sandwiches. Dinning area is clean. New drive through menu needs to be remodeled. The cooks are very patient and will do most changes to your sandwich. Prices are a bit high but there are many food options available. I really like the BLT and the short rib sandwich! 4/5 STARS for the menu and the prices.

Very yummy the only disappointing thing was that I asked for 2 cheddar cheese they put like a drop of cheese 🧀 in each cup

This is the last local Arby's and that's definitely a sad thing for me. I enjoy their food for the most part, but I think it's really just nostalgia as I would go to Arby's with my family as a child. The drive-thru is very quick, orderly and attentive. I haven't had a bad experience at all, the only reason it's not a five star rating is I know the food isn't healthy for me, but this is definitely a great place to go if you're looking for a cheat meal.

I like this Arby’s and go about once a month when I’m in the area. The service is always friendly and helpful. Be sure to ask for the Curly Fries hot and crispy.

The sliders were good and less that 2dollars it was my first time eating there so I did have a good first experience. the only thing I wish is that they would of had the meats. because I didn't get the burger I wanted because they were out of it so I had to replace it with the sliders which we're pretty good and full of flavor and i Hope you Have a good day :-).

I love Arby's. Their food is reliably delicious and high quality. I haven't met an Arby's sandwich I haven't liked. I always try to get the cherry turnovers for dessert or breakfast the next day. I had one disappointment in all the decades I have been going to the Arby's in Redlands. My order was missing a sandwich so I called to tell them. They were very sorry and made a note & put it next to the register. Two weeks later I went in not expecting the note to still be there. It was! I received a fresh sandwich and a free dessert;.And they were very sweet about it. Love me some Arby's!

Service was good. Ordered the double roast beef meal. Curly fries were hard and over cooked. Perhaps they had been under the warm lamp too long. Place was clean.

I got the 6 piece boneless classic buffalo comes with fries but I didn't eat them I'll rate them 5/10 .The buffalo sauce pretty hot I loved it the chicken didn't meet my expectations as much the texture and taste. For 5 bucks you can't beat it a budget meal

Bummer. Drive 17 miles to Arbys. Get home and I'm missing a Beef and Cheddar. After going to the San Bernardino location to find out they were out of BEEF. Yet they tell us, "We Got the Meats". Fail x 2

Had a long wait in a line. Cars were not moving. I turned my car off and waited 10 minutes to move up one car length. Need to improve this be a cause the sandwich was delicious.

Food was ok, sandwiches were absolutely nothing like they looked on the menu. Hardly any meat in them. And the fries were over done. At $10 per meal, not a good value! We were really disappointed. Will not go back, most likely.

Service through the drive thru was bad. Milkshake was totally melted right when I got it. Pretty much just like chocolate milk. Guy at the window was rude when I asked about their sauces and the soda machine was out of syrup.

Why does Arby's charge 11% sales tax and not 8.75?. The tax code in Redlands for all businesses is 8.75% but not at Arby's. The last 2 times that I have been there, I ordered 2 can dine for 10.99 with a coupon and was charged 11% commission. I also got my sandwiches with 2 pieces of meat on them. I like Arby's, but if they don't fix the problems stated above, I will quit going there. I've been a customer since they opened.

I didn't get marinara sauce with mozzarella sticks. Arby's food is great. Beef and ched needed love tho. Meat on one side of the sandwich cheese on the other side.

I tried the new loaded sandwich was very disappointed because it's a hot sandwich its advertised as a loaded meat lettuce tomato but in reality it's a smashed hot sandwich wrapped tightly together in a raw soft warmed 6 inch roll if I wanted a sub I would would of went to subway as you can see I didnt get what was pictured on the right false advertisement at it best... so I filled out the info the owner asked of me and no response what a big waiste of time

I generally love Arby's, and this location usually doesn't disappoint. However on my last visit I tried one of the new King's Hawaiian sandwiches because the picture on the menu looked really tasty. I was very surprised and disappointed that the sandwich had a spicy habanero sauce that completely obliterated any flavor on the rest of the sandwich. There was no indication that this would be a spicy sandwich, and let's be honest...who ever expects anything spicy from Arby's? Attempts to communicate with Arby's directly about this have all gone ignored. I'm very disappointed in you right now Arby's.

Food was great but server at drive thru had nose out of mask and kept rubbing his nose and face while preparing my food covid or not this is gross. I think some trainers from corporate need to retrain some people at this location. Another disappointment I was waiting almost 11 minutes from the time of my order to get my food

Wife and I wanted to try the fish sandwich, disappointed! It was dry and tasteless, needed more tarter sauce. ordered 4 classic roast beef sandwiches, the bread was dry and hard,tasted stale!! However the roast beef was still excellent. Totally disappointed with this meal.

The cooks were asleep again! I ordered 2 Greek gyros without tomato, it was even on the damn receipt, and I still ended up with a food allergy sandwich. So as much as I love them, I didn't get to enjoy them this trip, and again I'm out money for nothing!

The way that this restaurant is positioned on W. Colton and industrial is the dumbest and most unsafe idea ever . 🙄 ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY WANT YOU TO PULL AROUND FROM THE DRIVE THRU TO THE FRONT PARKING LOT . YOU LITERALLY HAVE TO PULL INTO ONCOMING TRAFFIC IF YOU DONT WANNA CAUSE A CAR ACCIDENT . ITS JUST NOT WORK WAYS .

Has been a long time since we went here. Would like to try again only every time we get the beef and cheddars the cheese sauce is one tiny dollop all on one side. On tv commercials it shows cheese flowing down the sides. Can you contact the manager at the Redlands store and ask them to fix this? Would like to go back and try again. Thank you!

This place is very slow and dirty. Constantly out of products. It took 20 minutes to get my food only for them to tell me they were outta something I ordered. It would also be nice if the people working knew what was going on also everyone walks around so confused. There were also three other customers waiting when I walked in all were very frustrated with how long it was taking for their orders. One was a door dash driver and had to wait and said it was taking to long and his other orders in the car are getting cold. Please get it together my family and I usually like Arby's. 👍🏻

The food was good but definitely not worth the over $8 I paid for just the sandwich alone, I did not get fries, a side, or a drink. Also this was supposed to be a double...as in double the meat, I don't think so.

Went through the drive through ordered a few things that were very simple combo, Couple of 2 for 7 items. And and they have me pull away from the window to park by a trash can just ahead of the drive through window. Which made no sense. Then I had to wait for my food for a long time. So I don't understand why I could not have waited at the window. Because if another car came, I would have to have pulled out into the street and backed him in the parking lot. But instead, they made me wait out. Just passed the building by a trash can. And it took forever to get my food so I don't understand if maybe they were doing something different. Or if that's their protocol, but to be able to pay for my food and wait for my food. At the same spot is what should have happened. So if they ask you to pull forward and there's nobody behind you. I would still ask them why I never did which I regret not asking. Because I did not want to sit by this trash can. And nobody pulled up behind me to move. I had to just sit by the trash can while they prepared my food? And not the greatest to service, the guy was very short. Must have because I didn't have my request to be done. And he wasn't sure if they could change out the bun on a arby melt from onion bun to sesame seed bun. Kind of crazy.

Walked into people laughing no one greeted me. I was super polite, who cares right. Then ordered a DOCTOR specific diet for Celiac disease, and got sold a fried piece of chicken. Called in the manager told me Arby's does not have deli slices chicken meat, like the commercials and their website describe

I use to really like arbys, but its weak now. Really, went through the drive thru, and it literally took 20 min to get the food, then they forgot the arbys sauce, after i asked for it twice, but still i drove away without it, and wasnt gonna turn back. I will never go back. Thanks for the memories. Food was ok, i give you that.

I love Arby’s but today was the first time I’ve had an experience with them where I’ll never go back. My meal was prepared wrong I asked them to fix it and was mocked and laughed at by 2 employees very unprofessional and rude service

I don't think we will be returning to this Arby's for a long time! Because of COVID19 you can only order by going in the drive through! There is nothing fast about this place and they do not get your order correct! I am tired of people not listening, not apologizing for errors they make and long lines!!!! We had 2 cars before us and we waited 45 minutes! We order a Crispy Chicken Salad and 2 Market Fresh Ham & Swiss sandwiches. They forgot the salad, and the sandwiches were made with Turkey not Ham! So we had to wait for them to remake the sandwiches and there was nothing CRISPY about the salad! The lettuce was wilted and chicken was soggy! It was GROSS! I am immuned compromised and had to throw away my salad..what a waste of time and money! So, NO I would not recommend this Arby's.

It's too much playing while orders are being taken through the drive thru, I'm not sure what is so funny about them being told to hold on 4 times before my order is actually taken. My food was cold even though I had to wait for it, the order was messed up as well (wrong sandwiches) mine of the wireless are wearing gloves while preparing the food or drinks. Mask pulled under their noses. I will not be back to this Arby's

I went three times yesterday to be sure. I ordered four classic roast beef sandwiches and paid $14, $20, and $18. Someone somewhere is messing up. Get it together $3.89 times 4 isn't anywhere near $18 or $20

Got the gyro the bread was hard I would call it good food, poorly made. I loved Arby's in Minnesota ate it all the time but after moving out here having an experience like this really sucked, makes me want to just stick with Wendy's and Taco Bell.

Showed up at 9:05 to order food for myself and coworkers, about 15 Burgers and fries and mozerella sticks. The employees didn't open the front door until 9:15 and were visibly unhappy about my being there so early. After receiving the food and getting back to work I realized we didn't get any of our fries and only 2 orders of mozzarella sticks. Very unhappy with this service

Always dead. No customers whenever I go. Wouldn't recommend and I don't care for the food at all. (Unless it's curly fries) ask for them fresh though because you don't want hour old fries. Your money is best spent elsewhere and there's lots to choose from right next to Arby's

The floors and tables were filthy, the sauce containers were empty, one of the tables was broken, one of the cabinet doors was broken and leaning off the hinge, and the fries weren't even done - they were still almost white. Do yourself a favor and find another place to eat.

Ordered classic French dip and swiss meal. The fries tasted like they double dipped them in a bucket of oil and salt lady at the window was kind and generous and professional the fries almost killed my buddy because they were cold and hard they were stale to be honest. Don't make me hit up a Robert Irvine to fix the cooks.

The sign on the door said they opened it 10 o'clock. We sat out there waiting for a dump trailer that was in front of the drive-through blocking it and we waited and waited. When we were finally able to get up to the window to order the gal said, we don't open until 11 o'clock when I told her the sign says 10 o'clock she cut me off and was rude. How hard is it to change your sign?? Obviously Arbys hasn't hired a manager or a crew that cares about their customers time schedule.

Everything was gross besides my fries. Reached out never heard back. Sat in line to long. Overall just sad... got no napkins. No sauce for my mozzarella sticks.. my turkey was cold. No smile from order taker... just sad.

This place is expensive but thought it to be a healthier choice. Went through the drive through and was told they have a juice option for the kids meal. I chose the apple juice with the roast beef for my 3 year old twins as they can’t eat pork. Got up to the window and was handed two bags with capri sun fruit punch drinks. I asked the girl at the window about the juice and she said they don’t have juice. Who gives their young children punch?!!! But very disappointed I paid and left. I hand the kids meal to the babies and after reaching my destination 10 minutes later I notice their sandwiches are ham not roast beef. Good thing they don’t serve peanuts or peanut butter cause they could really harm someone that has allergies. Tried to get my money back cause do not want to eat anything from this place again but Jose, GM told me he wasn’t going to listen and wasn’t going to do any damage control. They need new management cause it’s not just about food it also important to have good customer service, when things go wrong. All this cause they wouldnt refund $8.

We waited in the drive-through line for a long time and then finally our turn came to order. No problems there. Successfully and quickly ordered 2 buffalo wing meals. When we got to the window to receive our order we were told to pull around to the parking lot (which requires leaving the parking lot, waiting at a traffic light, then pulling back into the parking lot) and wait for our order which consisted of 2 meals (no special orders. Just two buffalo wing meals). We waited for 10 minutes before I decided to go inside with the receipt and see what was taking so long. I was met with hostility and confusion. Nobody knew who I was, not even the guy who told me and my mom to pull around to the parking lot....they huddled together and gave me odd looks and said things that made it seem like I took the receipt out of a trash can and was trying to get free food or something sketchy like that. After they consulted their manager and huddled together confusedly a couple more times they finally decided to make the meal and serve me the food we paid for. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Get your act together, there were 6 employees and zero customers inside, just a line for the drive-through..... Wow..... lame
