I order from Bluewater a lot, most recently I ordered takeout a few days ago, I don’t know when they changed their packaging but I appreciated the new takeout containers and the portions seemed larger and it was just so good I had to take pictures!

This is an absolutely fantastic poke spot. They have more varieties of proteins than any other shop I have been to. The owners are very nice, seem to care a lot about their customers and ensure that all the ingredients are the freshest they can be. I enjoyed a three scoop combo and each one of the proteins was fantastic and the add-ins really made it. The lady owner even made me a custom sauce to my liking and it was fantastic. I would highly recommend Bluewater poke to anybody!

The workers here are so friendly. The experience of ordering a bowl tests your creativity. They have a variety of protein and sauce choices. Proteins such as hawaiian salmon and tuna taste amazing, including the sauces such as volcano sauce and mango habanero. It’s worth the try and a meal for its price. Go out and have a feast in Bluewater Poke!

This is the best poke bowl spot in Redlands, hands down. I’ve tried a lot of different poke spots and none of them has matched the quality and prices of Bluewater. While their location is small and there’s not much seating, the food will make up for it. They have a large selection of different proteins, plenty of veggie add ons, and their sauces are delicious. My perfect poke bowl consists of: Base: white rice with salmon and spicy tuna Mix ins: Edamame, extra pineapple, jalapenos, seaweed salad, and masago Sauces: House ponzu, mango habanero, and spicy mayo Dry toppings: Furikake They also have a variety of bubble tea, personally my favorite is the wintermelon tea. While their seating area is limited, the food and drinks are phenomenal, I definitely recommend checking out this place!

Down in Redlands today and looking for a boba place and found this interesting place. Love the boba here; fresh and soft 😋. The pineapple green tea is very refreshing too! Clean and organized little store. The staff are very friendly as well. I highly recommend this place. Thank you so much 🙏😊.

I tried this place for the first time today and although their prices are a little up there. The taste was amazing while healthy and full of protein plus a rose milk tea that actually taste like rose. I'll definitely being going back again. Custom service exceeded my expectations. If it's your first time there, they'll take the time to explain it , while also making recommendations according to your taste pallet. I would seriously recommend this place.

Great quality ingredients, nice staff, good value, and attention to detail on orders! My wife and I love this for lunch or date night at home. It's not the closest poke place, but it's our favorite. I cannot remember them ever messing up an order, which is a rare thing in casual takeaway.

I come here semi frequently and am usually pretty satisfied. Unfortunately the portion sizes are a little hit or miss depending on who's working. Some people are super stingy and give really small amounts of everything and other people are awesome and give great portion sizes. The fish and other toppings are always fresh and taste good.

Price is fair and would have been so good if it wasn’t for the taco octopus. It was really fishy and I just wasn’t sure if it was still good to eat and I couldn’t really get a straight answer since I don’t think the person I spoke to was in the actual store. This is also coming from someone who has had octopus before so I know if shouldn’t taste that fishy. I ate around it just cuz I was really hungry and I wasn’t gonna drive 20mins back there just to have it changed. I’ll update if I get sick but I’m just disappointed cuz I feel like I wasted a protein cuz I can’t even eat it. I should have gotten a 1 protein bowl instead Update: claimed the free bowl today. It’s been 3 weeks and servers still honored it. Got salmon this time and it’s 10/10

Let me start by saying I love poke. I love sushi. And I came to Bluewater about 4 years ago. It was really good. Large bowls and lots of food. This trip 4 years later was disappointing. For 3 of us ( me and an 11 and 13 year old) getting one large bowl and 2 regular bowls the cost was 60 bucks. First off the large only came with 3 scoops instead of the 5 at most places. Regular was 2 scoops. The salmon was beautiful looking but when I was eating it, it was a bit mushy and bland. Dunno. I think the quality was ok and the bowls used are nice and the staff is friendly. Very friendly. That's why they get 3 stars instead of Lower. But for the quantity and quality I doubt I'll be back

At first I was very excited to try it and it looked amazing. However, my pineapple tea tasted sour like if the pineapple had gone bad. In my bowl the cucumbers- some were bitter and was as if fresh ones had been mixed with older ones going bad. As for the proteins- happy with all but the spicy tuna. It had an odd texture and was like a puree with a consistency I can’t even describe. Not too happy with my experience and just may be my last.

The establishment says it opens at 11am but when you arrive, rice isn't made two times out of the five I've been, I like the food but there should be rice ready at 11 if the doors open at 11, it limits what the customer could order or have to pivot thier plans entirely after waiting for the store to open

People in line for ordering received their food while I waited. They didn’t start fulfilling my order until I asked. It would have been much faster to order in store. Or better yet, have gone elsewhere. Food was okay. Plastic containers. Protein portions are not generous.

Prepare to wait close to an hour for your food. They have a kiosk for ordering and one employee that handles the walk-in (no line when I arrived) orders and online orders. The one employee has to handle the food and special drinks. Prepare to come here on your day off because you will wait (45-55 minutes) like I did on my lunch break.
